Steeljaw was laying in his berth waiting for the call from Strongarm. When he was about to call her himself he suddenly heard a call coming in, he answers,:: About time you called. ::
:: Sorry, we ran into Thunderhoof, he managed to get away though. :: Strongarm replied.
:: Oh. When can we meet? I need to see you. ::
:: I can try to sneak away, but like I said Bumblebee's been keeping an optic on me. Same place as the other night?::
:: Yes. After sunset. ::
:: Ok, I'll meet you there. ::
Later on, Steeljaw goes to the place they talked about. As soon as he transforms he sees Strongarm driving up.
"Have you been waiting long?" She asked as she transformed, walking up to him.
"Just got here actually," he replies as he pulls her into an embrace, "I've missed you," he whispers in her audio receptor.
Strongarm returned his embrace, "I missed you too. Did you see Metalsound and thank her?"
Steeljaw pulls back from the hug and sits down pulling her into his lap, "Yeah, I did," he says as he wraps his arms around her, as well as his tail without knowing it.
"That's good," she replied, she felt so warm being beside him. She let out a small squeak when she felt something around her waist.
"What's wrong?"
"I felt something on my waist," she replied as she looked down only to chuckle, "It's your tail."
He looks down and sees his tail wrapped around her waist, "Didn't even know that happened. It seems to have a mind of its own at times."
"I've been reading on Wolf-Cons so I can try to understand you a bit more and I think it's a way of showing affection."
"Really? Yeah, that is true we Wolf-Cons tend to wrap our tails around the ones we love to show our affection to them," there was another reason but he wasn't gonna say it because he didn't want to freak her out.
A tint of blue appeared on Strongarm's cheeks, "So, does this mean you love me?"
Scrap. "Well, um," he takes a big inhale into his vents, "Yes, I love you Strongarm."
"You really mean that?" She asked as she faced him. She knew she cared about him a lot, but she wanted to be sure.
"Yes, I do."
With a smile Strongarm placed her servo on his cheek, "I love you too," she said with a loving smile, "When this is all over, you do realize you'll have to meet my father right?" She warned.
Steeljaw smiled at that, she loves him as well. But he soon started feeling a bit of dread at her last remark, "Yeah, I know."
"I know he can be intimidating but he means well."
"Yeah, I heard a lot of stories about him. Don't think he will like me all that much."
"He just needs to get to know you as I have. I'm sure he'll understand."
"Yeah, probably."
"I would like to get to know you a little more, you don't have to tell me everything. I was just wondering, who took care of you when your parents, you know?"
"Nobody, I took care of myself. But after some time I was taken in by Shockwave who trained me and helped me become the 'Con I am now."
"Shockwave?! I think that does explain your experience with sonic frequencies."
"Yep, he taught me everything I know. Now a question for you. Who is your mother? You've talked about your father but never your mother."
"I never really knew her, she died when I was young. That's why no one really saw my father for a long time, he wanted to make sure I was going to be ok."
"Oh, I'm sorry."
"It's ok, I can hardly remember her though. Ultra Magnus would tell me about her but I feel bad that I can't remember her as he does."
"What is your next question for me?" He asks trying to change the subject.
"What was Shockwave like while you were growing up? Were there any Predacons around?"
"Oh yeah, I've had encounters with Predaking and the other two. Shockwave wasn't all that bad, he could be brutal at times naturally, but all in all, he's really not a bad mech. But I think he would give me a few good lashes if he finds out I fell in love with an Autobot."
"I suppose," Strongarm felt a little uneasy at the mention of the great Predacon, "I'm sure Ultra Magnus would give me the lecture of a lifetime for falling in love with a Decepticon."
"I'm sure he will."
"But not before he locked you up in a cell," she joked, "But hopefully he won't do that," she added quickly.
"And you're wanting me to meet him?"
"I think it would be a good idea to meet him, I think it's a father's job to be protective of their kids. Wasn't Shockwave like that with you?"
"Not really, it was really that I had to fend for myself and if I couldn't then I was out of luck, at least that's the way he talked. But there were a couple of occasions where he saved my tail."
"Like when?" Strongarm was now curious about the one optic mech.
"I'd rather not get into it. Back to you. What kind of trouble will you be in if they find out you broke a rule and been having an affair with a 'Con criminal?"
"I would be charged with aiding a known criminal with a high sentence. Not to mention my life would be in danger, there's also the psych analysis, I would be tested and checked out to see if you did something to my processor to make me fall in love with you or if I did it of my own will. The severity of the sentence will depend on the result of that. Am I talking too much?"
"No, I asked the question because I wanted to know. You may not see me as a criminal anymore but they will."
"I know. As I said, they would first run some tests and see what should be done. If it was to show that you did something to my processor to make me fall in love with you then they would just fix my processor and let me go, nothing would be done to me since they would see it as me being under your influence. But if it was to show that I fell in love with you willingly then I would be fired, marked as a traitor, and be put in prison for affiliating with a criminal."
"Are you going to return to Cybertron?"
"I don't know. I like it here on Earth, and I want to be with you."
"Which leads me to my next question. If it gets to the point where I'm captured and put back into a stasis pod. What will you do?"
"I'm not sure," Strongarm didn't want to think about it. It scared her and she was going to have to choose what she should do when that moment came. The air suddenly felt cold making her shiver, "I hope it won't have to come to that."
Steeljaw notices her shivering and pulls her closer holding her tightly against his body, "It's alright, you don't have to concern yourself with it. I'm gonna think of something to get us away from all of this where we can live together for the rest of our lives."
Strongarm wrapped her arms around Steeljaw's, "I would like that."
Steeljaw lays his helm on top of her helm. With a soft sigh, Strongarm closed her optics and before she knew it she was fast asleep.
Steeljaw sees she had fallen asleep and smiles, "Sleep my love, and don't worry your pretty little helm."
Metalsound was still flying around looking for Thunderhoof when she spots him through some trees making his way back to the island and looking all banged up, she flies in and lands right in front of him.
Thunderhoof looks up when he hears a sound and sees Metalsound coming down to land, he was sore and exhausted from his fight with the Autobots, "Eyo. What are you doing here Metalsound?"
She transformed before she landed and walked over to him, "Looking for you, I was wondering what was taking you so long and I realized that you may have had a run-in with the Autobots. Are you alright? Do you need some help?"
"Yeah, I had a run-in with them. I'm fine, but you can walk with me if you like."
Metalsound was already by his side, "I was going to help you whether you liked it or not," she joked lightly. Placing his arm over her shoulder she leads the way back to HQ, "Do you need any medical attention? All I can do is patch up."
"Nah it's nothing that bad, just need to get back to my quarters so I can lay down and get some Energon. By the way, thanks for the assist."
"You're welcome. Where did Glowstrike send you anyway?"
"To an old abandoned place to get some supplies."
"I see, someone should have gone with you. I would have but she said that you would be fine on your own," she said, feeling guilty, "I should have gone with you no matter what she said."
"Eh, I'm a big boy I can take care of myself."
"I know but it doesn't hurt to have some backup. Especially when there's a Dinobot on the opposing side."
"That's true."
"Did you get what was asked for?"
"Lost it in the fight."
"Darn, hopefully, they won't be too hard on you," she replied as they made their way down the hall, thankfully there weren't many Decepticons out at the moment. Catching the scent of another made Metalsound stop, her neck fur was already on end and she hadn't even seen who it was yet, "Glowstrike's around the corner," she whispered.
"Aw drat."
"What took you so long?" The femme asked with her arms crossed. She was annoyed that Metalsound was there, and not to mention that Thunderhoof looked like he had been in a fight.
"I was attacked by the Autobots," Thunderhoof replied sounding a bit annoyed with her.
Metalsound glanced up at the mech, hearing the tone he was using, "I didn't expect them to show up, maybe you should have taken someone with you," Glowstrike responded. Metalsound growled inwardly, it was obvious Glowstrike didn't know how to lead, "What are you looking at?"
"Nothing," Metalsound mumbled, "Let's get you to your quarters Thunder."
Walking past the red femme they heard Glowstrike saying something under her breath as she left.
"Eyo, what did you say Glowstrike?"
"Nothing, just hoping that you get plenty of rest," Glowstrike replied with a smirk as she left the two alone.
"I really don't like her," Metalsound growled softly.
"You ain't the only one."
"Does anyone like her?" She was curious but she also wondered why the other femme didn't like her.
"Only Scorponok and maybe Saberhorn."
"She thinks she owns the place, which she kind of does but that's beside the point. Why don't you like her? She seems to like you."
"I rather not talk about it, I just want to get some Energon and lay down."
"Ok," Metalsound let the matter drop once they came to his room, "I'll get you some Energon, be right back," she said as she left him by his berth.
"Alright," Thunderhoof replied sitting down on his berth.
Not long after Metalsound left Glowstrike comes into the room, "So she doesn't know about the two of us?" She asked with a sly grin.
"No she doesn't, and you're not gonna tell her."
"Now why would I do that?" She asked mocking hurt, "I don't see how you can stand to be around a Predacon."
"She's better company than you."
"Aww, you don't mean that," she whispered as she sat on his lap, stroking his cheek, "Especially after those wonderful nights we had together. Once we get off this rock we can sparkbond as we planned."
"Wasn't our plan it was our parents' plan, and I was going along with it for the sake of my father, and I was starting to like you."
"So maybe we had a rough start, I would like to continue," she whispered into his audio receptor, "What our parents had planned," she trailed her servo up his leg before teasing his codpiece.
"Don't do this Glowstrike," Thunderhoof says a bit faintly starting to feel a bit overheated by her touch.
"You know you want to," she whispered as she placed a soft kiss on his lips, "You don't have to hold back for my sake."
Suddenly an Energon cube slid into the room making Glowstrike and Thunderhoof look to the door, Metalsound was standing in the doorway.
"Metalsound!" Thunderhoof says looking at her with wide optics before throwing Glowstrike off his lap and down to the ground, causing her to hit the ground with a grunt. Metalsound didn't say anything as she ran off, she felt a lump in her throat as she stifled a sob. Thunderhoof ran out of the room after her, "Metalsound wait!"
Glowstrike huffed as she got up, "My work is done," she whispered as she left the room.
