- Day 45: Family dinner-
Ayuzawa household
5pm
"They're going to be here soon," Minako Ayuzawa told her husband Sakuya. Misaki, Takumi, Suzuna and Hinata were all coming over to have dinner together. It had been so long since she last saw Takumi and with Misaki so busy, she hardly got to spend a lot more family time than she wanted. They made up that lost time by calling each other frequently.
"I'm almost done," Sakyua told his excited wife. He knew how much she missed the girls. He too was excited to have his daughters being home. He wanted every opportunity to make up for lost time.

Minako turned around quickly where she almost felt light headed from the rush. She walked towards the door to greet Misaki and Takumi who arrived first.
"We're he- Oh! Mom!" Misaki hugged her mother as soon as she saw her. "How are you doing?" She questioned.
"I'm good. Oh my! Taumi you get more handsome every time I see you," She complimented him. Her daughter sure did find one good looking man.
Takumi bowed showing his respect before hugging her. "Thank you for the compliment. You haven't change one bit mother," he said referring to her appearance.
Minako placed both hands on her face. "Stop, I'm such an old lady now. All my babies have grown up."
"You're as beautiful as the day I first met you," Sakuya stated from the kitchen. She hadn't changed one bit in his eyes.
"We're here," Hinata called coming in behind Misaki and Takumi. He was carrying some vegetables from his grandfather's farm.
"Sis," Suzuna greeted her sister. She wasn't here last time when Misaki visited.
While Suzuna and Misaki chat to catch up, Takumi and Hinata were having a stare down. Many years ago there would have been sounds of dogs growling but now the sounds were almost playful.
"Why must this always happen?" Hinata thought.
"Still a puppy," Takumi smirked.
Hinata sulk. He didn't like when Takumi smirked as it felt like the man was up to no good.
Misaki stared at her husband and brother-in-law in disbelief. Why must they always do this? So childish.
"Dinner's ready," Sakuya said setting up the table.
"Go sit everyone," Minako said closing the front door.
Everyone proceeded to take a seat at the table while Sakuya placed a plate in front of them.
"Your mother and I have been thinking of opening our own restaurant. It would be nice to have on our own place to earn money. What do you guys think?" He questioned then sat down after sharing out the food.
"I think it's a good idea," Misaki answered.
"Dad is the best chef around. You'll be famous in no time," Suzuna said.
"Great! I can bring you vegetables from the farm," Hinata suggested.
"It will be a good for the both of you," Takumi replied.
"I'm going to move forward and have someone look for a place for us to start," said Sakuya.
"Do you need money? I can give you if-" Misaki suggested but was interrupted by her father.
"No," He waved his hands around meaning no. "I can't ask you to do much more than you've already done."
"It's okay dad. I want to help any way possible," Misaki responded. She would never not help her family with what they wanted.
Sakuya smiled at the kindness from his daughter. He could never repay her for the responsibility she took on of providing for the family.
Soon after they all started to eat and chat at the same time. Laughing and cherishing old memories. Minako reminded Misaki and Suzuna of their youth when she started to cut bunny apples for them. They were at the table alone while the men went outside to talk something in secret.
"One day you'll have your own kids to give bunny apples to," she said as she peeled the apples and cut bunny ears. Minako placed the bunny apples for her daughters to take. "I'm proud of the young women I raised," she said glad that their past struggle didn't hinder the girls from having a good future.
