In C.G.'s sleeping area, she was sitting on the floor with her knees pulled up to her chest and crying when Luis knocked on the door.
"C.G., I'm coming in," said Luis.
"Go away," said C.G.
"There's not a chance I'm going to do that," said Luis while opening the door before he walked over and sat down next to her. However, he still gave her some space.
"I don't care if you cry, scream, or what C.G., I'm here for you even if you start to punch me," he said.
"I don't even know if I'm C.G. anymore," she said while grabbing her head.
"And what should I even do now that I know that my whole life has been a lie, just something programmed into my mind so that I would follow the man I called my father who wants to destroy the future?" asked C.G.
"First, you have to realize that not everything was a lie, the time we all have spent together was true and we had nothing to do with your father except helping you in finding a new place for them to colonize," said Luis.
"We have been through a lot together," said C.G.
"And the second thing you need to know is that you are in charge of your life," said Luis while handing her a tablet.
"What's this?" asked C.G.
"A scan of the chip, I deactivated it when I woke you up, and made sure to put my own lock on it so no one will be able to control you again," said Luis.
"But now it's up to you to decide what you do," he said. C.G. then took a minute while staring at the tablet in her hands.
"I'll do what I need to," said C.G. while drying her tears.
"I'm going to protect the future world, and I hope you'll come with me," she said while standing and looking down at Luis.
"You know I'm with you," said Luis with a smile and standing before leaving with her.
