I'm Sorry Theresa

—Otto Apocalypse & Theresa Apocalypse —

.

Forgiveness is achieved, but you cannot erase the consequences of sins, committed for a long time and that these have taken their toll, being defeated and consumed by an unattainable desire.

I was very inspired by the cinematic of Otto saying his last words before he died. And I hated it because, thanks to her ambition to tame the honkai, our beloved Himeko Murata perished at the hands of Sirin, and we still don't know how Theresa will react upon hearing that her grandfather has passed away.

The whole story, from Otto's point of view, as a recording for his granddaughter, Theresa.

Hope you like.

Otto's point of view...

Here again, at the headquarters of the schicksal, standing as in the last 365 days of the year, waiting to gain control of the honkai, said wish that has become hell for me... I committed the worst sins, which I deserve burn in hell, I still remember how your big eyes opened before me, in another hard day of work.

My best creation, before K-423 was created...Aah! That somewhat bizarre, self-centered girl, but very difficult to underestimate, that little button of anger that I activated with the death of Murata Himeko.

Tsk!...What kind of guy am I? Do you think I never deserved to be called "grandfather"?

Thanks to dad and my fucking older brother's bastard, my urge to please them has gone to waste, but look at me, I was the supervisor of the schicksal, I commanded the immortal blades, the S-rank valkyries, like Cecilia Shariack , your friend, dear granddaughter. I trust you won't make my mistake of looking for the honkai, all to bring Kallen back... Pathetic, don't you think?

Many suffered for being part of my cruel and insane plan. At least you will do what I can no longer do, I'm sorry I dragged you into my dark past, my murky present and my forgotten destiny, Where were my hard attempts to do something good? Nowhere! I have endured many betrayals , disloyalties; like Durandal, I mean Bianka, my great apprentice, I managed to screw up...as usual.

The weakling Otto Apocalypse, sinking in his own shit, sin and crimes, reasons for you to hate me and spit on my grave, but there is something that neither the honkai, nor my desire to bring Kallen, has taken from me and that is to have you like my dear granddaughter.

Be strong and do the right thing.

I will always appreciate you... Theresa.

End of Otto's point of view.

The bluish eyes of the Valkyrie school principal were moistened, boarding the Hyperion ship, her tears falling, like a furious waterfall, kneeling to the ground, hitting the floor with her small hands.

"You're a fool, grandfather! She — she always she admitted that her sarcastic voice chilled her, even with her arrogant declarations. "You've gone so far to bring Kallen Kaslana, that you've left me? Idiot!.

Bianka, who put Kiana aside, caught a glimpse of the little dean's lament. "I'm so sorry, Headmistress, that's the price Otto has paid for an insatiable thirst for power."

The Valkyrie, with her new power, did not dare to face him, if she along with K-423 left Otto dying, she could not bear to see Theresa cry and hit the ground with her weak fists, leaning. She previously asked for privacy and they agreed, only Bianka is the only witness, hint of knowing the little girl's depressing state.

—You're right, I should have hated you —wiping his face with both hands —You gave me a life and a reason to live it... You're my grandfather and I forgive you for everything you've done, I could understand your life, reflected in my eyes.

Bianka smiled weakly, leaving the hallway and keeping to herself what she saw through the almost open door of Theresa's office, she didn't report her depression, she preferred them to figure it out for themselves. For her part, Theresa decided to take control as bishop of the Schicksal, a very powerful seat, which has maintained a long tradition of purging the Honkai, but she will not make that government of tyranny, she will create a happy future for the new generations.

"For you, Grandpa, I'm going to do the right thing."

End

What did you think? Otto is not so Machiavellian with Theresa, at least, it is my point of view, I know that he has done many terrible and unforgivable things, all for Kallen Kaslana, and I thought it was an exaggeratedly pathetic and absurd reason, but for years of friendship It was worth it, turning the world upside down.

There is also no justification for him to wake up Sirin and for Himeko to be dead, anyway, it's up to the developers, how the story progresses, but I can only say:

Otto you were a very mean villain, but we will appreciate you for what you have done with Kallen and avoid that shady past and create a new possibility, maybe he will not find
