As he prepared for an important meeting he would be holding later that afternoon, Lucius Malfoy suddenly realised he'd left a vital file at home. He'd been doing some work the previous day, and had been interrupted by his wife, leading to him leaving the file in his study at the manor. Briefly Lucius cursed his beautiful wife for distracting him, but as he recalled just how she'd distracted him and the hours of sizzling hot sex he'd enjoyed the previous day, his frustrations slid away and a smug smirk graced his lips instead.

Deciding to get his son, Draco, to head back to the manor for the file, Lucius buzzed his personal assistant, Celeste. However when the young witch entered his office and he gave her the message to pass onto Draco, she reminded him that it was his son's day off.

"Damn, I forgot," Lucius muttered. "I'll have to get the file myself. Thank you Celeste."

Not having time to fetch the file at that precise moment, as he had several other meetings to deal with, Lucius carried on with his work and when his lunch hour arrived he headed home to grab the vital file. There was no sign of Narcissa when he arrived home, but Lucius wasn't worried as he knew his wife always found plenty of things to fill her time while he was working. Heading straight for his study, Lucius settled himself at his desk to find the file, only to find a glossy hotel brochure sitting in the centre of his large desk.

Picking up the brochure, Lucius found it was for a luxury resort situated on an island in the South of France. The brochure was for a fairly new resort, but it was already gaining rave reviews and Lucius knew a few people who had visited and had been impressed. Flicking through the brochure, Lucius found the resort boasted a high-end spa, restaurants with award winning chefs, two large pools, stunning grounds and a selection of designer boutiques. The hotel even offered special packages and the most romantic, and most expensive, package was circled in green ink.

"Subtle, Narcissa," he chuckled to himself as he continued to flick through the brochure.

He and Narcissa had their thirtieth wedding anniversary coming up and for the last couple of months, Narcissa had been dropping hints about doing something special. Not that Lucius had needed hints dropping as he hadn't forgotten any of their other wedding anniversaries, and quite honestly he as rather miffed that Narcissa had felt the need to remind him of their anniversary. But clearly his wife had decided what she wanted them to do, and who was he to disappoint the love of his life.

"If this is what you want, Cissa, this is what you'll get," Lucius said, finding some parchment and taking down the details of the hotel and the package Narcissa clearly wanted to experience.

Even though he could have organised the trip there and then, he decided to do it at work so that his wife wouldn't know what he'd been up to. In fact, he was going to leave the brochure on his desk, so that Narcissa wouldn't even realise he'd seen her not so subtle hint about their anniversary. Smirking at how sneaky he was being, and how he could spend the next few weeks pretending to be oblivious to Narcissa's hints about their anniversary, Lucius pocketed the parchment with the hotel details on and found the file he'd come home for. He then left his study exactly as he found it and headed back to work, determined to give Narcissa the anniversary treat she clearly wanted so badly.

Unaware that he'd been seconds away from running into his father, Draco Malfoy, returned to Lucius's study with his bank details. He'd just been about to use his father's floo connection to book a romantic weekend away for himself and his girlfriend, Hermione Granger, when he'd remembered that he didn't have his bank details to pay the necessary deposit. Settling down in Lucius's chair, he activated the floo and picking up the brochure he'd left on his father's desk, he made a call to the hotel he'd heard so much about and booked a romantic weekend away.

Once the booking was confirmed, Draco picked up the brochure so he could show Hermione later that evening. He then headed off to enjoy the remainder of his day off, before picking Hermione up from her work at the Ministry of Magic and taking her out for dinner. Over dinner the couple discussed their respective days and what had happened since they'd last seen each other, and it wasn't until they returned to Hermione's flat, that Draco broke the news of the weekend he'd booked for them.

"Oh wow, I've heard about this place," Hermione remarked with a low whistle when Draco handed her the brochure. "Ginny's been begging Harry to take her, but since it's so expensive, he wants it to be a special occasion. It's not a special occasion for us, is it? I haven't forgotten an anniversary, have I?"

"No anniversary, or at least not one that I know about," Draco replied. "I suppose it could be the anniversary of our first kiss, or the first time we slept together. I can't say I've got them marked on my calendar."

"How disappointing, not being able to remember our first kiss or the first time we shared a bed," Hermione joked with a pout.

"Our first time didn't involve a bed if I recall correctly," Draco retorted with a wicked smirk. "I do believe our first time involved my desk."

"It could have," Hermione replied, playing coy even though she knew full well their first time had been in Draco's office one rainy Sunday when he'd had to pop into work as a favour for Lucius. Since they'd been on a date at the time, Hermione had accompanied him, and one thing had led to another, meaning Draco's desk had seen some action.

"To answer your question, it's not a special occasion, I just want to treat you," Draco said.

"Thank you, I'm sure it'll be amazing," Hermione replied, smiling warmly at her boyfriend. "When do we go?"

"Next month," Draco answered. "It's actually my parents anniversary that weekend, and since they always do something on their own, I know I'll not have any family obligations that weekend. Plus, I'd rather be out of the manor if they're going to be smooching around all weekend. Honestly, you would think after thirty years the spark would have gone."

"I think it's lovely that your parents are still so in love," Hermione remarked. "I hope when I get married, my husband and I are still as passionate as your parents after thirty years."

"It would be nice," Draco agreed. "But let's try and have more restraint than those two. We don't need to scar our children the way I've been scarred. Believe me, I've seen and heard things I never needed to know."

"We?" Hermione questioned with a grin. "What makes you think we'll be married for thirty years? We're not even engaged."

"Not yet," Draco replied flippantly.

"Oh my god, is that what this weekend is about? Are you going to propose?" Hermione gasped.

"I hadn't planned on it," Draco laughed. "I just thought we could have a nice romantic weekend together. When I do propose, you won't see it coming, I promise you that."

"When not if?" Hermione queried. "Someone is certainly confident that we're in this for the long haul."

"Are we not?" Draco asked.

"I certainly hope so," Hermione replied with a smile. "Not let's have a closer look at that brochure. I want to see what we've got to look forward to."

"And when we've checked out what the hotel has to offer, I'll show you what else the weekend has in store for you," Draco remarked with a wicked smirk.

"You're incorrigible," Hermione laughed.

After checking out the brochure, and what the package Draco had booked contained, the couple headed to bed where Draco kept his promise and gave Hermione a preview of what he would be bringing to their romantic weekend away.

After booking a weekend away for him and Narcissa, Lucius pretended as though his wife's hints were falling on deaf ears in regards to their anniversary. By the time the weekend rolled around, he'd given no hint to Narcissa about what he had planned, so he was able to surprise her on the Friday evening when he arrived home early from work and presented her with the news they were going away for the weekend.

"What a wonderful surprise," Narcissa gushed. "But you should have given me more notice so I could pack. By the time I'm sorted, we're going to be late getting to the hotel."

"I've got that all in hand," Lucius replied with a smirk. "I came home at lunchtime and packed. And I've got a few treats lined up at the hotel."

"You've thought of everything," Narcissa remarked with a smile as she wrapped her arms around Lucius and gave him a searing kiss. "You're the perfect husband."

"I do try," Lucius remarked smugly. "Now shall we get going?"

Summoning the weekend bag he'd packed, Lucius connected the floo and he and Narcissa headed off to the South of France. Checking in, they received the key card for the luxury suite they were booked into and they headed up to the top floor of the hotel. Waiting for them in their suite was a chilled bottle of the best champagne, and rose petals were strewn over the floor and bed.

"Tonight, we're having a romantic dinner in the suite," Lucius said, dropping their overnight bag onto a chair. "We just need to pick what we want."

Finding the menu sitting on a table beside the window, the couple picked what they wanted and magically sent the order, along with the timing they wanted their food. Now when dinner was ready, it would appear directly onto the table and they didn't need to be disturbed by any of their staff visiting their room.

"I also have the first of your presents here," Lucius said, opening the overnight bag and pulling out a box, which he enlarged before handing it to his wife. "I thought you could wear it tonight."

Taking the box, Narcissa smiled warmly at her husband. She fully expected to find saucy underwear in the box as it was too small for a dress, but when she cracked open the lid, she found neither. Instead, all she found was an empty box.

"There's nothing in here," she informed Lucius with a puzzled from.

"I know," Lucius replied with a smirk.

Narcissa couldn't help but laugh at her husband's joke, but she was more than happy to give him what he wanted. Digging in their overnight bag for her toiletries bag, Narcissa headed into the large en-suite bathroom. Stripping off she grabbed a quick shower before lathering herself with her favourite peach fragranced body lotion. Drying her hair she left it flowing down her back before she re-did her make-up. She then checked her reflection in the floor length mirror, and satisfied with what she saw, she returned to Lucius, completely and utterly naked.

"Wow," Lucius whistled when his wife re-appeared. "I made a good choice. You look amazing."

"Thank you," Narcissa replied with a smile. "Although I do hope I'm not the only one slipping into something special. It's only fair you make the same effort, Lucius."

"Your wish is my command," Lucius vowed, heading into the bathroom to ready himself for his wife. Fifteen minutes later he re-emerged from the bathroom having shed his clothes.

"I'm getting ideas now," Narcissa remarked, her eyes running appreciatively over Lucius's still toned body.

"Save that for later, Cissa, we've got dinner to enjoy first," Lucius chuckled.

Leading his wife over to the window, they admired the view while waiting for their dinner. When their dinner arrived, they settled down to eat but neither of them could really focus on their food as they were stark naked and even though they spent plenty of time without their clothes, they didn't normally sit and enjoy a romantic meal while in the buff.

"This is certainly different," Narcissa remarked.

"It is," Lucius agreed. "I better not drop anything in my lap. I wouldn't want to ruin the goods."

"When do you ever drop anything in your lap?" Narcissa laughed. "And I'm sure your goods are perfectly fine."

"You can find out when dessert arrives," Lucius said, giving his wife a smouldering look. "I think we should enjoy that in bed."

True to his word, when dessert arrived, Lucius took both it and Narcissa to bed. The couple were thoroughly enjoying their strawberries and cream when erotic noises began to drift through the walls from the room next door. Between the moaning and cries of ecstasy came the slamming of the headboard, leading Lucius and Narcissa to deduce that the bed in the room next door was situated on the wall behind their bed.

"The layout of the rooms are not exactly well thought out, are they?" Narcissa said as they chuckled at the noises coming from the room next door.

"Either that or the couple next door are just very loud," Lucius replied, just as an extra loud feminine cry echoed from next door.

"Let's forget about them, we have an anniversary to celebrate," Narcissa said, smiling coyly at her husband.

Eager to begin their anniversary celebrations, Lucius pulled Narcissa into his arms and the couple did their best to ignore the cries coming from the room next door. While they were busy themselves, it was easy to ignore the noises, but once their own activities had died down, it was harder to ignore the couple next door. Clearly their neighbours were a bit younger than themselves and had a bit more stamina and could go a bit longer before needing a break.

"Look on the bright side, they can't go all night," Lucius chuckled as he pulled Narcissa into his arms.

Ten minutes later, Lucius was proved right as the noises coming from the room next door ended. However, that wasn't it for the night as after a brief break the noises restarted. In fact, the noises were still going on as Lucius and Narcissa drifted off to sleep. However, the couple were determined not to let the amorous couple next to them ruin their anniversary. If needs must they would up their own noise and show their neighbours that they weren't the only ones who could have loud sex.

Narcissa awoke the next morning to the feeling of her husband's hands exploring her body and his lips nuzzling at her neck. She luxuriated in the feeling for several minutes before cracking open her eyes. The second he had her full attention, Lucius gave her a mischievous smirk and flicked his gaze towards the wall behind them before throwing the bed-covers aside and making his way slowly down his wife's naked body.

Narcissa knew exactly what Lucius was wanting, and she also knew he was going about achieving it in the best possible way. Her husband was skilled in all areas of love-making, but his oral skills were especially top notch, and it was always the easiest way to get Narcissa to lose control and make a lot of noise. Of course she wasn't going to make noise just for the sake of it, Lucius would have to work to get what he wanted, but she had every faith he would achieve his aim.

Sure enough Lucius's performance was impressive enough for Narcissa to make enough noise to rival the witch they'd heard the previous night. But Lucius hadn't finished and Narcissa was still recovering when her husband kissed his way back up her body, burying himself inside her as he did so. The mischief was still burning in Lucius's eyes, and Narcissa could tell her husband wasn't done yet. Using all the skills at his disposal, Lucius continued to make Narcissa moan and cry at the top of her voice as he made love to her. At one point he even grabbed the headboard and ensured it banged noisily against the wall for a good couple of minutes.

As their love-making reached its climax, making a noise was left to one side as the couple lost themselves in each other. Tumbling over the edge together they collapsed back onto the bed in a tangled heap, and as their breathing returned to normal they turned to look at each other and burst out laughing.

"I can't believe we've just done that," Narcissa giggled, snuggling into her husband.

"We've been married thirty years, we've done that a lot," Lucius retorted.

"I meant deliberately made a lot of noise," Narcissa said, lightly slapping at her husband, even though she knew full well he knew exactly what she had meant. "Do you think they heard next door?"

"Unless they're deaf, or are very early risers," Lucius replied. It was actually still quite early in the morning as Lucius was an early riser, even if he didn't always leave his bed that early in the mornings. "After last night, they deserve a taste of their own medicine."

Feeling like a pair of mischievous teenagers, Lucius and Narcissa made no effort to actually get up following their morning exploits. They were content to lie in each other's arms, chatting about how they were going to spend their day. The package Lucius had booked contained two spa treatments, and the couple decided that would take advantage of the treatments that morning.

Eventually they rose from the bed, and ordering breakfast the way they had dinner the previous evening, they took it in turns to use the bathroom and get ready for their morning at the spa. Over breakfast the couple discussed which spa treatments they wanted, and wanting to share the experience they opted to have a massage followed by some time in the sauna.

Once they'd eaten the couple made their way down to the spa, where the witch working there happily sorted them a couple's massage.

"It's a popular treatment this morning," the witch remarked as she sorted the treatment. "I've just had word that another couple are coming down for a couple's massage."

"So we won't be alone?" Narcissa asked in disappointment. She'd been looking forward to spending the morning relaxing with Lucius, not worrying about another couple disturbing their peace and quiet.

"You'll be in a private room," the young witch assured them.

Feeling much happier at the idea of not having to share their treatment with strangers, Lucius and Narcissa headed into one of the treatment rooms and within minutes they were settled on the massage tables, with two professional masseuses working on making sure they were well and truly relaxed. Following the massages, the couple settled themselves in the sauna, and only emerged when it was time for lunch.

"Where would you like to eat?" Lucius asked Narcissa as she they headed back to their room to change since they were still both wearing their robes from the spa.

"As tempting as it is to spend all our time in the suite, I think we should explore the rest of the hotel," Narcissa replied. "After all, you've paid for us to enjoy this luxury, so lets make the most of it. We can eat downstairs in the bistro and then spend the afternoon exploring."

Lucius was more than happy to explore more of the hotel, and once he and Narcissa were ready, they headed down to lunch. Narcissa had already mentioned the hotel bistro, so the couple made their way to the poolside bistro without discussing where exactly they wanted to eat. Deciding to eat outside as it was so nice, Lucius and Narcissa made their way out beside the pool. However, no sooner had they stepped outside then they spotted the back of a very familiar head sitting at one of the booths beside the pool.

"I don't believe it," Lucius muttered. "What is he doing here?"

"Let's find out," Narcissa said, leading the way across to where their son was sitting with his girlfriend, Hermione.

"Mother," Draco gasped, jumping up as his parents approached the table. "What are you doing here?"

"I was just wondering the same thing," Lucius remarked with a slight frown. He'd been well aware that his son had been going away with his girlfriend for the weekend, but it had never occurred to him to check where they were going.

"We're having a romantic weekend," Draco said.

"Same here," Narcissa chuckled. "Your father brought me here for our anniversary."

"Happy anniversary," Hermione said with a smile. "Do you want to join us for lunch? It seems stupid to eat separately when we're all here."

Deciding that it was indeed stupid to eat separately, Lucius and Narcissa joined the young couple. Luckily Draco and Hermione hadn't yet ordered their lunch, so the foursome ordered their food together. Drinks were a different matter as Draco and Hermione were already drinking cocktails, but it didn't take long for Narcissa to join them in their cocktail drinking while Lucius ordered a glass of expensive red wine.

"How did you end up here?" Lucius asked, wondering what sort of coincidence brought them and their son to the same hotel over the same weekend.

"I've heard plenty about the hotel, so I decided to try it," Draco replied. "How did you end up here?"

"Like you, I've heard a lot about the hotel, but your mother actually picked this place," Lucius replied.

"I did what?" Narcissa questioned with a puzzled frown.

"Don't play coy, Cissa, I got your hint," Lucius chuckled. "Although why you kept hinting about our anniversary, I don't know. I haven't forgotten any of our other twenty nine anniversaries, have I?"

"No," Narcissa admitted, well aware that she was lucky to have a husband who never forgot an anniversary. "But I just wanted to make sure you remembered this was a special one and we did something special. I just wanted more than a nice meal out."

"So you found this place and left the brochure on my desk," Lucius said, giving his wife an affectionate smile.

"What brochure?" Narcissa asked. "I never left anything on your desk."

"That would be my brochure," Draco said with a chuckle as he realised what had happened. "I used your office to make the booking, but I forgot my bank details so went to grab them. You must have popped home while I was away and thought mother had left the brochure."

"So it was your circle around the most expensive weekend package?" Lucius questioned with an amused shake of his head, hardly able to believe what had happened, but being able to see the funny side. "I thought it was just your mother showing off her expensive taste."

"I do not have expensive taste," Narcissa protested with a pout.

"Of course you do, you're a Malfoy," Draco laughed. "Where do you think I get it from."

"Your father," Narcissa retorted.

"You didn't have to book the most expensive weekend," Hermione hissed at her boyfriend as Lucius began to tease his wife about her expensive taste.

"You're worth it," Draco whispered back, giving Hermione a quick kiss.

For a while the two couples whispered and chatted between themselves, but once their lunch had arrived talk turned to the hotel and what people thought about it. Hermione and Narcissa both enthused about the spa and Draco gushed about the stunning grounds and the fact the entire island belonged to the hotel so there was no barriers when it came to exploring.

"I do think this place is lacking in one area though," Lucius remarked. "The sound proofing in the bedrooms is atrocious. You should hear the couple next door to us. They are seriously loud."

"What with? Their music?" Hermione asked.

"Loud music, I can tolerate," Lucius snorted. "But it is a bit much when its loud sex we're subjected to. Honestly, you should have heard them moaning and screaming last night. Not to mention the damn headboard slamming against the wall."

"The walls are rather thin, and the soundproofing is bad," Draco agreed. "We can also hear the couple next to us. Luckily, they don't sound quite as bad as the people next to you."

"I don't know about that, they certainly woke me up this morning," Hermione muttered.

"Some people have no manners," Narcissa tutted. "But let's not worry about that now. Aside from the bad soundproofing, this place is pretty spectacular. I can't wait to try dinner in the restaurant this evening."

"Why don't you join us," Lucius suggested to his son and his girlfriend. "It seems silly for us to dine separately."

"Dinner sounds good," Hermione said with a smile as arrangements were made for the two couples to meet in the restaurant later that evening.

"I'm sorry about this," Draco said to Hermione as they got ready for dinner.

"Sorry about what?" Hermione asked with a frown. "I'm having a great weekend."

"But dinner with my parents was not part of the plan," Draco pointed out. "Honestly, I can't believe I left that brochure for ten minutes and that was exactly when father chose to turn up and jump to conclusions. I don't know why he didn't just ask mother what she wanted to do for their anniversary."

"He clearly wanted to surprise her," Hermione said. "And when he saw the brochure, he thought he was giving her what she wanted. He wasn't to know he was jumping on your booking."

"I guess not, but it's still a bit maddening. We were supposed to be having a romantic weekend, not dining with my parents. We can do that any weekend."

"It's a few hours, Draco," Hermione chuckled, amused by her boyfriend's dramatics. "Besides, I like your parents. It's no hardship to have dinner with them. Besides, since they're also here for a romantic weekend, I can't see them wanting to linger after dinner. We'll have plenty of time for romance after we've eaten."

"I like the sound of that," Draco said with a wolfish grin, already looking forward to the fun he and Hermione could have later that evening. "Do you fancy heading down early and grabbing a drink before my parents arrive?"

"Sure, I'll only be another ten minutes."

Fifteen minutes later Hermione was ready, and she and Draco headed down for a drink before dinner. They were on their second drink and Draco was enjoying teasing Hermione about what he had planned for them later on, when Lucius and Narcissa entered the bar. Lucius was looking his usual handsome self, dressed in black, but it was Narcissa who stole the show as she was looking devastatingly sexy in a dark red dress, her blonde hair piled elegantly on top of her head.

"Wow mother, you look amazing," Draco remarked with a low whistle. While his mother had always looked amazing, it had been a long time since Draco has seen her look so stunning.

"That is a beautiful dress," Hermione agreed.

"Thank you, it was an early anniversary present from Lucius," Narcissa replied with a smile.

"And my present is what lies under the dress," Lucius added with a smirk.

"We did not need to know that," Draco groaned, glaring at Hermione as she just laughed at his father, while Narcissa blushed slightly and gave her husband a light slap.

"Lighten up, Draco," Lucius chuckled. "It's not like I'm ravishing your mother right in front of you."

"Lucius," Narcissa gasped, giving her husband a stronger slap as Draco groaned and dropped his head into his hands.

"Some people have no sense of humour," Lucius muttered even as he deftly changed the subject by offering to buy a round of drinks.

After a couple of drinks the two couples headed into the restaurant where they enjoyed a stunning three course meal. Conversation and laughter flowed over dinner, and when they'd finished eating the two couples grabbed another drink and wandered outside to enjoy the view of the sun setting.

"Beautiful," Narcissa sighed, gazing out at the view from where they were sitting on one of the hotel's terraces.

"Very," Lucius agreed, his attention on his wife rather than the view.

"Soft bugger," Narcissa muttered with a smile as she turned her head and saw where her husband's attention was.

"As nice as this sunset is, I think it's time we went upstairs," Lucius said. "I've got a present to unwrap."

"We're going to head up as well," Draco said, blatantly ignoring his father's remark as he got to his feet and offered his hand to Hermione.

Together the two couples headed for the lifts and they were so busy chatting that they failed to notice that they were heading to the same floor. It wasn't until the lift delivered them to their floor and both couples alighted that they realised their rooms must be close to one another.

"You really have jumped on my bandwagon, haven't you?" Draco laughed at his father. "Trust you to want a room on the top floor."

"The brochure said they were the best, and if you're going to do something, you get the best," Lucius returned with a shrug.

Wandering down the corridor they reached Lucius and Narcissa's room first, but no-one thought anything of it until Draco and Hermione stopped at the next room down. The reality of what was happening hit Draco first, and faltering in opening the hotel door he turned to face his father, who was also coming to realise what was happening. Totally aghast the two Malfoy wizards looked at each other.

"Oh my god," Hermione whispered, her eyes widening as she considered the lay-out of the suite she and Draco were sharing and which room the noisy neighbours who had woken her that morning were staying in.

"You," Narcissa spluttered, holding her hand over her mouth.

"I don't believe it," Lucius gasped. "You were the ones disturbing us last night."

"And you woke us up this morning," Draco continued with a shudder. "I feel sick."

"Maybe we should forget this ever happened," Hermione suggested, finding herself unable to look Draco's parents in the eye.

"Good idea," Narcissa said quickly with a firm nod of her head. "Well, goodnight."

Without glancing at her son and his girlfriend, she swiped the key-card from Lucius's hands, opened the suite door and practically shoved her husband inside, slamming the door behind them. Further down the corridor, Draco opened his and Hermione suite and in shock the pair entered their room. Instantly their gaze fell to the large king-sized bed, and then slowly their eyes raised to the wall behind the bed.

"I feel dirty," Draco muttered with another shudder. "I can't get those noises from this morning out of my head."

"I'm more worried about the noises we were making," Hermione retorted. "I didn't realise we were that loud. But over lunch, Lucius made it sound as though we were terribly loud." Collapsing onto a nearby chair, she shook her head in disbelief. "How can I ever face your parents again knowing they've heard us have sex. And loud sex at that."

"How do you think I feel? I've heard my parents having sex," Draco wailed, dropping onto the bed. "I'm not stupid, I know they still have a sex life, but I didn't need to hear it. Some weekend this has turned out to be."

"We can still have a good weekend," Hermione argued, moving to join her boyfriend on the bed. "I just think sex will have to wait. I don't think I can get in the mood knowing your parents are next door and they might hear us."

"I know the feeling," Draco agreed with a nod. "No more sex this weekend."

With their romantic weekend coming to a shuddering halt, Draco and Hermione decided that what they needed was a few more drinks. Aware that Lucius and Narcissa were in the next room, and now unsure of just how much they could hear, they couple decided to head back to the bar where they could hopefully drink enough to forget the embarrassment of Draco's parents hearing them have sex.

A stunned silence filled Lucius and Narcissa's suite as they took in the fact that the noisy couple in the next room were their son and his girlfriend. Recalling the way he'd deliberately made Narcissa scream this morning as payback for the previous evening, Lucius let out a loud groan as he sunk down on the bottom of the bed.

"What have we done?" Narcissa whispered, sinking down next to her husband.

"We haven't done anything," Lucius protested.

"We were deliberately loud this morning," Narcissa reminded her husband. "You wanted to get back at them."

"We didn't know it was Draco and Hermione next door," Lucius protested. "All we knew was that they were loud. Although I suppose it's nice to know Draco has inherited my stamina and my skills, if the noises and the duration of them are anything to go by."

"Lucius," Narcissa cried. "I don't want to think about our son's sexual performance."

"Nor do I, but we can't just pretend this never happened," Lucius argued.

"I rather think that's just what I want to do," Narcissa muttered as she got to her feet. "So much for our romantic weekend. And for you unwrapping your present."

"You mean, I don't get my anniversary gift?" Lucius asked in dismay.

"Not when Draco and Hermione are next door and can hear everything," Narcissa said, shooting a pointed look at the wall that separated their suite from Draco and Hermione's.

"I'm sure they can't hear everything," Lucius protested.

"They can hear enough," Narcissa snorted.

"Since this hotel is deficient in the sound proofing charms, how about I do some work myself," Lucius suggested.

"What are you suggesting?" Narcissa questioned.

"That I erect a few privacy wards that will ensure that no-one will hear anything," Lucius relied. "You can trust me to do the job, Narcissa, you know you can. And then, I get to unwrap my gift and you get the anniversary weekend you deserve."

"I suppose I could be persuaded, but your charms better be up to scratch, Lucius," Narcissa warned. "If I find out Draco and Hermione have heard one more thing, I will kill you, and this will be the last weekend you ever get more than a kiss from me."

"Trust me, Cissa, I won't let you down," Lucius vowed with a grin as he whipped out his wand to set about giving them the privacy they needed to continue to enjoy the rest of their weekend.

Fifteen minutes later, Narcissa was satisfied that Lucius had delivered on his promise to ensure their privacy, and she allowed him the privilege of unwrapping his anniversary present. Despite her wariness, Lucius soon had her forgetting her worries about being overheard, and by the end of the evening Narcissa was back to enjoying her romantic anniversary weekend with her sexy husband.

Draco was thrilled that he and Hermione didn't run into his parents for the remain of their stay at the hotel, and he even went as far as spending Sunday night at Hermione's flat to prolong the inevitability of facing his parents. However, when Monday morning dawned he could avoid his parents no longer as he had to go into work, where he worked alongside his father. For most of the morning the two wizards did their own thing, but the last meeting of the morning involved them both and once the work was done, conversation inevitable drifted to the weekend.

"So, did you and Hermione enjoy the remainder of your stay?" Lucius asked.

"We did," Draco confirmed with a nod. "Although when we checked out, I left some feedback with the manager about the lack of silencing charms around the room. It's not really fair to go away for the weekend, only to realise part way through the trip that the people in the next room can hear you, so you spend the rest of the weekend being celibate."

"That's what you did, was it?" Lucius chuckled. "Refrained from being intimate."

"What else were we going to do?" Draco snorted. He decided it was best not to mention that the only sex he and Hermione had indulged in after discovering his parents were staying in the next room had taken place in the bathroom, which had been located at the other end of the suite. "Although everything was quiet your end, so clearly you and mother did the same."

"On our anniversary, I don't think so," Lucius scoffed. "I booked a naughty weekend, and a naughty weekend I bloody well had."

"I didn't need to know that," Draco complained. "But I guess I should be grateful you at least kept the noise down."

"We didn't do that either," Lucius replied with a smirk. "I simply silenced the room myself and we carried on as we liked. I wasn't having something as simple as a silencing charm effecting my sex life, and quite honestly I'm surprised you didn't think of doing the same thing, Draco. And you call yourself a Slytherin."

As Lucius tutted at him, Draco could only stare at his father in shock. He couldn't believe that he hadn't thought of something as simple as erecting his won spells around the room. His father was right, any self respecting Slytherin would have found their way around the problem. After all Slytherins were known for being sneaky and getting what they wanted, but this time Draco had failed.

"Never mind Draco, we can't all be naturally sneaky," Lucius chuckled, clapping his hand on Draco's shoulder. "It seems that you've still got a lot to learn."

"Smug git," Draco hissed under his breath as his father strolled out of the office, radiating smugness.

It seemed that his father had gotten the last laugh and had been far sneakier on him over the weekend. So while he and Hermione had refrained from sex, aside from one encounter in the shower, his parents had just carried on and had the romantic weekend they'd been planning all along. Shaking his head at his father's actions, Draco vowed to be more like Lucius in the future. One thing was for sure, he would never again let a lack of silencing charm affect a weekend away with Hermione, or more importantly he wouldn't let it affect their sex life.

The End.
