(A/n)
Know that I write this story as I play the game, much like my Lobotomy Corporation story. I will follow the timeline of the game with my own twists and such to make it fun!
A little something to keep in mind; Dolls (including Sangvis Dolls) and Androids are considered two different things and can easily be distinguished by multiple details, some can be found within this chapter. T-Dolls are the predecessors of Androids and respect is given accordingly.
There is a sort of an imaginary weapon triangle that I amused myself with for this story...FGO is really messing with my head lol.
To put it simply, Androids are effective against the Machines, Machines are effective against Dolls, and Dolls are effective against Androids.
Androids can single-handedly destroy legions of Machines alone.
Machines can tank and ignore bullets while overwhelming Dolls with their numbers.
Dolls (both T-Dolls and Sangvis Ferri) can simply put a bullet into an Android's head from a distance with a single good shot.
Of course, that doesn't mean that's how it's always gonna go, but from my point of view it's how I see it. Otherwise, Androids would easily overpower and overshadow T-Dolls which is something I don't want to happen in this story.
Responses:
pt1oef: I've had this crossover in my mind ever since I played Nier years ago, but never really thought I would be making a story about it, so I appreciate the support!
alifmutahari: Glad I did a good job! I'll try to make room in my schedule for this story for faster uploads!
RizomataNyan: Glad this isn't complete trash like I thought this was. But I agree that there are stories that focus too much on drama, so I'll try my best to keep it as a moderate degree.
Mo Eazy: I also liked that bit at the end, with Persica and Slavi, as well. Your input on why the ANTI-RAIN team is the way they are is something I didn't touch upon last chapter since I thought it would be too telling. So instead, I'll just ask you this, have you noticed how I never mentioned any Sangvis Ferri Ringleaders yet? Thanks, by the way, for mentioning "magic" and "Maso", I didn't forget about it and I had already took it into consideration, but I used that generator idea! So thanks for that, all credit to you for that idea!
Thank you guys for the criticism and comments, but let me just say this: Please don't have high expectations for me! I don't want to disappoint any of you and you guys need to understand that I am really new to writing (only 5 months). But if you are willing to stick with me regardless, know that I won't stop writing this story until I finish it even if it becomes bad and cringe.
With that all and said, I hope you guys enjoy!

3rd POV
The sun basked it's light onto the motionless planet. There was no sunrise or set, there was only an ever constant presence. It's warmth and illuminating rays had always been present on one side of this body of earth, for as long as anyone could remember. The sun's gaze reached a variety of regions within this portion of the planet, all of which housed their own sets of dangers and beauties.
The Scorching Desert where the heat burns any organism that dares inhabit there. Even without the blazing sun to discourage any to enter, there were plenty that kept anyone from going, Androids and Machine alike. Jaegers kept watch on the cliffs, shooting anything that moves in their peripheral vision. Scouts patrolled the sand dunes as they scanned and analyzed things that gained their interest. Dinergates scurried here and there as they salvaged parts and wandered mindlessly in the never-ending sands. One must take extreme caution when traversing in the Desert.
The Flourishing Forest where the trees overshadow the ground beneath them, was a place of both beauty and danger. The vast overgrowth of flora with the carvings of the waters from rivers made a breathtaking sight for all to see. That is, if you were able to avoid the patrols of the Machine Knights, Dragoons and Brutes. All with their own routes and behaviors that left none of the forest grounds unturned. The Dragoons' speed and mobility within the maze of trees allowed no one to escape the forest once they were in. The Knights moved in legions as they marched back forth their territory with spears and swords. The Brutes jumped from tree to tree as they stalked their prey before finishing them off in one blow with their twin daggers.
The Ruined Cities were crumbled and eroded by time. The flora that grew over them showed the amount of years that these ancient structures had suffered through. And yet, with no rain or storm to corrode them any further, these buildings remained in their present state. Populating these cities were Rippers and Vespids who searched and destroyed any signs of the Resistance and YoRHa. The Machines that were present were also idled in moderate numbers that never seemed to decrease no matter how many were scrapped. It was a place of never ending battle, as on occasion a skirmish would occur between these groups. The Ruined Cites were littered with scraps for strays to collect, it is no wonder many choose to stay here.
The Amusement Park was and still is a place of festivities and excellencies. The continuous streams of fireworks that lit up the ever eternal setting sky was a sight to see. Machines, Dolls, and Androids alike come and visit on occasion. A 'neutral ground', some had called it. Where the Park's Machines dance a tune that only they know, the Dolls who have retired or simply desire a form of rest come and enjoy what there is to offer. Androids tend to stay away, but their curiosity is often tempted when they see their fellow allies amongst the glittering lights of the park. Despite the cheerful atmosphere, everyone knows that there is something ominous that only seems to grow the deeper and deeper you walk in. Most don't stay long enough to question it, but one thing is clear:
"Stay away from the Castle."
The Flooded City near the shores of the Ocean glistened like gems as the clear waters reflected the sun. The calming waves crash into the land in an ever constant motion. Only the occasional Machine was present in this part of the region. No sound, aside from the waves and seagulls, is ever present here. Even though it was near the mass body of water, storms hardly ever occurred in the Flooded City.
The Abandoned Factory. A place where many go and few return. Once an IOP manufacturing facility, now it simply fills the role of being a shelter for Machines and Sangvis Dolls alike. That is, if they could avoid confrontation with one another. The facility's old and rusted steel beams, doors, walls, and pipes are far from the word 'safe', but the resources that could be found within is enough to warrant frequent visitors.
—
Not far from the Abandoned Factory, a moment of eerie silence took over the usual sounds of the Ocean. In the next moment, a shockwave of grand proportions quickly resonated throughout all the regions with the origin being a distance away from the shores. There was nothing to indicate how or why this shockwave occurred, but nonetheless, everyone and everything felt it.
The Jaegers in the Desert stood up and turned their attention in its direction. Their blank looks under their visors contrasted with the stern gaze they had in their eyes. Their capes flapped in the wind that was brought from the shockwave as they stood atop their cliffs. The Dinergates and Scouts struggled against the sudden gusts of winds as they rolled and spun in the sands. Once the winds calmed, the Jaegers went back to their posts as did the Scouts and Dinergates.
The Dragoons in the Forest halted their patrolling as they glanced in the shockwave's direction. Their bipedal vehicles creaked as they braced themselves for the sudden force that came over them. The tree branches swayed violently side to side as the leaves fell before going back to their calming stiffness. The Brutes in the trees hopped down as they glanced at their fellow Dolls before sprinting and disappearing in the vast sea of trees. The Dragoons stood still for a moment before resuming their patrols, looking for any intruders.
A squad of Rippers and Vespids stopped their gunfire as they took cover and glanced in the direction of the Factory. Their opponents stood frozen before they were taken by surprise by the sudden shockwave, causing them to latch on to whatever they could for support. The Rippers and Vespids stood still after the moment passed as they and their enemies glanced at each other awkwardly. Their gunfight resumed when a sniper shot took a chunk of a Ripper's head, causing them to fall to the ground dead.

Location: Amusement Park Entrance
Date: XXXX, XX, XXXX
Time: 11:26
Region: Sector 04
3rd POV
A group of four T-Dolls walked out of the entrance of the Amusement Park. One carried another who was the smallest in size, while the other two walked behind. The smallest of the four was fast asleep as her gun hung on her back, the one carrying her had an annoyed look as she tried to make her way to their destination quickly.
The T-Doll on her back had gray hair that was unkept and full of bed hairs. Her green cap lazily sat at the top of her head as she rested it on her friend's shoulder. Her red sneakers were barely hanging on her feet as the laces bounced freely from being untied. The T-Dolls green jacket that she wore over her loose clothing was only causing her carrier more annoyance as she had to readjust her grip every now and then.
The T-Doll who was carrying her had light-blue hair with two dark-blue hairpins in either side of her head. Her beret hat laid on her head as she was hunched over due to the weight she was carrying. Her HK-416 and her friend's HK-G11 hung from her waist from their straps as she walked step by step ahead of the group.
The other two who were lagging behind were similar in design, like sisters, aside from the few variations like hair color and personality. One had brown hair while the other silver. Both had a single scar over one of their eyes. One had it on the left, the other on the right. The happier and livelier of the two had a small amused smile while the other stared blankly ahead. They were both similar and yet different from one another.
The brown haired T-Doll suddenly stopped as she scrunched her face in confusion before turning to look in the direction past the forest they were going to enter. Her sister stopped and took a glance at her trying to see what was wrong.
"Oh! I sense a disturbance." She randomly spoke in a childish manner. Her sister gave her a look like she was an idiot before rolling her eyes and walking away. "Hey! I'm being serious, 45-nee!"
UMP45 didn't respond as she followed behind her other teammates. Just as she was close to catching up, she suddenly stopped when she felt the ground tremor beneath her feet. The rather sudden intensified movement and caused her to lean on a post for support while her two other teammates ahead of them fell after losing their balance.
The sleeping T-Doll groggily woke up due to the sudden fall. Her eyes blinked sleepily before realizing that she was laying on top of her friend. After a second, she shrugged her shoulders before laying back down as her drowsiness kicked back in.
"Oi! Don't go back to sleep, G11!" The muffled voice of the T-Doll underneath her barely reached G11's ears as she fell back asleep. Her eye twitched in annoyance before she rolled over, pushing the petite T-Doll to the ground and standing back up. She irritatingly dusted herself off before glaring at G11's sleeping figure. UMP45 grinned in amusement before she was tackled by her sister who came from behind.
"45-nee! 45-nee! See? See? I was right!" UMP45 wheezed as her breath was knocked out of her "lungs". She could feel her internal components be crushed by the hug her sister was giving.
"9! Y-You're crushing me!" She said in between breaths as she placed her palm on her sister's head to try and create distance. When her sister didn't let up, she grit her teeth in frustration before using more force. "G-Get off!"
UMP9 went tumbling backwards from the push before standing upright on her feet. Her signature childish smile was still on her face as she skipped her way back to her sister. UMP45 got up from the ground while picking up her firearm that she dropped. She ignored UMP9, who kept energetically talking, as she walked towards the forest they were walking heading to.
HK416 had picked G11 back up from the ground and continued carrying her with an even more annoyed face. The tremor wasn't forgotten, but at the moment their task was to check the disturbance in the Park and report back. They would thoroughly investigate whatever caused it later when they had time.
Upon walking a few more meters into the clearing surrounded by trees, they arrived to a hole in the ground with a ladder that led to the sewer pipes. 416 clicked her tongue as she struggled to balance G11, but was able to successfully drop down after a few tries. UMP45 loosely grabbed hold of the side of the ladder with one hand before quickly sliding down it after them. Her sister did the same but with more energy and cheer.
Their footsteps echoed throughout the sewer as they walked along the path to the side. The ever constant water flowing in the middle of the tunnel was accompanied by the sound of UMP9's footsteps as she happily splashed the water underneath her feet. Casually they maneuvered their way through the tunnel until they found another ladder. After climbing it, they headed straight for the Resistance Camp which was past a few crumbled buildings not far from where they were at.

M4A1's POV
I silently sat on the floor with my back against the wall as my eyes barely kept themselves open. The screen of the monitor in my hands glowed faintly as it displayed the logistics and data from the surface. My eyes took the information and transferred it into my storage for the millionth time. It was a repetitive action, one that I didn't even know I subconsciously did anymore.
None of it meant anything, however.
Not since we lost contact with the scanners on the surface. Systems above floor -40 and below floor -42 had long been offline after the collapse of the generator room. The emergency power lasted long enough for us to miraculously reroute some of the still working generators to this floor, even if it was only a small stream of power. It was amazing how, for all this time, the generator continued to output what seemed to be an infinite stream of energy.
We would've made an effort to fix the other presumed to be damaged generators but salvaging the entirety of the lower floors was impossible with how much debris and collapsed stairwells there were. Besides, even if we were to somehow make our way through the rubble to the generators, we wouldn't be able to fix them due to our lack of knowledge on how exactly they worked.
I vividly remembered Persica's explanation on what they were powered by. I didn't understand much...though she said a simple explanation for it was simply "magic". It was hard to tell if she was joking with me or not, but at the time I brushed it off as her teasing me again.
Though that was a long time ago now that I think about it.
A very, very, very long time ago...
...
...
...
How long?
How long has it been since that day?
I think I must have forgotten...is what I had hoped. But instead, the numbers that started with only a single digit had long since reached its fourth. Day by day, year by year, the counter slowly ticks up in an ever constant rhythm called time. Agonizingly slow, and yet so fast that it all seemed as if it were a speeding blur passing by.
The silence that surrounded me was luring me to a state of limbo, or at least something similar to it. Never actually experienced it myself after all. The dim light from the monitor in my hands was starting to disappear. My eyes slowly started to become filled with the shadows of my eyelids as a voice in the back of my Neural Cloud was telling—tempting—me with a small piece of peace.
Just a small break wouldn't hurt.
Just a small nap wouldn't hurt.
Just a small rest from this everlasting conflict.
*BOOM*
Suddenly, the entire hallway I was in shook and rumbled which snapped me out of my thoughts. I released the breath I unknowingly held for who knows how long. My eyes snapped open, fully awake and alert, as I looked left and right of the corridor I was in. The dimly lit hallway became still after the rumbling ceased, and no sooner did it stop did a few voices sounded out within my head.
"Hallway L-28 has been breached!"
"They've breached Hallway K-09 as well!"
AR15's and M16's voices rung out in clear distress as it stirred me to awareness about the situation at hand. Quickly standing up and pocketing the tablet to the pouch attached to my hip, I ran down the hallway in the direction of M16's position. A hologram layout of this floor appeared within my mind as it showed the locations of the breaches as well as their numbers. I mentally grimaced noticing the amount as they easily quadrupled, close to quintupled, ours.
"AR15, lead them our way if you can. M16, hold them off for a little while longer. We'll box them in Hallway O-19, Sopmod get ready!"
"Roger!"
All three exclaimed over the line. I tightened my grip on my rifle as I quickly ran around the hallway corners towards the sound of loud thumping. No doubt the footsteps from the intruders, ones we had long grown used to since the beginning of our creation.
The door at the end of the hallway opened as M16 dashed into view. A group of Machines wearing strange masks and capes of cloth chased right behind her. Their arms swinging their makeshift blades while their red eyes followed their prey, never once letting her out of their sights.
"M16!"
Quickly stopping in my tracks and taking aim, I fired a few shots at the frontmost Machine's eyes and leg joints. The first and fourth shots did the trick as one of its eyes shattered and its leg gave in causing it to fall. A chain reaction occurred where the others tripped and fell over each other, effectively making a small delay to their advances.
"M4!" She called out my name as she ran to my side. An apologetic frown was plastered on her face as she hefted the rectangle metal case on her shoulder. "Sorry, there were too many."
"It's fi—" I cut myself off as we both ducked just as a blade, nearly our height, flew overhead and lodged itself into the wall behind us. We both turned to see that the small Machine-made blockade was cleared as the Machines got back up and began running towards us. A weapon-less Machine with thicker armor and was far bigger in size compared to the others stood at the front of the stampede while running at us.
M16 clicked her tongue as she failed to pull the blade out to use herself. With no time, I grabbed her wrist and ran to the entrance to Hallway O-15 on the left. The robotic chanting of the Machines voiced out behind us the entire journey, only ever making my anxiousness grow as their voices seemed to be getting louder and louder.
"Kill. Kill. Kill. Kill. Kill. Kill."
Ignoring any background noise, I focused my attention on the digital map and the red and blue blinking dots slowly coming to a specific hallway. A single blue dot impatiently moving back and forth within the hallway, no doubt Sopmod. After a few more turns, M16 and I turned one final time before arriving at a long corridor. At the end of the corridor, AR15 was already running in our direction while a horde trialed behind her. Following behind M16, I sprinted in her direction as our own horde trailed behind us.
Soon our sprints caused us to close in on each other as we nearly collided face-to-face. AR15's face was blank as she gazed at us just as we were about to collide with on another. Time seemed to have froze as we all exchanged looks with one another with M16 giving a smirk. Time quickly resumed as all three of us changed our trajectory to the right as we dashed into the only way out: Hallway O-19.
Crashes and the sound of metal banging against each other roughly could be heard behind us as the two hordes collided against one another. I fought the urge to look back at the scene as I continued my way with M16 and AR15 at my side. The hallway was coming to an end as Sopmod waved at us from the door frame that was open.
"Hurry up, you guys! My fingers are getting snappy!~"
Sopmod impatiently spoke as we made our way to her. Taking a stand next to the doorway, I turned to look at our pursuers while AR15 and M16 made their way into the room. Their crimson orbs shined brightly within the dimly lit hallway as they moved up and down with their movements. Whenever one set of orbs moved down, another set appeared just behind them.
A shiver, that I didn't even know I could get, ran down my circuits as I stared as the seemingly never-ending ocean of Machines. A hand gripped my wrist before pulling me into the room as Sopmod aimed her weapon at the ceiling above the oncoming Machines.
"Finally! Eat this, AHAHAHA!"
With a loud war cry, a muffled thud echoed out as a projectile was shot from underneath Sopmod'a gun. No doubt, it was a grenade from her grenade launcher. An explosion flashed out once it made contact as it caused the floor to rumble along with the ceiling collapsing above a portion of the Machines.
"OOOHHH YEAAAHH—"
Sopmod's victory cheer was cut short as M16 grabbed her by the hoodie of her jacket and yanked her backwards into the room. Just as soon as she did, a blade came down from the dust clouds in a vertical motion where she once stood. M16 blocked the attack with her metal casing she carried around as she had it horizontal to the attack. Sparks flew as the attacker revealed itself to be the same armored Machine from before.
*BANG* *BANG* *BANG* *BANG*
AR15 and I wasted no time and shot at its eyes. The bullets that missed dented themselves into its armor while its eyes shined bright red. Another round of shots had us struck its eyes causing it to stumble back a bit. M16 took that moment of opportunity to slam the metal case onto its armed wrist causing it to drop its blade.
With a quick motion, M16 gripped the weapon in her hand before swinging it down diagonally with her full force. Unfortunately, the blade only embedded itself a fourth of the way through its body before it got stuck.
"Shit!"
"M16!"
The Machine quickly threw a punch just as she used the casing as a shield. Her body was thrown back as she got knocked into a table within the room. Even though I wanted to check on her, I kept the Machine in my sights as we watched it flail it's arms around. A heard the sound of a magazine being loaded as I turned to AR15 who had a frown on her face. The black magazine caught my eye as the only black ones AR15 had were her armor piercing ones, which she rationed and almost never used.
With three consecutive shots to its leg, the bullets came from one end to the other. With only one leg to support its weight, the Machine stumbled back before falling on top of another set of Machines trying to get in. A hissing sound came soon after as the door sealed shut.
Pounding soon came as the Machines rammed into the door in an attempt to break it down. Luckily, the door was thick layered and it would be a while before they could tear it back open. An alarm blared out before a loud screeching sound echoed from the other sound of the door, an indicator that the emergency security doors were operating to secure the Machines within that particular hallway.
"Security doors are rooted in place. Redirecting power."
Another voice rung out in my head. Double checking the digital map, I released a sigh of relief to see that the doors closed with no issues. The alarms stopped their screaming as the lights turned off along with them, descending us into complete darkness. None of us paid it any mind since it was all part of the plan to keep them permanently sealed, a plan that has effectively worked for us for as long as I remember.
Recovering and getting our bearings back, I checked to make sure none of us were severely injured. Another sigh of relief left me as I found everyone to be okay, even if they were less than joyful mood.
"Great work, RO. Keep a look out for any more of them."
"I'll try my best."
"Aaaawwww...My fingers are still tingly..." Sopmod exclaimed. Even in the dark, I could see that she had a pout and a disappointing look. Though it didn't last long as she regained her carefree smile. "Well...there's always next time I guess."
I frowned a bit when she said that but simply turned on the flashlight attached to my rifle as I walked to the end of the room. They did the same as they followed my footsteps.
"Let's go. NZ75 and her echelon's shift is coming up."
They gave me small indications that they heard me, though I noticed M16's small frown as she eyed me. I glanced away before leading the group to the stairs leading to the only floor that truly mattered to us in this entire facility: Floor -42.

3rd POV
Location: BUNKER
A woman stared at her reflection as if she seemed entranced by it. Her white hair held by her black hair band was nearly kept much like her attire. She wore a one-piece black dress that showed a metallic surface as it glistened in the light. Her expressionless face stared deeply into her own eyes, as if looking for the answers to all of her questions.
In her white gloves hands was a visor in the shape of a blindfold cloth. It simply laid on the palms of her hands that sat on her lap. For what seemed like an eternity within the confines of her room. The woman blinked before slowly raising her hands and wrapping the visor over her eyes. Her fingers fastened the knot at the back of her head before she stood up from her seat.
Her boots clicked against the metallic floor as she made her way to the door of her bedroom. The automatic entrance opened, allowing her to freely walk out into the hallway. The windows that greeted her shined and sparkled with the cosmos and stars.
She would have found it mesmerizing...if it wasn't so empty.
Not a second spent gazing into space, she turned and started walking to the left. Only to stop after her first few steps as another person walked towards her. Shorter in height, the person was a male who also had pale white hair with flawless skin. A similar blindfold-like visor was wrapped around his eyes. His boots thudded as he walked towards her with a smile on his face.
That smile froze her entire body as she gazed upon it. She didn't know how long she had been staring at it, but the sound of his energetic and cheerful voice made her realize that he stopped in her front of her and was now talking. She tightened her fists for letting herself space out like that before bringing her attention to him fully.
"So...mission complete and all that, huh?" He spoke in a questioning manner. As if he didn't know how the previous mission went, which only caused the woman to tighten her fists even more. "The Goliaths were wiped out, and we managed to lower the threats guarding that IOP factory. Now we ca—"
The woman wanted to know...wanted to know if he truly did not know, or if she was simply putting too much thought into this.
"9S?"
Her voice rung out and halted the male named 9S' words. He looked at her with a tilted head, obviously confused as to what she was calling him for.
"Yes, Ma'am?"
The words were almost stuck in her throat as she barely kept herself from being calm. It just seemed to be getting worse and worse for her as she pushed forward with whatever she was trying to prove. Fortunately, she was able to keep a steady voice as she stood straight.
"Thank you." Seeing the questioning face he made only let the woman know everything she needed, but she still hoped and continued. "For uploading my data to the Bunker."
"...Um, I did that?" 9S spoke in confusion as he scratched the back of his head. "Sorry, I don't remember."
White noise was all the woman heard after that. She simply stared at the speaking 9S in front of her. The words failing to reach her ears as she watched his mouth word them out. The moment didn't last long, however, as she clenched her teeth as she nearly spat out the next words once she saw him finish speaking.
"...I...see."
9S noticed the strange behavior, but simply chalked it up to her just trying to get familiarized with her body after the mission. He was in a similar state after all. A moment of silence came between them before 9S stood back-straight and brought his left arm across his chest horizontally.
"Glory to Mankind."
The woman didn't respond or recuperate the pledge for a few seconds as she stared at him. Soon, she slowly moved her hand to match his as she slowly spoke the words that he did.
"...Glory...to M̴̡̢̹̳͓̳̜̱͉̝̗̝̮̥̅͋͌̓̔ͅå̷̧̛̙͔̤͍̗̞̂̍͑͑̐̑̏̀͐̋̆̄͊͝͝n̴̢̨̡̳͓̟͓̗͂͐̓̕k̸̩̙͈̼͔̟͕̗̪̺̼͓̞̠͖̦͊̀ì̸̢͍̻̘̼̣͌̑͝n̸̨̡̨̳̫͎̬̬̟͇̯̣̹̤̙̬͍̟̽̈́͂͐̈́͒̈́̂̀̀͂̚͘͜d̸̨̡̛̰̪͓͈͈̙͔͙͚̉̆̓̾̇͆̀̆̂͠ͅ "
The words felt hollow and lifeless as they left her tongue. The dryness of her throat only made it worse as she spoke the mantra that was their sole purpose and goal. 9S slowly put his arm down as he walked past her, not seeing the clenching of her fists and the tension in her jaw as she stood in the hallway all alone now.
After what seemed like forever, her feet creaked and slowly marched her forward. Her thoughts kept her company and within herself where they will always be.
"Everything that lives...is designed to end."
"We are perpetually trapped..."
"In an everlasting conflict between life and death."
"Is this a curse...Or some kind of punishment?"
"I often think about the god who blessed us with this cryptic puzzle..."
"...and wonder if we'll ever have the chance to kill them."
