"So he is up on charges of child abandonment, Child endangerment and neglect amongst others. He still can't seem to get his head around the face that a physically adult person can still be considered a child based on their mental age" Andy was explaining as he took a large bite of the orange cake, so moist and fluffy that it was like candy floss. He groaned as he let his head fall back, like it ws the elixir of the gods. Ton was openly chuffed as he watched from the kitchen bench where he was making sandwiches for the little ones he could hear playing outside in the garden. He didn't know where they all came from sometimes, all these little heathens but come snack time, everyone got fed.

Ton did love feeding.

"Well, she's settled in nicely in her new home and I saw her this morning walking hand in hand with her new mother, both of them looking like they had just come from a spa treatment, glowing with delight." Ianto assured him "I was worried they might not click but they have."

"Well, for now she is best to stay here amongst those she is happy with. Her mother died without a will so it looks like the prick gets everything as her next of kin" Gwen agreed as she smiled across the table at Andy "So, you ready to come to the other side?"

"You kidding? Me Gran still can't believe it. She still thinks I am bluffing about it but I am all set. Can't wait. With me sister and her three kids moving in I am right shot of the place, she can tend to Gran for a change. I really did my part" Andy smiled back "I am just glad you wrangled this for me."

"Well Ianto here was a large help, and of course the Captain. Who says no to them?" she laughed.

"My last shift in the London Branch tomorrow as the one I was covering for is cleared for duty again and then… ye-haw… I am moving in baby!" Andy drawled then laughed with Gwen as Ianto placed down fresh coffee and settled to watch the interactions.

Getting a second Heddlu officer for the place WAS a boon and using Walter's Studio as one of the reasons was not that underhanded really, not given the problems they have encountered and now this pandemic seems to be lasting for bloody ever, it's time to circle the wagons for real.

Andy was good people.

And Ianto was glad they managed to get him onboard their own unique crazy train.
