On Today's Episode: The spies continue their pursuit of Snit amidst the chaos at Mali-U, but something that Snit said seems to have gotten to Blaine in the process. After all, Blaine's past prior to joining the spy team is still quite the mystery. Can the team hold Blaine together while fighting off Snit and his many different disguises, or will Blaine's past get the better of him?

Act 2: Ripples of Change

3:13 P.M. – Malibu University

Library

The spies pushed their way into the library, trying their best to avoid the wrath of various arguing couples who no doubt had been hoodwinked by Snit and his disguises.

"HEY! Watch the merchandise, buddy!" May shouted. "I have an anchor, you know!"

"Well, that was a trip and a half," Alex quipped. "It's like everybody on campus lost their minds..."

"That's gonna make getting around harder if we have to keep wading our way through a sea of suck like this," Clover stated.

Nick clenched his fists and let his aura flare to life around him, hoping to intimidate Snit into approaching them.

"All right, Snit, we know you're here," Nick proclaimed. "Now come out and face us so we can kick your ass back to containment!"

Sure enough, Snit stepped out from behind one of the bookcases, but this time around, he was disguised as a tall, imposing man in dark blue and black armor with gold trimmings and a helmet with tall horns.

"Okay, definitely wasn't expecting that," Britney quipped.

"I could've," May quipped as she summoned her anchor. "Because disguise boy just turned himself into Golbez!"

"Wait, the villain of Final Fantasy IV?" Blaine wondered. "Is he ever going to run out of Final Fantasy characters to mimic?!"

"You're finished, spies," Snit laughed. "Just give it up and accept that fact already."

"Like we'd be scared of mister tall, dark, and ugly!" Alex shot back as the spies prepared for a battle.

"If I were you, I'd be more worried about Blaine," Snit proclaimed. "After all, you did hear what I said earlier, right?"

"You'd better not be trying to slander my Blaine-y, you jerk!" Clover proclaimed. "What did you mean by that?!"

"Oh, you really didn't know?" Snit laughed. "Oh, wait, I forgot that you didn't bother to do your research like I did. Well, I guess I'll have to enlighten you."

The spies reluctantly heard Snit out, even hearing him talk about Blaine being the high school volleyball star and at least attracting some girls' attention back at his high school.

"I'd bet twenty bucks that Blaine never thought anything of it," Haruka chastised from the sidelines.

Blaine immediately nodded at Haruka's statement.

"Slandering someone's a real no-no in today's society, buddy boy," Nick proclaimed and fired another psychic shot at Snit.

"You're really going the douche-y way to try to land a girl, Snit," May added. "Besides, Nick and Alex's circumstances were a silly misunderstanding against each other, NOT from you!"

"Oh... are you sure about that?!" Snit sneered.

"Alex?" Clover wondered, thinking that Alex let that slip her mind.

"Did you see him beforehand, Alex?" Sam added in question.

"Okay, he did try it on me," Alex admitted. "But I never bought it for two seconds, so I didn't think it mattered, and I still don't believe it now!"

"Yeah, we know Nick well enough by now that he would never fall for your lies, Snit!" Sam stated.

"Which means you must not know us very well, buddy," Clover quipped.

"Obviously it didn't work, regardless," Mat stated.

"And besides," Alex added. "what you did is a MAJOR example of crossing the line with us!"

Alex responded back by using the Wind Tunnel 9000 and Laser Lipstick at the same time as if she were a cowgirl of her own. She then fired multiple shots at Eugene Snit all on her own, which certainly made Snit do the "dance" like they were having one of their car wash wars back at the beach house.

"Never thought that would be a total sight to see," Sam laughed, reminiscing back to her own with May.

"Advice for heroes, number twenty-two," Haruka quipped. "Old-school tricks still work today."

"Don't I know it," Bridget laughed. "Now prepare to eat some speed, you little punk! Sonic Mode, online!"

Bridget transformed into Sonic Mode and rushed forward, striking at Snit multiple times and allowing Nick to fly into the air and blast Snit from above with a Final Shine Attack, breaking his Golbez disguise in the process.

"Now what do you have to say for yourself?!" Nick shouted.

"This isn't over yet!" Snit proclaimed and managed to escape the premises.

"Damn!" Clover swore.

"But he'll be back, that's for sure," Nozomi deduced.

"Now, we gotta let Jerry and RiCO know," Sam quipped and got out her X-Powder.

"Spies, what brings you here?" Jerry wondered as his visage appeared.

"You didn't hear, Jer?" Clover stated. "Eugene Snit broke out of the W.O.O.H.P. Containment Facility!"

"Yes, we know," Jerry told the group.

"But we already knew you were on the job before we could even brief you," RiCO added.

"You can also analyze this I found," Bridget added as she was holding some gizmo.

"Looks like a battery," Melissa replied when she looked at it.

"I'll send it to you, Jer," Bridget quipped as she scanned it to Jerry.

That was when Sam noted some hesitancy in Jerry's voice.

"Everything okay, Jer?" Sam wondered.

"Yes, Sam, things are okay," Jerry replied with less hesitancy before he hung up to analyze the clue Bridget sent.

"Okay, is it just me or did we stumble upon a second emergency?" Clover asked everyone.

"Then I guess we're gonna have to divide and conquer," Britney quipped. "All thirteen of us!"

"All right, I'll lead team one to W.O.O.H.P. then," Sam volunteered.

As it turned out, Mat, Britney, Melissa, Dawn, and Bridget went with Sam to check out W.O.O.H.P. while the other seven spies went to find out where Snit got to.

3:57 P.M. – W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters

Jerry's Office

"Jerry, are you here?" Sam asked once her team made it back to headquarters.

"Hey, you guys," RiCO proclaimed after materializing in the room. "Sorry about the abrupt cutoff back there. Jerry went to check out our temporary containment facility."

"I have a feeling that someone else got out," Bridget quipped.

"The new facility's just about finished, so hopefully this'll be less common by then," RiCO answered. "As for the battery Bridget found, it appears to be a power source for one of Snit's machines."

"That kinda figures, if he's ramping up production on his disguises," Britney quipped.

"Hold on, I'm getting an update from Jerry on our possible escapee," RiCO stated, checking her messages. "It looks like it's Kyle Katz!"

"Him again?!" Melissa gasped.

"I seriously hoped we wouldn't have to deal with that jerk-face again, especially after the last time," Mat sighed.

"Let's head out and stomp him right back into containment, then," Dawn proclaimed.

"I just programmed his current location into your X-Powders, everyone," RiCO stated. "Go and kick his face!"

"All over that," Britney replied as the six of them headed out of the office and towards the location RiCO had given them.

And sure enough, there he was, strutting down a nearby hallway like he owned the place, all the while projecting a "handsome face" (that the spies all thought of as just "smug a-hole") as the spies approached him.

"Well, well, my lovelies, we meet again," Katz chuckled. "It has been far too long, hasn't it?"

"Not long enough, sleazeball," Mat shot back.

"Ah, if it isn't the proverbial 'Hawaiian dish', as I've heard," Katz quipped. "You two ladies deserve so much better than him, you know."

Whatever retort Sam and Britney had to that crack was silenced when Bridget lunged forward, still in Sonic Mode, and clocked Katz in the face with a lightning fast right-hook that sent him tumbling down the hallway.

"That's the only warning you're getting, Kyle," Bridget taunted. "Your seduction tactics aren't going to do jack or crap to us."

"Then, I guess we'll have to do it the old-fashioned way, huh?" Katz laughed as the spies prepared themselves for a fight.

4:03 P.M. – Malibu University

Sports Complex

"Man, this is getting intense," May quipped as the seven remaining spies continued their sweep of Mali-U in hopes of finding Snit before he could sow any more chaos. "I swear I saw this one couple acting out a scene from Mortal Kombat with how pissed they were..."

"Such is the power of the rumor mill and people who automatically believe any dumb gossip they hear," Haruka responded.

"I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own two eyes," Nozomi admitted. "I mean, yikes, I don't think gossip and rumors ever got this bad at Umi no Hoshi..."

"I guess we definitely got lucky in that regard, huh?" Alex stated.

Clover glanced at Blaine, who still looked a little uneasy after what Snit had revealed.

"Hey, Blaine-y, don't let what that jerk said get to you, 'kay?" Clover proclaimed.

"...you're not mad that I may or may not have had a girlfriend before I met you, Clover?" Blaine wondered.

"Um, hello?" Nozomi replied, gesturing to herself.

"Honestly, Blaine, what's in the past is in the past," Clover stated as she stepped over to hug Blaine. "Besides, with your good looks, I'm sure you've attracted more than your fair share of attention. What matters is the now. You and I have an amazing thing going, Blaine, and that's not gonna change just because you had fangirls in the past."

"...you really are the best girlfriend I could have asked for, you know that, Clover?" Blaine laughed.

"I have been told," Clover teased as she and Blaine leaned in for a kiss.

"Oh, lordy, you wanna talk about fanbases, you should have seen Idol Opportunity's last blog post," May laughed. "They just kicked off their second Idol Travels World Tour, and holy crapbaskets, they got mobbed in London!"

"Seriously?" Nick quipped. "You've gotta show me that when this is over."

A short ways into the sports complex, and Snit was waiting for them.

"You've got this annoying habit of turning up where you're not welcome, spies," Snit laughed.

"Yeah, well, we could say the same for you, ya know," Alex quipped. "So why don't you buzz off and go back to your cell?!"

"I'm afraid that won't be happening anytime soon, spies," Snit cackled as he activated his disguise belt, this time transforming into a seven-foot tall man covered almost completely by a sky blue suit of armor with a horned helmet, spiked shoulders and a long blue cloak, along with a sword in his right hand. "Now prepare to meet your demise!"

"Okay, who did he turn into this time?" Haruka wondered.

"That would be Exdeath, the villain from Final Fantasy V," May responded. "As long as Snit doesn't start rambling on about 'THE VOID', we should be good."

Snit charged for the spies, swinging his sword and forcing them to scatter to avoid it. Haruka's X-Powder beeped while the others rushed to attack Snit, so she opened it to see what was going on at W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters.

"What's the sit-rep over there, Sam?" Haruka asked.

"Kyle Katz escaped from containment, so we're taking him on right now," Sam answered. "What's going on with you?"

"Well, we cornered Snit in the sports complex and he just turned into the main villain of Final Fantasy V to fight us," Haruka quipped. "So, yeah, that's a thing. Can you guys handle Kyle on your own?"

"Oh, trust me, we've got this nutball on the ropes," Bridget laughed as she mowed Kyle down once again with a lightning-fast dash attack. "We'll try and regroup as soon as we can, 'kay?"

The video call cut out just as Snit tried to stab Haruka, only for Nick to knock him back with a psychic pulse.

"Hands off," Nick proclaimed as he moved in to attack, only for Snit to change his course and lunge towards Clover.

"Oh, no, you don't!" Clover proclaimed and used her Pogo Bounce Sandals to get out of Snit's way.

"CHEATER!" Snit growled when he saw Clover do what she did.

"No cheating involved there, buddy boy," May laughed.

"We just do what we gotta do since you keep turning into Final Fantasy foes," Nick added in and fired several psychic shots at Eugene Snit.

"Just face it!" Alex proclaimed. "You're just too easy for us!"

That was after Alex had fired a Laser Lipstick shot at Snit again, as did Clover.

"You don't wanna THINK about how many lines you've crossed with us!" Clover growled.

"Oh, really?!" Snit smirked.

"This isn't a good way to land a girl, Snit, and you oughta know it!" Nozomi chastised.

Snit never listened and transformed into another character.

"I say it's my turn to show you what you know on trying to nab a girl, Snit!" Haruka exclaimed and attempted to take on Snit by herself.

Haruka weaved from side to side while Eugene Snit wore himself out trying to land a hit on her.

"Stand STILL!" Snit chastised.

"Sorry, buddy boy," Haruka laughed and even took a shot at Snit herself, jumping forward to kick him in the chest and send him stumbling backwards, giving Nick the perfect opportunity to snatch him up in his psychic grip and toss him around a few times.

"You really think you're going to stop me?" Snit laughed as he picked himself up.

"Can you please think of a new line already?" Nick sighed, firing a Final Shine Attack to break Snit's current disguise. "And please stop getting over-cocky, because it's really getting old!"

If Snit heard Nick, he decided not to listen and charged towards May, only to back up a few steps when she slammed her anchor into the ground in front of him.

"Listen to my boyfriend, Snit," May proclaimed.

5:01 P.M. – W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters

Back at W.O.O.H.P., the spy team of Mat, Sam, Britney, Bridget, Melissa, and Dawn faced down the escaped Kyle Katz himself.

"Seven on one isn't really fair, ya know," Kyle Katz teased.

"Don't even try go THAT route," Bridget replied.

"Totally," Britney added.

At this point, Bridget turned on the juice with her Sonic Mode and began to run in circles around Kyle Katz.

"No way you can get Bridget at all," Mat teased back. "Nobody really gives a crap about you since you're nothing but a sleazy joke."

As soon as Katz tried to jump over Bridget running in circles, Bridget anticipated that move and jumped up to get Katz to fall back on his backside.

"What the...?!" Katz chastised.

"Now, you're gonna tell us how Snit got you out," Melissa proclaimed.

"Or are we gonna have to force it out of you?!" Dawn chastised.

"Maybe some other time," Katz sneered.

However, Sam was quick to respond by using the Net Throwing Extendable Rod Mascara to trap Katz like a rat.

"Good move, Sam," Melissa commended.

"Now, you're gonna tell us how Snit got you loose," Dawn proclaimed to Kyle Katz.

"I simply charmed one of the guards, and by the time she realized it, it was too late," Katz chuckled. "After all, I am an extremely charming individual."

"Yeah, buddy, keep telling yourself that," Sam taunted. "Now, you're going back to your cell!"

"But how much longer do you think I'm going to stay there?" Katz laughed. "You know the containment facility I broke out of isn't adequate to keep us contained for very long."

All of a sudden, a bevy of mechanical arms sprouted from the nearby wall and grabbed Kyle in multiple places, restraining him and keeping him from moving. The cause turned out to be RiCO herself, who materialized in the hallway via a camera on the upper wall.

"Yeah, but you won't be so lucky in my new containment facility, buddy," RiCO laughed. "With all the little touches I've added, breaking out's gonna be harder than ever for you baddies."

"Look at that, Kyle," Melissa laughed as she moved to handcuff Katz while RiCO had him restrained. "You just got foiled by an artificial intelligence."

"And don't even think of trying your flashy looks on me, because I've seen your sleazy face in action before, and honestly? Not impressed," RiCO taunted.

"Thanks bunches for the assist, RiCO," Britney quipped.

"I saw an opportunity, and I pounced on it," RiCO giggled. "And to add to that, the new containment facility is actually ready to go! I was just putting the finishing touches on it when Kyle flew the coop, and that means he's gonna be the first baddie we get to put in there."

"Ooh, that rocks!" Bridget laughed.

"I'll take him there myself," Sam proclaimed. "Just lead the way, RiCO."

"Roger that!" RiCO responded.

Dawn flipped her X-Powder open to contact the others. "Hey, Nick, can you read me?" Dawn asked. "Kyle's just been re-apprehended thanks to RiCO."

"Foiled by an AI," Nick laughed. "That's not exactly gonna look good on his villain resume."

"Sam's taking him to the new containment facility as we speak," Melissa proclaimed.

"Oh, it's finally finished?" May wondered.

"RiCO was just finishing everything up when Kyle busted out, so he's gonna be the first baddie to get a taste of it," Bridget laughed. "So, how about you guys? Any luck with taking down Snit?"

"We're searching for him right now," Alex answered. "He turned into Exdeath and some random other creep, but we sent him running, so the chase continues."

"We'll be there ASAP," Mat stated.

5:17 P.M – Malibu University

Theater

"Everything's quiet in here," Clover quipped as the spies entered Mali-U's theater in search of Snit.

"Yeah, but for how much longer, knowing Snit?" Blaine responded.

Almost as if something had been waiting for someone to ask that question, the curtains concealing the cinema screen drew themselves back to reveal Snit, now disguised as a young woman shoulder-length black hair and caramel highlights on both sides of her face, and dark brown eyes.

Snit, in this woman's voice, began singing until Nick blasted him backwards with a Final Shine Attack.

"Stop ripping off Rinoa, dumbass," Nick taunted.

Snit quickly picked himself up and jumped off the front stage in order to attack the spies, only to find himself flying backwards thanks to a lightning-fast right hook courtesy of Bridget as the rest of the spies rejoined the action.

"Sorry we're late, everyone," Sam quipped. "Why is Snit trying to do opera?"

"I don't want to hear him ruin 'Eyes On Me', so let's just kick him out of Rinoa's dress already," May proclaimed.

"Come on, now, do you really think you've beaten me?" Snit laughed in his own voice. "I have lots of disguises that I can use against you, you know."

"Yeah, and we've been taking down every single one of them," Bridget responded. "What's your point?!"

"Continuing this fight is a pointless endeavor, and you know it," Snit cackled. "Just like your dumb relationships."

"Okay, now you're asking for it," Nick shot back. "Bridget, you wanna beat some sense into him?"

"I thought you'd never ask," Bridget giggled as she transformed back into Sonic Mode.

"Oh, and just what do you think you can accomplish?" Snit taunted.

"We'll show you exactly what," Nick proclaimed.

"With a little something we like to call..." Bridget stated.

Nick and Bridget waited for just the right moment, until Snit attempted to charge them down.

"...the Purple Comet Attack!" Nick and Bridget shouted as they flew towards Snit.

Bridget made the first move, using her boosted speed to land a flying kick that sent Snit flying into the air.

Nick struck next while Snit was still in mid-air, flying to just above him and hitting him with a psychic pulse wave that sent him crashing back to the ground.

Nick and Bridget quickly flew down to intercept, lashing out with multiple strikes (Bridget's were noticeably faster thanks to Sonic Mode) before sending Snit back into the air with dual flying kicks.

"Ready, Nick?" Bridget exclaimed.

"Let's stomp 'em!" Nick shouted.

With that, Nick and Bridget charged, attacking Snit nonstop from multiple angles, making it look like Snit was being pinballed around in the air.

For the final strike, Nick and Bridget flew back a few feet, then charged through Snit at the same time, sending him crashing back onto the main stage and breaking his Rinoa disguise.

"How'd ya like that?!" Bridget laughed.

"Don't think I'm done with you yet," Snit proclaimed as he transformed again, this time into, of all things, a pterodactyl.

"Holy crapbaskets, did he just do that?!" Melissa shouted.

"Well, he turned into a bird earlier," Dawn quipped. "Maybe he's finally branching out."

"Brace yourselves, everyone!" Nick shouted as Snit attacked them.

"I hope you're ready for being a dinner course," Snit shouted as he commenced his attack.

He swooped right between the spy team and tried to eat them whole. Everybody knowledgeably jumped out of the way, only for Snit to swoop and try again.

"All right, this is already getting old," Clover chastised as she got out the Extendable Net Throwing Rod Mascara.

"Uh, Clover, are you sure that's gonna capture him?" Alex wondered, obviously nervous.

"Maybe I can add some help," Nick quipped as he got his psychic powers ready.

"He may be a dinosaur, but that doesn't mean he's immune to harm," Haruka deduced.

Clover threw the ENTRM as the pterodactyl Snit swooped down a third time. Nick waited until Snit went right into the net and used his psychic powers to make the net impenetrable.

As it turned out, the net did not even break, and Snit certainly felt trapped like a school of fish being caught on the beach by hand.

"HEY!" Snit shouted.

"Great thinking, guys," May quipped.

With that, she used her trusty anchor to give Snit a whomping of her own.

When the rest of the spy team caught up with everyone, they grinned at what they saw.

"Someone wanna tell us?" Melissa quipped.

"Clover and Nick worked together to make the ENTRM impenetrable thanks to Nick's psychic powers," Nozomi answered.

"That's a new one," Bridget commented.

There was then a screech from the pterodactyl Snit as he broke free from the ENTRM.

"But not quite enough!" Dawn chastised.

"Advice for heroes, number fourteen," Haruka quipped. "Try not to celebrate too early."

"We were gonna ask you something, but that'll have to wait," May told the other spy team.

"We'll have to pick this up again soon, you meddlers!" Snit snarled and flew away.

Clover growled at the chain of events that took place. "That was supposed to be a foolproof plan!"

"And we don't even know where he got to!" Bridget chastised.

Nobody thought ahead to throw a tracker on Snit because he had gotten airborne so quickly.

"Well, hopefully Jerry could fill in some blanks," Mat suggested.

"Totally," Britney replied.

We should also check out the Mali-U campus first to make sure nobody's going for each other's throats though," Nozomi pointed out.

"I'm with ya," Dawn replied.

"It was bad enough when Geraldine and Natalie Valentine were in cahoots turning people against each other," Melissa added. "Same goes for the other villains that turned people against each other, too."

The spies checked out the campus (after a wardrobe change to regular clothes to not arouse suspicion from other students. Everything seemed to have gone back to normal, and some of the people that Snit got to seemed to be making amends over everything that happened. They even split up to check out other spots on campus.

"Seems like people are starting to get back to normal and finally talking about everything," Bridget told the others over her X-Powder. Nick and Dawn were with her.

"Same here at the beach," May replied as she walked with Britney and Haruka down the shoreline.

They all even wore their swimsuits to look the part.

Sam, Mat, and Melissa went to check out some of the libraries and it was the same result as Bridget, Nick, and Dawn saw.

Clover, Nozomi, Blaine, and Alex checked out the other dorms and the result was no different.

"No different here at the dorms at West Coast Hall," Clover told the others.

"Well, let's contact Jerry then," Sam told the others as she attempted to contact Jerry from her location on campus.

Jerry's visage appeared on her X-Powder shortly thereafter.

"Spies, am I glad you've called," Jerry told them.

"What's going on, Jer?" Sam wondered.

"Apparently Snit's gossiping has spread through the W.O.O.H.P. Containment Facility!" RiCO added.

"We'll be right there..." Sam quipped. "...again!"

"Great, should we be amused or relieved?" Clover wondered.

"Either one would probably work," May chuckled. "Regardless, let's get back to HQ on the extra double!"

6:14 P.M. – W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters

Temporary Containment Facility

Once the spies managed to make their way to the containment facility, it was an absolute madhouse, with multiple villains arguing rather fiercely with each other. Despite all the baddies being in their cells, they were still very pissed off, no doubt due to whatever Snit had said to them.

"I seriously didn't think that Snit would pull this kind of crap on his fellow baddies, too!" Britney exclaimed. "Does he not even give a crap?"

"From how nuts this is getting, probably not," Mat quipped.

Oddly enough, none of the villains seemed to notice the spies initially, engrossed as they were in their arguments.

"Wow, he really must have gotten under their skin if they don't even realize we're here," Nozomi stated.

"Well, that ends right now," Nick proclaimed, his hands beginning to glow. "Stand back, everyone."

After the rest of the spies took a few steps back so they wouldn't get caught up in Nick's move, Nick slammed his palm into the floor and unleashed a Zero Gravity, causing a translucent wave of yellow light to spread out across the facility and cause every villain it touched to start helplessly floating in midair.

"The yelling stops right here, guys," Nick started matter-of-factly. "You're all supposed to be smarter than this, right? This is exactly the problem that our classmates had to deal with, nearly losing their damn minds just because they chose to believe the obviously shady rumor mill instead of finding the truth for yourselves. You may all be bad guys, but I thought you were better than this."

Surprisingly, Nick's speech seemed to get through to the villains and they all looked at each other in confusion before beginning to talk with each other, mostly about plans to get their revenge on Snit for making a fool out of them.

"...okay, I never thought they'd actually listen to one of their sworn enemies," May quipped. "This day just keeps getting weirder and weirder, doesn't it?"

"Hey, at least we stopped all the arguing," Nick stated as he snapped his fingers to undo the Zero Gravity. "And, honestly, I'd really like to see them wail on Snit when we get him into the containment facility."

"And especially now that RiCO's new containment facility is finished, he'll have to try much harder to get out of it," Bridget chuckled.

"Let's get back to the office and check in with Jerry, then, shall we?" Alex stated.

6:20 P.M. – W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters

Jerry's Office

"Excellent work as always, spies," Jerry proclaimed once the spies had reconvened in his office. "We'll be transferring all of our prisoners to the new containment facility very soon."

"It's suuuuuuuuuper high-tech, too," RiCO giggled. "Just wait until you see it."

"I hope Kyle's having 'fun' there," Sam stated. "He should consider himself lucky that he gets to be the first new prisoner there."

"And that just leaves Snit," Haruka responded. "Sadly, he managed to get away before I could get another tracker on him, but..."

Suddenly, the alarms in the office began to blare, almost as if on cue.

"Well, speak of the devil and he doth appear," Haruka chuckled.

"Jerry, we're getting a transmission!" RiCO exclaimed, turning towards the viewscreen and waving her hands to show the incoming transmission, from none other than Snit himself.

"Well, well, the rat crawled back out of the sewers," Nick taunted.

"Oh, I know you wretches are going to follow me to the ends of the earth just to find me," Snit laughed. "So, let's make this interesting. I have some new disguises that I'd love to test out on you, so find me at the attached coordinates and we'll settle this there. Don't keep me waiting."

And with that, the video feed cut out just as RiCO finished downloading the coordinates that were embedded into the video.

"He's really calling us out?" Clover quipped. "He should know that rarely ever works."

"We're still gonna kick his face in, right?" Blaine asked.

"Oh, you know it, Blaine-y," Clover giggled.

"It looks like Snit was transmitting from somewhere in the downtown radio tower," RiCO proclaimed. "I've already got your gadgets ready for you guys, so go ahead and sock 'em one!"

"That was always the plan, RiCO," May giggled as the spies moved to collect their gadgets before leaving W.O.O.H.P. to head downtown and find Snit before he could wrangle any more of his devious schemes together.

To be concluded...

On the next episode...

Alex: Yikes, this place is creep city when it's dark.

Nozomi: Hey, yeah, why are the lights off here?

May: It must be for whatever Snit's got up his sleeve. I wouldn't be surprised.

Britney: Look at all of these screens, too. I'm seeing a lot of Final Fantasy on them for some reason...

Nick: It's probably how Snit researched who to make disguises for. And honestly, I'm expecting him to turn into at least one more Final Fantasy villain before we're through with him.

Melissa: Now the question becomes, who's it gonna be?

Nick: I guess we'll have to wait until we find him. Clover, how would you like to take the preview line this time?

Clover: I'd be delighted, Nick! Well, readers, we're coming up to the end of this crazy adventure of disguises and rumor mills! Let's see what Snit has for us to deal with next time on the final act of Totally Spies: Starting a Snit Storm, "Lifting the Veil"!

May: ...I'm not buying it. Where's the pun here?
