DISCLAIMER I DO NOT OWN KATEKYO HITMAN REBORN

News breaking out to the island that the princess was kidnapped took 2 days to actually impact the villagers. At first, no one took it seriously. It was a small island. The princess would turn up when she needs to. By the end of the second day was when Siel snapped. He sent guards to everyone's house. Anyone found to be assisting in her disappearance would be arrested and charged with treason. Of course no one was guilty but he still punished them because he didn't believe them. By the third day there was a bounty on her head.

Siel did anything to bring her back. Problem was Dina knew that he would. She gave herself some time by telling the guards the lie about the challenge to fight the princes. This made Bel, unknowingly, rid almost half of them unable to work.

She may be average in her family but that was still above the regular person. It was an advantage that people looked down at her. People were looking for an injured 7-year-old girl taken by a ruffian that held her hostage. Not someone that sucked up the pain with painkillers to run around the village with a bag of stolen jewels in plain sight.

All she had to do was wait until the perfect moment to escape off the island. That came 4 days after her disappearance. 5 days technically since it took them a full day to figure out something was wrong at the castle. On the 5th day they announced that the royal family was dead and the second crown prince, Belphegor, was missing.

People blamed the kidnappers that took princess Dina on the murder. Dina knew better though. There were never any outsiders coming in. The demise that came to the royal family was due to their own inner works. Belphegor being declared missing was enough for her stay on the island for a bit longer. She didn't want to risk the chance of leaving at the same time as him. He thinks she's gone or dead and she was fine with that.

After some time that she assumed Bel left, the island went into chaos. The villagers were so dependent on the royal family that they couldn't function without them. A month was all it took for them to destroy themselves. Few remained to live a carefree life without laws. Those were the people that survived on dangerous instincts. The ones that knew that they couldn't survive in those conditions escaped the island. Along with a Dina who snuck on board.

Over time, Dina slowly sold the treasures to survive by herself. She raised herself well until she realized the biggest hindrance in her life remained on the island. It was a risky decision but she went back to get it. That attempt failed and she had to resort to finding her surviving brother.

"Ushishi wait for me long?" She stared up at the helicopter that dropped him off.

"You have a helicopter. Nice to see you're well off."

"Perks of my job. How did you get here?"

She gestured to the small, dingy boat down the shore. The difference in their forms of transportation was apparent. "Borrowed it from some local fishermen."

Bel didn't exactly know how he felt about seeing his sister after so long. Unlike Siel, he didn't have an attachment to her. She was fun to torture at times; nothing too special though. He did have a small hatred towards her for breaking Siel but that was fixed when he killed him. In the end, their relationship was neutral.

"You could have told me where you were. I could have picked you up. Though I would probably get yelled at by a certain shark if I used it more than needed. He's not the happiest that I'm doing this." He led the way towards the white castle.

"Shark? Why?" She rushed to catch up to him.

"Let's just say your presence ruined his meal and he gets upset easily."

"Great people you work with it."

"Shishi you should meet them. They all were bothering me to see how my baby sister is."

"I'm only a year younger than you." She felt the need to clarify.

"Still a baby." He moved to put his arm around her when she took a big step away from him. "Still afraid of me as well."

"You're a mafioso that tortured me at the age of 7. Excuse me if I'm not willing to be best friends with you or your coworkers." If he had to name a downside it would be her appearance. Besides the fact that she hid only the left side of her face, she was exactly like him. That meant she looked like Siel too. It didn't help that she still had her accent. She was a living mirror of what fear would be on him.

"We weren't that bad. You're still alive."

"I would have died if I stayed. By either one of our hands." Bel could hear what she was applying. He couldn't deny that she was always knocking at death's door when the twins were together. If it wasn't for their state of the art doctors, she would have died a long time ago. It was the twins that kept her alive. Everything about her had to come back to them.

"Such a downer." He didn't comment on why she wore long length clothing. She did that as a kid too. Then again, it helped a lot when the workers had to cut her clothes to make wraps to stop the bleeding.

The walk to the castle was peaceful. Well, as peaceful as it could be in terms of their surroundings. Dina was too tense around Bel and he could tell that. Anytime he made any sudden movements she would flinch causing him to do it more often. He was still the sadistic brother she grew to fear.

Other than Bel taunting her at every chance he got, the island was quiet. It had been nearly 20 years since she left. With the way it was when she left, only people with no future outside the island would have stayed. She knew that feeling. No form of identification and only a few rare stones to support a 7-year-old girl, there was little she could do.

They both silently assumed that the villagers started to live in the castle. They felt different seeing their former home. To Dina it was her torture grounds. She ran away for a reason. To Bel this was a mix of confusion and excitement. He never did think he would return. With his sister too. It made him excited for what was inside and what she was so desperate to get.

"I'm not sure how many people are here. Maybe it'll be safer if we plan out where we need to go. If anyone does notice us, it'll be easier to avoid a crowd."

"That's no fun. How about we play a game of hide n' seek with our home dwellers?"

"No." She hated that game. Playing in this place would only push her over the edge.

He grabbed her by the shoulders to force her to look at the castle. Under his touch she doesn't dare to fight back. "You want to go inside; you have to play the game. You always hated being the hider. Try being a seeker for once. You'll see how fun the game can be."

Hide n' seek was Bel's favourite game as a kid. They were always the seeker. Sometimes the twins would make it a competition to see who could find her first. She was a tiny kid that could hide up to an hour. That meant it was an hour of fear as they hunted her down. Each time they would taunt her to scare her out. Only to pop onto her hiding spot and drag her out as a prize.

The biggest thing that made this whole ordeal more dreadful to deal with was suppressing the memories. Being here was too much. Having Bel around was too much. But she needed to have him corporate. He made her sick to her stomach but he was key to all of this.

"Viewing people's lives as a game is not something I can do for fun."

"Then leave that up to me. Where is the safest place to hide in this castle that some peasants can use?"

These people didn't experience the castle the same way she did. They came in to savage it. For shelter. They explored it's interior to enjoy. She did it to survive. This hallway had more echo due to the lack of furniture. Turn left here and there's a dead end. A kid can hide in the tiny crevices. An adult wants the illusion of covering themselves. Wherever they were hiding was a bad spot. The entire layout was burned into her memory for survival.

So the safest place to hide? During hide n' seek against Bel it would have been Siel's room. Vice versa. Against total strangers that were being chased by a blood hungry monster, the safest place was the master bedroom. Their parents' old room.

"The master bedroom has the thickest walls, multiple furniture to hide behind and is deep within the castle that it gives the ones inside the chance to run there. There's only one entry way through the main door that has multiple locks. Plus, it's a status symbol. There's comfort in an area that was meant to keep the heads of the island safe. We-we can try that."

He pulled out a fan of knives right next to her head. "Ushishishi sounds good to me. Makes things easier. Stay close."

"Yes..." Same as when they were kids, she had to follow him without a word.

Their entrance to their own castle was an announcement. Slamming the doors open made those closest guards immediately start shooting. Bel didn't flinch as he started his assault. They were screams mixed in sounds of his knives cutting people apart. On top of it all, there was Bel's laugh. He was having the time of his life killing random people.

Behind him, Dina tried her best to ignore it. She kept her eyes on the floor, only dodging when someone came close enough. It was instinct to move when someone was close to killing her. As long as it wasn't one of the twins she could react accordingly to protect herself. Here, she was only a follower of Bel.

"Ushishi you take self defense lessons Dee?"

"I teach self defense in my free time." She didn't match his level of enthusiasm.

She was so focused on Bel that she didn't hear that someone was coming at her from behind. Before she could react, she felt her shoulders being pulled forward barely missing their attack. It gave Bel enough time to stab them and continue on with the others that surrounded them. As she looked over to the recent corpses she could faintly see silver lines floating near them.

Her eyes widened seeing the same on her shoulders from where he touched her earlier. "You put wires on me?!"

"You should be grateful I did. That person was going to shoot your head off." He said, not having any of his movements falter.

"I don't appreciate being a puppet on strings. A simple warning will suffice."

She heard him click his tongue. "That's what I get for doing my job and keeping my baby sis alive."

"Take the wires off of me. Please." He frowned at her soft tone. She didn't mean for it to come off that way, judging by her frustrated expression. It bothered him that she was constantly putting up a wall that was only paper thin. It was annoying to look at her.

"Fine. Don't blame me if you get more scars." He dropped the wires.

At the same time someone came swinging at her. She was still looking in his direction when she grabbed their arm to twist it behind their back. With no emotion she kicked them in the direction of her brother to finish off. "I haven't gotten any scars that weren't from you two. And I don't plan on getting more."

"Shishi okay. As long as you don't get in my way."

She sighed, looking back down on the floor. "Every time I'm here blood is split in some way."

After dealing with, read killing, everyone that took residence in the castle the siblings were free to move as they wanted. There were a few stranglers here and there that weren't anything he couldn't handle. Mainly in the master bedroom as Dina predicted. Cornering themselves into one room was easy picking for Bel. All she did was close the door behind him to allow him to have his fun.

She'd rather not witness the mess he made that she waited outside until he called her in. It wasn't like she wasn't used to seeing bodies on the floor or what her brother was capable of. It was solely the fact that they were in the castle. It was easy to imagine herself amongst the bunch. She sometimes wonders how long she would have lasted if she didn't run away. In that case, it wasn't a question of if she could survive. It was who and when it was going to happen.

"Deeeee!" He happily sang from inside the room. She had to take a shaky breath before going in. Bel was rocking back and forth on his heel, twirling a bloody knife in his hands without a care in the world.

"You know these people are civilians. You didn't have to go all out."

"They came into our castle without permission. I was only showing them the consequences."

"I see." It was no use to try reasoning with him.

Luckily, he had opened the safe before she came in. She hopped over the bodies to try finding what she wanted. A few pieces of jewelry, important papers, heirlooms and other random stuff she didn't need. "It's not here."

"Then let's check the other ones."

It was a strange feeling walking side by side each other after all these years. Their home that was supposed to be filled with people serving them was empty. Bel probably killed all the remaining population today too. At this age one of them could have been the real ruler. Neither one of them commented on the obvious.

None of the safes had what Dina wanted. They had already found the king's crown and even her abandoned princess tiara. Neither are what she wanted. With each safe they got more antsy. When each one turned out to be a dud, it lowered her energy. It was a possibility that what she wanted wasn't even in the castle. Or on the island. In her eyes, it wasn't anything important to anyone besides herself.

"This would have gone faster if you told me what you wanted." Bel mentioned for the nth time today. He was tired of going all over the place.

"I'm not telling you because I don't want the chance of you taking it from me." Was how she responded each time.

"And what would I do with it?"

"Keep me as a servant." She mumbled. It was an option for him and another reason she feared contacting him.

"Shishi you would just run away again." He kicked a random body out of his path. "Well whatever you want it's not in any of the safes. The only place we haven't checked is outside and no amount of gold can make me dig this place up to search for it."

"I'm not that desperate yet either." She looked out the closest window to watch over the place. Last time they were here they had to get a stool to reach the height of the windowsill. The island was so peaceful as long as they didn't look too hard.

"Hmm? What's that?" Bel pointed downwards. Both of them tried to get a better look but couldn't with the angle they were at.

"Are those gravestones? Are they supposed to be ours?" They tilted their heads seeing that those gray things were indeed gravestones.

"Shall we pay our respects?"

There were 5 gravestones lined up in order of age. The king, queen, twin princes and princess. It probably made sense for the villagers that Belphegor's missing body was taken away and announced dead. They also put Dina's out of respect for her to stay with her family even though she went missing a week prior to the massacre. No doubt they buried empty caskets to honour them. Guess they didn't think their own prince would massacre them all.

Bel and Dina couldn't care less about what the villagers thought to be right. They focused on the stone right in the middle of the line. Though it was a clear order they were placed in, they hated that he was the center of the family. The bane of their existence, Prince Rasiel.

"I remember his last words. He said he would kill me. Now look at the loser." He threw a knife in front of the gravestone. Disrespecting him even past his death.

"I remember his last words to me too." She whispered.

"While he was cutting you open? Surprised you remained conscious enough to process what was being said."

"No. The day before I ran away Siel came to visit." Dina crouched down on top of the grave.

At that time, she acted fast to pretend to be asleep. Siel came in angry. She hasn't been around him for a whole week due to doctor's orders. There was no question that if she was awake he would have pulled her out of the bed to play a game. It was that fear that let her keep a straight face while he cut open her bandages. The reason why these two scars were so visible over the others was because he redid them. Just as they were healing he stabbed her in the same spots. Making sure that it left a mark.

It was a miracle that she didn't react. He would take this knife to slowly insert it into the fresh wounds then remove it. Doing it again. His creepy laughs soon became aggressive grunts as did his movements. He was losing his patience the longer she pretended to sleep. Pushing more pressure, moving the knife inside her, he did everything to get her to react. Again, it was a miracle she didn't.

"Oi wake up. Aren't you in pain? Come on Dee. Do something. Don't you want to try running away from this? But I'll have you know that it will never happen. You belong to me and me only." Dina had to pause and recollect herself. "Those were his last words to me."

She took out the knife that she originally used to find Bel. Right next to his, she stabbed the knife into the grave. She read the words on the gravestone. Here lies a beloved prince by all. Contrary to that saying, there were two knives sticking out of his resting spot from his last remaining relatives. His own twin brother and younger sister. No one knew Rasiel like they did. He was only loved because he was the prince. Nothing more.

"Let's go."

"Not a fan of seeing our brother's resting spot?" He teased.

"I'd be happier if you were in your box buried 6 feet under."

"That hurts my feelings. I thought we were finally bonding."

She scoffed. "Just like old times. You, me and Siel."

"I could do without Siel. I'm surprised he isn't rising from the dead to see you here after the tantrum he threw to get you back." He grinned as he started walking back to the castle.

"Where are you going"

"There is one more safe that we didn't check. In your room."

"My room? I never got a safe?"

"You didn't but your room did." Thinking about it, there was nothing valuable in her room. Anyone that knew her status wouldn't think that she would be capable of hiding anything either. Maybe that's why they thought it was a good idea to put a safe in there.

The moment they walked in, they found it to be a mess. There was little that she owned at the time that it was upsetting to see it all ripped to shreds. Not even their parents' room was marred this badly. This wasn't done to search for money; this was out of aggression.

"Ah Siel did this. Told you, he was most upset about you disappearing. Loser was probably trying to find a clue to where you went and went berserk." He kicked the bed frame to the side and walked around the area.

As he was doing whatever, Dina scanned over her former room. She hardly spent any time here by herself. Besides some clothes that she outgrew and destroyed textbooks, there wasn't anything that was her's. She let out a weak chuckle seeing the two dents in the corner of the room.

It came from both of the twins attacking her. They both barely missed. The dents basically outlined her small body at the time. It was like she could see herself still huddled up. She was a lot bigger now. She wouldn't fit in that corner anymore. Bel wouldn't miss anymore. And Siel couldn't hurt her anymore. A lot of time has passed.

"Do you think Siel knew I ran away?"

"Probably. He was the one that said you were taken." Siel was a smart kid that studied her like an experimental rat. He wouldn't admit that she ran away from him.

"What did you think at the time?"

"I was more bothered by his annoying ass than to care where you went. Though you were the only one that kept him at bay."

She turned back to Bel prying open one square board to flip a switch. The floor shook as some of the boards caved in. Below the bed's floor board was a door. A path of stairs that lit with automatic lights. A secret pathway right under her nose. An extremely outdated way of hiding things.

"Our stupid parents really didn't care to tell me anything."

"They only brought us here once while you were in class. This is the last place they kept valuables since no one would think the princess would be hiding something big in her room. What you're looking for should be here then."

"I hope so."

The tunnels had no signs of a human passing through for years. It was too narrow for two people that he led the way. He's only been here once but could still remember all the twists and turns. The tutors did call them geniuses. She thought that was only a way to suck up to them.

Not just that, but he was thriving by himself. Prince the Ripper. People used that title more than Belphegor's name. A famous Mafioso in a respectful group. Searching for Bel was easy. His knife was enough and everyone would give his life story. People knew him as a real prince that killed his family at the age of 8. It was amazing how admired he was in the dark industry he worked in. Being compared to Siel as kids, he didn't get much of a chance to prove himself. Still leagues above her though.

"If I can ask, why the Mafia? You could have blamed the murders on something else and remained a real prince."

"Would have been boring. You meet and do a lot of interesting things in the Mafia." That's another thing that made her uncomfortable around him. He always had a choice what to do. After she escaped the island, there was nothing Dina wanted. Her life revolved around the twins. She had no idea who she was without them. Though they were siblings, they were worlds apart.

"What about you? Why not stay and be a princess? You had a few servants that would have helped you win over the island."

She shook her head. "Too many bad memories here. I needed a fresh start."

"And how's that going for you?"

"I'm working on it."

It wasn't an easy journey but she was okay by herself. Not to his level, just okay. There was a part of Dina that wanted to tell him about her new life. That she was recovering from all the damage done to her. They weren't close enough to talk about their personal lives though. Throughout the day, conversation was always cut short because they didn't bother to hold it. She couldn't proudly tell him anything in her life no matter how successful she became.

The final safe was behind that door. Once they check that, they'll leave this island. "Dee, are you bothered by the sight of blood?

"You're asking that after the show you put on?"

"Just confirming." He swiftly cut his index finger on the side. She froze when she saw some blood coming out. Knowing that he had a purpose in doing this, she didn't say anything.

Bel smirked at her holding herself back. He could have explained himself but this was better. He held his bleeding finger over a small sensor next to the door. A drop of his blood created a small beeping noise. Three beeps and the door automatically opened. It was just like their parents to make the final and largest safe only accessible to those with royal blood. Funny they didn't tell Dina whose bed it was hidden under. They probably thought that she was open the safe when they weren't paying attention.

As if he was trying to be a story book prince, he allowed her to enter first. She didn't spare a glance at all the jewelry in the display boxes as she went straight to filing cabinets. Her last form of hope.

Bel took his time walking around for anything that interested him until he heard her let out a gasp. "I found it!"

Dina fell to her knees, tightly holding onto a black folder. She did all of this for some papers? She was surrounded by more money than a peasant would only get in their dreams and all she wanted was some papers? Not that Bel had an interest in the money either but he found his sister to be strange. She grew up and he never saw a second of it because if he was around, she would have stayed in the same spot for the rest of her life.

"Thank you Bel." She still very much hated her brother. She couldn't wait until she got off this island. Still, she thought it was right to express some gratitude to him this one time. Dina wasn't a monster like her brothers.

"Your payment is more than enough for me. If you have nothing else to do, let's leave already. I outgrew this island."

She quickly brushed her eyes, standing up. "I was going to say the same thing."

The sun was starting to set by the time they returned to where they first arrived. They didn't talk about what she was holding. Bel didn't care much. They already knew there was no point in conversation. It was a tiring day that they both fell into a comfortable silence. Any form of trying to get to know each other would only ruin the small progress they made today. It was best to end this on a good note.

They spotted in the distance two lights approaching the island at somewhat of a rapid spin. "That looks like my ride there. Ugh it's going to be a hassle to come back for all the treasure, I'm going to need to make multiple trips. You sure you don't want some of it? It's not like I need it. I can send a ride for you to come by if you want too. Your tiara will be sold off at this point."

She didn't say anything for a moment. "Bel."

"Hmm?"

"After today I don't want to be in contact with you. I decided that before I found you that this would be the first and last time I let you back into my life."

There was too much bad blood between them. Literally. As much as she put up a wall, she was scared of what he could do to her. Each time she hears that laugh, she's thrown back into her dark childhood. It was bad enough she had visible scars all over her body. Every time she looked in the mirror she saw the twins and what they did to her.

There was no amount of favours or jobs he did that could reverse his actions. Not that he was desperate to reconcile with her.

"One question before I leave then." She braced herself for anything. "Who were you hoping to see alive? Siel or me?"

She didn't have to think hard about this. Since the beginning she knew that Bel was the survivor. It gave her time to think about them. "I wanted you both to die. I don't care who survived."

As if on cue the ladder from the helicopter dropped down between them. He took one last scan over her. She was doing the same. It seems that they've reached a consensus. Nothing would benefit from keeping contact. They were reminders of each other's past that they hated to look back on. There was no relationship between them after today.

"Okay. As long as you don't like Siel more that's all that matters. You look too much like him for me to have you around. Makes it easier if a lot of people don't know I have a sister too." He grabbed the ladder. "Ciao princess Dina."

"Ciao prince Belphegor."

They smiled at each other once the wind from the helicopter's blades blew their bangs out of their face. There weren't any regrets in their eyes. This was the type of goodbye they needed. One that wasn't covered in similar structured blood but an understanding. They were two different people with no future between them.

A fire, though extremely powerful, was surprisingly easy to start. That's all Dina thought as she stared at the fire coming out of the steel barrel. She held tightly onto the folder that she finally got her hands on.

More important than any of the treasures that were in the safes, this folder held everything related to Dina. Family photos, birth certificate, health records, anything that a good parent should keep of their child. After Dina proved to be worthless in the eyes of her parents, they stopped recording. That's why it was stored away in a safe that no one can get into without royal blood. It was a mini cover up of her history unless she was actually needed to rule the kingdom.

She opened it to pull out one of the few happy pictures she had with the twins. Save for the small bruise that could be seen on her knee. She didn't stare at it too long before she threw it into the fire. A picture that haunted her for years was burnt to a crisp in less than a minute.

This is what Dina wanted. Complete erasure of her being related to the twins. It wasn't enough to run away. Each day she feared that someone would realize who she was. Bring up her dark past. Before anyone could do that she brought it upon herself to get every record of her and destroy it. It was pure coincidence that she found Bel's knife on the floor that day. Almost like it was a sign to get these records.

"I feel like there's an easier way to get rid of pictures, Miss." She turned around to the new voice. A young adult male with white hair and a strange purple marking under his eye walked up to her.

"A fire has a more significant impact I would think." She quickly threw in one of the files with her name on it. They weren't in a completely safe area that she didn't trust the stranger approaching her so late in the night.

"Those look like pictures of you though. Why burn them? Not proud of how you look?"

"More like I'm not proud of who I was and who I was with."

"Family?" She shook her head.

"I had two friends, Bel and Siel. Let's just say that we didn't have the healthiest of relationships." Referring to them as friends was an unfamiliar feeling. Better than being called her brothers for longer.

"Had? Something tells me it didn't end well."

She licked her lips, tossing more photos in. "Bel he um, murdered Siel and tortured me until I ran away. So yeah."

"Wow. How exciting." He said almost singing like.

"You don't seem phased by what I just said."

"Well to tell you the truth, I'm not the best with people either. I think one of my best friends is trying to kill me because he imagines I'm going to become this world's evil dictator."

"Usesese what kinda story is that?" His smile widened with her's finally appearing.

"It's the truth but I think I would be a gracious leader. One that could bring humanity something this universe couldn't even think about.

"Well if you're anything like my friends I think I wouldn't want to live in your world."

"I can assure you that I am not the same as them."

"Yet you smile the same as them." She wasn't stupid to trust this stranger. Bel and Siel were always smiling through every cruel action. This man was no different. Oddly enough, after dealing with what her brother put her through, she wasn't scared of this stranger. Or many others to be honest.

"That is merely a standard you're using against me. I'm only here to make a conversation with someone I met coincidentally."

"Then where shall this conversation lead us?" She didn't appreciate that he was playing dumb. She preferred to get straight to the point to avoid getting more involved with him.

"Who would you say would be better at, let's say, leading an army?"

"An army? That's somewhat of a specific prompt."

"Is it? I think a lot can be told by the way someone leads others." Dina could feel that their meeting here was planned. She couldn't tell how though. Or why he was so curious about a dead man. Perhaps a mafia man trying to know more about Bel?

"I would say that their leading skills were where they differed the most. Both could lead an army. It depends on what the goal is though."

"Oh? Please do tell."

"Both are selfish, sadistic, narcissists. The only way to get them interested in things is by providing them with the end goal. Bel is very lazy but the times I see him giving all his energy is when he's attacking people. He needs to instill fear through a first person perspective. If he were to lead an army, he would remain on the front lines for the fun of it." She tossed a picture with Bel into the fire.

"Siel, on the other hand, focused more on impact. He hated getting his hands dirty but did so because he believed that they were not doing it right. It meant more to him that his name was what scared people. If he were to lead the army, he would direct them all in a way where he was only a last resort. Bel needs power and Siel needed control. If either of them loses that part in a battle is when they go berserk." Next into the pit was one with Siel.

Dina never spoke of her brothers to anyone. She preferred to not look back at that period of time. This time, with each picture thrown in, she felt a weight off her shoulders. She didn't care much about what he'll do with this information.

"I see. So then who would you say would win in a fight if they were equal?"

"Bel is the one who survived."

"I know but let's say that in some way they both are living now." She shook her head. There was no way Siel survived all this time. Bel was sure he killed him.

"Bel would still be the winner."

"You said that pretty confidently."

"I'm confident I know them well. I said that they were selfish. They love themselves so much that they're willing to throw away what means most to them to survive. Let's say there was a third party involved that was beating them. Bel would run away and Siel would give the attacker anything. It was how they placed themselves in a hierachy. Bel's life is most imporant and Siel believes he has everything to please others. In a one to one it was the same. Bel knew how to avoid Siel in a bad mood and Siel knew how to dangle a carrot to make Bel lose without him knowing. Bel would survive in the long run."

"You really do know them. I'm glad I got to talk to you today." That happy go lucky smile didn't leave his face once despite the heavy topics. She didn't feel comfortable around people like him. They always have something to hide.

"Why are you asking me this? Siel died and I'm no longer associated with them."

"I'm just saying the what ifs. Have you ever heard of the theory of parallel universes?"

"Briefly I guess."

"I find it to be extremely interesting. In one of them there could be a difference in who survives. A world where both survive and you escape. Isn't that the dream?" That sent warning bells in her head. She didn't want the possibility that Siel was still alive.

"What are you talking about?"

"I'm thanking you for your information. Anywhere else took me forever to answer the questions I needed. Since you answered so well, I can grant your wish of disappearing."

"Sesese that's something an evil dictator would say as a threat. But I thank you for the consideration, Mister..."

"You can call me Ghost. And your name?" A fake name. Someone so isolated would not give away personal information that easily.

"Most call me Hime."

"Well Miss Hime, I should leave you to your burning. I hope that everything goes well for you in the future." He gave her a polite bow and was gone.

She couldn't shake the bad feeling he gave her. While she didn't think he would do anything to her, he was too unsettling to ignore. She looked back at the fire to throw all the remaining files and photos inside. It was her only reassurance that no one could label her as the missing princess. She was free of them. No matter what that stranger does, Dina had no relation to the twin princes Belphegor and Rasiel.

A/N: Hello there! Thank you for reading this very quick two-shot I came up with. As much as I love Bel and the idea of him having another sibling from other fanfics, I thought it would be kinda interesting if she wasn't like the twins. To clarify this story takes place in a timeline that Tsuna didn't travel to the future so Bel doesn't know about Siel. Thus the ending scene was one way I thought that Byakuran found out information about Rasiel before recruiting him to be the fake funeral wreath.

Once more, thank you again for reading and see you maybe next time!
