Chapter 16
Ministry of Magic, United Kingdom - March 7
Augustus Prince looked at the youn woman with a smile. He recently found out where his grandson is now. However, he couldn't bring himself to withdraw the assignment from her department. He was over twenty years older than her. Therefore, he didn't expect Katie Bennet to pay attention to him. He himself was fascinated by her stormy gray eyes.

Katie Bennet smiled as she saw Lord Prince finally leave her office. From the day she first met him, he came almost every day, and it was hard not to notice that he was still an extremely attractive man. He was much taller than she was. His dark, almost ebony hair framed his sharply defined jaw. Looking at him often, she couldn't tear her eyes away from his eyes. Eyes that matched his hair in their darkness.
She scolded herself for her rude thoughts. Her life was her son, and although sometimes she wanted someone to take the empty place in her heart ... She preferred not to get carried away by dreams. She knew some people weren't destined to have a happy ending.

Hogwarts - March 7
It wasn't lost on Lily Evans that James Potter had become calmer recently. He was joking as before, but now he could laugh at himself as well. He also happened to apologize when any of his jokes went too far. Initially, the younger Gryffindors approached his change with a great deal of reserve, then they started looking for James themselves when they had a problem with something. Lily felt a little humiliated. After all, she was once the prefect. Even after losing this position, she thought, the children would turn to her for help. It would help prove that she is fit for the position after all.
- James! Sirius! Remus!- She screamed when she saw them walking across the meadows towards the Black Lake. Recently, she felt as if they had grown apart. She calmed down as a smile spread across their faces. - Maybe not all is lost yet. - she thought before running towards them

James Potter could feel his friends' eyes on him. However, he didn't react. Something was bothering them. If they wanted to know something, they should ask.
- James! Sirius! Remus!- he heard the voice of the red-haired witch.
- Holy shit ... Lily.
- Not long ago you would do anything to attract her attention to you. - Sirius chuckled.
- Sirius is right. What was changed? - Lupin asked worriedly.
- I still like her, but to distance myself from this situation. Besides, until I find out that Severus Snape really does have someone, I'm not going to make a move on this girl. Just thinking about it makes me feel like I'm cheating on that goddamn ex-Slytherin.
Remus looked at him. After a moment of silence, he said. - So you still hope that something will happen between you both.
- No. I hope for nothing romantic. I can't help but just push me away from Lily at this moment. Although…
James didn't manage to finish his speech, because the girl they were talking about jumped on his back without warning. He hesitated and almost let her out of his hands. He was surprised that when he held her by the thighs he had dreamed about for so long he felt nothing at all.
- Hi boys. - she added after a moment, whispering in his ear. - Hi James.

Mrs. Pince was looking at the statistics on borrowing books. Another duty in her rather long list of duties. Before, Severus Snape would often help her between his classes. First with Miss Evans, then alone. She felt sorry for him. Unfortunately, as an ordinary library worker, without teaching training, she had little to say in this school.
- Albus Dumbledore has gone mad. - she murmured, hoping no one heard her.
She knew that this wizard had never really paid attention to the results achieved by his students. If had it been so, he would have eliminated or reformed the House Cup scoring long ago. Currently, this system hasn't worked. It was just a tool for favoring favorite students. Or in general - a favorite home.
Furious, she threw the report into the drawer with the decision that she would give it back at the last minute of the deadline. She wasn't going to make anything easy for him.

Durmstrang - March 7
Ivanna Aleksandrowicz looked enviously at Severus Snape and Helen Granger. She wasn't literally jealous of either of the two. She was jealous of the feeling they shared. Everyone knew under what circumstances they were connected, but now no one doubted that something real had developed between them.
She herself no longer hoped that anyone would be interested in her. Even if it were so, she probably wouldn't even notice it. Through the scar across her face, she interpreted every glance at her as pity. Mere pity.
The blonde wasn't aware that she was being watched. Evan Potter has been with her since he found her after the attack. It was he who brought her to Durmstrang in the hope that she would restore her confidence. Unfortunately, she was increasingly withdrawn. Sometimes he saw his son in her. Maybe it was he who could help her.

She liked today's classes. Professor Evans took advantage of the good weather and organized the outdoor activities. Today they learned how to draw runes on the body. She was surprised that these runes can also be drawn on living things. Earlier, both she and Severus had learned that the protective rune can only be drawn on inanimate objects.
These classes had another positive quality as well. They were really quite erotic. She was just kneeling between the legs of lying Severus. She tried to draw a rune on the skin just below his navel. Theoretically, three runes should fit there. When drawing the first one, she had trouble keeping focus. She didn't know what would happen to her when she tried to draw another one.
- Will you marry me? - He whispered looking her straight in the eyes. She wasn't sure if it was a question or a thought expressed aloud.
Helen stopped. She knew it would happen sooner or later. However, she didn't think it would happen publicly. She didn't think it would happen when her forearm was resting on his thigh.
- I want YOU officially. I want YOU to have ME officially too. - There was extraordinary confidence in his voice. - I'm not saying that we will start preparations for the ceremony right away. I just want you to ...
She didn't let him finish. She shifted so that she lay her whole body on him and kissed him. They were surprised by the shout of their professor - Granger, Snape! Please move sexual intercourse to a more private place. However, if you want to be watched, you should find people who want to watch.
Helen blushed. She knew her lecturer was joking. After a moment she looked at Severus and saw something in his eyes that she had not seen before. As she shifted, she already knew what it was. It surprised her that her guy wasn't embarrassed at all.

Hogwarts - March 7
Lucius began to worry. He didn't get a letter from his father often. Not one that contained virtually no relevant information. Except that his friend decided to talk to him. But what did the Dark Lord want from him? What did Tom Riddle want with him?

Malfoy Manor - March 7
Tom Riddle studied his friend. He knew Abraxas would rather not scare his son that way. But Lucius should be punished. After all, it was because of him that they lost such a promising wizard. He could be of use to their case.
- Are you really curious about this woman?
- Aren't you? She gave birth to a witch and defeated an adult werewolf. Contrary to what you think, I don't want to kill her. I just want a sample of her blood. For recorces. It is enough for me. Maybe your son knows where I could find her.
