As soon as Cregan had found enough proofs for the fault of the Lord Bolton, he arranged an accident for him and when the rest of the Boltons sought revenge shortly afterwards, Cregan waged a war against them and was victorious after five years.
All remaining male Boltons were beheaded or forced to take the black, all remaining female Boltons were forced to join the Silent Sisters in the South.

Dorren
161 AC
240 AC
Married out of love, against the will of his and her father, since 179 AC to Birka Reed (161 AC 239 AC), first both staying in The Neck, then both leaving from White Harbor in 181 AC for Essos, then their situation became unknown after they somehow both managed to buy a journey on an Ibbenese Whaling ship.
They returned in the Springtime of 201 AC, owning five sturdy ships, built like in a Braavos/Ibbenese fusion style and sailed by a wild mixture of sailors from all over the known World, though more than two-third of them were just Ibbenese or former members of the Company of the Rose.
On these five ships, Dorren and Birka Stark transported a few treasures they somehow acquired, how they never told to anyone, neither their crews nor their families.
These treasures were different on each of their ships...
On their main and biggest ship, on which they and their sons Arslan (just three namedays old) and Cahir (just one nameday old) sailed, they transported the biggest treasure. Tons upon tons of two special varieties of rice (think of the American Wild rice) which would soon spread itself through the Neck and would bring plentiful Harvests from the third year onwards in all the Years to come.
Furthermore they had tons of different varieties of a tuber plant which they called potatoes and which they at first had planted in the more southern half of the North but soon, just a few years later, also till up to the Wall and they brought large Harvest in all the Years to come.
And also a hundred pouches filled with different seeds of something they called tomatoes and which were planted at first in the glass gardens of Winterfell and White Harbor but soon in the following years in more and more specially made Glass houses where ever it was warm enough in the North. These tomatoes brought much joy and plentiful harvests in the North in the Years to come.
At last they transported a further fifty bags filled little dried sticklike things on their main ship, which they later planted everywhere in the Neck. They called plants that grew then from these dried and sticklike things, Cattail and they too brought wonderful and useful Harvests in the Years to come.
On their second ship they transported fifty caskets, each the size of a 250 litre Wine barrel, but instead of Wine, each casket was filled Gold.
These fifty caskets had been put in the lower parts of the ship and the only entrance had been sealed up by Dorren and he had put many bags of silver over the entrance, for he had knewn that the crew members would steal from him and this way they had only seen the silver from which they had stolen around a tenth then on the journey but they hadn't touched the gold.
And this gold he then later used to buy Moat Cailin from his father and to rebuild it and he also gifted two caskets each to his brothers who still lived then and one large bag of silver to each of his then still living sisters and to each of his bastard siblings too.
On the third ship, the treasure mostly transported was luxury cloth from all regions of Essos and some caskets full of finest perfumes, on the fourth ship it was mostly mostly the same as on the third, though Dorren had secretly stored away there five caskets, each four handspans tall and wide and eight handspans long and all filled with fine pearls and gemstones.
On the fifth ship, was his second greatest treasure in his mind, after the seeds and plants of his main ship, for on this fifth ship were fifty sows and fifteen boars of the finest, fattest, largest and most hardy pigs of the world, the Ibbenese Woolpig.
And Dorren and Birka were the first non - Ibbenese people who had ever been able and allowed to buy some of them and to take away from Ib.
IIn the Years to come, they would be spread and breed throughout the North and they would prove themselves to be thrive even through Winters were not even the already hardy normal Northern pig races would all be able to survive.
The cruel past times of extreme Hunger never returned to the North, not even in the Winter of the 230-236 years.
The Starks of Moat Cailin are plentiful at the time of King Robert's reign, seeing as both Arslan and Cahir have many descendants...

Brandolf Snow
182 AC
244 AC
Brandolf Snow grew up in Wintertown, since his mother had received a House from Cregan Stark and reigned over twenty weavers and thus lived good.
He learned sailing and shipbuilding in White Harbor and Braavos after he got of age and was twenty-five namedays old, when he spent a few years in Moat Cailin and then learnt to build the ships in the Ibbenese/Braavosi fusion style like the ships of his half-brother Dorren Stark.
He became a ships builder master there and married a half-Braavosi/half-Northern daughter of a fellow ships builder at the age of thirty-two namedays. They had two daughters and two sons and their descendants are still the masters of half the shipyards of the North at the time of King Robert's Reign.

Missa had received a good house from Cregan and soon after the birth of her Snowson, she married the widowed master - of - the - Horses in Winterfell and had four more children with him.
Cranulf Snow was a smart boy and had early shown himself to be interested in healing and learning and so he asked his father to be allowed to go to the Citadel.

Calla Snow
Jonella Snow
188 AC
Lady Jaeneth remained together with Cregan till his death and was still highly honored afterwards and lived comfortably till her own death in 229 AC in the Widows Tower of Winterfell together her daughters.
Both Calla and Jonella never married, for the both of them had no interest in that and liked it more to care for the plants in the Glassgardens and beyond and everything grew lushly under their care, especially all the new plants which came when Dorren Stark returned to the North.
Most people in the North believed that these two women are something like witches, for they are still alive and healthy enough to care for their beloved plants in the times of King Robert's Reign...
Yeah, Cregan got a few more legitimate kids and a few bastards too.
I had to figure out the livetimes of Cregan's second and third wives though since there was not much known about Black Aly besides her birthdate and her wedding date and no dates at all about Lynara.
And yeah, I truly let Cregan live for 101 years... figured that his nickname "Old man in the North" should be taken literally.
