The final week of her deployment went much the same as the rest of it had. She worked around the clock to take care of the wounded pouring into the station, only stepping back onto the shuttle once she was sure those, she was leaving behind would recover.

But she would be lying to herself if heading back to C0urscant wasn't a relief, she missed her master and the two other padawans had been discharged shortly after they woke. The entrance to the temple loomed high into the skyline as she landed and hurried back in, making her way to the healing halls to find her master tending to a tired-looking Master Tin.

She waited by the door until he left before coming over to her master who smiled softly down at her, pulling her into a hug. "It is good to have you back Ara." Looking up at her master she smiled back, "I'm, glad to be back."

Her master just looked her over, pushing the loose lock of hair out of her face looking worried. "What happened while you were away? You look exhausted." Aralia sighed, "I don't want to talk about it, Master. I, just need to get some sleep." Vokora paused, then nodded, leading her back to her room and lighting the small white flower candle beside the bed.

Aralia was thankful for the relative normality of the next few days, she ate with Barris and Ashoka in the temple, trained with her master in the healing halls, and took some time to study Makashi and Soresu with the battle master Cin Drallig while waiting for her next assignment.

A week after she returned, she was sitting in one of the temple's courtyards, watching several younglings working through basic Shii-Cho forms with training sabers under the watchful eyes of the battle master. Her hands rested lightly on her knees as a small smile spread across her face, her eyes resting on a little blue Rodian girl who raised her wooden blade. Swiping the saber through the air with an excited smile on her face.

"Padawan Kryze?" She stood up, recognizing the voice and the face of someone she knew well, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. "What is it, Master Kenobi?" The gentle smile on the Jedi Master's face left her feeling relaxed and calm, he'd always had a way of making her and many others feel safe. "The council would like you to accompany me on my next mission."

Surprise flooded through her as she asked, "what mission is this?" Obi-Wan's smile widened as he said, "a mission on Mandalore, to speak with Duchess Satine." Her smile grew twin to his as she says, "I would be honored to accompany you to Mandalore Master Kenobi, when do we leave?"

"In three hours, get what you need and meet me in the hangar." She nodded and walked back to her room, pulling out the pendant that lay in the top drawer of her dresser. The polished stone flower hanging on its simple silver chain had been a gift, and she was happy to wear it again.

She walked into the hangar with the same smile still on her face and she noticed the two Jedi starfighters parked beside each other. One she knew by the red and white painted design was Obi-Wan's, however, the second was clearly intended for her. White and dark blue lines formed the normal design; however, she also saw the small symbol painted in teal of her clan. Quietly murmuring her thanks to Obi-Wan she climbed into the fighter and began initiating the various engine and repulsor systems.

The streams of ships leaving the atmosphere proved an interesting flight into space, but she managed to make it through and into the hyperspace ring waiting for her. Her commlink blinked to life and she heard Obi-Wan ask, "ready Padawan Kryze?" She looked up at the teal and blue astromech smiling as she said, "as soon as you are Master."

The smile on her fellow Jedi's face was obvious, as was the chuckle over her comms, "then make the jump to hyperspace." She reached forward, then paused saying, "R-9, activate the hyperdrive." Leaning back as she heard the growing whirring from the ring around her as the stars elongated and she and Obi-Wan shot forward, hurtling towards her home world, and her family.
