Disclaimer: I do not own Legend of Korra.

Korra.

The all-mighty Avatar.

Aang's successor.

Master of all four elements, plus spirit bending.

A woman of rare beauty and charisma.

A formidable warrior of cleverness and strategy.

And a failure at Go.

"Oh, come on!"

"Korra, it's just a game."

"It's not just a game! It's a kid's game! I'm the Avatar! I'm not supposed to lose at this!"

"You're blowing this out of proportion."

Mako placed his black go-ishi down, completing his other three pieces surrounding Korra's flawless white stone.

Korra groaned in frustration. She stared down on the floor, thinking about her move. Eventually, she made a move, setting one of her white pieces.

Almost immediately, Mako overtook her piece with his own.

Korra did not see that coming.

"Damnit!"

"Maybe if you stop throwing a tantrum, you would've had a winning chance."

She scowled. Losing at a simple game like Go was a massive blow to her ego.

She was the Avatar.

How could she defeat terrorists but not her boyfriend?

On the other hand, her boyfriend was calm and patient, not letting his emotions rule him. Which made him an excellent captain in probending and police officer.

He was her match.

He was beating her butt at the easiest game in the world.

(And looking hot while doing it.)

But she was determined to win. Avatar or not.

Yet she could never cheat, even if at a frustrating game.

Then she had another idea…

She stretched her arms up, yawning as loud as she could to get Mako's attention. It worked. Then she arched back, emphasising her chest. His eyes trailed to her chest and quickly withdrawn back to his board, his scarf barely hiding his blush.

Korra smirked with pride that her plan was working. She wasn't the most feminine woman in the world, but she had her own way of doing the art of seduction after getting her first boyfriend.

Korra did more stretches and making noises as she goes, muscles rippling and curves folding. His golden eyes frequently darted between the board and her.

"Stop that."

"Stop what?"

"Stop sedu- distracting me."

"Why? I'm only stretching my sore muscles out."

Mako tried to focus on the game, but his girlfriend was so tempting.

"What's the matter? You look tense."

When she stretched that time, her shirt lifted and exposed her stomach.

He stared at her long and hard, time staying still.

"…That's it, you win. I forfeit."

Mako knocked the board just like Korra would, black and white stones flying across the floor, and he pounced at her, coughing her lips, capturing her lips, barely giving Korra any time to smirk in victory as they fell to the floor.

After all, the Avatar always win at any game.
