It was storming rather hard today so none of the kids could play outside and neither could Scratch or Geoff go outside.

Molly was especially upset since she had gotten sick during the night so while her friends did indoor activity's, she remained confined to the cabin to keep from getting even sicker.

Her friends told Molly that they would check in on her in case she needed anything and only they could get it for her while she stayed in bed to rest and that way she could better faster.

Scratch stayed with her in case he needed to get Sawyer, Armand or even Rosebud who at the time was making chicken soup for the sick girl to eat and it would be normal chicken soup.

Molly was reading a book of her favorite series but not even that could cheer her up which surprised Scratch since he'd never seen Molly so upset before as she was always so happy all day.

"I hate being sick." Molly said with a sigh, she put her book down. "It's no fun but if you want to get better then you have to rest." Scratch responded to her lightly, he floated over her bed.

Molly knew that but she wanted to have fun with their friends even though it was storming outside, however when a lighting bolt flashed and then the two heard thunder booming outside.

Hearing the thunder scared Molly as she ducked under her covers then covered her ears. "I don't like thunder storms." Molly said with a whimper as lighting flashed followed by more thunder.

This had shocked Scratch to know that his best human friend was scared of thunder storms but then realized that was why she always listened to music during the days it was storming outside.

"Is there something I can do to help you?" Scratch asked gently, more lighting flashed and thunder rang out. "I want my parents!" Molly cried out, she began to cry in fear as more thunder came.

Scratch knew then that he had to do something to help calm Molly down before he remembered the song that Mr. McGee would sing in order to help Molly calm down whenever this would happen.

So the ghost got an acoustic guitar that was with them and tuned it up before he began to play the song that Molly and her Dad would sing together during thunder storms or just for fun when they felt like it.

Molly heard Scratch playing on the acoustic guitar so she got out from under her bed covers as he started playing a familiar tune before he turned to her and started to sing the first part of the song she loved.

[Play What We Have Is You from Kipo and The Age Of Wonderbeasts]

[Scratch]

We may not have sunshine

Or starlight or weather

But we've got each other

[Molly]

And that's even better

(Music)

You don't need the sun to keep you warm

When you've got arms

Wishes come from you and not

A random shooting star

[Molly and Scratch]

We my not have storm clouds

But the sky's always blue

We've got something special here

[Molly]

And what we have is you

[Scratch]

What we have is you

[Scratch and Molly]

What we have is you.

At the end of song, Scratch and Molly laughed a bit before she coughed a little. "You feelin' better now?" Scratch asked Molly, she nodded before getting a sip of water. "Thanks to you." Molly replied with a sweet smile.

Scratch smiled back at her. "I can see why you and your Dad sing that song." Scratch said as he put the guitar down, he went back to Molly's bed then got out some cards to play with until it was time for them to eat.

"Dad's the one who started playing that song for me when I was really little and I started to sing with him." Molly explained happily, she and Scratch started making a tower out of the cards before it toppled over.

After playing with the cards, the two best friends played with domino's by setting them up then knocked 'em over creating shapes with the fallen pieces then went back to reading more of Molly's favorite book series.

Rosebud showed up just as they finished book one so they took a break to eat lunch then started reading book two before they started falling asleep with the book still in Molly's hands but they drifted off to sleep.

The two in a deep sleep so neither of them heard their friends coming back to hang out but once they saw that the duo was sleeping, the four decided to watch a movie while Scratch and Molly rested soundly.

But the four heard Molly tossing and turning meaning that she was having a nightmare of when Scratch had been sucked up into the tunnel of lost souls, thankfully, Libby knew what to do in order to help Molly sleep.

[Play Rider's Lullaby from Centaurworld]

[Libby]

You're okay,

You're alright

I'll never ever leave your side

I will stay and I will fight,

With you

Ah~

You're okay,

You're alright,

I'll stay here through the darkest night

All the way, I will fight,

With you.

With that last line, Libby smiled as she saw that Molly was sleeping soundly once more as she was cuddling Scratch and he cuddled her back as they both needed to know that the other was still right beside each other.

"They both have rough nightmares." McGee said quietly, he didn't want to wake up his friends. "After that test, you can't blame them." Gretchen responded gently, everyone knew that she was right about that part.

Scratch and Molly had both been suffering from nightmares about the day the test had taken place, for Molly she nearly lost her best ghost friend and Scratch saw Molly being attacked by the lost souls in the tunnel.

Neither of them wanted to lose the other as they had protected each other before their friends had made the human chain in order to get them back out of the tunnel of lost souls but the experience had left a scar.

Molly and Scratch had an unbreakable bond and it was stronger than even the cruse that bound the two of them together and with their friend's help, they were going to make sure nothing happened to either of them.

After all, friends help friends and the best way to help Molly and Scratch was to be there for them when the two needed to talk or play with games or overall just be there for each other to keep each other safe again.
