"Jack, you have looked within yourself and have defeated your evil being. Now you must release your soul and create your new sword." Odin, Rama, and Ra said in unison.

"Release my own soul? Is this some trick?" Jack asked, unsure if this was another ruse by his evil self.

"The only material that can defeat the pure evil that is Aku is something which is of pure good. The only resource we have is your soul. Once you enter the time portal, the sword will guide you back to the past right after you entered the time portal that Aku forced you through."

"Ok." Jack responds, releasing his soul. The gods took his soul and forged a new sword and gave said sword to Jack.

"Take care samurai, make sure you use all the comrades you have gathered for your fight, especially Ashi."

"Why her in specific? Does she really need to be there?" Jack asked, concerned for his love.

"She will be your greatest ally. Without her, you will fail." The gods responded.

"Ok, I will bring her along."

Exiting his meditative trance, he opens his eyes to see Ashi waiting nearby, looking for any trouble."Ashi, it is done. I have my new sword." Jack said, unsheathing his sword.

Ashi turned around to see his sword. "That's wonderful. Everyone should be ready to go fight Aku. Are you ready?"

"Yes, lets go then."

They head to a wide barren field with hills falling and cresting like waves in a sea. Surrounding the field are his comrades from his adventures. The Scotsman, his daughter, Da Samurai, and the Guardian on the front lines, ready for anything. Behind them the Spartans are in full phalanx mode. Flanking the both sides waited the White Ape Tribe. Behind them all were the three blind archers preparing their bows and the space scientists doing final calculations on their rocket artillery.

Jack and Ashi went into a large tent that oversaw the soon to be battlefield. Inside was a large table with battle plans stretched out with King Spartok, Fredrick the space scientist, and Monkey Man discussing tactics.

"Good, Jack and Ashi are here. We can now finalize our plan to defeat Aku." King Spartok said, expanding his arms across the battle plans. "The Spartans and I will defend the Three Blind Archers who will shoot any flying enemies out of the sky and the space scientists with Fredrick coordinating will punch holes in Aku's army with their artillery making a path for Jack and Ashi to fight Aku with the supporting group helping you two get there being made up of: the Gaurdian, Da Samurai, the Scotsman, and his daughter. To insure that the scientists and archers are fully protected, the Monkey Man and the White Ape Tribe will counter-flank any approaching enemy."

"A-Are you sure that we will be protected?" quivered Fredrick, doing last minute calculations on scraps of paper.

King Spartok slapped Fredrick on the back, causing some of Fredrick's papers to slip out of his hands. "Of course, the Spartan army will not fail in their defense. We will fight to the last man before a hair on one of you poindexters' head are ever harmed."

"If he can't defend you, the White Monkey Tribe will as our jump is good." Monkey Man states while barreling his chest.

Jack and the others left the tent and went to their respected positions. Jack went to the front of the fighters and proclaimed using a megaphone one of the space scientists made for him: "Thank all of you for coming today. I know you are risking much for this and for that I am grateful."

The Scotsman piped up: "Stop with the sappy stuff. Do you think we would let you have all the fun? We all want to fight Aku for the evil he has done to us." Everyone claps and cheers.

"Still, it is a honor that you all came." Jack responses with a bow. "Now remember, Aku will pull all manor of tricks on us to insure his victory. The only reason he is coming is that Scaramouche told him that I lost my sword." Jack said, unsheathing his sword. "Aku will soon find out he is wrong." More cheers erupts from the crowd.

"Here he comes!" One of the space scientists proclaims, seeing Aku from his telescope.

Jack turns around with his sword ready. Waves of Mantoids rushed over the hills followed by flying Beetle Drones overhead. Over them all stood Aku with his black totem-like body with a twisted grin on his face staring directly at Jack using his piercing red eyes from miles away.

"Attack!" yelled Jack.

The space scientists unleashed their rockets, erupting craters in the earth filled with Mantoid scrap in a straight path directly to Aku. Three Blind Archers fired a volley of arrows at the Beetle Drones taking out hundreds per volley, further filling the craters and the surrounding area. King Spartok and his Spartans held firm, destroying and pushing advancing Mantoids while Monkey Man and the White Ape Tribe funneled any advancing robot onto the Spartans spears or to the volleys of the Three Blind Archers. Jack, Ashi, and the support group jumped through the craters, destroying any Mantoid or Beetle Bot that got in the way until they finally got to Aku.

"Make sure no robots get to Ashi or I, today we end Aku one and for all!" Jack yells.

"Aye." The Scotsman said as the supporting group made a circle around Jack, Ashi, and Aku.

"It's over Aku, I have my sword back and I will end you right here and now!" Jack said, unsheathing his sword.

"Bwahaha, you think your puny sword scares me!?" bellowed Aku "It was never your sword that concerned me, it was your pure good soul. Now that you have turned it into a sword, I can take over your body and destroy your soul once and for all." Aku said, shape shifting into his bird form and swooping to Jack.

Jack swung his sword at Aku, but Aku effortlessly dodged it and began entering Jack's body.

"Ashi!" Jack said, throwing his sword to her, using the last of his strength as Aku entered and fully gained control of Jack's body, enveloping it like a full body suit stylized in Aku's form. Ashi caught Jack's sword and turned to Aku, ready to kill.

"Ashi, hand your father the sword. You know you cannot kill me. You are of me, and therefore evil." Aku said, stretching out his arm, hand wide open.

"I am not evil, and am nothing like you." Ashi said, clenching her teeth.

"Yes you are. You were born to serve me, Aku the master of darkness and evil incarnate. You were born from my literal being. It is time you faced your destiny and serve me by handing over that sword."

Ashi breathed in, her face full of sadness. "Your right." Ashi began to walk towards Aku.

Aku closed his eyes and smiled "Good girl, I knew you would come to your sen-aah!" Aku screamed, looking down to see Ashi stabbing him with Jack's sword.

"I may have been born of evil, but I have made myself good." Ashi smirked, twisting Jack's sword into Aku.

"Aaah!" Aku yelled in surprise, forcing Aku out of Jack and Aku creating a time portal, sucking Jack and Ashi through it.

"Jack, are you ok?" Ashi asked.

"Yes, the sword is leading back in time to when Aku first banished me. We need to hold the sword together to insure we get back there together." Jack answered, looking at his sword in Ashi hands. Jack grabs the sword as they both hold onto the sword, the portal opens to Aku, greatly wounded after throwing Jack into the future.

"Raaah!" yelled Jack.

"Waaah!" yelled Ashi.

"Aaaah!?" questioned Aku, wondering why Jack and some woman was reentering the time portal he just threw Jack into.

Jack and Ashi thrust the sword into Aku, killing him as his blacken body burns away. As the final specks of Aku fizzle away, Ashi begins to dematerialize. Jack and Ashi realize this and hold one another.

"I will miss you." Ashi said, with a somber look on her face.

"I won't forget you." Jack said, his face sullen, holding back his tears.

They hold one another until the last molecules of Ashi disappears. Jack sits there, listening to the fire from Aku's lair until he can fully control his breathing.

Jack gets up and begins walking to his hometown. The sun is shining as farmers on the outskirts are replanting their rice fields from Aku's attack. Child, while still visible shaken, are playing with one another. As Jack returns to his home, his mother and father are waiting for him.

"Did you kill Aku?" His father asks. Jack nods.

"Are you alright?" His mother ask, seeing Jack's scars. Jack nods.

Jack walks to a nearby tree, making sure no one sees him there, and sits down. He begins to meditate as a tear rolls down his cheek.
