"Stop, X High Safety Patrol!" said Fillmore as he chased a guy through the halls, taking a sharp corner down another and to a dead end.

"You'll never stop me!" said the guy before pulling a loaded tube, like those used to spay water, of paint out of his backpack and holding it to a locker.

"Come any closer and this locker gets defaced by this alcohol-based paint, meaning that the school will have to buy whole new lockers to replace it," he said, his hands trembling while holding the tube.

"Alright, there's no need for this, man," said Fillmore while holding his hands up.

"Of course, there is, my muse left me, and I have nothing left, she was the only one who understood me and now I'm left out in the cold like an abandoned dog," said the guy, tears welling up in his eyes as he spoke.

"So, what, you decided to deface school property because your girl left you?" asked Fillmore.

"You don't get it, none of you do!" said the guy as he went to push the plunder. Suddenly, Ingrid jumped out of the ceiling right onto him and knocked the tube away so that no paint got onto the locker.

"Nice job getting him here," said Ingrid as she put cuffs on the guy.

"Same to you for getting the drop on him," said Fillmore. A few minutes later they were back at HQ.

"He's singing the same song as the other guys, his girl got a mysterious letter and suddenly left him afterwards," said Vallejo as he closed a curtain to the interrogation room.

"That makes a fourth victim, this Heartbreak guy is moving fast," said Fillmore.

"And his targets only have one thing in common, they're on the border of being good and bad," said Tehama.

"Many kids change once they find someone special, and there are a lot of them here at X High, so our victim pool is larger than what we can handle," said Fillmore.
