Sarah woke up before Alice and took the time to analyse the room they were being held; probably an old industrial building. She tried the door, but of course it was locked. She touched her pocket, looking for her phone but could not find it. She raised her arm and pushed a button on her watch; it should alert Casey and she was hopeful he would be able to locate them. She looked around the room; it was totally empty except a small bed camp.

Alice slowly opened her eyes and sat on the bed. This must be a bad dream, she thought. Sarah walked toward her, concerned in her eyes.

"Everything is going to be okay. I need to know more about Snake, I mean Spencer," she said, as she sat next to her.

"What? Where are we? What is this place?"

"Your ex kidnapped us. Tell me everything about him before he comes back,"

"What? This is madness."

"Hurry, we need to put the pieces together."

"Well, we were together maybe more than a year. He was just out of the army when we met. He had been release for medical reasons. PTSD I think; he would never talk about it. At the end, he was too controlling and very jealous; that's why I broke up with him. Since then, he would disappear for months and come back very occasionally. For some time, I thought he was gone for good until he called last Friday, wanting to talk. I don't see how helpful this would be," she said.

"Do you know what he does for a living?"

"Not really, he never seemed to have a stable job, always sent on contracts."

"Does the name Sam Smith rings a bell for you?"

"I might have heard it a few times; I think it was his boss's name."

Nothing made sense for Sarah, who was trying to think fast. She heard Casey in the device she wore in her ear; he had gotten her alert and was trying to locate them. She could not answer him back; Alice would hear her. Instead she hit another button on her watch so he would know they were still alive.

The door opened and an armed man entered the room, grabbed Sarah by her arm and dragged her outside, closing the door behind them. Alice was now alone in the room, shivering of fear. She could not wrap her head around what had happened in the last few hours. Spencer always seemed so harmless.

During his lunch time, Casey was down at Castle, looking at surveillance camera. Since Alice came to his place, he had to relocate his guns and screens in the guest bedroom, but felt more comfortable in the bunker. When the alarm rang from Sarah's watch, he rushed to his computer and tried to locate her. He knew her assignment was to watch Alice and something had turn badly.

The GPS was working hard but the signal kept bounce from towers to towers, not able to locate her emplacement. He had no choice but to call Chuck to work his magic on the computer.

The time Chuck made downstairs; Casey was pacing around the room. The way he felt right now was the exact reason he kept people away from him. He started to care about Alice, even more he was willing to say out loud.

To keep his mind busy and away from the scenario his imagination was creating, he started to pack a bag with his favorite firearms. He wore his bulletproof vest over an all black outfit, tied his combat boots with a double knot. When Chuck joined him, he started working right away.

"Bartowski. Did you find them?" Casey growled.

"Can't work faster than satellites," he replied.

A light on the computer flashed and a location was pointed on a map. Casey looked over Chuck's shoulder, analysing the fastest way to get to the location.

"Come on, Chuck, let's go," he said as he took his bag.

As soon as they sat in the Crown Victoria, Casey hit the gas pedal. He did not say a word for the ride, kept his jaw clenched.

"We're gonna get them back, don't worry," Chuck tried to reassure his partner.

"We need to get there ASAP," Casey replied.

"What's the deal with Smith?"

"One of my first mission at the NSA, I was following a bunch of rogue agents. Their leader was identified as Smith, who I work with in the army before. He was hidden and could not be found. We succeeded in capturing one of his dissident and tortured him to get clues on Smith's location. The man told us we will make him show himself if we destroyed his most prize possession; his houses. So after I had blown the third house, I learned his wife was collateral damage; she was one of the houses. Now, Smith probably wants his revenge. This was the trigger point and Smith started his rogue grouping after that," Casey confided.

"Wow, what a nice guy. And Snake?"

"Never met him. Probably just worked for Smith,"

"I understand now how you must worry for Alice," Chuck replied as Casey growled once more; he really was worried for her. He hit the break, parking the car in front of an old industrial building. "Oh I think we are here. You think maybe we should wait for reinforcement?"

"All right, stay in the car. I'm going in,"

"No, no, not in the car again," he took a deep breath, gathering his courage. "Okay, let's get the girls."
