Here with another one-shot just for the hell of it. This is rated because I'm paranoid. Slight to severe OOC from the anime and manga will be noticed throughout the shot. Please enjoy.

Iruma, along with his adopted grandfather Sullivan, walked towards the gates of the school as the sun began to set over the horizon. Looking back, Iruma spotted his female best friend sitting on a bench with her head down before he frowned, "Hey…grandpa?" the two stopped as Sullivan hummed and looked down at Iruma in confusion, "I've noticed this a lot lately, but why is Clara still here? She usually leaves before us,"

Sullivan looked back to see the green-haired demoness and he slightly frowned, "I'm not sure, Iruma…would you like to talk to her before we leave, grandson?" Iruma hummed and nodded before he turned and walked over to Clara.

"Clara," Clara looked up and slightly smiled at Iruma, "What's the matter? Aren't you going home?" Clara's smile faded back into a frown as she hung her head, "What's wrong? Did something happen?"

"Mommy and daddy kicked me out," Iruma's eyes widened as he sat down and wrapped an arm around her, "I don't want to tell you because you'll get in trouble too, Iruma-kins,"

"Huh? W-what do you mean, Clara? Why did your parents kick you out?" Clara shook her head, "Clara, you're one of my best friends and I want to help you, but I can't do that if you don't talk to me…I thought your parents wouldn't do anything like that,"

"I…I…Iruma-kins…do you remember when all of us had a party and there was that juice Lied brought and everyone started acting funny?"

"What? Par…oh, yeah…he brought Relaxing Juice, it imitated the effects of alcohol, but since it was diluted, we all ended up getting drunk, and we all got a lecture from Opera to show for it too, but what does that have to do with anything? Grandpa knew we ended up drinking and while he was upset, he wouldn't do something to me, so I'm trying to understand why your parents wou-"

"Do you remember what happened the next day?" Clara looked up and frowned, "Do you remember where we woke up?"

"You mean…just the two of us?" Clara slowly nodded, "We were in the furthest corner of the room, lying under a blanket and…completely…naked…we had sex that night, didn't we?" Clara slowly nodded as Iruma shook his head, "But that doesn't make any sense…so we had sex, big deal? We're young demons and we want to explore everything the Netherworld has to offer an-"

"They didn't kick me out because of that, Iruma-kins," Clara looked down as she placed a hand on her flat stomach and Iruma's eyes widened as Clara bit her lower lip, "I'm going to have a baby, Iruma-kins…mommy and daddy weren't happy about that…Urara, Keebow, Konchie, Ran-Ran and Sin-Sin tried to talk them into letting me stay, but they wouldn't listen…Urara gave me some money to find somewhere to stay or get something to eat…but…I don't know what to do, Iruma-kins,"

Taking a deep breath, Iruma pulled her closer and rubbed her back, "We'll go to the mansion and talk to grandpa and Opera and see what they think about this…I'm not going to let you go homeless because of something we're both responsible for," Clara slowly nodded as Iruma narrowed his eyes, 'I didn't know a human can get a demon pregnant…but I'm not going to abandon her like her parents did. We're both to blame here and we're both going to take responsibility,' the pair stood up and walked back to Sullivan in silence before the three of them walked through the gates and down the road.

The three entered the mansion before Sullivan stopped and looked down in confusion, "So, grandson, you didn't explain why your little friend is with us. Did something happen?"

Clara frowned as she hung her head and Iruma took a deep breath, "Y-yeah, grandpa…something happened, but right now I need to talk to you and Opera in private before me and Clara talk to you two," Clara looked at Iruma with wide eyes as Iruma turned his attention to her and shook his head, "I need to talk to them in private, Clara…I'm not going to tell them about you being pregnant or anything…I just need to talk to them about something and it's kind of personal…you'll be okay by yourself for a few minutes, right?"

Clara sighed and gave a small smile, "Yeah, okay Iruma-kins." She quickly hugged him and whispered in his ear, "Thank you, Iruma-kins," Iruma hummed as he hugged her back before they separated and Iruma and Sullivan walked into the other room as Clara frowned and sat down, waiting for them to return.

The two demons looked at Iruma as Opera arched a brow, "So sir, is there a reason as to why your friend is here? And why does she seem as if she's been crying?"

Iruma inhaled slowly as he frowned, "Grandpa, Opera, do you two remember when me and the rest of my class had that little party and Lied brought some Relaxing Juice and the thirteen of us ended up getting drunk?" the two sighed in slight annoyance as they nodded, "Well…t-that night…C-Clara and I…we…we had sex…and now she is pregnant with my child and her parents kicked her out…I invited her over to see if she can stay here with us an-"

"We could get her parents to take her back home," Sullivan explained and Iruma looked at his adopted grandfather, "All we have to do is terminate the-"

"No," Sullivan and Opera looked at him in disbelief as he shook, "Grandpa, I don't care the risk we're taking here…I don't care if Clara will find out I'm human because of the baby or if I tell her…we're not terminating the pregnancy unless Clara wants that, and no one here is going to talk her into doing that."

"We see…but sir, how are you going to explain to your friend that you're human? If she's determined to carry the child to full term and she gives birth and it smells of human, she's going to be asking questions,"

"I…I know that Opera, and I'm going to tell her…I just…can you guys keep her company while I think of a way to tell her I'm human and how I got down here?" the two nodded before they walked out of the room, closing the door behind them.

Hearing the latch catch, Iruma took a deep breath, "Hey…Ali?" the Spirit of the Gluttonous Feeder Ring that donned Iruma's right middle finger perched itself on his shoulder, "How am I going to tell her I'm human? And since when can a human get a demon pregnant?"

"You're going to have to tell her before the child is born, Iru-boy otherwise it could cause all sorts of chaos, and I've been by your side for quite a while now and I can see that Clara wouldn't be the type of girl who will turn on you for something like that…as for the other question, it is written in many history books that have been lost to the ages that humans have gotten demons pregnant."

"Lost? Why are the books lost?"

"Because many high-profile demons didn't want to disgrace their families by being pregnant by humans…many demons found that to be disrespectful that their food impregnated them," Iruma frowned, "She won't devour you, Iru-boy and she won't think less of the child because of you being human…as I said, I've been by your side for quite some time and Clara is a carefree girl who won't hurt those in her life that she cares about," Iruma sighed and nodded as he watched as the spirit faded back into the ring before he walked out of the room.

Clara and Iruma sat across from Sullivan as he inhaled slowly and looked towards Clara, "Now Clara, Iruma informed me and Opera about your situation," Clara tilted her head to the side, "You don't need to pretend, dear. We know you're pregnant and that your parents kicked you out because of it,"

"Iruma-kins, you promised you wouldn't-"

"He had a very good reason to tell us in private," Opera spoke, and Clara looked up in confusion, "If he didn't have a reason, he would've kept his promise to you, but in light of the situation and given the circumstance…Master Iruma, would you like to tell your little friend?"

Clara looked at Iruma as Iruma turned his attention to Clara and frowned, "Clara…before I tell you this…what do you think about humans?"

"What? Iruma-kins, don't be silly. Humans don't exist. They're just a story mommies and daddies tell their kids before bed," the room fell silent as Clara looked around before looking at Iruma, "They're…not real, right Iruma-kins?"

"They are and…you're talking to one and you're carrying one, or half a one," Clara's eyes widened as Iruma sighed and shook his head, "If you want to kill me…go right ahead…but don't do anything to the kid…they're innocent in all of this an-" before he could finish, Clara wrapped her arms around him and tightly hugged him, "Clara?"

"Stupid! You're stupid, Iruma-kins! No one is going to kill you!" Iruma felt Clara shake as a tear fell onto his shoulder before he frowned and wrapped his arms around her, rubbing her back, "No one is going to kill you…not mommy, not daddy…not Urara, Keebow, Konchie, Ran-Ran or Sin-Sin and not even Azz-Azz! I want our baby to know their daddy and…and…I love you, Iruma-kins!" Iruma's eyes widened as the room fell silent, save for Clara's sobbing as Iruma continued to comfort her.

Opera took a deep breath before standing up, "Well, I shall get dinner started," turning, Opera stepped away from everyone and walked into the kitchen. Sullivan silently smiled before he stood up and walked away, leaving the two in privacy.

Iruma broke from the embrace and held Clara at arm's length as he shook his head, "I love you too, Clara," Clara gave a small smile, "But I need to take care of something…and it'll probably be better if I go alone…I'll be back,"

"O-okay…be careful…Iruma-kins," Iruma hummed and nodded before he stood up and raced out the door, leaving a saddened Clara alone.

Iruma walked up to a small hut, nestled in the Noisy Forest before he rapidly knocked on the door, alerting the occupants of his visit. The door opened and Clara's mother Alyssa stepped outside and slightly smiled, "Iruma, what a surprise…why did you knock so loudly? Someone would've heard you," Iruma glared at the older woman in front of him with narrowed eyes, "Um…well I'm sorry to say, but Clara isn't home an-"

"I know," Alyssa shivered at the tone in Iruma's voice, "Can I speak with you and your husband, Mrs. Valac?"

"Mrs. Valac? I told you countless times to call me Alyssa, Iruma…but…okay," she looked back and took a deep breath, "Jack! Iruma is here and he wants to talk to us!"

Soon, a tall, green-haired demon stood next to Alyssa and glared down at Iruma as he continued to glare at the two with narrowed eyes, "Kid, I don't know what you're selling, but our daughter isn't here…we'll have her call you when she-"

"I know she's not here, she's at my house!" the two jumped back at the loud tone before Iruma groaned and shook his head, "Why? Why would you kick her out? Yeah, we got drunk, had sex and now she's pregnant, but what's going to happen is something we'll decide, not anyone else!"

"We…you got my daughter pregnant!"

"Yeah, I got Clara pregnant, Mr. Valac, and I'd gladly do it again to show her how much she means to me, but we're not here about that, we're here about you two kicking her out!" birds flew through the air as Iruma shouted at the two, "What the hell is wrong with you two! Your first thought of punishing your kids if they do something like that is to kick them out! She told me that her siblings tried to convince you otherwise, but you wouldn't listen,"

"And why should we?" Jack narrowed his eyes, stepping closer to Iruma who remained unmoved, "She got pregnant, so she's old enough to live with the mistake she-" before he could finish, he fell back and the two looked back to see Iruma with his balled-up fist out, "What the hell?"

"What me and Clara did that night…while we knew it could get us in trouble, we didn't know what we were doing because we were intoxicated…and don't you dare call her or our child a mistake…let me ask you something…what would've happened if me and grandpa didn't see her while we were leaving school? What if something happened to her or the baby?" the two glared at him as he sighed and shook his head, "You wouldn't have known and something tells me you wouldn't have cared," Iruma turned his back towards them and began walking away, "When she gives birth, I'll have grandpa and Opera come for her siblings because they were concerned about her, but you two…I doubt she'd want you there, so I advise you to stay away,"

Looking over his shoulder, he narrowed his eyes as he hissed, "I don't know how you two raise your kids, and I don't want to know, but Clara's only fifteen and she didn't deserve to be kicked out just because she's pregnant. Be lucky I don't feel like fighting you two…I really don't want to upset Clara anymore today," the two watched as Iruma turned and walked away without looking back.

The two laid under the sheets on Iruma's bed as the nocturnal creatures played their nightly songs outside the window. Clara looked up and saw Iruma staring at the ceiling with narrowed eyes, "Iruma-kins?" Iruma hummed and looked down in confusion, "I didn't get to ask you because we were eating dinner and then we had homework and…where did you go earlier?" Iruma sighed as he looked back up at the ceiling, "I was worried, and no one knew where you went, and I thought a demon found out that you're human and killed you and our baby wouldn't get to know their daddy and-"

"I…went to go see your parents and talked to them about kicking you out just because you're pregnant," Clara's eyes widened as she nuzzled closer to him and frowned, "No one threatened anyone…though I punched your dad for calling the night we had a mistake and the results for it was a mistake so…I took that as him calling our kid a mistake and punched him,"

"Iruma-kins," Clara sighed as she laid her head on his chest, "I love you, I really do, but please don't fight with mommy and daddy…if they learn you're human…they might want to hurt you and our baby too,"

"I will beat the living hell out of them if they even think about going near our kid with the intention of harming them," Clara moaned as she shook her head and Iruma wrapped an arm around her and rubbed her back, "I know you don't want me fighting your parent for a number of reasons…they're your parents, it might ruin both families and our kid might not get to see their aunts and uncles…they might want to be in our kid's life after their born, they-"

"You're human and I don't want them killing you, Iruma-kins…that's a reason too," Clara moaned and pouted, "I don't want them killing you…you, me and our baby are going to be a family and I keep telling you that I want our baby to know their daddy,"

"I know, Clara, and I'm not going anywhere anytime soon…I want to be in our kid's life and watch them grow an-"

"Iruma-kins…can I ask you something about humans?" Iruma looked down and slightly nodded, "How…how long do humans…live for?" Iruma's eyes widened as Clara slowly hung her head, "I…I was wondering so…this way we can-"

"Some of us don't even make it to a hundred years and some even less than that," Clara looked up with wide, teary eyes, "The mortality of humans…varies…so I can't give you an exact number…I'm sorry," Clara slowly nodded, "But…I have a question for you now," Clara looked at him with a frown painted across her lips as he reached under the bed and pulled up a small, black box, "Clara…I've been wanting to ask you this for…a while now, since after the Harvest Festival, but then the party happened and I was worried I ruined our friendship, but…will you marry me?"

He opened the box and Clara looked down with wide eyes at the silver band with the emerald resting in the center of it inside of the box, "I'll understand if you'd rather not because of obvious reasons, but-" Clara lightly kissed his cheek, surprising him as he looked at her, "Clara?"

"Just put the ring on me, Iruma-kins," Iruma slightly smiled as he took the ring out of the box and slid it on Clara's finger before lightly kissing her forehead and the two slowly drifted off to sleep in each other's arms.

Months have passed and an exhausted Clara, with her sweaty bangs pressed against her forehead, smiled down at the human-demon hybrid in her arms, "Hello Junko, welcome to the Netherworld, baby," the child squeaked as she reached up and held the gold band around her mother's finger, "You like mommy's wedding band? Well mommy likes it too, especially since daddy gave it to me,"

"And mommy gave me a matching band," Iruma walked over to Clara and stood next to his tired wife as he smiled down at their daughter, "Hey princess, welcome to the Netherworld," Junko squeaked as the new parents smiled before Iruma turned his attention to Clara, "Hey, are you two up for some company?" Clara looked up in confusion, "Grandpa, Opera and your siblings are in the other room…if you want, I can tell them to come back later while you and Junko get some sleep an-"

"No…tell them to come in…I want to see Urara, Keebow, Konchie, Ran-Ran and Sin-Sin and I'm sure they want to see their niece," Iruma hummed and kissed the side of her head before he turned and walked out of the room and Clara turned her attention to her daughter again.

Iruma walked over to Sullivan, Opera and Clara's siblings before inhaling slowly, "Okay, you guys can go in, but please try to keep it down," everyone nodded and Iruma got ready to lead them back into the room when they heard the doors slide open.

Looking back, Iruma's eyes widened when he spotted Clara's parents stepping into the hospital, "Mother, father, what are you doing here?" the oldest Valac child demanded as Urara stepped closer to his parents, "Both Clara and Iruma made it clear that you are not to be here when Clara gave birth an-"

"I'll handle them, Urara, just go see your sister and new niece," Urara looked back at his brother-in-law, "Go on…Clara wants all of you in the room to meet Junko…but fair warning…you'll get a strange aroma coming from Junko…and…I'll explain that when I get back into the room," the Valac siblings nodded before following Sullivan and Opera to the room.

Iruma looked back and narrowed his eyes, "Urara's right, me and Clara didn't want you guys here, especially after throwing Clara out for being pregnant at fifteen and for nearly calling our daughter a mistake,"

"We…would like to meet our granddaughter, and if it's not too much…we'd like to reconnect with our daughter," Alyssa frowned and hung her head, "We've talked shortly after you left, Iruma and…you were right…we were wrong for doing that…we were just too ashamed to come to you kids and…we'd like to make amends with Clara,"

Iruma looked at Jak with narrowed eyes as Jack sighed and shook his head, "You don't have to do this for me, kid…you really don't, but my wife…she's cried herself to sleep these past few months and…it'll be nice if you can at least let her go and see Clara and our granddaughter while I wait out-"

"Let's go," Iruma turned his back towards them before looking over his shoulder, "I'll take you two to the room and ask if she wants you two there…don't start, and like I said, you'll get a strange aroma coming Junko and I'll explain it when we get to the room," the two nodded as the three of them walked back to the room.

Alyssa and Jack stood in the hall and watched as Iruma walked over to their oldest daughter and saw the two of them talking to one another before Clara slowly nodded and Iruma waved them over. The two stepped into the room and walked over to them, ignoring the glances from their other children, and Sullivan and Opera. Standing by the bed, Alyssa smiled as she patted the top of Clara's head, "How are you feeling, dear?"

"A little tired…but…this is Junko, your granddaughter," the parents looked down and smiled at their granddaughter before an aroma passed through their nostrils and the Valac family looked at Iruma with questionable looks crossing their faces.

Inhaling slowly, Iruma pushed away from the window and stood between his wife and in-laws, "So…the aroma you are smelling from Junko is her human half," their eyes widened as Iruma shook his head and continued, "She's half human because of me…and…how I got down here…I didn't even tell Clara, but my parents sold me to grandpa, and it was for the better…anyway, if you despise the two of us, fine, but I'll be damned if one of you go near my daughter with the intention of harming…go after me all you want, I won't care, but leave Junko alone,"

"No one is going to hurt you either, Iruma-kins," Clara moaned as she laid back and everyone looked at her, "I love my husband and my daughter. I don't care if Iruma-kins is human and Junko is part human…they're my family and I love them, and they love me, and I won't care if anything happens, I won't let anyone hurt them,"

"No one is going to hurt them, Clara," Alyssa assured with a faint smile, "We don't care if Iruma is a human and that Junko is part human, you care about them and Iruma cares about you and Junko, so much that Iruma punched daddy for almost saying something bad about Junko,"

"Heh, hard to believe a human was strong enough to knock a demon back," Jack chuckled and shook his head as the room began to quiet down as everyone looked down at Junko.

Hours passed as everyone left the hospital and Clara soundly slept as Iruma rocked a whimpering Junko in his arms, "I know, Junko. Both your human side and demon side are at war with one another right now and you don't know what to do…but don't worry, princess…mommy's here to help calm your demon side and I'm here to protect your human side."

He walked over to the window and stared out at the full moon, "You know, Junko, when mommy first told me she was pregnant with you, I was scared…not for being exposed as a human, but for you…I was worried mommy, and your aunties, uncles and grandparents would want to hurt you for being part human, but I was worried about nothing…I knew mommy was going to welcome you no matter what, but I didn't know how your aunts, uncles and grandparents would react."

Junko hiccupped as she stared up at her father with wide, blue eyes and Iruma looked down and slightly smiled, "I was also worried that I'd turn out like…them, but…you don't have anything to worry about, Junko…daddy will never put you through that kind of nightmare, no matter what happens. You just better not drink anything called Relaxing Juice while you're in school,"

He looked out the window again and saw a creature fly past the pale moon and he frowned, "You know Junko…I'm always going to be here for you and mommy…even if you can't see me at times, I'm always going to be there for you…and there'll be a day when I have to leave and you won't be able to see me for a while, but you won't worry because I'll still be here for you and mommy and when that day comes, and you can't find me, just look up at the night sky…see the moon, the bright stars and you'll know I'm watching over you…protecting you and mommy,"

Hearing a faint hiccup, Iruma looked down to see Junko had fallen asleep in his arms and he slightly smiled, "You had a busy day, Junko," he walked over to the crib and carefully set Junko down before pulling the blanket over her slightly, "Get some sleep, Junko. You and mommy will be ready to go home tomorrow," he turned and walked over to the chair next to the bed before he sat down and stroked Clara's hair as she slept.

This was…something? I think…enjoy.
