The first thing Dean was aware of was the aroma of freshly-roasted coffee wafting into his nostrils. The hunter smiled, as he yawned and stretched under the sheets, realizing he was still very naked. Grinning wider as he remembered the events of the previous night, he slowly opened his eyes, letting them adjust to the bright morning sunlight as he stared up at the ceiling.
"Smells good," he mumbled as he craned his head to the side. He became a little more alert when he saw Alicia's side of the bed was empty. He momentarily panicked, thinking the worst, but then he quickly figured she had to be the one making the coffee herself. Trying to stay focused on that and trying not to think it was anything else, Dean got out of bed and shrugged into one of the two bathrobes hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Securing the sash around his waist, he crossed the room and opened the door.
Alicia stood at the kitchen counter, her back toward Dean as she watched the coffee maker percolating. Her hair was a little frazzled and messy, and she was barefoot, dressed in Dean's red and black plaid shirt. The sleeves were rolled up, and the flannel was barely long enough to cover what needed to be covered, but it was still very obvious she didn't have a single article of clothing underneath. Dean's concern disappeared, and a lascivious smile spread across his face as he silently padded over to the young woman. He wordlessly wrapped his arms around her waist, and she stiffened briefly before relaxing in his embrace.
"Morning, beautiful," he said before kissing her neck just under her ear.
"Morning, handsome," Alicia replied, smiling. She gently turned around, his arms still around her, and she wrapped her arms around his neck, leaning up to kiss him tenderly. "You know, I was hoping to get this done before you woke up."
"Ooh, breakfast in bed?" Dean asked, intrigued.
"Just coffee, I'm afraid," Alicia replied, "but the service would have come with a little 'something something' extra while it cooled." She gave him a cheeky grin.
Dean's grin widened. "And people think I'm the horny one."
"I'm not that bad," Alicia replied.
"Well, I seem to remember a certain someone waking me up at two and five in the morning because she wanted 'another round'?" Dean asked, amused.
"Is it wrong to want 'another round' with my husband?" Alicia asked, grinning.
"No," Dean replied, pulling her close, "but your husband might want a breather every once in a while so he can recharge." He smiled and kissed her nose. "Wouldn't be much fun if I fell asleep halfway through, would it?" A little twinkle flashed across Alicia's eyes, and Dean gave her an expression of fake shock. "Mrs. Winchester, you have a dirty mind."
"And whose fault is that?" Alicia asked, grinning.
"Not mine," Dean quickly said, "just like it's not my fault you're a little thief."
"How am I a thief?" Alicia asked, folding her arms.
"Stealing my shirt," Dean replied.
"I like it," Alicia said unapologetically. "It feels nice, and it smells like you."
"That's all good and everything, but you still didn't ask—so I'd like it back."
Alicia shrugged, smiling. "Well, Mr. Winchester," she replied, "if you think you can get it." She suddenly broke from Dean's grasp and bolted away. Dean was momentarily caught off guard, but he quickly recovered and chased after her, easily catching up to her in the eating area (though Dean was pretty sure she didn't make much effort to actually evade him) and grabbing her arm. He spun her around, pinning her against the dining table as he leaned close to her, his expression unreadable.
"You honestly think I wouldn't be able to catch you?" Dean asked as he looked right into her eyes, his voice low, his face inches from her.
Alicia just stared at her husband, mouth slightly open. To anyone else, it would appear he was furious with her, but she saw his pupils dilate, and she recognized that look; it was a look she had become all too familiar with from the previous night. "Well, Dean, you've caught me," she replied, her mouth curled into a small smile. "What are you gonna do with me?"
Dean just stared at her for a few moments before pressing his lips against hers, kissing her hungrily as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulling her closer to him. Alicia didn't fight him as she wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing him back with just as much fervor. She gave a moan of pleasure as Dean moved his mouth to her neck, sucking vigorously at a spot under her neck. After a few moments, she felt his hands move down her sides, his fingers pulling up the hem of the flannel fabric, brushing against the smooth bare skin of her buttocks. In one swift motion, he grabbed them and lifted her off the floor, setting her down on the edge of the table.
As Dean pressed his body against hers, Alicia loosened the sash of his robe, parting the folds enough for her to wrap her legs around her hips. Dean quickly moved his hands to grab her waist, shifting his hips, easily entering her in one quick motion. The newlyweds had enjoyed the long and drawn-out intimacy when they consummated their marriage the previous night, but neither Dean nor Alicia were currently in the mood for much foreplay or romance at the moment. No words were said as their hands groped wherever they could, the only sounds coming from the occasional moans and grunts or the sound of the wooden table squeaking under Dean's vigorous thrusting.
After only a few minutes, Dean felt the muscles in his abdomen quickly tighten. He quickly moved his arms around her and threw his head back, giving an audible grunt of pleasure as he exploded inside her. His legs quivered, his strength started giving out, but he held Alicia close, still moving inside her until he felt her arms and legs tighten around his body, her fingers gripping the fabric on his back, hearing her loud moan muffled as she buried her face in his neck. His strength completely gone, Dean quickly pulled away, collapsing onto one of the table's four chairs, while Alicia lay sprawled on her back on the table, her legs dangling over the edge. For some time, both hunters were silent, only capable of gasping for air, too spent to do anything else.
"Dean?" Alicia spoke after a minute or so of silence, staring up at the ceiling, her chest rising and falling.
"Yeah?" Dean asked, his breathing finally under control.
"I think the coffee's ready."
Dean chuckled. "Want me to get some?"
"If we didn't just do what we just did just now," Alicia replied, "I'd say, yes, but now I wanna shower first." She propped herself on her elbows, grinning. "Wanna join me?"
"I don't know if I can trust you," Dean said teasingly. "I mean, after last night, I have no idea how you're gonna react with the combination of hot water, soap…naked bodies. I'm not sure you're gonna be able to control yourself."
Alicia laughed. "Probably not." She eased herself into a sitting position, exhaling loudly. "So, you game?" Dean just stared at her, grinning at her in a way that caused the young woman to blush slightly before she got off the table. "Well, if you're not interested, I'm gonna go take a quick a shower, and you can enjoy your cup of coffee." She crossed the room, heading into the bedroom. Dean chuckled to himself as he slowly got to his feet, looking proud of himself as he tightened his robe's sash before turning to head over to the coffee maker.
"Oh, Dean?" Alicia's voice called from the other room. Dean turned around and was hit square in the face with his wadded up shirt. Momentarily caught off guard, Dean caught it as it fell, and he just stared at it in surprise. "Here's your shirt back." Dean glanced up, the corners of his mouth curling into a grin, quickly deciding his coffee could wait as he made his way toward the bedroom.
A few hours later, Dean and Alicia, dressed in their typical casual attire, rummaged through the weapons compartment in the Impala's trunk, checking a few things before adding them to their bags as Sam approached, his own bag slung over his shoulder. He had sent Dean a text earlier, saying that he had found a potential case and sent his brother the information. After discussing it with Alicia, the two agreed with Sam's assessment that it merited an investigation. Dean texted Sam back, saying they'd meet him at the Impala at eleven, ready to head out.
"Hey," Sam said as he reached the couple. He saw the bruise on Alicia's neck, but didn't say anything.
"Morning, Sammy," Dean replied cheerfully as he and Alicia grabbed their bags from the trunk, and Dean lowered the false bottom before they tossed their bags back in the trunk. "You look rested. Sleep well? We did—when we actually slept." He smirked when he saw his brother's sour expression as Sam tossed his bag in the trunk.
"Dean," Alicia said, gently smacking his arm. She tried to hide her smile as she looked apologetically at Sam before walking around to the back of the car. She opened the door and bent over to retrieve some papers.
Dean followed her with his eyes, keeping them locked on her posterior, grinning with appreciation. "Like I said when I first saw her," he said to his brother, "'damn, that's a fine ass'." He sighed with content. "I am truly a lucky man." He glanced over and saw his brother's expression. "What?"
"Do you know what the definition of 'discretion' is?" Sam asked, annoyed. Dean just stared at him, and Sam sighed. "How about 'keep it to yourself'?"
"Aw, c'mon, Sam," Dean replied. "Where's the fun in that?"
"I'm not sure Alicia wants you talking about your…," Sam cleared his throat uncomfortably, "relationship."
Dean chuckled. "Lucky for me, Allie ain't the good girl you think she is—or I'm just that good myself."
"Please stop," Sam replied tiredly.
"I don't know what I unleashed," Dean continued, ignoring his brother, "but Allie has an awesome wild side: she could not keep her hands off me."
"You're not listening to me, are you?" Sam asked.
"Five times in one night," Dean replied, looking proud. "Can you believe that? That's like a personal record for me."
"I can't believe we're still having this conversation," Sam muttered.
"And we're married," Dean added. "I'm married to this really hot chick, and now I get sex whenever I want." Sam raised an eyebrow, and Dean sighed. "Okay, I get sex whenever she wants, but if last night is a preview of what's to come…," he grins like a cat that ate a canary, "I don't think I'm gonna have to worry about feeling deprived. Ever."
Sam sighed, looking a little less annoyed. "Look, I'm happy for you, I really am, but could you try your best to behave yourself and not talk about…any of that?"
"This is why you need to get laid, Sammy," Dean pointed out. "We'll be able to compare notes." Sam scowled at his brother, and Dean simply grinned as patted him on the shoulder. He glanced over his brother's shoulder and saw Jimmy approaching, carrying a medium-sized bag. "Hey, Allie." Alicia extracted herself from the vehicle and stood up. She smiled brightly as Jimmy came over.
"I was hoping I'd get to see you before we left," she said to the caretaker. She paused, tilting her head as she furrowed her eyebrows. "How did you know we were leaving?"
"Your mother's work didn't allow her the luxury of staying in one place for long," Jimmy explained. "I figured it would be the same for her daughter, especially considering the circumstances." He handed the bag to the young woman. "I made you lunch for the road. It's nothing much, just some sandwiches and drinks. I've also put a copy of the marriage license and the photos in there as well. I'll get the original filed after you've left, just to be on the safe side."
"And you sure you're gonna be okay?" Alicia asked. "If the demons find out you helped us—"
"Your mother's protection has kept this place safe for years," Jimmy interrupted gently. "I have no doubt it will continue to protect this place…just like those rings will protect you beyond this property." He gave her a small smile. "And I'm quite capable of taking care of myself, don't worry."
"Thank you," Sam replied as Alicia handed him the bag, "for everything."
"My pleasure," Jimmy answered. He saw the bruise on Alicia's neck, raised an eyebrow, then looked between Dean and Alicia. "I take it there were no more problems last night."
"None," Alicia replied, trying to look and sound casual, but her cheeks turned a bright pink as her mouth curled into a small smile.
"But you might want to use a little extra disinfectant on the dining table," Dean spoke up as he walked over to the driver side door and opened it. "My compliments to the carpenter; that's a very sturdy piece of furniture."
Jimmy's face fell into a sour expression as he saw the grin Dean gave him before getting in the car and shutting the door. Jimmy glanced at Alicia who was blushing and trying to keep a straight face, but failing miserably, and the caretaker sighed, annoyed. "I'll be sure to remember that," he replied curtly. He saw Alicia's expression change into a slightly sad expression. "Are you okay?"
Alicia shrugged. "I've learned so much about my mother since coming here," she said, "and that's because of you." She shook her head. "Part of me doesn't want to leave."
"I know," Jimmy replied, "and you and Dean and Sam will always be welcome here, but you know you can't stay here. Even with the rings' protection, there's very little you'll be able to accomplish in your mission to stop the demons."
Alicia responded by hugging Jimmy, who paused momentarily before hugging her back. "Thank you," she said softly. "For everything."
"Be careful out there," Jimmy said.
Alicia smiled as she pulled away, and she headed over to the passenger's side, intending to get in the back seat, but Sam, still holding the bag of food, opened the front passenger door for her. The young woman looked confused. "I thought you and Dean were always in the front."
"Well, there's three of us now," Sam replied, "so we can switch up who rides in the front. Besides, you and Dean just got married. It wouldn't be right if you two didn't sit together at least once in a while now."
Alicia smiled, touched by the gesture, and got into the front passenger side. Sam closed the door before getting in the back, putting the bag of food beside him. Dean started the engine and backed up before shifting into drive. Alicia rolled down her window and gave one last wave to Jimmy, who waved back before the Impala drove off with its three passengers.
As they headed out of the resort, turning onto the main road, Dean glanced over and saw Alicia staring at the window, looking a little sad as she watched the scenery pass by. "You okay?" he asked.
"Yeah," Alicia replied.
"You wanna listen to some music?" Dean asked. Alicia looked at him, uncertain, clearly remembering the fiasco with the last time he tried picking something to listen to. Dean simply reached for the radio knob, switching it on, praying for something good.
"She talks kinda lazy, and people say she's crazy."
"Oh, I love this song!" Alicia said, smiling as she reached over to turn up the volume, singing along with the music. "'Oh, but love grows where my Rosemary goes, and nobody knows like me'!" She glanced over at Dean, who wasn't singing along, but he definitely had a smile on his face as he bobbed his head in time with the music, mouthing the words. The hunter glanced in the rearview mirror and saw his brother doing the same. Soon, both brothers were singing audibly along with Alicia as the Impala continued down the two lane road.
(The End)
Author's Note: So, in the span of a few days, Alicia's been cured, we've met another yellow-eyed demon (who has a creepy attraction to Alicia), Alicia's learned more about her mother's past, and Dean and Alicia are officially married. Things have certainly gotten more interesting with the trio, and it's only going to get more interesting as they continue their mission. Hope you're enjoying the ride (please don't forget to leave feedback), and hang on! Things have only just begun! :-)
