Alexis' POV

I woke up half asleep and I wasn't in my bed like I thought I was. I happened to be in someone else's dorm room. I then felt something against me. I screamed a little, then without warning I fell off the bed with a big thud. With that everything turned black.

Ulrich's POV

"Huh, what was that?" I asked Odd, whose bed was across from mine. "Well, I don't know, but it wasn't Kiwi, he's sleeping in my bed with me." Odd pointed to Kiwi, who was curled up to his side. I sighed. "Fine, I'll look. Hey, where is she? Oh man!" I softly yelled looking for my little sister. "'Oh man' what Ulrich?" Odd asked still half asleep. "Lexi." I said still searching for her.

"Lexi? Isn't she in her dorm?" He asked. "Not anymore. I asked Aelita If she would mind if she stayed in our dorm with us until we knew what was causing Aelita's dreams. Now I can't find her!" I explained, starting to panic. "Hey, I don't remember putting a life-sized doll in our dorm." Odd said, tapping on the figure.

"Odd, that's not a doll, that's Lexi!" I softly shouted. "She won't wake up and I doubt she won't wake up for you either." Odd said, shaking Lexi. "Lexi would wake up for you, but there's a trick to do it. I'll see if Jeremie can do it." I explained. "Why Jeremie huh?" Odd asked, Jealousy forming in his tone. "Just because." I said, not wanting to explain. "Okay, let's just go already." Odd said getting out of bed.

Odd and I walked up to Jeremie's room as I held Lexi in my arms. When we got there, I knocked on the door. "Hm, come in." Jeremie answered sleepily through his door. "Hey Einstein, we've got a favor to ask you." Odd smiled. "Huh, Jeremie are you actually sleeping in your bed for once?" I asked shocked. "Yeah, why?" He asked, curious. "Cause every time we come in your room, you're always asleep at your computer desk." I reminded him. "Oh. So, what was favor you wanted to ask me about?" Jeremie asked as he reached for his glasses.

"We want you to wake up Lexi." Odd chuckled. "Okay, that sounds easy enough." Jeremie agreed. "Okay Odd, I'll see you when I get back." I said, shooing Odd away. "Alright Ulrich, see you later." Odd sighed as he left. "Alright Jeremie, you have to kiss Lexi since she won't wake up for us." I explained. "WHAT! Ulrich, you're out of your mind!" Jeremie yelled in shock. "Don't worry, I doubt that she will wake up three seconds into it." I assured him. "Has this happened before?" He asked, worried. "No. I said plainly. "Alright, I'll do it since it's Lexi, but if she wakes up, you're dead Ulrich." Jeremie warned, scared half to death. "Okay Einstein, whatever you say." I laughed in a mocking tone. "Here it goes, I think." Jeremie gulped, leaning in to kiss Lexi.

Alexis' POV

I felt something warm and tender on my lips. I wanted to wake up so bad, but I couldn't force myself to do it. After about 15 seconds the pressure was gone. A minute later I woke up to find myself in another room with my brother Ulrich and my best friend Jeremie.

"Huh, what's going on?" I asked looking curiously around the room. "Oh man..." Jeremie scotched back. acting weirdly. "What do you mean "oh man"?" I asked him, putting quotes around the words. "Um nothing." He answered quickly. "Um Ulrich, what's going on here?" I asked, confused. "Uh, I can't really explain it." My brother answered. "Can we not talk about this anymore you two?" Jeremie suggested. "Sure Jeremie." Ulrich chuckled.

"Can someone tell me why my side is sore and the reason why I wasn't in my bed?" I asked wanting more answers. "You'll have to ask Ulrich for that answer." He laughed nervously. "Ulrich, do you know why?" I questioned him instead. "Yes and no. Although I'm not sure why your side is sore, but you know how you couldn't sleep? Well, I asked Aelita if you could stay with Odd and I until we found out where her dreams were coming from." Ulrich explained best as he could. "I think that I fell off a bed. Anyways, can you give me a piggyback ride please?" I begged, giving him my best puppy dog face. "Yeah. By the way, you were in my bed." He smiled. "Oh thank god it wasn't Odd's bed." I laughed messing with him.

Ulrich laughs then says, "Jump on my back and let's go or we could miss breakfast and go hungry until lunch." Ulrich teased. "I pick let's go." I laughed getting onto Ulrich's back. "See you later Jeremie." Ulrich and I waved as we left the room. "See you guys later." Jeremie waved back.

On the way to the cafeteria Ulrich and I ran into someone with long black hair and a headband. "Hey, what are you doing on my Ulrich's back!" The girl yelled angrily. I turned to my brother and whisper in his ear. "Who's that girl trying to say that you're hers when I know you're not?" I asked Ulrich, whispering in his ear. "Her name's Sissy. She's the principal's daughter, so she thinks that she's all that and that I'm going to go out with her." Ulrich whispered back. "Get off of him before I have to push you off little girl!" Sissy shouted coming closer to us.

I had to think quickly so when I got an idea, I reacted. "Ulrich, let me down real quick cause we have to do the fake girlfriend boyfriend thing like we did when I was little." I explained. "Okay, but let's be careful because you don't wanna know how Sissy is." Ulrich whispered back. I nodded my head in agreement. I slid off of Ulrich's back as he turned me around. We both kissed each other on the lips real quick.

The two of us let go of each other only to see that my arm was around his neck and his arm around my waist smiling and laughing at the shocked and angry Sissy. "What, you two better not be going out. Ulrich is mine!" Sissy shouted. "Come on, let's go Lexi.", Ulrich smirked then let his arm slide off of my waist.

We finally made it to the cafeteria and headed to our usual table. "Hey guys." I smiled. "Hey, uh can anyone tell me what's gotten into Jeremie this morning?" I asked, worried about him. "It looks like he's seen one of Xana's clones if you ask me." Odd laughed, trying to make a joke. "He's just freaked out from what happened this morning that's all." Ulrich smirked. "What happened?" Aelita asked, interested. "Aelita, do you really want to know what happened this morning?" Jeremie asked, hoping that she didn't really want to know. "I want to know what happened too." I chimed in. "Okay, I'll tell you." Jeremie sighed.

He got up and took us outside not wanting the others to know what he had to tell us. "So tell us." Aelita and I say at the same time. "Well Aelita, Lexi.. Ulrich and Odd came to my dorm this morning before class started and told me you wouldn't wake up and Ulrich said that I had to kiss her then she woke up 10 seconds later after I had kissed her. So that's what happened this morning." Jeremie explained, really fast. "Why didn't you just tell us that instead of keeping it some big huge secret?" Aelita questioned him. "I uh, didn't want anyone to know because they would think we were going out or something." Jeremie blushed looking at his feet.

"Thanks for telling me the truth, Jeremie." I smiled, kissing Jeremie on the cheek. A tint of pink goes across his face when I tell him that. "I'm glad that's off of my mind." I heard Jeremie say under his breath. "Come on you two, let's get back before somebody eats everything." Aelita giggled, talking about Odd. "Oh, I get it." I giggled as I thought about it. "Get what?" Jeremie asked. "Oh, it's nothing really." I told him, still giggling. "Whatever you girls say." Jeremie sighed as he put his hands in his pockets.

Yumi's POV

"I wonder what's taking them so long." I wondered, starting to get worried. "I don't know, maybe they ran into Sissy on the way back." Odd answered. "Maybe Aelita was having one of her vision moments again." Ulrich suggested. "Maybe." I said, still thinking.

Alexis' POV

As we walked back to our seats Odd spoke up. "Well it took you guys long enough." Odd said as we sat down. "Oh, shut it Odd." I said playing with him. Beeping noises started coming from Jeremie's laptop as Odd and I play around with each other. "Xana's at it again guys." Jeremie reported while tapping away at the keys on his laptop. "Let's go then." I say first, getting out of my seat. We hurried to the factory as quickly as possible.

Once there, I started to ask Jeremie something. "Jeremie, what do you want me to do?" I asked once we arrived at the factory. "You can be a backup this time." Jeremie said as he pushed the elevator button. "Alright, let's go." I said as Jeremie and I got out of the elevator while the rest of the gang went down a floor to the scanner room. Jeremie sat in his usual post and started the virtualization process. "Transfer Aelita, transfer Ulrich, transfer Yumi, transfer Odd, scanner Aelita, scanner Ulrich, scanner Yumi, scanner Odd, virtualization." Jeremie shouted, pressing the enter key on the keyboard.

"Okay, you should be in the ice sector. Now the activated tower should be 32 degrees North and then 15 degrees west from your current position." Jeremie pointed out the coordinates. "What?!" Ulrich shouted in confusion. "Jeremie said 32 degrees north and then 15 degrees west." I repeated into Jeremie's mic. "Let's hurry." I heard Yumi tell the others. "I wonder what Xana's up to this time." Jeremie wondered. "I'm not sure." I said, wondering myself. "Hey Aelita, what happened this morning?" Odd asked, being a little nosy. "Odd, just stay out of it because they're not gonna tell you what happened. Not even me." Ulrich warned Odd before Aelita could answer.

"Don't worry Ulrich, I have ways of getting an answer." Odd grinned. "Yeah right Odd." Ulrich laughed, obviously not believing him. "Would you two cut it out so we can deactivate the tower already." Yumi said, getting annoyed. "Okay, okay." Odd backed down from the conversation. "Look out you guys, there's three blocks and two crabs heading your way." Jeremie warned, looking at the computer screen. "We're on it Jeremie." Aelita assured him. "I'll take on crabby here. Lazar arrow! Yeah, I got you now." Odd cheered, hitting the crab on its eye and then watching it explode. "Aelita and I will take the blocks." Yumi said then turned to hit one of the blocks. "Haiya!" Yumi yelled, hitting the block in front of her. "Energy fields!" Aelita yelled. "Four down, one to go." Odd congratulated. "I'll take care of it. Triplicate, super sprint, and impact!" Ulrich shouted, destroying the last of Xana's monsters.

"Okay princess, it's your turn now." Odd told Aelita. I watched as Aelita's marker moved along the screen then stop. It was quiet for a few seconds until her scream emitted from the speakers. "Ahhhhhhhh!" She screamed. "Aelita!" Jeremie yelled, holding his head with his hands. After Aelita screams, the bridge to the activated tower crumbles making it nearly impossible to cross.

"Is it the Scyphozoa?" I asked him, still carefully watching the screen. "Yes, but there is no way of getting to her." Jeremie shrieked with a worried look on his face. "Jeremie, send me to Lyoko, I might be able to save her." I assured him. "But, we only need you as a backup and I don't want to lose you to Xana. If you fall into the digital sea we'll never get you back." He explained, really worried. "Jeremie, please let me go to Lyoko. I'll be able to save Aelita and earth. I'm begging you." I begged, wanting to help. "Okay, but be careful." Jeremie sighed, giving in. "I will." I cheered happily as I went to scanner room.

"Transfer Lexi, scanner Lexi, virtualization!" He shouted into the mic. When I landed in Lyoko, I waved my hand over my star bracelet and flew over the broken bridge. "Energy wave!", I yelled scaring off the Scyphozoa. "Just in time." Jeremie sighed in relief. "Lexi, help Aelita to the tower so she can deactivate it." Jeremie said. "Good job Aelita." I whispered in her ear. Aelita enters the infected tower and floats up to the top level, deactivating it.

The scanners start to hum and when they get out, they notice that they're not in their right bodies. "Ahhhhhhhhhh, we have a problem you guys!" Jeremie yells. "I can see that, just how do we fix it?!" I asked, yelling back. "Let's try going back in the scanners." Jeremie hoped, getting ready to type again. "Then let's try it." I told Jeremie as I was heading to the elevator. We all went to the scanner room to switch bodies.

Everyone was back to normal except for me and Jeremie. "It's nice to be me again. I was starting to freak out in Ulrich's." Odd joked around. "Hey!" Ulrich yelled to Odd. "What about Jeremie and Lexi you guys?" Yumi asked, concerned. "What do you mean Yumi?" Ulrich asked her. "Yumi means that, Lexi and Jeremie haven't switched bodies yet." Aelita informed them. "We've already tried switching twice. Xana's bugged up our ID cards so if something ever happened we couldn't help you on Lyoko. Remember that one time he made a world like ours except he had very little knowledge of the real world, but I was able to come to Lyoko." Jeremie reminded us.

"Oh yeah, Ulrich told me about that." I added in. "Don't forget that you were enrolled a week later when I went back to school." Ulrich pointed out. "Yeah I know. But I'm still a boy ya know!" I pointed out. "On the bright side, you're as smart as Jeremie so they won't suspect a thing." Odd assured me. "Odd, you're forgetting something." Aelita told him. "What's that?" He asked her, confused.

Aelita slaps her forehead. "Their voices aren't the same so they will want to question us about why Jeremie sounds like Lexi and why Lexi sounds like Jeremie." She pointed out. "Oh yeah, I forgot about that." Odd chuckled. "What If Jeremie uses his voice synthesizer to sound like each other?" Yumi suggested. "Sorry Yumi, but that won't work because it only works from here, my laptop, and the computer in my room when you call from a phone." Jeremie sighed. "Try acting like each other instead." Odd told us.

"That could work, but I won't be able to sound like Jeremie at all." I told them. "I won't be able to sound like Alexis either." Jeremie said. "What if you make a clone of Lexi and you so that the two of you can work on the program and we'll try to stall until you fix it." Aelita explained. "That might actually work Aelita. We can try but we'll have to see if it works first." Jeremie said as he headed to the computer. Jeremie activates two towers. One for him and one for me, then we all go to the scanner room to see if it worked.

Aelita's POV

"Hey, they look exactly like them." Odd laughed, pointing at the clones. "Of course they do Odd, that's what we want them to look like." Ulrich rolled his eyes, hitting Odd on the head. "The four of you switch around." I ordered. The two Lexi's and Jeremie's switched around in different places. "Yumi, Ulrich, see if you can tell the real Alexis and Jeremie apart from the two clones." I said. "Lexi, kiss Jeremie on the cheek." Yumi told one of the Alexis's.

I watch as the fake Lexi kiss the real Jeremie on the cheek. "Well, looks like that didn't work because the real Lexi wouldn't kiss Jeremie in front of us." Yumi sighed as she crossed her arms. "Jeremie, kiss Lexi on the cheek." Ulrich told one of the Jeremie's. Now, the fake Jeremie kisses the real Lexi on the cheek. "That didn't work either. Knowing the real Jeremie, he wouldn't kiss Lexi in front of us either." Ulrich sighed as he crossed his arms as well. "If you were paying attention when they were switching around, Jeremie and Lexi were standing next to each other in the middle." I explained.

"Whoa, didn't see that coming." Odd said, shocked. "You guys should head back to the school with the fakes and we'll work on the program." Jeremie said as we all headed to the elevator. "Okay, good luck you two." I waved. "Thanks Aelita, we'll need it." Lexi waved back. When we got back to school, Yumi turned to me. "Aelita, do you think we can stall until they debug their ID cards?" Yumi asked. "I hope so." I answered, sighing with worry.

Alexis' POV

"We did it Jeremie, we outsmarted Xana!" I cheered as I kissed Jeremie on the cheek and jumped up and down. Jeremie started to blush like crazy, so I started to laugh at him. "Come on Lexi, we need to head to the scanners. This thing on me doesn't feel right." Jeremie complained as he tried to pull down my bra a little.

When he said that, I regained myself. "Okay, how about we go back to our own bodies before I start itching like crazy here." I said, scratching myself. "It feels weird in a boy's body if you're a girl ya know." I told him, still scratching. "Oh, okay, I get your point. So let's head down to the scanners and change back." He agreed as he went and typed on the keyboard. "Okay, let's go before I start to scream." I said, wanting to really bad. Jeremie typed on the computer for a moment then we both went down to the scanners.

Afterwards, Jeremie and I were back to normal. "Yay, I'm me again. It felt like I wasn't wearing anything, yet I was." I smiled, hugging myself a little. "Okay Lexi, don't put that image in my head. Alright, now let's take away our doubles now." Jeremie said going back in the elevator. "Okay." I said without another word on the subject. "Alright now, done. We can head back to school now." Jeremie said, closing out the windows on the screen. "Aw man, back to class again." I sighed. "On the bright side, were not going back as each other now are we?" Jeremie laughed, trying to cheer me up. "Well, that's true." I smiled. After that, Jeremie and I headed back to school.

When we got there, we ran into the others. Aelita was the first one to speak. "Hi Jeremie, did you guys manage to debug you're ID cards?" Aelita asked. "Yeah, it took awhile, but we managed." Jeremie answered. "Well that's good." Aelita grinned. "Why don't we head to the cafeteria, I bet Odd's complaining about how hungry he is right now." I giggled, changing the subject. "Lexi, you look different. Are you okay?" Ulrich asked, concerned. "I'm fine." I reassured him. "No, there's obviously something not right about you two." Ulrich said, still unconvinced.

"Really, we're fine, we don't need to go to the infirmary. Honest." Jeremie tried to persuade them as well. "Sorry you two, we're still not convinced. So we're taking you two to the infirmary anyways." My brother said, taking us in the building. Aelita and Ulrich grabbed Jeremie and I then took us to the infirmary.

Ulrich knocked on the nurse's door and waited for an answer. "Come in." The nurse called through the door. The six of us walked in and she asked us what was wrong. "We think there's something's wrong with Alexis and Jeremie. Although we're not sure what." Ulrich answered, concern replacing his tone of voice. "Hm, well let's see. I will have to check them individually since they're different genders. First I'll start off with Jeremie." Ms. Yalonde said taking Jeremie by the hand.

A few minutes later after she checked both of us, the nurse let us go back to our friends. "Well, Jeremie and Alexis seem to be just fine to me, but I'll keep them overnight just in case." She answered relieved. "Thanks." Ulrich said taking a deep breath. "You're welcome Ulrich. I guess your mind's just playing tricks on you, that's all." The nurse smiled, reassuring him. Ulrich nodded his head, but I could see that in his eyes he was really worried about me.

I watched Ulrich, Odd, Yumi, and Aelita leave until I couldn't see them walking down the hall anymore. "Alright you two, in bed. Now." Ms. Yolande motioned her hands clapping twice. "Yes ma'am." We both answered, getting in our beds while she went into her office. After slipping into the overnight beds, I turned towards Jeremie's direction. "Jeremie?" I whispered now facing him. "Yeah Lexi." He whispered back. "How long do you think that it will take her to figure out that there's nothing wrong with us?" I asked, half smiling now talking just above a whisper.

"I'm not really sure, but it shouldn't take too long." He reassured me. "Oh. Um, Jeremie, I need to tell you something, but you need to promise that you won't get mad if I tell you." I told him, half begging. "Sure, what is it?" He asked, ready to listen. "I, I'm, I'm Ulrich's younger sister." I told Jeremie, hoping he wouldn't get mad. "That's amazing. Why didn't you tell us?" Jeremie asked surprised. "I don't know why, I just didn't and it never really came up in conversation." I sadly answered back.

"Well, I'm glad that you told me. Do you know about the Subdigitals concert tomorrow night?" Jeremie asked, hinting to something. "Yeah, why?" I asked, wondering where this was going. "Well, I was wondering if um, you would uh, like to um go with me." He asked, stuttering a little bit. "Sure, I would love to go to the concert with you. If we ever get out of here that is." I smiled happily at him. "Yeah." Jeremie smiled back, blushing. Jeremie and I then talked about random stuff until we fell asleep.

I woke up feeling something warm on my hand. I noticed that it was Jeremie's hand. I started to blush as I noticed this. After a moment, I sadly started to realize that we were still in the infirmary. I started to sigh sadly. "Awww man." I muttered to myself. "Hmmmmmm." Jeremie stirred, starting to wake up himself. "Morning sleepy head." I said in a slight singsong voice. "Hm, oh, morning Lexi." Jeremie replied, opening his eyes.

Ulrich's POV

When I went to sleep the night I dropped Jeremie and Lexi off in the infirmary, I couldn't stop thinking about her. I was worried, scared and afraid that something might have happened during the night. The next morning when I woke up, I got dressed and then headed out the door.

Before I was completely out of sight, I heard Odd grumbling, meaning he just woke up. "Hey Ulrich, where are you going?" Odd asked as he sat up in his bed, still sleepy. "I'm going to the infirmary. Why?" I asked, wanting to hurry up and leave. "No reason." He yawned. "Can I come?" He asked scrambling out of bed. "Yeah, I guess." I told Odd, waiting for him to get ready.

When Odd and I got to the infirmary, I heard a lot of talking and laughing. I ignored it and knocked on the door. As I waited for the nurse to open the door, I saw Aelita and Yumi jogging down the hall towards us. "Hey Ulrich, we were looking for you so we could all go together." Yumi called, almost out of breath. "Uh sorry Yumi, if I had known I would have waited for you two." I apologized. "That's okay Ulrich. When you didn't answer the door, Yumi and I figured that you'd be here." Aelita explained with a giggle behind it.

I was about to say something else until the nurse, Ms. Yalonde, finally answered the door. "Sorry it took me so long, but I had to finish up some paperwork." The nurse explained. "That's okay. Is it alright if we see Lexi and Jeremie?" I asked, trying to keep a straight face. "Come on in, just don't stay too long." She sighed, opening the door further to allow us in. I walked in the door as Odd, Yumi, and Aelita trailed in behind me cautiously. I peered around the corner to see both Lexi and Jeremie wide awake as they talked and laughed between themselves.

I had no idea what they could have been talking about, but I felt a smile spread across my lips as the sorrow of darkness had lifted from the now crystal clear skies hovering above my head outside the windows across the room. I now knew that Lexi was alright. Calm, peaceful, and relaxed all at the same time. Also, there's another thing I can now see. I've always known it, yet I've just never believed it to be true. My sister was starting to fall in love. A love that even I have yet to grasp for my own with Yumi.

All that mattered was that he made her happy. Jeremie was one of my very closest friends so I knew I could count on that. I pulled myself out of my day dreamish trance and began to walk over to Lexi's bed. "Hey Lexi, feeling okay?" I asked, smiling without force. "Yeah, I'm fine." She laughed. I walked over to Jeremie and started to smirk with a sinister smile creeping up on my lips.

I try to keep my voice close to a whisper. "So Einstein, have you asked her out yet?" I smirked, the words dripping out of my mouth like poison. Blushing like mad, Jeremie whispers back, "Uh, not exactly." Jeremie blushed, trying to hide his face. "What do you mean by not exactly?" I asked, feeling lost. "I asked her to the Subdigitals concert this weekend, but I haven't asked anything else." He blushed, hinting about the last part. "Oh, well you better do it soon. She won't want to wait forever." I warned him. I pulled back and turned to my sister and smiled with eyes closed.

I opened them to see her smiling back. The nurse poked her head out of her office and began to say something. "Well Ulrich, I can't seem to find anything wrong with these two. I don't have much of a choice but to release them back to class." She sighed with a smile. "Thanks." I said with a nod of my head. Lexi and Jeremie both slipped out of their beds and went to follow us out of the room.

Alexis' POV

After Jeremie and I got out of the infirmary, the rest of the week started to fly by. Eventually, the concert Jeremie asked me to was right there in front of my face, just a couple more hours away. I sat on my brother's bed in his room, nervous as ever. Ulrich and Odd went to take a shower while I stayed in here because I already did all the things that they're doing now.

Hair fixed, by that I mean brushed out nicely, light make up, done, clothes, check. I threw on something similar to what Aelita wore when she was the DJ for the Subdigitals last time, but it wasn't pink and purple with a skull. Mine is black and midnight blue with a heart. The knob began to rattle meaning the boys were back. If not both, at least one of them was. A white shoe poked through the crack between the door and the frame.

It's Ulrich. "Hey Ulrich." I greeted him with a smile. He smiled back. "Hey sis." He chuckled. Oh boy, he's got that creepy look on his face meaning he's thinking about something. He walked over to the bed and sat down next to me. "Whataya want brother?" I asked him. "Nothing, can't I sit here with my sister and talk to her without her thinking I'm up to something?" Ulrich asked with a snicker. "No." I paused. "You're always up to something." I laughed.

"True, but that's not the point." He said. "Then what is the point hm?" I asked, crossing my arms. "Well um, uh what you think of Jeremie?" He stuttered, knowing that was a sensitive subject. "Um, I uh, he's um..." I trailed off, blushing bright red. "Thanks Lex, that's all I needed." He smirked. "Wait, Ulrich." I called after him. "What are you talking about?" I asked as he shut the door behind himself, laughing. I sighed and sat back down on the bed to wait for everyone to meet here to leave for the concert.

It seemed like an hour before anyone started showing up. The first one to come back was Odd. Said something about date shopping, but none of the girls wanted to go with him. So he asked Aelita to go with him as his friend. He added that she laughed at him for a moment and said a few things before agreeing to go with him.

Next Yumi came in saying that she was going with Ulrich. Said that she asked him earlier this morning. Although it's early afternoon and the concert starts at four. I think that if my brother were to have a girlfriend right now, I'd prefer it to be Yumi. They're pretty much perfect together despite their differences.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if they ever got together. The trouble is, I don't know when that day will be. I silently giggled to myself. "What are you giggling about over there missy?" I heard Yumi ask. I look up at her. "Nothing important." I blushed. "Oh, I think I know what you're thinking about." She smirked. "What?" I asked. "You're thinking about Jeremie aren't you?" Yumi giggled in a sing song voice, making it more of a statement than a question. "Nooo." I answered stretching out the word. "I was thinking about you and my brother." I said, but then lowered my voice at the end. "What, who?" She asked. "You and my brother." I repeated it a little louder.

Yumi started to blush. "Your brother?" She questioned. "Uh hum." I nodded, smiling. "Who's your brother?" Yumi asked, but then added, "Is he cute?" I busted out laughing at the thought of me thinking my brother's cute. I mean of course he is, but this is my brother we're talking about. "Haha, you should know silly." I snickered. "What you mean I should know?" Yumi asked, dumbfounded. In that moment of silence, the door knob clicked again and in poured the rest of the gang with Ulrich and Jeremie in front and Aelita pulling up the rear.

They all came in greeting us and smiled. I decided to play a prank for Yumi's sake. "Hey cutie pie." I giggled at my brother. He looked at me funny, smiled, then decided to ignore the comment. I hope Yumi got the Idea so I didn't make Jeremie think I didn't like him. Which of course I really do.

Jeremie sat down on the edge of the bed with me while Ulrich and Aelita sat on the floor leaning against the beds. I leaned on his shoulder and pecked his cheek. He blushed at the gesture and wrapped his arm around my shoulder. Yumi looked at me and then to Ulrich and back. I nodded and then smiled. Finally, she got the hint.

Yumi's cheeks flushed a deep red and looked away before anyone could see. "So when are we gonna leave already?" Odd asked. We all sighed, but we couldn't blame him because we were all anxious to see our favorite group. "I guess since we're all here, I suppose now." Jeremie answered as he got up from the bed, I rolled my eyes at him and went to follow as we all went out the door.

Instead of being the over protective brother he usually is, Ulrich left me in the company and care of Jeremie. He didn't even bother holding my hand like he normally does in a huge crowd like this. I sighed and rolled my eyes. He's up to something, but what I don't know. I have an Idea, but it's silly.

I feel like he's pushing me and Jeremie together. He's most likely doing this more for our sake than his own. I don't think anyone else is in on his plan, but I can tell the others want us together too. I don't see why not. I mean we both like each other and the feeling is there. The only thing in the way of us being together is the word.

We haven't been standing out here long and it already feels like hours. The line was huge and annoying. I mumbled under my breath and started doing my little impatient dance of moving my feet. I was doing all of this with Jeremie holding my hand and was amazed he hadn't said anything. Yet.

"What's wrong Lexi, you need to go to the bathroom or something?" Jeremie asked, noticing the vibrations from my movements. "Um, no, I'm just ready to go inside. It's a little too crowded for me here." I answered with a blush. "Oh, okay. Don't worry, we're almost there." He reassured. As soon as I said something about the line being too long and crowded, it began to move a little faster. The closer we got I began to see some of the security guards.

I look over and see Aelita talking to one of the guards. I then see her motioning us to follow her. I cocked my head to the side, but did as told. To everyone's surprise, the security guards remember Aelita from last year when she showed as DJ. The guards allowed us to move up and go backstage to see the group.

When we walked in the door, the guys we're excited to see us. Especially Aelita and apparently me too for unknown reasons. All they said was something about me being perfect to stand next to Aelita dancing as she Djed. I didn't really want to, but they talked me into doing it. At least for the first half anyways.

Before the show started, the group showed us our spot in the crowd. They then lead Aelita and I onto the stage to begin the show. I saw that she was nervous, but not as nervous as I was. She looked to me and smiled and whispered, "Don't worry, everything will be okay when you lose yourself in the beat of the music." I nodded my head and gulped, fear written all over my face. It made me feel a little better physically, just not yet mentally.

I ended up doing what my teachers used to always say to me, look for that one person in the crowd that makes you happy and pretend they're the only person in the room with you. Under normal circumstances, I would look to Ulrich, but I didn't want him. I wanted Jeremie. It took me a moment, but I found him close to the front of the stage. When he saw that I was looking at him, he smiled with a light blush across his cheeks and the music started.

I did different dances for each song that played as I kept my eye on Jeremie most of the time, but still looked at other parts of the crowd for the show. Aelita was right. Once the music started playing and I got into the music, I felt fine, and everything was okay just like she said it would be. I felt even better, for moments at a time, when I felt like Jeremie and I were the only ones in the room dancing.

My part of the deal was almost over when I decided to show off a little. Half way through the song, I gave an extra effort to be good. The crowd screamed very loudly at the end of the song, meaning that they were pleased with my performance. I blushed and took a bow before finding my way off the stage and heading back to my friends.

They smiled with huge grins and bear hugged me when I came back. "That was great Lexi." Yumi smiled. I nodded my head in thanks, Ulrich just smiled and nodded. "Wow Lex, I didn't know you could dance like that. You should come and practice with me sometime." Odd offered. I blushed. "Sure Odd." I laughed. Now I finally turn my attention to Jeremie. He stood there blushing and fiddling with his hands. "T-That w-was g-great." He stuttered. I too blushed at his kind words. "Thanks." I replied with a nod of my head. I took a deep breath and wrapped my arms around his shoulders and laid my head in between the crook of his neck.

It took him a second, but he relaxed and wrapped his arms around my waist. I felt his breath upon my neck and his chest rising and falling against my body. "C-Can I ask you something?" I heard him whisper in my ear. "Of course." I answered head still on his shoulder. "W-Would y-you b-be m-my girlfriend?" Jeremie asked with a lot of nervousness in his voice. It was hard to hear him over the music playing, but I did and it shocked me. I didn't ever think he would ask me that.

I lifted my head from his shoulder and looked at him. I smiled with a huge grin painting my face and mouthed, "Yes." He smiled back and blushed, very content with my answer. I leaned in and lightly kissed him on the lips. I felt him manage to kiss back as I pulled away. After the sweet little kiss, Jeremie and I started dancing and goofing around with our friends having fun.

Not right now, but later on the others would eventually find out. Walking home from the concert, we hung back to spend a little time alone together. We held each other's hand, talked, and laughed. We even shared a few cheek kisses. Occasionally, I would see the others looking back at us, smirking and smiling evilly. There's no need for an explanation. I think they already know.
