Grant comes back. "You get to stay." He tells me.
"I believe I need to train to be an agent." I reply to him giving him a shy smile.
"I will not get used to that." Grant says. "I volunteered to be your S.O."
"That I did not know" I point out.
"I got one on the seer." He said celebrating. "Let's go for a tour. That way you can go to sleep. It's getting late."
We go around the 'bus' and he shows me where everything is we end off at my room. It's very small. I have a small closet for my clothes. If I get some. There is also a bed and nightstand. That is all. "My room is right next to yours if you need anything." He tells me. I give him a hug then he leaves. I sit down on my bed. I hear a knock on my door. I go open it. "I forgot that you have no clothes. Here are some shorts and a t-shirt. They will be a bit big." Grant says. "We will go get you some clothes soon."
"Thank you." I tell Grant. He walks away and I close the door behind him. I quickly change into the clothes. I notice the shorts have a string so I tie it so they stay up. I lie down in bed looking at the roof of my room.
*I am in my room looking around. I can see pictures of Grant and I surrounding me on the walls. I can also see some of the rest of the team. I don't see any of Skye though. *
I wonder if she leaves the team. I will have to take some time to think on that. I fall asleep thinking of the pictures on the walls that I get to fill up.
I wake up with a sudden jolt. I get up and run to the room beside mine and bang on the door. Grant comes bursting out the door. "Are you okay? Are we being attacked?" He says with his gun pulled. I can tell I woke him up.
"No," I say quietly. I look down at my feet. I feel ashamed that I woke him up.
"What happened?" He asks putting his gun on his nightstand and pulls me into his room. I look around it looks just like mine. It looks like he just moved in.
"I had a vision in my sleep." I say
He leads me over to the bed. "Are you sure it wasn't a dream?" He asks, looking at me concerned. I sit down on the side of his bed beside him.
"I just know. Dreams feel different. I don't have dreams often, most of the time it is visions. I can't control to make them stop in my sleep. So I tend to see everything." I explain to him.
"Alright, What did you see?"
"A lot of things. A businessman is going to kill himself a few towns over." I tell him
"What made you so frightened?" He asks for more details.
"There are Hydra in Shield. Hydra is operating inside Shield." I tell him looking up at him scared. I have no idea how he will react to this next part. "Your old S.O. is one of the Hydra. He turned you into Hydra." I say looking at him.
He grabs his gun. He points it at me. "Stop." I tell him quietly. "You don't do it, Grant."
"How do you know?" He asks me. He looks emotionless.
"I have been seeing you in my sleep for years. I wanted to save you, but I couldn't" I start to cry as I tell him "I saw when he got you out of your cage. I saw the way he trained you. I just didn't know why he did that till tonight. I found out it was all because of Hydra. I found out because you don't kill me. I found out cause you switch sides." I tell him "There are things that still have to play out. I can't tell you how it plays out or else things will change, but I can tell you. Trust in your decisions. Trust your gut and heart."
He looks at me shocked. "You've seen everything?" He asks
"I think so. I don't think I understand why you were in a cage, but I did watch you." I say. He puts his gun back down on the nightstand.
"You could have gotten to my gun first. You also knew I was going for it. Why didn't you try to get it?" He asked
"Someone would have died, it was undecided who. It depended on how the fight went. I didn't want that. I saw that if I didn't go for the gun we were both going to live." I explain.
"So, you can tell us what happens after it happens. What has to happen for you to be able to tell us before it happens?" He asks
"I know you are trying to learn more about my visions to pass along to Hydra." I tell him glaring. "I have to see that even if I tell you, it won't change the outcome or if the outcome is changed it I for the better of someone's life and the world. I have to keep the balance."
We both have moved so we are leaning against the wall of his bed, at some point during our discussion.
"I am sorry your parents hurt you." I told him "Parents aren't supped to hurt their kids."
He looks down to his lap. "You don't have to say anything." I tell him.
"I told you this once before and I will say it again I will never get used to that." He say's.
"How will training go?" I ask him trying to change the topic.
"I will be checking what you can do already. I want to see where you succeed and fail and what needs fixing." He tells me.
We continue to talk into the night.
