"Ever heard of Clan Saxon?" Bo asked The Mandalorian, Din Djarin, when he came into her tent in Concordia per her request. The way Saxon came off her tongue made Din believe she wasn't a fan of them herself.

"Not personally, no," he replied, walking further into her tent and taking a seat next to her. She had a table littered with military operations, some ancient scraps of text he couldn't read and an opened hologram she was staring at.

"Look familiar?" Bo said, gesturing to the hologram.

Din took a closer look, the hologram wasn't in color but the face shape, eye shape and nose was there. "Is that you?" He asked.

Bo smiled, "if that's what you think I'll take it as a compliment. No, that's my much younger sister. But I have been told I've aged well. I've always thought she looked more like our older sister, Satine, then anything like me. I was something like a black sheep of the family. Never quite belonged. I think that's why my parents had Ruby. One last try at another normal child." Din could sense a great deal of bitterness surrounding Bo's past.

"If it's any consolation, I think you're doing well for yourself." Din offered and Bo took the compliment and rewarded him with the most genuine smile she'd given in a very long time.

"Thank you for coming," she said realizing just now that she hadn't yet told him that.

"You've grown in number since last we met, I don't see how you need me," Din asked, finally getting to the real reason he was here.

Bo pointed to the hologram again, "that's why you're here."

"Your sister?" He asked.

"She acts like a princess but she's a trouble maker," Bo rolled her eyes, "she's going to give me a hard time when I call upon her to fulfill her given roll in Clan Kryze."

Din sighed, "you called me here to babysit your little sister?"

Bo chuckled, "sort of?"

"And not one of your other followers are fit for the job?" Din asked.

Bo smirked, "I love how you said 'other followers' just now. It almost sounded like you consider yourself one of us?" Din didn't respond. "Regardless, the answer is no, this bunch is a bit rough around the edges. The situation requires more finesse."

"I already have a kid," Din said opening his side pouch to reveal a sleeping Grogu.

Bo smiled, "and you're doing so well, I thought you'd be perfect for the job."

Din shook his head, "I'm not doing it."

Bo laced her fingers together, "what amount sounds good to you? You have a kid to feed now. Surely you won't turn a job down for the right price?" Din sighed, she wasn't wrong. "Look, Clan Saxon has money and it's about to come into a great deal more. You can name your price."

"What does babysitting have to do with Clan Saxon?" He asked.

Suddenly the air in the room shifted. Bo became much more serious. "I need an alliance with Clan Saxon. There's no stronger bond then bringing the clans together through marriage. They have men and money, I want both. If they are on my side, more clans will follow suit. I could triple my numbers with one marriage."

"She's just a kid," Din said.

"Hardly! It's an old hologram," she said gesturing to her picture, "she's young but not that young. And she's been married before. She's a pro at this."

Something didn't sit right with Din about the situation. He already had his hands full, but this would be a relatively easy job, easy money. "Okay." He told her

"Okay? You'll do it?" She had her eyebrows raised.

"Yeah," Din said unenthusiastically.

"Great! She'll be here any minute," Bo chirped.

Din sighed, "you counted on my answer."

"I hoped you'd say yes. I didn't know you would. But I hoped," she grinned. "I love a good family reunion."
