"Dream, have you looked at Twitter recently?" Wilbur asked and George heard typing. Oh god, what had happened now, he wondered.

"No, why?" Dream sounded on guard and George couldn't blame him. When you lived this life, especially if you were Dream, you became scared at just the mention of Twitter.

"Oh nothing serious," Wilbur quickly assured. "They just miss you." It took awhile for Dream to answer and when he did it was a quiet whisper that George was pretty sure wasn't meant to be uttered out loud.

"Yeah, I miss streaming too." He was sure that he heard sadness.

"Do it then." Tommy casually said and George was surprised. That was very blunt and not exactly nice. Dream couldn't just 'do it', he had reasons as to why he couldn't and Tommy just ignoring them made George a bit uneasy and to be honest, angry.

"Tommy!" Wilbur scolded and did what George would have done if Wilbur hadn't done it before him.

"It's fine Will. I mean, I am here, aren't i?" Yeah Dream was here, but why? Did he all of a sudden feel good enough to begin to be on streams again? But it wasn't really sudden, George thought. Dream had had days to think about it. Days that George had missed out on because he had been to fucking stubborn.

"So you are in today?" Karl asked with what sounded like a hopeful smile.

"Yeah." Dream breathed.

"Really? On a jackbox stream?" Sapnap said and George cursed him on the way he emphasized the word Jackbox. He was aware that the last time Dream had been on a stream had been that last Jackbox stream but why did Sapnap need to bring it up? It wasn't necessary to bring back those memories.

"Shut up Sapnap, I can handle it."

"Sure you can."

"I can." He protested and George couldn't help but scoff. If Dream got a panic attack right after speaking to him he definitely couldn't 'handle' it. "George-" Dream started to say but was interrupted. George wondered why Dream had immediately dropped the argument with Sapnap to pay his attention to him.

"No, I am not letting you two start this again. If I hear a single word about this again I will...there will be consequences."

"Consequences? Yeah sure, you wont do jackshit." Dream said and George agreed with that. What could Sapnap possibly do? George wasn't even in the same country as them.

"How are you going to stop us?" He said and with that kinda challenged Sapnap.

"Oh you don't believe I will do something? Then how about this?" Sapnap said and paused for dramatic effect. "Dream, I will tell George your secret. George, I will tell Dream your secret." George's eyes widened. Sapnap wasn't serious was he? He wouldn't do that right? But he sounded so serious.

What Sapnap meant by 'Dream's secret' could only be one thing and that was the reason for his panic attacks. And because George really wanted to know the reason he almost considered to actually continue to argue with Dream about this. But at the same time that would mean that Dream would find out his secret.

"Sapnap you can't-" Both of them started to shout but they stopped when they heard each other. It was quiet before Dream let out a defeated sigh.

"You're an ass Sapnap. You know that right?" He muttered and Sapnap laughed. He actually laughed. As if George's secret wasn't something that could destroy their friendship forever.

"I know, but it is necessary." Sapnap said nonchalantly and George wanted to hit him in the face for it. He was acting way too casual about this. And what did he mean by 'necessary'? It was absolutely not necessary.

"What are you three even talking about?" Tommy asked.

"Oh nothing important." George quickly said, trying to sound as natural as possible. But instead of coming off as calm and collected he probably sounded panicked and nervous.

"Doesn't sound like nothing." Tommy insisted.

"Can we just move on?" Dream asked and thankfully Tommy gave up.

"Yeah yeah." He said with a sign.

"When are we going to start streaming?" Was the first thing George could think of saying to drop the current subject. Knowing that everyone in the call knew about his secret except for Dream didn't exactly sound safe. Especially not if the topic of just that secret came up and especially not if that same secret was about Dream.

Not that he didn't fully trust his friends, he absolutely did. But things you don't mean to say can easily slip. Just look at Sapnap. And it wasn't just that his secret could be told that was scary, but just the thought of Dream knowing that everyone in the call knew what the secret was...that would surely lead to a...discussion. By now George was really tired of discussions with Dream.

"Oh look, I'm George and I don't wanna hang out with my friends, I just wanna stream and make money." Dream mocked him in his usual mocking voice.

"Shut up Dream." George said through an obvious smile.

"Make me." The call immediately erupted in disgusted ew's and George could hear how Sapnap was fake gagging. His own cheeks turned pink at what Dream was insinuating and he slowly shook his head with a small smile. Why did he have to get so flustered when Dream said things like that? It wasn't as if he was serious, Dream was just joking and George had no right to even think about doing that with Dream.

He felt a bit disgusted about his thoughts since they were about his best friend but still...Dream must have thought about it too to even make the joke, even if it was just in a joking manner.

"Jesus christ." Quackity exclaimed over the sound of everyone complaining. George could faintly hear Dream laughing in the background which made his smile grow.

"I hate dnf." Sapnap loudly announced and George couldn't hold in his laughter.

"Dream, there is a child present." He fake scolded Dream while pissing off Tommy.

"If you are talking about me, George, then fuck you." The only child in the call answered and George just laughed.

"Who else would he be talking about?"

"Not you too Wilbur. And I will actually be eighteen soon and then none of you will be able to say anything about me being a child." If Tommy thought that he would stop getting called a child when he turned eighteen, he was greatly mistaken. He was and would forever remain a child.

"Soon? It's like a whole year."

"Wha- How the fuck is it a year? Are you okay in the head?"

"Are you all just going to brush over what Dream just said?" Sapnap interrupted them, clearly still very confused over what Dream had said. Dream didn't understand why, it wasn't something unusual for him to say stuff like this.

"What about it?"

"What do you mean 'what about it' you- Whatever."

"You're one to talk."

"I do not say that to Karl!" Sapnap protested and Dream smirked when he had gotten exactly the reaction he had wanted.

"Notice how I didn't mention Karl?" He teased.

"Dream!" Was the response he got and he started to laugh. Teasing Sapnap about Karl was probably one of the funniest things in the world. And definitely not hypocritic at all, because when people teased him about George he definitely thought it was funny. Definitely.

"Don't threaten to spill my secrets, Nick. Cause this is what you will get if you do."

"Fuck you."

"No thanks."

"Let's just start streaming shall we?" Wilbur interrupted them which was probably for the best.

"Fine, is everyone ready?" Karl asked and after a confirmation from everyone he muted himself and started the stream up. It was of course not necessary to mute yourself to your friends when starting a stream and it was more of a personal preference. Dream completely understood Karls choice though. Especially considering which people were in the call. Karl would probably want to talk to his viewers before playing the game and that would be nearly impossible if he didnt mute.

It was silent for a moment after Karl had left but the conversation quickly started again when Wilbur asked Tommy about his next vlog. Dream didn't exactly listen to what they were saying since he was busy with his own thoughts.

What he was most worried about right now was having another panic attack on stream. It was not really the greatest thing he had experienced and he would avoid doing it again if he could. But as long as they stayed away from all the dnf jokes, or at least didn't do them too much, it would be fine right? He would probably not have a panic attack then. But knowing his friends they would not hold back on the jokes, and he couldn't blame them, most of the time he was the one that started them. They just continued, laughed and added to them.

But really there wasn't anything he could do to prevent a panic attack from happening. If

it was happening, it was happening. Sure he could try the technique where you counted from 100 to 0 but that time he tried it and ít worked, he was completely alone in his room. This time if it were to happen he would have thousands of people hearing everything and he had a feeling counting would not help then.

He almost started to laugh when he realized it was exactly those kinds of thoughts that could make him start to panic. It was exactly those things he should avoid. But that was easier said than done. To try and distract himself from it he focused on the conversation the others were having.

George was really worried about Dream. He had not been on a single stream since that jackbox stream with the panic attack and so much had happened since then. One of them being the car accident. George was not sure if Dream would be able to handle being back in the 'spotlight' after so little time. Maybe it was exactly what he needed right now or it would be the opposite. After all there was a chance being on stream again would make everything worse. Especially since Dream could have a panic attack again.

But the worst thing was that George could do absolutely nothing to help him. There was a whole ocean between them and Dream would absolutely not listen to him when he told him it was not a good idea to be on stream. So all he could do was sit and wait.

Dream hadn't said anything since Karl left which made him even more worried. He could just be stuck in his own thoughts but that wasn't so good since it could lead to things that would just make him panic. George had no idea what to do.

"You wanna be in my next vlog George?" Tommy interrupted his thoughts. His next vlog? Which one was that?

"Depends, what are you doing?" George asked and heard how Wilbur laughed a little. What was funny about that?

"We literally just talked about it. What, were you too busy thinking about Dream?" In fact he actually was too busy thinking about Dream to listen to the conversation. But not in the way Tommy meant, or technically it was that way since he wouldn't worry this much about Dream if he wasn't in love with him. God, "in love with him" still sounded so weird.

"No I wasn't." George tried to defend himself but instead made it worse since he wasn't the best at lying. There was something in his tone that always made it sound like he wasn't telling the truth which made it really difficult to lie. He hated that.

"You actually were? Simp." Oh how he hated that word. Not that it was something used against him, okay that too, but more like the actual definition of it. He didn't remember the exact definition but it was something along the lines of 'Being overly nice to someone in the end goal of getting sex'. And if that was the correct definition then everybody around him was using it wrong. Because he wasn't overly nice to Dream to get sex, not that he would mind that dont get him wrong, but that wasent his 'end goal'. He didn't even have an end goal and he wasn't even being overly nice. In fact, he wasn't even being nice. At least not when the others were around.

"I wasn't, shut up." Dream still hadn't said anything which George found weird since he always had something to say in these kinds of moments. Maybe Dream had zoned out or something or he was just simply stuck in his own head. Which was like the same thing so it didn't matter.

Why was he even so obsessed with this? Why did he think so much about what Dream was doing right now? Okat, that was a question he didn't even have to ask. Because he already knew the answer and it was obvious. Anyway he had to stop thinking about it and luckily for him Karl joined in that exact moment.

"Streaming streaming streaming!" He warned and laughed. That was lucky since the ongoing conversation was just them teasing George, and there would already be enough of that in the upcoming hours so he didn't need it to begin already.

"Excuse you, you just interrupted a very important conversation." Sapnap, who hadn't even been participating in the conversation said.

"Well too bad since we are playing jackbox now. I've sent the code to the lobby in the group chat." George went to the group chat and found code while debating what username he was going to use today. He could always be a troll and choose something funny or he could use his real name(not likely tho). There was also always the option to leak the code to the lobby and be a pain in the ass. That was usually very funny. At least for him and that was what mattered the most.

"Wow, we don't even get an introduction?" Sapnap asked in a betrayed tone. Seriously, Sapnap needed to get better at his teasing. Introduction? Please, most people that were watching already knew all of them.

"Yeah, are you just trying to get this over with so you can get in your streaming hours?" Wilbur joined in with the light teasing.

"No, I just enjoy playing with you all so much so I wanna get started as quickly as possible." Karl saved himself and avoided the teasing. He was really good at that actually.

"How sweet of you." Bad said because of course he did.

"I know, that is just the way I am."

"Yeah sure." Quackity, who apparently was back from his toilet visit, said.

"What? Are you saying that I'm not sweet?" Karl pretended to be hurt by Quackity's words.

"Yes, that is exactly what I am saying." He said and Karl made an exaggerated gasp and faked offense. They went on and argued about whether or not Karl was sweet but the only thing George could think about was Dream. He still had not said a word since Karl had muted. And that was like over ten minutes ago. Now he felt even more worried than before and decided to message him.

G

Are you okay?

The response came almost instantly.

D

Yeah, why?

G

Just wondering, you haven't said anything in a while

D

Just thinking, and you haven't said anything since he started either

G

No but i did talk right before he joined back, you didn't

D

Fair point

Their conversation ended there because they were both called upon by the others. They were to join a jackbox game after all.
