One day, at school, The Rocking Rattlecages were rehearsing one of their latest songs at music class. Since they heard about the upcoming talent show that was gonna come next week, the girls were determined to win the contest.
After the girls played their music, everybody cheered for them.
"THANK YOU, MUSKOKA HIGH SCHOOL! WE LOVE YOU! KEEP ON ROCKIN', DUDES AND DUDETTES!", Miranda Lostgrove shouted into her microphone while holding her electric guitar.
"Yeah! You guys RULE!", Kitty Hiroshimi shouted cheerfully, twirling her drumsticks.
Everybody at school cheered for them, especially their friends.
"You really rocked, dudettes!", Brody said.
"You're totally awesome at playing that bass, Carrie!", Devin said.
"You girls were awesome!", I said to them.
"Thanks, Eric! You're pretty rockin' too, and really cute, I might add!", Miranda lovingly said to me.
"I know, right? He is one of the most cutest guys I've ever met!", Kitty lovingly said to me too.
"Awwww! You're welcome, guys! And Carrie, your bass-playing skills were amazing!", I said.
"Thanks, Eric!", Carrie said.
"You're welcome. So, are you girls ready to rock the talent show?", I said to them.
"Ready as we'll ever be!", The Rocking Rattlecages confidently said.
"We're totally sure to win the talent show, dudes! I just know it!", Miranda confidently said while shredding her guitar.
"Yeah! We've been rehearsing all day today, and the song we're going to play at the talent show is one of our best songs yet! We're definitely gonna win! I hope you're gonna come along Eric, cause we're gonna rock this school!", Kitty cheerfully said, enthusiastically twirling her drumsticks.
"I wouldn't miss it for the world, Kitty!", I said as I left.
"Isn't he romantic, girls?", Kitty swooningly said to her best friends/bandmates.
"He certainly is, Kittster! That dude's the most handsomest guy I've ever met! Well, next to Stephen McKeaton, that is.", Miranda said.
"Yeah. And he's so sweet, too.", Carrie said.
"Now, girls, what do we say we start rehearsing again after school?", Miranda said to her best friends/bandmates.
Kitty and Carrie cheered and high-fived Miranda.
In the afternoon, at Miranda Lostgrove's house, the girls were practicing their latest song at the garage like they always did.
"YOU DON'T TELL ME TO DIE! YOU DON'T CALL ME A DUMBBELL! YOU DON'T SAY I'M A BITCH! AND YOU DON'T TELL ME TO BURN IN HELL!", Miranda shouted into her microphone while shredding her guitar.
Kitty enthusiastically crashed her cymbals several times and energetically blast-beated her drums, and Carrie confidently strummed her bass.
Danny overheard the music from his room, and was really, REALLY angry.
"Ugghhhhhh! Why do I have to deal with a rowdy rockstar girl and her rowdy rockstar friends?", Danny complained, holding a pillow under his ears.
"Or better yet, why do I have a rowdy rockstar girl for a sister? Man, I should've had somebody else for a sister. Somebody sweet, somebody calm, somebody quiet, somebody who doesn't make a person's eardrums bleed!", Danny wondered.
"Uggggghhhh! That's it! I'm coming in TO STOP THAT MONSTROSITY!", Danny said angrily as he went to the garage.
Miranda did a wild solo on her electric guitar while headbanging like crazy. She played her guitar confidently, and hopped up and down.
"I HOPE YOUR ORGANS FALL OUT! I HOPE YOU DIE IN A FIRE! I HOPE YOU GET BRAIN DAMAGE! I HOPE YOU GET ATTACKED BY A SPIDER! DON'T MESS WITH US! DON'T MESS WITH US! DON'T MESS WITH UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!", Miranda shouted into her microphone while playing her electric guitar.
Kitty enthusiastically crashed her cymbals and energetically blast-beated her drums with an extremely cheerful smile on her face, and Carrie was strumming her bass with a confident look on her face.
"DON'T MESS WITH US! DON'T MESS WITH US! DON'T MESS WITH UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! DON'T MESS WITH US! DON'T MESS WITH US! DON'T MESS WITH UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! YEAH!", Miranda shouted into her microphone.
"Miranda, I told you and your stupid-ass friends to be quiet, but you never listen! And I keep telling you to stop playing that loud as hell music, but you don't listen either! Man, day by day, you're making my eardrums bleed on a regular basis!", Danny shouted angrily at his older sister.
"Rock 'n roll never listens to complainers who sit around on their asses all day, bro! Also, that song was taken out of your diary. Again!", Miranda snapped at her younger brother.
"I don't GIVE A FUCK! Now give me a moment's peace and stop playing that earraping music! Also, STOP STEALING PAGES OUT OF MY DIARY FOR YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS TO PLAY A LOUD-ASS SONG WITH LOUD-ASS MUSIC TO TORTURE ME!", Danny yelled at Miranda.
"DANNY, LEAVE ME THE FUCKING HELL ALONE ALREADY! ME AND MY FRIENDS ARE GONNA ROCK 'N ROLL AT THE MUSKOKA HIGH TALENT SHOW, SO WILL YOU JUST SCRAM YOUR FUCKING ASS AND STOP COMPLAINING, BRO?!", Miranda shouted at Danny.
"You know what? Fine! See if I care, Snarly Shay-me!", Danny grumbled.
"Danny needs to deal with us being extreme-metal rockstars, and not complain and complain all day long about us rehearsing in the garage! God, my little bro is so cringeworthy!", Miranda told her best friends/bandmates.
"Agreed. If he doesn't want to hear us play, he should at least get headphones.", Kitty said.
"Yeah. And he should've at least gotten out of the house to go somewhere else instead of complaining.", Carrie said.
"I'm with you, girls! Now, what do we say we ROCK THIS ROCKIN' SCHOOL WITH OUR ROCKIN' MUSIC?!", Miranda said confidently.
Kitty and Carrie cheered.
"AWESOME! LET'S ROCK THIS TALENT SHOW!", Miranda shouted confidently as she gave her signature "rock on" gesture.
Kitty and Carrie cheered and high-fived Miranda as they followed her to Muskoka High School.
After The Rocking Rattlecages set up their instruments on stage, a crowd began to form.

"IT'S TIME FOR US TO ROCK! AND! ROLLLLLLLLLLL! YEAH!", Miranda shouted enthusiastically.
The crowd began to take their seats.

Kitty started to energetically crash her cymbals several times and started to enthusiastically blast-beat on her drums, Carrie started to play her bass with a confident and determined look on her face while headbanging, and Miranda started to play her electric guitar while also headbanging as well.

Kitty repeatedly crashed her cymbals and did an extremely violent blast-beat on her drums with an enthusiastic smile on her face and Carrie confidently strummed her bass.
