The whole Ira Fingerman incident was on the news! Just about every news station was talking about what had happened! "We are at the very scene of where a mysterious finger made of stone that could move was," The reporter explained, "Earlier today, approximately around 4:19pm, mayor Cromwell and two other friends of his were taking it out to in his words "make room for other projects". However, after attacking he and his friends vehicles, it turned into a form none were expecting." The news then cuts to Cromwell, Phyllis, and Jerry. "It just turned into some bunny! And I want answers for this bizarre occurrence!" Cromwell said. "This is something I have never seen in my 183 years of being in Littlebark! Something is certainly not right!" Phyllis exclaimed. "Uhh, I was told there was free food if I were to be interviewed...so if I could get my muffins and coffee that'd be splendid," Jerry said awkwardly.

Harvey, Fee, Foo, and Mikey were at the hospital with Ira where she had just finished getting checked out by the doctor. "She seems fine and healthy," the doctor said, "My suggestion to her is that she gets plenty of rest is all." After the doctor left, Ira broke down to tears. Harvey and his friends comfort her. "I can't believe this!" She wept, "I am far from home, I need to adapt to this new life, and I spent years as a finger stuck there! SO MANY YEARS!" "We're really sorry that you had to go through that," said Harvey, "I can't imagine being stuck there for however long it was." "What do you mean by far from home?" asked Fee. "Your not from around here?" "Never was," Ira responded, "Nor was Ira my real name. My real name was Jenny Gearton, my colony was somewhere within Steambark Woods before the Civil War. Sound familiar?" The kids shrugged. "I've never heard of that part but this is Littlebark Grove within Big Bark Woods," Mikey responded.

Ira took a moment to process what Mikey had said. She came to the realization that this was not anywhere where she originated from. "No...it can't be, it just cannot be!" the rabbit gasped. "What's wrong?" asked Foo. "This is not my world," Ira replied, "I am NOWHERE from here." "What are you talking about?" asked Fee. Ira sighed as her ears went down and said softly, "I guess you 4 deserve to know my story."

MULTIPLE YEARS AGO IN ANOTHER WORLD...

It all began in a huge colony, somewhere within Steambark Woods. Ira had just been born the day her colony had declared independence after kicking out their dictating rulers. Her mother was a stay at home mom after being laid off from her old work, while her father worked as a blacksmith to provide for his family. Ira was the youngest of 9 siblings and was often looked down upon by her older siblings. Besides that, life was fine for the most part.

When the rabbit was in her 20s, she studied at the Institute of Woodlandia and while she was there, she met her love interest. She couldn't remember what his name was or what he looked like, but he was the son of one of the councilors of the colony. This unknown individual seemed like a very friendly and charming fella from what Ira remembered. They became friends for a while and later on were in a relationship. Things looked like they were going well for a good few years, but all of what seemed good was going to turn bad really fast.

It all started when the leader of the colony passed away. Then it got worse when rumors spread that the leader was poised by one of the councilors, particularly Ira's boyfriend's father. Soon enough, the colony felt very split on what they believed actually happened and tensions got super high in just a matter of days. Eventually, the colony was split into two; one side being the industrial and city side with the many major parts, while the other was home to the farmlands and wasn't as financially big as the other side. This was where Ira resided.

One day, she and her boyfriend got into an argument at her home. "I understand your worried about your father and the entire public going after him but I don't think they're going to turn against you," Ira stated. "Yeah right," the unknown individual scoffed, "It's only a matter of time until they come after me because I am his son! For all I know, you could turn against me at any moment!" "Okay, now that sounds just plain ridiculous!" Ira snapped, "Where are you even getting this from?" "I can see it through your eyes you witch!" the unknown individual snapped back, "I know your true intent and I will not stand for it! Now if you'll please excuse me, I have to visit my father."

For the next 4 days, Ira had stopped seeing her boyfriend at the Institute of Woodlandia. It felt weird but also really saddening for her. The Rabbit more than anything felt bad that he was feeling this way. Her thoughts were interrupted by a report on the radio explaining that the opposite side of the former colony was invading her side! Ira felt like she was hit by a ton of bricks hearing that! This was something she least expected to happen.

It was only a matter of time until Ira and multiple other civilians of her town got drafted to fight the other side. She didn't want to do this at all but knew she didn't have much of a choice. She and the others took an airship to the battlegrounds where one of the invasions were taking place. There was enough smoke to cover all of the sky, there were multiple fires, and lots of warfare. Ira and the others jumped out of the airship and deployed their parachutes. From there, she entered the battlefield and engaged in the warfare. It was scary and extremely unpredictable in every way possible. She went from towns, to villages, to farmlands in a span of several months.

One late night, Ira and hundreds of others snuck their way into a huge enemy facility. More warfare had been ingaged and Ira ended up being split up from the rest while searching through the place. She had found herself in a huge room with a weird looking portal, multiple potions, and other types of weird things and gadgets. The door slammed and locked behind her. It turned out to be her unidentified boyfriend. "Once a traitor, always a traitor," he said grimly. "This is not what it looks like," Ira tried to explain. "That's what they all say!" the unknown individual growled, "In case you were wondering what this is, this is the future of what we're capable of. Potions with unpredictable results, new weapons, new gadgets, and the ability to go to places we've never been before! No longer being considered science fiction anymore!" He grabbed Ira's lazer with speed that Ira has never seen and aimed it at her. "It was great knowing you, before you had the audacity to turn on your own boyfriend," he said.

Ira quickly grabbed an empty potion bottle and threw it at him. She then ran to go hide, while trying to dodge his shots. The unknown individual chased her but couldn't find her very shortly after. Ira was hiding under one of the cabinets as she saw him walk right past her. She thought she was safe, until she saw him come back and suddenly grab her. "Knew something didn't feel right here," the unknown individual stated. Ira quickly kicked the lazer out of his hand and kicked him hard enough to send him flying into the portal, which was turned on from him landing on the buttons. Some potion bottles with many substances also fell down nearby the unknown individual. Ira attempted to run away but she tripped on an empty potion bottle. The unknown individual got up and grabbed Ira by her legs. "Can't go against me now, huh?" he asked as he dragged her. Ira tried her best to break free but it was no use.

Suddenly, the portal then let out a bunch of steam and the two were teleported into one of Littlebark's forests where it was pouring rain. The unknown individual and Ira were horrified at the prospect of them being here, especially when they realized there was nothing behind them to go back to their world to. The only other things from the other world were a bunch potion bottles. Some empty, some weren't. The unknown individual let go of Ira and got on his knees. "No! NO!!! NNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!" he screamed. Ira looked around to see where they were and whispered, "Where are we?" She was interrupted when the unknown individual got a potion bottle with green stuff in it and splashed it on her. "I'm gonna make sure you stay here until the end of time," he growled with an unforgettable furious look before running away. "What's that supposed to mean?" Ira asked as she chased after the unknown individual. She then collapsed to the ground feeling very sick and unwell. She saw a noticeable blue potion right next to her and tried to grab it, but began to glow yellow. Soon enough, Ira was the big stone finger that she was known for, where she would remain for many years until the day she was finally free.

PRESENT DAY

"Woah," said Fee, "That's crazy." Harvey was having multiple flashbacks to his experiences in the Steampunks world. He personally believed she was from that same world, judging by what she talked about and her clothing appearance. "You alright Harvey?" asked Mikey. "Oh, yeah I'm fine," replied Harvey. "You sure?" asked Foo. "Yep, I'm totally fine," Harvey replied once more, even if he wasn't exactly telling the truth.

"Now that I'm back to normal, I guess an unknown amount of years of my life has been wasted," Ira sighed. Harvey and his friends looked at her, knowing she was clearly upset. "We're really sorry what happened to you all those years ago and how horrible it must have been," Harvey said as he put his hand on Ira's shoulder, "But we'll do whatever it takes to help you get back into society." "You really mean it Harvey?" asked Ira. "Yes," replied Harvey. "Also, should we call you by Ira or your real name?" asked Foo. "Please just call me Ira," the rabbit replied, "It's best that name stays, especially with me being in this world now. Plus, I'm already known by that name."

Ira would end up moving into a motel to stay at for now. Harvey, Fee, Foo, and Mikey would try to help her on some occasions with stuff since she clearly needed the assistance. As for Cromwell, Jerry, and Phyllis, they never attempted something like that again. The 3 would temporarily go their separate ways shortly after the incident.

Cromwell would set up donation boxes at multiple locations around Littlebark, which proved to be successful so far. Folks were interested in what Cromwell and Moff wanted to do. In a sign of clear interest, they donated. The donations idea turned out to be a good idea as the fundings for Steamgate were slowly but surely beginning to rise.

THE END!
