Hello again! If you're here, then I assume you liked the first chapter... or that I didn't give enough information for you to make a judgement! Hahah! My plan works!

Anyway, have fun :)

Chapter Two: The Story of Agatha Prenderghast

Meanwhile, somewhere up there, a girl named Agatha Prenderghast is walking around back and forth, thinking about something that seems to be very important. So much in fact, that she didn't notice when her mommy called her.

"Aggie, Aggie, what are you thinking about hun?" asked Agatha's mother, Mildred.

Agatha snapped out of her daydream, a little confused to what's happening. "What? Oh hi mum." She said. Aggie is now in the afterlife, thanks to Norman. She gets reunited with her mommy, the person that she misses the most, more than anyone. She was very excited, to meet the long lost figure that was the only one who had love for her. But now, she feels like something's wrong. There is something missing in her… heart?

"What are you thinking about honey? What's bothering you?" ask her again, seeing her daughter so concerned about something.

"Oh, nothing mom. Really, nothing important." Say Aggie, denying the obvious truth carved on her childish face. Agatha was not the best at concealing her thoughts, and her mother knows if something is wrong. And she knows exactly what her daughter is thinking of.

Mildred kneeled down to Agatha and brushed her hair while looking into her eyes, showing her affection as a mother.

"Are you thinking about that boy again honey?" ask Mildred. Aggie, who already knew that her mother would ask that question, stayed silent. She can't think of an answer.

"Is it because he helped you move on?" ask Mildred in a delicate voice of a loving mother. No reply came from Aggie, not even a slight mumble.

"Is it because he comes to your tree every month, bringing flowers and reading books?" Aggie stays silent. She doesn't even look at her mother. Her mother hugged Agatha, full of love and compassion. Then, unexpectedly, Agatha's tears started dripping off.

"I miss him mom, I really do." Says Agatha sobbing. "I don't know why, but I feel like, I should be there. I want to be there!"

"Don't worry dear, he is fine down there. You must let him live his life, let him choose his own life. And after all, I'm here for you. Don't worry, my little ghost." Agatha's mother calmed her down. She then sang the song she always sings to Aggie. Then Aggie goes to sleep in her comfy bed, with her heart feeling better than before.

Her mother watches her go to sleep. A mix of sorrow and affection on her face. Her daughter had never been more uneasy before in the afterlife.

So this chapter's pretty short, sorry about that. You might like the next one better though, it's slightly longer. :D
