AN: This interlude is going to include a few more characters than I said. Hope you enjoy.

Desolation: A Tomura Shigaraki SI-OC

Chapter Six: Steps on the Journey

Katsuki Bakugou walked—!

(ran)

—WALKED away from the quirkless nerd who believed he could be strong like All Might was.

He didn't need to be saved from the sludge villain—!

(He could still feel his lungs losing air as the heroes did NOTHING)

—by either of them! He was just fine on his own! Hell, if Deku was held back for a few seconds longer—!

(Dark hood pale and cracked skin red eyes always watching with outrage and yet and yet there is something else there an urge but an urge to do what—!)

—he would've found a way out by himself! He wouldn't have anyone looking down on him! Not All Might, not the other heroes—

(Ah now he recognized it he knew what the red-eyed villain wanted he wanted to destroy)

—and certainly not some quirkless shit like Deku!

(you are afraid and weak and helpless but you don't want to admit it)

He was going to be the best! The Strongest! Number One!

(or you will be nothing at all and wouldn't that be a damn shame)

Izuku Midoriya sighed as he lifted a microwave onto the pile of trash that he had created just a little bit away from Dagobah Beach.

It had been three months. Three months since All Might had saved him and Kacchan from the sludge villain. Three months since All Might told him about One for All.

Three months since he had last seen the Stalker.

He had informed All Might of the situation, and he in turn informed the police of what was going on. However, without a proper description of the perpetrator—

(No one had seen, except for maybe Kacchan. Kacchan with his fearful eyes, not only afraid for himself but afraid for—)

—finding the man had proved to be impossible.

The only thing they knew about him was that he had red eyes.

(He silently wondered about what the man had said. There were somethings that Izuku could accept as true, and things that Izuku couldn't. There were still good heroes, even if they were outnumbered by the bad.

The world that he wanted to fit in to…wasn't corrupted. It couldn't be. Right?)

Overhaul—also known as Chisaki Kai—looked at the report given to him by Kurono—also known by the moniker Chronostasis.

"And this is accurate?" He asked the pale-haired man.

"It is." Hari Kurono responded. "This 'Death Hand Shimura' is claiming to have found a weakness attributed to our very own Symbol of Peace."

The next one to speak was Shin Nemoto, a member of the Eight Bullets, and one of Chisaki's most valued underlings. "The kid's been using this information to gather willing minions to his cause. Thing is, he's been turning away a lot of them."

One of Chisaki's eyebrows quirked up. "Kid?"

"Couldn't have been older than eighteen. Setsuno saw him in one of those bars he and his three friends like to hang out in so much. Death Hand did a speech there." Kurono replied.

"Ah. An idealist."

Nemoto hummed. "Indeed. What do you want us to do about him?"

Overhaul stared at the paper for a few moments, lost in thought. Then, he seemed to come to a decision. "Have Setsuno and Hojo apply for this 'League' that the kid is creating. Tell them to keep an eye on him."

"…and once you've found whatever you're looking for?"

"Then we make an offer."

Stain—formerly known to the citizens of Japan as Stendhal—stood perched on a rooftop, contemplating the rumored revolutionary known as the Death Hand.

The young man had first been spotted fighting off a few members of the Creature Rejection Clan alongside a fellow vigilante known as Spinner. However, there were rumors that suggested that this 'Death Hand Shimura' was active for longer than that.

Stories told by homeless people starving in the streets of a young, white-haired man passing out money and food to those who needed it. Tales from average citizen about a hooded figure with a hand on his face stopping muggers and other ne're-do-ells. Mad ravings of a CRC member who talked of a demon covered in hands, who was targeting them specifically.

Stain hummed. He had heard that this 'Shimura' character was planning to make moves against the hero commission from a man he had met in a bar. Said man was a hero who took bribes from one of the few yakuza groups left in existence, but that didn't fully discount his words. Stain thanked him…after leaving a few knives in his gut.

He supposed that he could go and seek out this 'Spinner'. He did need the information about Death Hand…and whether or not he was like him…or if he was a conviction-less fool.

Dabi stuck the cigarette in his mouth, took a breath, and then huffed out a stream of grey smoke.

Death Hand Shimura. What an interesting character.

The burnt, white-haired man scanned the crowd of pedestrians with his turquoise eyes, taking in every detail on every person's face.

None of them knew of the monsters that lurked among them. None of them knew about the creatures in human skin running around and calling themselves heroes. People who were willing to harm their own families…and then turn around and save the lives of total strangers without a care in the world.

He would show the people the truth.

That was his goal.

That also seemed to be only one of the goals of this Tenko Shimura.

What an interesting guy.

Dabi's manic grin would not leave his face for the rest of the day.

All For One looked at his many screens from within his hidden bunker. After Tomura had revealed that he knew a 'secret' weakness of All Might's, villains were drawn to the League like moths to a candle.

Most had not made the cut—by Tomura's standards—but he was still drawing in enough members to create a significant number of villains that—if trained—could prove to be an efficient fighting force.

One of Tomura's recruits—a high school drop-out by the name of Mustard—was proving to be quite capable with a firearm, not to mention the boy's gas quirk that—if trained and evolved—could prove to be quite deadly. The boy had become a member of Tomura's 'Vanguard' which up until this point, had only composed of Kurogiri and Tomura himself.

The Overlord scanned the files of some of the recruits again and found two very interesting files.

Two yakuza members had decided to join Tomura's League. Two members belonging to the Shie Hassaikai.

All For One smirked. He supposed Overhaul just earned himself a spot on the list.

AN: And the multi-character interlude is a wrap! Next time we shall see some more villains join the League, and after that? U-S-J! U-S-J!
