Metalsound gets back to the scrapyard landing with a little difficulty, "How do Bumblebee and the others get around in a tight space so easily?" She asked herself as she avoided colliding with a shelf of knickknacks.

"You're back. Have a nice flight?" Metalsound looks and sees Strongarm standing nearby with her arms folded.

"It was lovely. Shouldn't you be resting though?" Metalsound asked as she transformed into her bot mode, "Springload hit you pretty hard."

"Eh, not as bad as Fixit made it to be."

"Right, just be happy that you didn't get zapped. That would have hurt a lot more."

"Yeah, most likely."

"So, you're doing alright?"

Strongarm unfolds her arms and places a servo over her stomach, "Just fine, don't worry about me," she replied with a grunt.

"I'm sure you are, you're stronger than you look. Not to mention you kicked Steeljaw's tail," she replied with a smirk.

"Yeah... wait, how do you know about that?"

"I managed to get Steeljaw to tell me about it. He was so embarrassed that it was actually adorable," the dark femme chuckled.

"You like him, don't you? I think there's something going on between you two. Now I see, you follow him and work with him because you like him."

"What?! No! First of all, he's more like a brother than anything, and second..." she trailed off for a moment, deciding if she should even say anything, "There was someone else that I cared for."

"Sure. You two would make a cute couple," Strongarm says as she starts to walk off.

"Steeljaw's worried about you! He wanted to make sure that you were alright, in fact, he tried to before Bumblebee told him that he wasn't getting anywhere near you."

Strongarm stops with a shocked look on her face, she turns to look at Metalsound, "Is he really, or is this some trick?"

"Steeljaw may be a Decepticon but it doesn't mean he doesn't have a spark. I used to be a Decepticon and I could have killed the humans if I wanted to, but I didn't. Just give him a chance."

"How can I after all he's done? How can I trust him? I tried to trust him the first time I met him and he turned out to be tricking me."

"Maybe he was scared. How would you feel? In a stasis pod for who knows how long, finally free only to know that you may have to go back to imprisonment?"

"Guess I wouldn't feel too comfortable with that."

"Exactly, just try to give him the benefit of the doubt. And if he does anything to hurt you he'll have me to deal with," Metalsound replied as she discharged a few small sparks.

Strongarm sighs, "Tell me, does he talk about me or his feelings towards me any?"

"He does, but it's not my place to say, he should be able to tell you himself."

"What does he say about me?"

"Just that he can't stop thinking about you, you're strong, and you were able to outsmart him."

"He... can't stop thinking about me?"

"He wanted to sneak in here at one point but I talked him out of that. He was getting dangerously close to becoming a stalker."

Strongarm snickers, "No surprise there. So he was desperate to see me huh?"

"Yeah, but I know he's not going to risk coming here again after what happened. So, how was Optimus? I didn't really get a chance to see him, with him fighting Megatronus and all. Not to mention I was worried about Steeljaw, he got tossed pretty far. It took me a while to find him."

Strongarm snaps out of her thoughts, "Huh? Oh, he's pretty great. Just sisterly love huh?"

"Yep, cross my spark hope to fly stick a cupcake in my eye. Even though I can fly but you get the jest of it."

"Sadly I don't think it will ever be."

"Are you only saying that because you're on different sides?"

"It's against the rules and regulations, I can get into serious trouble if I have an affair with a criminal like him."

"Then don't see him as a criminal, see him as a mech, one that's made bad choices. Haven't you ever wanted to live on the wild side? Live a little, go have some fun, and do something you would never do. Trust me, if you don't, you'll end up regretting it," Metalsound sighed as she thought of the last time she saw the mech she cared for. She hated herself for not trying to find a way to get him out.

"No, never did. Until the thing with Steeljaw. I don't even know if I have feelings for him, I think I was just caught up in the moment."

"And what thing would that be?"

"When we kissed, he brought up feelings I never felt before, and it felt rather nice."

"You two kissed?" Metalsound asked in shock but also feeling giddy about it, "Dawww, I missed it!" She exclaimed with a squee, "Tell me. What was it like? How long did it last? Did you see fireworks in your mind?" She asked like a machine gun. Realizing she was getting a little excited she tried to calm herself down, "Sorry."

"It was rather nice, brought up feelings I never felt before, and it lasted for quite a while until Bumblebee called me for assistance. I could actually still feel his lips on mine after we stopped kissing."

Metalsound didn't say anything but she had a goofy grin on her face, "Would you like to see him again?"

She smiled, "Yeah... I mean no, we can't!"

"Maybe not now but you can't hide from how you feel," she replied as she glanced at the sky, it was already getting dark, "That late already?"

"I'm not sure how I feel."

"It's ok, these things take time to figure out. I'm going to see what's on the T.V," Metalsound replied as she walked off mumbling to herself that she should get some Energon as well.

"Yeah, I'm gonna go get some more rest."

"Ok, sleep well," Metalsound says as she looks up to the slowly darkening sky, "I hope he's ok," she whispered to herself, thinking of a Decepticon she feared and adored.

Strongarm looked back to her, "If you don't mind me asking, who is the mech you're in love with and keep thinking about?"

Metalsound sighed still looking up at the sky, she didn't want to face the cadet. Not with what she was about to say, "Soundwave."

"Soundwave? I've read files on him. Were you two pretty close?"

"Not, really. I mean I pretty much left the Decepticons, I'm sure he wouldn't be able to forgive anyone that switched sides like that."

"If he cared for you then he probably would."

"I'm not sure, he never took off his visor and he doesn't express his emotions at all. It was hard, trying to figure out what he was thinking."

"Oh. Well, I'm gonna go to bed now," Strongarm says as she turns to walk to her sleeping area.

Once she was out of sight Metalsound narrowed her optics into a glare. So is that how you want to play it, cadet? I will not let my guard down again. She thought as she left to get some Energon.
