A few days after Pebbles's family arrived, the kids were trying their Halloween costumes on for the rest of the family in the living room.

"What do you think?" asked Stoney while standing before the family dressed as a vampire.

"Very spooky, Stoney," said Wilma.

"But I think Chip and Roxy have you beat in cuteness," said Fred while looking at the toddlers who were sitting in a play pin. Chip was dressed as a chocolate chip cookie while Roxy was a glass of milk.

"I'm alright with losing to the two of them," said Stoney with a chuckle as he looked over at the two.

"Well, you kids had better change back, don't want something happening to your costumes before Halloween night," said Bamm-Bamm. Suddenly, Wilma started to violently cough.

"Stoney, go get her a glass of water!" said Fred.

"Right," said Stoney. As he went to do that, Bamm-Bamm scooped the twins up to get them out of there so as to not scare them.

"Mom," said Pebbles once she noticed some blood drops on the hand that Wilma had been using to cover her mouth. A short time later, Wilma was resting in the master bedroom while the others sat around the living room.

"How long has she been coughing up blood?" asked Pebbles.

"A while, but today was the worst," said Stoney. Betty and Barney then rushed into the house.

"We came as fast as we could," said Barney.

"How is she doing, Fred?" asked Betty.

"She's resting right now, but I honestly don't know how long she'll last," said Fred. He was sitting in his chair while holding a picture of Wilma and him when they were younger.

"Cancer is called a silent killer because once you know about it there's nothing you can do," said Bamm-Bamm. The next thing any of them knew, there was a flash of bright light that filled the room.

"Looks like I made it just in time," said a voice as the light vanished to reveal a tall muscular man with blonde hair and an outfit far more different from that of any of the cave people standing around him.
