Planet of the Slitheen

(Prologue)

Exiting warp speed, a decently-sized Slitheen space fleet arrived in the Milky Way at full speed. It looked as though they were in a hurried state, feeling someone or something. Traversing through the barren empty rocks that this pathetic galaxy presented to passersby, this family of Slitheen finally arrived above Planet Earth one day, a rock inhabited predominantly by the species known as humans. Primitive, idiotic bipeds ruling over a low level two civilised planet. The more advanced, sophisticated Slitheen family spotted a business opportunity to ruthlessly exploit…

(Two Years Later…)

(Somewhere in London…)

Kainat Nafees, a twenty seven year old British Pakistani dressed in an all leather outfit, exited the private hire taxi after paying her fare. A rather skinny and small woman with an attractive visage stood out as her most prominent feature on her light-brown coloured skin, this female did not really stand out for anything else physically. It was a dark, cold miserable evening in the capital of the UK. For two months, Kainat had officially been employed by Slitheen Inc., a mega conglomerate business capitalist organisation providing technology, science and knowledge-based services to its clients that had only been set up two years ago but had somehow astonished all observers by expanding everywhere and making a ton of profit in rapid time.

Unknown to her employers though, Kainat was not who she said she was. As a matter of fact, this British woman was a secret agent working for SpacePol, the police and criminal agency dedicated to investigating and exposing illegal alien activity on Earth. There were strong suspicions at the organisation that Slitheen Inc. The senior operatives had sent Kainat, amongst others, to infiltrate the London offices of Slitheen Inc and seize any intelligence that may indicate hostile alien activity that could imperil planet Earth and its privileged human inhabitants.

Kainat did not immediately enter the building, which was strangely accessible 24/7 for all of its employees, including lower-ranking staff members of which Kainat was one. Instead, she waited around out in the cold for nearly fifteen minutes. Only then did a second figure emerge from her right - Christina Jones. A tall, healthy full-breasted woman with a lovely belly shielded by a plain white T-shirt and thick buttocks imprisoned by her tight black jeans. A female sporting pale-white skin and jet black hair, Christina, twenty eight, was Kainat's support for this operation.

A fellow SpacePol Agent and Slitheen Inc employee, she too was deeply invested in probing Slitheen Inc for alleged alien involvement. The duo had been commissioned by their agency to steal sensitive files from the London head offices of Slitheen Inc and bring them back to base for processing. It was a daring operation, but both Kainat and Christina were well aware of the dangers facing them. They accepted that they might even lose their lives this evening, but the safety of Earth and the rest of humanity was apparently what mattered most to these two individuals. Either that, or the money bonuses for successfully completing this operation was far too good to pass over to someone else. Both had worked at the offices during their morning shift but decided to come back this very evening to their 24/7 offices to conduct their secret operation.

"Hiya Kainat!" Christina said to her counterpart cheerily, sounding rather nonplussed about what was to go down this evening.

"Hey Christina… What took you so long?" Kainat asked, trying not to sound annoyed at the tardiness of her colleague.

"Oh… Erm, I got held up by my husband. You know how Alexios can be sometimes!" Christina said, almost hysterically with a wild laugh to cover her embarrassment with a not-so subtle reference to her sex life with her husband of two years.

"What?!... Alright, never mind. We are here now. That is all that matters. Let's get inside away from this miserable cold, eh?". The duo walked inside the head offices of Slitheen Inc. Once inside, the two workers at Slitheen Inc signed in at the reception. The receptionist at the front desk - a rather curvaceous Black woman dressed in a light green warm full body sweater with even green glasses - looked up at them curiously.

"Kainat, Christina - what brings you back to work at this hour? I was not told that you would be working overtime?… Prrrrrp!", the receptionist naturally asked suspiciously even though she farted nonchalantly and made no apology for it.

"Hi Gladys. Oh, erm, we've got a business project that needs finishing. The bosses are giving us an earache." Christina justified the arrival of the two at the head offices. Gladys the receptionist did not sound all that convinced.

"Okay, it's just that I was not told in advance that you two would be arriving. The bosses are exceptionally busy this evening elsewhere. Will you guys be able to manage on your own?"

"Yeah, everything has already been set up." Christina lied through her teeth with a smile. Gladys looked over at Kainat now.

"Your ID passes, please.". The duo handed over their ID cards to confirm themselves before Gladys allowed them to enter the building formally past the security turnstiles. Once crossing over to the other side, Gladys gave the duo back their ID cards crucial for entering other parts of the building. Once she got hers back, Kainat walked with

"Have a good evening, Gladys." Christina wished the receptionist well, but Gladys stared back coldly at the new arrivals. She then farted

"That's the spirit." Christina said. Was she approving the rank behaviour demonstrated by the undeterred receptionist?

"Are you ready to do this?" Kainat interrupted the strange moment, redirecting full attention towards the mission at hand. The duo walked past other colleagues and security guards whom they knew intimately as they proceeded to discuss this evening's operation amongst themselves discreetly.

"Absolutely. We've both been here for two months, enough to know how security arrangements work. It's time to find out what secrets our company is hiding from the world." Christina said, rubbing her human hands together in tight anticipation. It was she who had augmented Kainat's suspicions to the strange occurrences occurring at Slitheen Inc: the cafeteria food regularly going off, the disappearances of key staff members that even more suspiciously arose not a care amongst anyone - not even broader authorities outside Slitheen Inc - and the constant farting culture normalised by the company. Some staff even got raises and promotions for behaving in such fashion. Something was definitely off at Slitheen Inc; Kainat and Christina were here tonight to discover the extent.

Heading into a nearby lift together and pressing the button that indicated the highest point of the building, Kainat led the discussion further.

"So the bosses are not here this evening - even better! I think we should-"

"Oh hang on…prrrrrrrrrp!" Christina placed her hands on her hip before she unleashed a massive loud fart whose rank smell flooded the lift. Kainat quickly pulled her nose underneath her jacket to protect herself from the deadly toxic smells her friend emitted without qualms or embarrassment. Instead, Christina actually laughed nonchalantly.

"Prrrrrp! Woopsie Kai, I guess I'm too excited by tonight's unveiling! Finally, we get to uncover who Slitheen Inc truly are." Christina justified her release of flatulence with an uncontrollable giggle. Fatefully, Kainat did not suspect anything suspicious in her seemingly human friend. Christina farted a lot too, but unlike other colleagues, she would explain why she did so to Kainat to allay her anxieties towards her, however awful and tedious the excuses sounded.

"Too many baked beans, again?" asked Kainat sarcastically. Christina merely nodded in affirmation. But it was an obvious lie to both. Kainat simply assumed that her friend and good colleague whom she had known for over two years (they started work at SpacePol at roughly the same time) was simply embarrassed to reveal the truth to her. Little did she know what was really going on. The lift pinged as it reached its destination. The two secret SpacePol Agents had managed to reach the top floors of the main offices of their suspicious organisation without many barriers preventing them, physical or otherwise. The main offices seemed dead this evening, as the bosses and their secretaries were away elsewhere, apparently.

"No security up here at this time, huh? Rumours were true; the bosses keep everyone on their toes elsewhere in the building with beefed up security guards patrolling and cameras screening but everything is super lax up here. Clever" Christina surmised aloud. Neither had ever been to these floors previously, and so the lack of physical security did not mean much to them.

"Alright, let's split up. I'll head into the main offices whilst you go check out the file directory on the other side of the building. That way we will cover more ground. Any problems, leave a text and get the hell outta of here and head straight for the police. Do not wait for me." Kainat warned her counterpart. She seemed really focused on the mission at hand. If there was ever a chance to expose Slitheen Inc, it was tonight.

"Okay!" whispered Christina loudly, almost as if she was mocking the plan. Nonetheless, she headed off to where her good friend had sent her once they reached the top floor and exited the lift. Kainat waited to make sure that nobody was around the main offices. Surprisingly, it was vacant. Lights were switched off and all.

"Just my luck!" Kainat whispered to herself as she checked to see if the doors were locked. They were not, and the secret SpacePol Agent had complete access to the main offices of Slitheen Inc's London HQ with her standard ID card. Slowly creeping inside, Kainat cautiously switched on a few lights to guide her way. Inside the head offices, Kainat was shocked at the revelations: one massive round table in the centre with gentleman chairs on all sides. There were copious amounts of papers scattered everywhere. Detailed classified information on just about everything involving humans. All in plain sight. But that was not all. There was a detailed infographic showcasing the expansion of Slitheen Inc. from its inception two years ago. London was there. So was Paris. Berlin. Moscow. Washington. Mexico City. Tehran. Ankara. Pretty much every capital city on Earth.

A large text written somewhere close by in dark green ink read 'AN ENTIRE YEAR BEHIND SCHEDULE! FIX IT ASAP!'. Who on Earth wrote this? And why? What was the schedule that Slitheen Inc were following? And more importantly, falling behind?

Looking at the infographic on the wall carefully, Kainat intelligently spotted a pattern. Slitheen Inc had headquarters in every single country on Earth except in a few prominent countries; namely China, North Korea, Brazil, and some others. But there were other cities within those countries that the company had already gained a foothold that were obviously being earmarked for expansion. It looked as if Slitheen Inc were aiming to dominate the entire globe.

Another dark green ink text note on the wall read: 'BUSINESS EXPANSION MUST COVER THIS ENTIRE ROCK WITHIN THE NEXT TEN YEARS. SLITHEEN FAMILY RULE MUST BE ESTABLISHED. ALL FORMS OF RESISTANCE MUST BE CRUSHED.

"Oh my god, they're taking over the world!" she said to herself loudly before clasping a hand over her mouth to ensure that nobody heard her voice. Looking back at the papers, Kainat scrambled to find more details about the shadowy company that she was working for. The financial records, the list of accounts, millions of pounds, dollars, yuan, rubbles being transferred daily - nothing matched common sense. It was mind boggling to see how fast this company had already expanded within two years alone to achieve a monopoly status in its sector. Kainat also saw pictures of key individuals associated with Slitheen Inc, some she knew and others she hadn't the faintest of ideas.

"Who the hell are these people?… what do they want from us?…" Kainat whispered more to herself as she examined more papers. One light green folder caught her eyes. It had a title written in bold letters.

"Project Transform… what on earth could that signify?" she asked herself in amazement. Flickling briefly through the folder, the human saw Slitheen Inc's tentative plans to infiltrate major countries such as China, with details on how to overthrow the ruling government and to take control of its economy and people. Without realising, Kainat, engrossed in reading the super sensitive information in her hands, failed to notice that someone had arrived in the office.

"Step away from the papers, young girl." called out a cold yet calm voice. It was a Black man. He was tall. Rather overweight but commanded full authority. He was smartly dressed in a black suit with a light green tie covering over his white shirt. Charlie Smith. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Slitheen Inc's London offices. Kainat had seen his pictures in the media before but despite officially being a long term employee at the company, this was the first time that she came face to face physically with her boss. What was he doing here tonight? Had Gladys the receptionist not mentioned that all of the bosses were supposed to be away on other business-related matters this evening?

"Surrender yourself now, young girl." he demanded of Kainat. She shook her head in negation, fiercely determined not e=to even give an inch.

"Very well. It looks like we are going to have to play the hard way this evening." Clapping his hands, CEO Smith gestured that somebody outside of the office be brought inside. A fat security guard of a pale hue came in, struggling to hold someone else still. It was Christina.

"Get offa' me!... Kainat, I'm so sorry…". Christina winced and moaned at her captive state. But the security guard simply increased his tight control over the woman even more. The sad state of affairs.

"Freeze! SpacePol Agency! You are under arrest! Who are you and what are you doing on my planet? What do you want from us?" Kainat said in a panic. She whipped out a pistol hidden in her jacket and aimed it directly at the CEO, who merely stood there and maintained his calm, cold demeanour.

"Dear, dear, I think there has been a strong misunderstanding. You have been found to be breaking and entering my offices. According to any human law on this rock, that is a criminal offence any day. Put down your firearm. Or else this little girl wincing to my right will get what is coming towards her.

"Kainat… please… don't listen to him…" Christina begged her fellow SpacePol Agent. For the next minute, Kainat maintained a strong level of silence as she tried to examine her limited options. Both she and Christina were stuck. But Kainat decided to try and interrogate the CEO for more information.

"This company was only set up two years ago. And suddenly it has managed to expand to all major capitals across the world. Created its own monopoly and massive wealth accumulation. Very little tax has been paid. There have been a spate of murders that nobody else seems bothered to chase up. All competition has been eliminated. Slitheen Inc appears to be on course to take over this planet. And my hunch is that aliens are behind this.".

"Well, well, aren't you a clever clog, Miss Nafees? A testament to your rather dumb species." the CEO said in sarcastic praise of the SpacePol Agent.

"So I'll ask you again: who are you people and what do you want with my planet?... I'll shoot if you do not say anything. I have a licence to fire this weapon if my life, or that of my colleague, is in danger.".

"Miss Nafees, I think you should put your gun away. It might rile up some of my more protective and… less-understanding siblings feeling threatened by your pointing that primitive device in my direction." the CEO of Slitheen Inc. said calmly. Charlie Smith admired the tenacity and intensity Kainat was demonstrating to the family. It was like a public audition and the human female was passing every stage.

"I'm not doing what you tell me. You're going to prison. All of you. This business is guilty of so many crimes… I'll make sure you are behind bars." Kainat warned, further illustrating her relentless drive for justice.

"If you do not put your gun down, we will be forced to kill your fellow colleague, the lovely Christina Jones. And believe you me, I will not hesitate to give the order." warned CEO Smith in response.

"No, please… I don't want to die." Christina pathetically winced even further. It was enough to sway the emotions of her SpacePol worker. In the end, Kainat relented. Lowering her firearm, she tossed it aside reluctantly.

"Alright, let her go now." Kainat asked in desperation, having lost any advantage in negotiations. Her only hope was on the good-willed compassion of her superior CEO.

"Certainly. I am glad we choose to behave in more 'civilised' behaviour, Miss Nafees."

The CEO in turn gestured to the obese security guard to let Christina go. He did as he was told, releasing his captive. Christina collapsed to her knees as she struggled for air. Then she got back up again, wiping the dirt of her clothing. But she did not leave to stand where Kainat was. Instead, she remained closer to the CEO, and not even far from the aggressive security personnel. Strange.

"For fuck sake, Mustafa! I thought I told you to go easy on me tonight?" Christina spoke angrily at the security guard. What was going on?

"Err, I-I'm sorry, Beth. You told me on the phone to make it look realistic… prrrrrp!." the security guard known as 'Mustafa' replied without making eye contact and keeping his gaze lowered in embarrassment as he farted casually. Kainat looked on at the interactions in both confusion and shock. What on earth was going on?

"Realistic?! I'll give you something realistic, Mustafa!" Christina threatened to advance towards the vulnerable security guard who only moments ago had Christina tightly locked down with his muscular hands firmly on her delicate human throat. The CEO, however, raised his voice and intervened.

"Okay, this evening has thus far played exactly to perfection. We have you right where we want you, Miss Nafees. Beth - Christina, - I think you might want to end this silly deceit now, don't you think? Show Kainat the true nature of ourselves."

"Oh, absolutely! Kainat - this one is for your eyes exclusively!" Christina suddenly said confidently, with a beaming smile on her face. She did not fail to lift her eyes away from her fellow SpacePol Agent. Raising her hands to her forehead with a tremendous grin of her mouth, the female peeled back her human skin. The room immediately went dark blue and a loud electric humming ensued. Slowly, the face of Christina Jones began to peel away. Instead, a dark green bald head with a face sporting droopy black eyes popped out with an almighty grown. Then the shoulder and chest of Christina's body gave way in tandem with more groaning.

A green creature was beginning to emerge from the human skin; it had incredibly long forearms complete with three razor sharp claws that it was keen to show off. It possessed a massive belly that it had previously packed inside of Christina. CEO Charlie Smith and the security guard known as Mustafa happily giggled and chuckled wildly at Christina's unveiling as well as seeing human Kainat Nafees stuck to the spot, paralysed by fear and awe, just as they had seen so many humans do over the years gone by. Then they too reached for their foreheads and began to unzip like for like.

Within a minute's unveiling, the normal room lighting returned and a great big green creature - about eight feet tall - emerged completely from the human skin of Christina Jones. It was tall. Massive. Extremely impressive, objectively analysed. Placing its claws around the neck of the CEO Slitheen and Mustafa Slitheen who had also managed to strip in record time, these creatures revealed themselves to their human audience.

"We are the Slitheen." They said proudly in unison with deep, groggy voices. The trio chuckled sinisterly amongst themselves. It was a setup played to perfection. Kainat retained her silent posture, trying to absorb the shocks impacting her mental state.

"Miss Nafees, there you have it - Slitheen Inc. is - surprise, surprise! - run by the Slitheen. I know, how unoriginal, right?" the CEO inquired rhetorically. Kainat was stunned into silence as she observed the Slitheen in front of her.

"You killed her…" Kainat said, clearly distraught at the sight of seeing the rubbery floppy dead skin of whom she assumed was her work colleague and decent friend in general.

"She was a nuisance. And a real trouble-maker. A gentle soul otherwise, I'll concede. But one that we had to take care of. Luckily, the body of Christina Jones has enabled us to surreptitiously infiltrate other human organisations, including SpacePol, whereby we can extend our outreach, influence and anticipate any threats to the business. Our darling star Bethany here has thus been able to keep a very close eye on naughty humans. Including you, Miss Nafees." explained Charlie Smith in his typical calm fashion.

"You expect me to believe that?"

"Listen to my brother, Kainat. He is always correct." The Slitheen that had posed as Christina Jones counselled her human counterpart.

"So you had me fooled this entire time?" Kainat asked pittly, turning her head towards the killer of the real Christina Jones.

"Yep. I had to deceive you in order to get things done. It's just the way business works. I make no apologies for doing my duties for the betterment of my family." 'Christina' said proudly. She stretched her muscles that were compressed inside of the human skin suit for quite some time.

"You are a cold-hearted callous murderer, whoever you are." Kainat retorted back, unimpressed by any justifications for the murder of an innocent.

"My real name is Beth, Kainat. Bethany Poole Eco Earth Slitheen at your service." said the Slitheen inhabitant of Christina Jones' human skin gracefully, bowing its head to formally introduce itself to the human audience. Kainat was astonished by what she was witnessing this evening. She did wonder about the name of this green alien. Bethany was a common British name, typical to many white females residing on these Isles.

"Bethany Poole… why do you have a typical white English name for an alien such as yourself?" Kainat enquired without fear. Was Beth born here in Britain? Was she British? Beth ignored the question, and Kainat quickly moved on.

"So you great big green beasts hide inside the skins of my species?... Is that why you produce a lot of gas then? The equilibrium balancing itself out?" Kainat asked, ever more curious about the Slitheen. Her next intense question was how could these gigantic creatures shove their bodies inside less spacious beings.

"Yes, correct. And I'll take that interned insult as a supreme compliment; we Slitheen are fiercely proud of our 'beastly' natures. It's what enables us to get ahead of the competition." Mustafa Slitheen, formerly the security guard, retorted fiercely.

"So who exactly are the Slitheen race?" Kainat continued her investigation.

"Slitheen family. Specifically the Eco branch. From the Planet Raxicorifallipatorious. Calcium-based life forms. And we are not a 'race'. Slitheen is our surname, although we are happy to claim the Raxicori naming for ourselves."

"And what are you doing here on Earth?"

"Oh yes, here we go. The usual boring questions by humans trying to demonstrate a modicum of intelligence. It's so pathetic to see." mocked the CEO Slitheen. He could not really be bothered having to explain everything because he had done this on far too many occasions previously.

"But I shall attempt to answer your queries, Miss Nafees… Listen attentively then: Our family branch two years ago suffered an immense annihilation in warfare on our home planet. The Slitheen alone had to fight so many rival species - because we had become so hated due to our deceitful and mischievous ways to attain power, wealth and pleasure. So many of our brothers and sisters ruthlessly wiped out in an open genocide against the Slitheen family. We were mercilessly expelled for all of eternity from our home planet. Those who survived, such as myself, fled out into the stars.. Became a refugee. Scoured the galaxies looking for some species kind enough to take us in during our moment of need. Unfortunately, none of those wretched scum bother to do anything except to inform security agencies and law enforcement of our whereabouts, and off again were we chased by our rivals hellbent on sending us all to Hell early. Our situation was so precarious, we fled once more, travelling in complete limbo. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this rather barren galaxy that possesses the only planet with some form of life - primitive life - Planet Earth.

We were overjoyed as initial surveys indicated that we could make a lot of profit from this rock. But the family heads heavily disputed what we should be doing long term. There were only thirty of our kind left. Males outnumbered the females. Food supplies were low. We needed to increase ourselves but the natural route of procreation would be far too slow. If we focused solely on making profit alone, none of our descendents would be able to survive and enjoy the fruits of our labours. We needed new personnel fast. One wise elder counselled that we could convert the inhabitants of the rock into fellow Slitheen, and we had all the necessary technology to do so, give or take a few modifications and stealing the resources of other alien visitors to this rock greatly augmented our business plans (chuckles). It was illegal and would break all articles of the Shadow Proclamations if we were ever caught, but we faced extinction. Drastic times called for drastic measures.

So it was decided there and then: Earth was to be made a planet safe for the Slitheen family. And that meant that the fate of humans had to be decided. There were fierce debates. Some of the more aggressive members wanted to slaughter humans en masse in a most genocidal manner. Others simply wanted to infiltrate; they were content to live amongst humans but never to reveal themselves. Still others had an alternative that could merge the two polar opposite perspectives: convert the entirety of humanity into fellow Slitheen . A great debate ensued that even got bloody at times. The stakes were only too high.

Eventually, it was decided that the family, low on numbers and at risk of extinction, would vote democratically on the matter. Converting humans into fully fledged Slitheen was the unanimous outcome. Eight billion of you wonderful people ripe for assimilation. And so, we came down to Earth and set up Slitheen Inc - a legitimate human-based business organisation to conduct our business planning. We have set up in every major capital on this rock. Here in Britain, for instance, we have managed to take over everywhere; politics, media, business, entertainment, whole economies - you name it. Same in America, Russia, Turkey - the Slitheen have pretty much managed to go everywhere that we want to and take control.

And very few humans know about us. We prefer to keep it that way. We Slitheen intend to establish family rule on this rock. We have even adopted the surname "Eco Earth" permanently to demonstrate that we love this planet and intend to stay long term. And that means getting rid of a lot of things made by silly humans. We Slitheen do not care about the petty disputes that humans obsess over; race, class, gender, religion . In the Slitheen family, we see ourselves as One. One name, one skin colour, one business, one family culture of hunting and consuming Rakweed, one God to worship. The Slitheen family are united for all eternity. Our fraternal bonds are already paying dividends.

Don't worry about your cultures, languages and other markers of diversity; the family is fully committed to honouring those. Wherever the Slitheen go, we honour the native traditions, customs and habits of the host populations we infiltrate and live amongst during the course of our operations. The Slitheen are not imperialists, we do not aim to destroy others nor to do we subjugate them into perpetual slavery. The Slitheen will, however, enact a one-state, one world-system to govern this rock. Everyone will come under the protection of Slitheen rule and learn to enjoy its benefits.

You saw on those papers some of the work we have been doing lately? For instance, we removed the Putin regime in Moscow and installed a Slitheen-run administration that is now best mates with America and the West more broadly. Moreover, we have placed Slitheen amongst both Israelis and Palestinians, and we have made everyone friendly with Iran, where our brothers and sisters have infiltrated to a high degree. America does not even invade anyone anymore because the Slitheen are now in charge! Business ties are blooming everywhere. Slowly but surely, we are pacifying this planet purely by expanding our presence everywhere. Soon there will be eternal peace on this rock. No more wars. No more feuds. Climate change will not only be stopped but wholly reversed.

We are a bit behind on schedule, I'll admit it because you have seen how the mess in this boardroom reflects that. Again, I reiterate, the Slitheen family are doing a tremendous service to this planet and its inhabitants." the CEO repeated his mantra again proudly. Kainat was astonished when she started to take into consideration all the hitherto impossible political considerations that were occurring across the world and actually making it a better place to live. Were the Slitheen pulling the strings from behind the scenes? Kainat meanwhile wanted to know more about Christina/Beth.

"So Christina… Beth - whatever your name is -"

"- is a converted human to the family, yes, finally we are getting somewhere. Just as I am, and just as Mustafa here is." clarified the CEO. All the Slitheen present were humans once upon a time.

"The Slitheen took me in graciously when I had nowhere else to go. My human parents were already dead and I was out starving on the cold, lonely streets of this wretched city. They did not ask for anything except my loyalty to the family. In return, they enriched my life beyond all measure." Beth said with due acknowledgement.

"And so the Slitheen have been a part of this planet for two years and counting now. We have managed to reproduce ourselves across this entire rock in sufficient numbers and we are only thinking about expanding. Kainat, we would like to kindly offer a formal invitation to become a Slitheen voluntarily." the CEO announced with a grin. It was an offer that this human could not possibly refuse.

"Erm I don't think so." Kainat responded initially with typical recalcitrance. It simply made the Slitheen laugh.

"Your destiny is my destiny. Become a Slitheen, Kainat, so that we live together as true blood sisters that we already are." Beth urged Kainat to accept the offer at once. If it was destiny, it was not really a choice then.

"Don't make this harder than it should be, human. Either you accept within the next few seconds. Or we will make you accept it for your own good." the CEO stated solemnly.

After a minute of vacillating and dithering on the spot quietly, Kainat then walked towards the Slitheen. She momentarily lost all fear of them.

"Alright… I accept." Kainat shockingly said like a slavish zombie. She seemed resigned to her sorry fate. The human was surrendering to these aliens…?

"Excellent. If you would like to walk this way, my siblings will- uff!"

Kicking the CEO Slitheen in his groin area, Kainat fled the room immediately whilst Beth and Mustafa Slitheen were caught off guard. It was a ruse, this time played upon the Slitheen by the human. Karma's a bitch,

"That silly idiot!... Get her, Beth! I want her alive, though. The family needs Miss Nafees." he said, palpably holding back his anger as he winced in pain. "Mustafa, dear brother, stay here with me.".

"As you wish." The Bethany Slitheen roared herself into action and chased after her human prey. Outside the room, Kainat ran for her life. But she had no clue how to escape. As Kainat desperately ran for her life around the endless corridors, she heard the Chief Executive's voice echoing alerts across the building warning other Slitheen that a human was on the loose and needed to be reigned in.

"Attention all members of the family: we have a rogue element attempting to escape our headquarters. Do not let her out of your sight or scent… Miss Nafees, surely you know that you have nowhere to go. Give yourself up at once or prepare to be slaughtered."

Images of Kainat Nafees' exact whereabouts appeared on all available TV security screens that could be found every two metres on every wall. She was a dead woman walking. And she knew it.

"Shit!" cursed the hunted prey before she carried on moving aimlessly. Heading to the eastern staircases, the human desperately thought she could simply run down and out of the building via the fire escape route. But her naivety proved; at the bottom staircases, unmasked Slitheen were lumbering their way up to her location with heavy chattering that echoed their voices:

"She smells nice…"

"Can't wait to wear her skin…"

"If I cannot kill her, I demand to hunt one of her family members as compensation…"

Turning back with greater anxiety, she found herself in the main office areas. Now Slitheen Inc employees were starting to come up in huge numbers from the lower floors. All of these Slitheen sensed an impromptu hunt was afoot. Peeking out from a corner, Beth threatened to cut the hunt short early. She was an expert predator and was merely toying with her human target for pure amusement purposes.

"Peakaboo!... Run, Kainat, run! I love it when they run!" Bethany screamed out, titillated by the live prospect of hunting down her good human friend. With a childish roar, Beth chased her human prey with full speed. Running across the office rooms, no human employees stopped to grab Kainat easily with their bare hands. Instead they simply smiled and reached for their foreheads. The chance to unzip from those tight skins was greater than simply grabbing the fleeing human on the spot. It was more fun to hunt. Kainat finally ran to the Western staircase corridors but her luck finally ran out. The Slitheen on this side had plenty of time already to have unzipped out of their disguises. They were simply anticipating Kainat bumping into them. And so she did.

"Oh!" she said as she fell to the floor upon hitting the belly of one of these massive aliens. They simply raised their claws to the ceiling and roared loudly amongst themselves. Kainat screamed in terror. She felt extremely unsafe, surrounded by these unruly dark green beasts who were threatening her safety and sense of wellbeing. Luckily for her, Beth Slitheen arrived in a timely fashion to prevent any nasty accidents from occuring.

"There you are, Kainat!" Beth Slitheen screamed delightfully as she finally had her human prey cornered. Kainat instinctively pulled herself into the only room available near her right. She was now firmly trapped. Soon enough, the other Slitheen workers had managed to successfully leave their human skin suits and join the hunt. A huge hungry crowd desired to confront Kainat and satisfy their wild, selfish animalistic impulses.

"Where is she… Oh, I can smell her young body from there, at the back of the room!" squealed one enthusiastic Slitheen male.

"She's in there." said another, pointing his claw in the direction of the room. All of the Slitheen hungrily readied themselves to flood the room and overwhelm the human prey desperately whimpering inside. Beth then decided to take charge of the situation as she looked through the windows of the small room that Kainat had holed herself up inside of her involuntarily. She addressed

"Back off, Ivan. This one is not for eating." she warned a brother of hers aggressively.

"I will deal with Kainat. You can all keep guard. I'm going in now and request that we are not disturbed. Anyone who comes in without seeking permission will be clawed down on the spot." Beth then entered the room alone. Closing the door shut and locking it tightly, Bethany Slitheen aimed to complete her mission.

"We know you are in here, Kainat… (sniffing) I can smell you. Mmm, I've always enjoyed having to smell you. You are the only one who actually bathes more than twice a week around these parts. Mmm, rose-scented soap I detect you have used only this morning (giggles wildly). Very hygienic. In an open space setting, it would be harder for the Slitheen family to trace your scent because of this very reason.". Beth happily revealed.

"Slitheen have the best nostrils in our galaxy. We can trace you even if you are eight blocks away from here. It's what makes us awesome predators. It is also why you find yourself stuck in this pathetic situation, Kainat. Give yourself up to me. I won't hurt you, my friend. You know I won't." said Beth, hoping years of prior trust and friendship would count for something here.

"Murderer!" Kainat called out wildly from the dark shadows, when she heard Beth recite that name. She was hiding underneath an office desk near the back window. All she could do was buy time and learn as much information as possible.

"What was that you called me? A murderer? Oh, I totally understand why you might be upset about what I did to poor Christina. Actually, if you knew the full story you would not have hesitated to do the same thing that I did." insisted the Slitheen who was slowly making way to the human's location.

"Liar!"

"I am not!" hissed Bethany in response, irritated by Kainat's intransigence and failure to understand. "Christina Jones was a traitor to humanity. She was in league with the Mitodorians. They want to wipe out all life on Earth… by killing Christina, I rendered a service to both the family and humanity.

"No! It's not true!"

Bethany sighed. She was irate that Kainat could not understand.

"Look, I get it. It's a big shock, knowing that the Slitheen family are taking over this rock. But it's what's best for everyone. For business. For peace. The Slitheen want everyone to become like them. Isn't that a wonderful thing?" Beth asked rhetorically. She was now a metre away from Kainat and was working out the best method to capture her without any unnecessary hitches.

"The Slitheen are invaders. Criminals. Murderers. What makes you honestly think that I want to be like you beasts?"

"You say this now. But when the time comes, you'll be in my skin (giggles) and you'll be preaching the virtues of Slitheenhood to other thick humans who still haven't worked out that surrendering oneself to the family is the right thing to do.". Beth now manoeuvred directly above Kainat's position, her eyes fixated on all possible exits. The moment to act was now.

"Got you now!" Bethany screamed with vim as she pulled back the table desk violently, unsheathing her human target from any such relative safety. The other Slitheen spectating from outside were enthralled by the spectacle unfolding in front of their eyes.

"Kill her!" one wailed unapologetically.

"I want to keep her skin as a gift for my niece!" said an envious Slitheen lady and aunty.

Back inside, Kainat, still on the floor, slowly backed herself up against the wall by wiggling her bum backwards aggressively. Bethany was closing in on her.

"Aaaaaargh! Nooooo! Don't!" Kainat screamed loudly. Her luck had finally run out.

Bethany raised a claw to the sealing and roared the loudest she ever did. Kainat braced herself for the last few moments of her life. The claw came down swiftly…

"Got you, Kainat!" the Slitheen said, scooping the Human with her claw and holding her. Much to everyone's disappointment, Bethany did not kill the human target. Kainat too was amazed.

"Eh? What's this all about, Beth? Leaving a human who has seen us alive?" exclaimed one Slitheen observer irately. It was all very anti-climatic.

"Shut your mouth, Subotic." snapped back Beth with venom. "If only you had as much intelligence as your desire to kill, you may see that there is wisdom in the family business plans. Kainat is our latest acquisition. She must be treated with full respect."

"Oooooh…" said all the Slitheen present, finally realising what this impromptu hunt was all about. Beth moved on, holding Kainat tightly like a mother holding a baby. Walking with purpose, Beth took her friend back to the main offices, where CEO Charlie Smith was waiting in his chair, his earlier groin pain subsiding by this point.

"Kainat Nafees, welcome back. We missed you - prrrrrp!" farted the green alien as he greeted Kainat graciously despite her injuring him slightly only a short while earlier. Charlie was a forgiving Slitheen, which was a rather odd fact of reality,

"Right, well done, Beth. Put the human in this purpose built chair please." The Slitheen proceeded to follow the orders of her superior. Placing the human female in a large, wide portable steel chair, security wrist locks automatically tethered Kainat to a stationary position. Now the Slitheen did not need to worry about Kainat running away again.

"I'm not going to do anything you want me to. I am no traitor to my kind." Kainat said defiantly.

"Excellent. Slitheen hate traitors who betray their own kin. Christina betrayed your lot out to the Mitodorians. But you, on the other hand, are showing tremendous backbone, the kind of resilience that it takes for a Slitheen to succeed in this otherwise cold and dark universe that we inhabit for some reason. Granted, you do know a lot about Slitheen Inc already that humans ordinarily should not be privy to. That could get you killed in another context." said the CEO.

"Even if you kill me, the truth will still come out. There are others out there who want to expose you devils for who you really are!" Kainat responded defiantly.

"Kill you?!" exclaimed the CEO. All the Slitheen present burst out laughing. It made Kainat feel uncomfortable.

"Kill you? Good Heavens, no! We've told you repeatedly that that is simply not going to happen to you. You're one of the lucky ones, for you will be made a family member whether you like it or not. Let us head down to the conversion chambers in the basement to ensure this." Heading out of the office and into the lift, the Slitheen took their human captive to the lower levels of the building in no time. It took them nearly half an hour to reach the lowest levels, which were out of bounds for most staff members. Kainat could never access it when she was a regular employee, and any SpacePol Agents that were rumoured to have made it down there were never heard of again.

Kainat was astounded by what she saw; miles upon miles of conversion chamber pods which could be seen across rows. It was a massive underground city almost. SpacePol intelligence had nothing on this. The Slitheen took their human captive on a mini tour around the conversion chambers. There, Kainat could see scores of individual humans placed securely in pods filled with pink goo, slowly converting them into Slitheen. They looked as if they were asleep though well looked after.

"Fifty. In London alone, we have fifty of these conversion centres performing the Lord's Work. Worldwide, we are approaching nearly a thousand. Millions of humans have already become members of the Slitheen family. Not only is our conversion rate averaging 99.9% success rates, but we have readily found that the humans we convert have no interest in going back to former pathetic lives. Beth is an immediate example of that." The CEO explained as the Slitheen transported the chair-bound Kainat to her specially designated pod.

"Earth and its inhabitants are all going to become Slitheen. SpacePol, U.N.I.T, Torchwood - none of them will interfere because we Slitheen have already managed to take over these institutions and place them under… new management (chuckles). And you, Kainat, are going to become like our adorable Bethany here: a gigantic eight foot calcium-based predator lifeform who will hunt for the family. Kill whoever we ask you to. And most importantly, you will enjoy this service as it consumes your life, your very reason for being." The CEO concluded finally. Beth stroked Kainat's soft brown cheeks affectionately. Kainat did not like that but her wrists were confined to her prison chair and so could not mount any resistance.

"Now I think we have filled you in on the main details. Enough talking now. It's time… hang on a minute, what is all this?" The CEO had spotted two fellow siblings out of their disguises. The hunt for Kainat earlier had already climaxed. These two Slitheen should have returned back once the hunt for Kainat subsided.

"Erm, why aren't we in our disguises?"

"Err…"

"I didn't know the hunt was finished…"

"No excuses! Back into your skins! Back to work! We have standards to maintain - what if the Juddon suddenly turned up and spotted you naked?… idiots". Those Slitheen left the scene shortly thereafter and then some more Slitheen arrived, this time some of them were back in their disguises whilst others were in their nude states.

"Place her inside a pod and have her assimilated into the Slitheen family at once." commanded the head of the London branch of Slitheen Inc politely to some of his family members. They silently nodded their heads in affirmation and began to work on their target.

Kainat screamed violently as she was forcefully stripped completely naked by these intrusive aliens. She could not overpower these gigantic creatures, and they placed her inside a see-through pod chamber in no time. It was large and spacious inside. They ensured that a large plug suction tube went inside of her cute little bum. Her entire body up to her neck was filled with pink goo that also contained within it long tentacle cables that automatically wrapped the pod host into position and kept their posture steady, restraining her movements. A large disk firmly ensconced itself onto her small head. She could only see a few things going on outside as a result.

"What the hell?! Oh my god, help! HELP!" she screamed in desperate futility. But no one was coming to save Kainat. Outside the pod chamber, the Slitheen hiding inside the human skin of the CEO smiled at the latest acquisition to the family, alongside Beth. She was only too delighted that Kainat was to become like her in every sense. Slowly, inside the pod, Kainat felt something pump into her buttocks. It began slowly and softly but steadily began to build momentum and intensity.

"Ooooooooh-oooooh…ooh….oooooh" moaned Kainat. It certainly felt good to her. Simultaneously, her entire DNA and brain was being re-written by the device attached to her head. It was a painless procedure actually. But an unalterable one. Stuck alone inside the pod chamber, over the next several months, Kainat's physiology drastically changed. From human to Slitheen. The pod settings adjusted automatically as it self-monitored its human host's micro and macro-scale changes.

With each pump of something foreign into her human body, Kainat Nafees automatically increased in height, slowly pushing up to eight feet, and more pink goo flooded the pod to keep pace with her new neck sizes, with some of her feminine features, notably her breasts and buttocks, noticeably enhanced. Meanwhile her weight increased; within minutes she gained an enormous oversized belly.

Her skin tone metamorphosed radically from light golden brown to dark green. The jet black hair gradually disappeared and the head of the female transformed along with her neck. Kainat was now bald, with an elongated neck sported by neatly-arrayed razor sharp teeth and huge droopy black eyes, though she could not see herself just yet. Her arms elongated and her fingers were replaced by three razor sharp claws.

The Slitheen had cleverly engineered this process to perfection: the human victim was not harmed at all but could still be made to feel and be aware of all the changes that he/she underwent. Kainat was the latest acquisition of the family. Slitheenhood now inevitably beckoned for this human female…

(Several Months Later)

The Slitheen family kept a firm watch over their convert prizes safely stored and self-monitored by the advanced conversion chamber pods. The actual process of converting humans into Slitheen only took a few days of being inside the pod chamber. It did however require months of 'open sleep' inside of it wherein the human in such a relaxed stationary would be aware of everything happening to its body but unable to move or respond to any external stimuli. The extra time spent helped the conversion process run smoother, so that the converted became used to their new bodies long before they were released back out into the world.

At the end of the conversion process, the thick pinkish liquid goo inside the pod increased in volume, stretching above the head of the human and filling the entire chamber. A few pockets of oxygen were carefully made available so that the new Slitheen member would not drown. Then the goo hardened everywhere to form a thick outer crust. A humongous brown egg formed, in other words. Ready to hatch at any moment.

Some Slitheen members overseeing the conversation, observing this natural change, came by and lifted the newly formed egg out of the pod. They placed Kainat alongside other eggs carrying new members of the family elsewhere in the same building.

(Days later…)

A few days later, the egg that held Kainat Nafees captive temporarily demonstrated signs of activity, signs of life with deep cracks starting to form. Kainat was waking up from her long months of inactivity and open slumber. She was now ready to hatch. But the Slitheen egg was massive and the outer shell too strong to be broken by her feeble self. No matter, for the egg would automatically expunge its host from it. Automatically, large tentacle wires that were already present in the pink goo prior to its hardening began to pull back the body of the new Slitheen, ready to evict her at any moment's notice.

Inevitably, the time came soon enough. Kainat's body violently ejaculated out from the cocoon shell and landed heavily three feet away on her head across the room with a loud thud to accompany it.

"Oooooooh-oh my head!…." Kainat cursed her rebirth as she came to her senses. She gasped and grunted as she got to her feet…her slitheen feet. The new convert noticed instantly that she was much taller than before.

"Oh my God…" Kainat looked around to see mirrors conveniently installed everywhere in this exceptionally bright room. For the first time since being placed inside the pod, she could see herself. Kainat Nafees was no longer human. She was a Slitheen. An eight foot tall dark green calcium-based predator. She intensely examined her razor sharp claws that she knew were going to be exceptionally useful in hunting. Immediately, she felt exceptionally powerfully, ready to dominate someone.

"Oh…" Kainat began stroking her large pot belly. It felt good as her newly formed body was exceptionally responsive to any touch. Kainat nonetheless saw herself as an impressive specimen. She realised the physical changes. Presumably a side effect of the conversion process, Kainat felt capricious. She alternated between feeling depressed, to being surprised, to being genuinely happy to then wishing to hunt someone down and hack them to a violent death. Then she started to sniff the airwaves instinctively.

"Mmm, I can smell a Michelin five star restaurant five miles away from here… incredible. Beth did say the Slitheen have the best nostrils.". Kainat Slitheen began to stretch her muscles and move her green behind suggestively.

"Damn, I'm a sexy Slitheen!" she admitted to herself aloud before cautioning herself. She turned around to see hundreds of eggs waiting to hatch.

"These must be my brothers and sisters yet to be born… magnificent." Kainat said, as she admired that she would have hundreds of siblings looking out for her at all times. She was going to be part of a family that actually cared about each individual member. Kainat at that moment felt blessed and important.

A Slitheen male then arrived to receive the new convert. He looked no different to his female counterpart except that he lacked the more feminine breasts and his deep masculine voice betrayed the immediate splitting image he shared with his female counterpart.

"How do you feel, Kainat Nafees? Congratulations on your successful conversion. Welcome to our glorious family. We cannot wait to receive you." he said warmly upon his arrival. Kainat certainly did not feel threatened by the appearance of another Slitheen. The Slitheen did say that they were to assimilate her into their family and that no harm was to come to her. They had actually fulfilled that promise, true were they to their word.

"Erm, thanks. Who are you?" Kainat asked innocently. Subconsciously, she decided to sniff her counterpart as if to discover the identity of this individual. He definitely smelled like a Slitheen, his hormones and scent were far too strong to be dismissed.

"Pedro Rodriguez Diaz Los Santos Eco Slitheen at your service." he said courteously, bowing his head like a gentleman. Kainat blushed at the etiquette being shown to her. It further allayed any lingering latent fears she might have had about her new species.

"Erm…" she began, unsure of how to address her fellow Slitheen.

"Just call me Pedro, dear. A brother from another mother. I've been set to fetch you." he explained, used to people not knowing how to address him initially.

"Where's Christina?" blurted out the new convert. Her memories were starting to clarify. She remembered the events leading up to her conversion; infiltrating the head offices of Slitheen Inc for SpacePol alongside her best friend and colleague

"Who?" asked the male Slitheen, unsure of the name of the individual Kainat was requesting.

"Christina, she was my friend." Kainat explained. Pedro had no clue who she was talking about.

"Never heard of her around these parts. The family are spread out everywhere on this rock."

"Well, she turned out to be a Slitheen… erm, I think her proper name was Beth?" said Kainat whilst posing another question. She was hopeful that this information was possibly enough to locate Christina/Beth at once. Pedro shook his Slitheen head in negation.

"Kainat, we are in Britain; there are thousands of Slitheen who continue to hold onto that name post-conversion. Don't worry though - there is a name's directory that details every member of the family. You can access it on our computer archives later to find this Beth of yours."

"Alright." said the new Slitheen, anxious to find her old friend. She had so many questions to ask her, so many explanations to be demanded.

"Think about my name. It's so popular in my native Mexico. I don't think I would change it though. My human mother gave it to me." he said randomly.

"Anything else, Kainat?"

"No."

"Right, please follow me." The Pedro Slitheen began to walk towards the exit of the Hatching Chamber. Kainat followed slavishly, still feeling some weakness after the conversion process, presumably due to the months of inactivity that rendered some muscles debilitated and in need of protein and exercise.

"Where are we going, Pedro?" asked Kainat as the duo began walking down some dark-green lit tunnels.

"Where you need to be. This way." he responded cryptically. Eventually, Kainat found herself walking nearly a mile with her Slitheen sibling. She correctly assumed that she was still underground beneath the main offices of Slitheen Inc. At the appropriate destination, a dark room filled with little light, there were bright spotlights of green circles spaced two metres apart.

"Stand here please." Pedro wanted Kainat to stand on one of them.

"Oh, before I forget, let's get your neck brace attached." He pulled out a neck brace device with a tinted colour - navy blue - that Kainat had seen Christina/Beth and other Slitheen wear before. Pedro was also wearing it, and nobody seemed to take it off. She thus surmised that it was very important for all Slitheen.

"What's this for?" she naturally enquired, seeking to understand the inner workings of the Slitheen.

"It has plenty of functions; emergency teleport, keeping you linked to the other family members. But its main function is to assist with the gas exchange compression. So when you enter a human disguise, it will enable you to shrink your body and wear it although the gas exchange varies according to your own weighting and that of your victims. So if you want a smooth experience, watch what you eat…right, hopefully that's attached nicely." Pedro ensured that the neck brace fitted tightly onto the new convert without causing her any undue pain.

"Thank you." Kainat said, grateful for the assistance. She tugged at her brace to make sure that there were no problems. There were none.

"Now what, Pedro?"

"Nothing. Just stay there for a moment. Don't move." Pedro exited the circle. Immediately, a large circle of light beams formed around the Slitheen female. Kainat was in effect a prisoner.

"Hey, what are you doing? Stop this! Let me go!" she protested angrily at her imprisonment. Everytime she tried to push back the light beam bars around her, they simply zapped her back into the centre. She was trapped. Pedro Slitheen bizarrely cackled loudly and left the scene.

"Pedro, where are you going?! Don't leave me here!" screamed the new convert prisoner of the Slitheen. But that was the last time she would ever see Pedro again. After a while, realising that she was alone, Kainat sat cross-legged on the floor and began sobbing uncontrollably for hours. She had never felt this lonely before. More crucially, Kainat had been an orphan since childhood; she had never known a family prior to the one she was forcibly converted into. Now she felt abandoned, neglected, abused even. The Slitheen appeared to be treacherous now in her eyes.

Over the next few days, she saw other new converts being led by someone like Pedro into similar circles of imprisonment. Very soon, the entire room was laden with new convert prisoners. Food aid was intermittently dropped from hatches in the ceiling onto their unsuspecting heads to keep them alive a while longer. It was absolutely humiliating. Then about an entire week after that, other Slitheens arrived. Lacking imprisonment, they moved the imprisoned Slitheen to another location, this time a well-lit warehouse setting. Parties of Slitheen were arriving en masse. It looked like there was a fair going to take place here. Slitheen event organisers came by the imprisoned Slitheen and slapped on pre-determined price tags. Kainat and her fellow imprisoned siblings then realised eventually; this was a slave market. The newly-converted Slitheen were up for sale.

"Hear, hear! The day of trading begins. Honourable Slitheen families. Brothers and Sisters! Come now and spend your hard earned money on purchasing the latest converts to the family!" bellowed a Slitheen merchant who was managing the Slitheen slaves for the day. He continued to shout out that same notice repetitively throughout the day as scores of Slitheen businessmen/women, merchants, traders and the like were hooked into auction bidding wars that often turned violent on the spot. Soon enough, new converts were being sold left, right and centre after an agreed-upon price was struck. They were immediately released from their prison pods and placed with their new owners.

Kainat found her prison pod moved around constantly as the day's trading fluctuated. One time, she found herself being placed into another pod alongside another Slitheen female. It was lying down, facing away from the crowds and from Kainat. The new arrival into this pod assumed that her sister was asleep or something. Kainat did not want to disturb her so she sat down facing opposite and closed her eyes as if to meditate and abstract herself from this pitiful condition. Suddenly, a noise was heard.

"Pssssst!" it whispered loudly to get Kainat's attention.

"Yeah?" Kainat looked over her shoulder and responded warmly to the Slitheen sister who was obviously not asleep and had turned her entire body to come to sit next to Kainat.

"Are you new to the family?" the other Slitheen asked, making itself comfortable.

"Yeah, I am."

"I'm Saba. Saba Idrees. Nice to meet you." Saba stretched out a claw of friendship.

"Kainat Nafees. A pleasure." Kainat warmly shook it with a claw of her own. Friendship accepted.

"Oh thank God I've found someone like you. None of the others want to talk. They feel dejected." Saba moaned. She had been deprived of social contact for days. None of the other converts were willing to talk, traumatised as they were by their sudden captivity.

"I don't blame them. We have become slaves! I cannot believe that we have been made into aliens and then put onto a market like a commodity to be bought by someone else whimsically." Kainat lamented her new social status. She never experienced this as a human, thankfully.

"Oh, you don't know?" Saba intimated.

"Know what?"

"Oh you really don't know?"

"Know what, Saba?!"

"Well, we are technically 'slaves' at the moment, being imprisoned, bartered away and all, but there is a reason for this. When I agreed to join the family and become converted, my Slitheen handler, his name was Chris - lovely bloke who allayed all fears I had about becoming a Slitheen - told me what was going to happen in advance. The conversion chamber pods, the hatching and yes, becoming a 'slave' and being sold to another Slitheen. It's all part of their filtering and sorting process that they have perfected. Today is market day and Slitheen with money to burn flood this place to buy up new members. Actually, they are purchasing our freedom. We then become assimilated into a clan and start out our Slitheen lives there properly." Saba explained immaculately. Kainat was astonished to hear these details. But it actually started to make sense.

"So we are not 'slaves' when we leave here then? This is just akin to us being sorted out into different clans within the family?" Kainat asked, seeking a double-confirmation of the experience she was undergoing. It made sense. Logical, even.

"Precisely. It's to make sure that everyone starts off somewhere decent within the family. The family is one but there are thousands of clans led by a Patriarch or Matriarch which we will be allocated into. Not as 'slaves' though. Slitheen abhor perpetual slavery because, apparently, they were once enslaved by another alien species at some point in their long histories. Not only did they rebel against their enslavement en masse and butchered their Slave Masters mercilessly, but they also vowed that the family would never enslave anyone else even if a profit could be made for the family from such labour. The emphasis is on 'perpetual' slavery, mind you. The Slitheen have no issues with slavery being a temporary state like the ones we find ourselves in. It's supposed to be transitory.

Once bought, we are by family code and by Slitheen Law equals to our buyer legally and socially but we must perform a few years of free service to the clan as a token of gratitude. Then we are left free to make our own mature decisions. Slitheen also cannot enslave fellow Slitheen after this initial enslavement that we are all forced to undergo as converts. It is forbidden. Anyone buying us today will be rich by default. We will be in good claws, I was told." Saba continued at full pace, impressively detailing a lot of information that she already knew in advance about the assimilation process. Kainat, feeling dumbfounded, looked around, now hoping she would actually be purchased ASAP. Saba continued her speech regardless of Kainat's attention span drifting.

"I was working in U.N.I.T for a few months. Then I realised something was off. People disappearing suspiciously. Food going off in the cafeteria. Farting culture normalised. I did some snooping around and got caught. My superior officer turned out to be a humongous green alien! They hunted me down and were about to kill me when they cornered me into a room. But…"

"But?"

"I don't know, actually. They did not kill me. Instead they took me in for conversion. No explanation as to why. The Slitheen explained what was going to happen to me. Said it would be the greatest thing ever. I was not really in a position to negotiate. So I accepted almost fatalistically-like my 'destiny' as Chris put it." Saba concluded her conversion story. A moment of silence between the two occured; both reflecting on the events that led to their conversions. They were actually not that dissimilar.

"And you, Kainat? How did you become a Slitheen?" enquired Saba, wanting to know all the details that led up this moment.

"Oh, that's a long story…"

"Well, we aren't exactly going anywhere soon!" Saba said jokingly. The two Slitheen convert siblings laughed amongst themselves. It was a pleasant break from the otherwise bizarre situation they found themselves in. Kainat and Saba spent the next hour striking up a warm friendship, reminiscing on their human memories and wondering what the uncertain future lay ahead for them. After several hours of forced standing, a clan of Slitheen came around and finally, someone took a liking to Kainat. This was the Mahmood Slitheen clan led by their patriarch Zeeshan Mahmood Eco Earth Slitheen. He was not physically present today. In fact, this party of buyers was led by a strong female lead standing in on his behalf.

"Right, we ain't here for too long. Let us grab a new convert and then leave promptly." she said in an exceptionally thick London cockney accent. This party of Slitheen folk began to examine Kainat and nearby Slitheen converts, looking at their physical qualities and talking to them to quickly assess their suitability in real time.

"Hey, what about this?" said a male Slitheen member of this group looking at the pitiful Kainat Slitheen standing laboursly. She was actually tired. It had been a long day. The male Slitheen unhesitatingly began sniffing Kainat exclusively, overlooking Saba right next to her.

"Female. She's young… Zeeshan did say to me this morning that he wanted someone young…" the Slitheen said openly. It appeared that Kainat was the individual this clan was seeking to purchase and incorporate into their business operations. It made her both immediately happy and sad. Happy that she would most likely be purchased and placed into a family clan at last. Sad because they did not seem to be greatly interested in her fellow captive, Saba. In fact, it was only Kainat who would be leaving today.

"I say we will take her then. Her pricing, we should be able to knock down for a bargain." said the female representative lead of the Mahmood Clan of Slitheen purchasing on behalf of the absent Patriarch who was summoned elsewhere on business-related matters. The party of the Slitheen sought out the seller managing these pods of captive Slitheen.

"What about that woman?" asked another Slitheen amongst this party, pointing a claw at Saba.

"We only need one… How much does this one cost?" she asked, pointing her claws solely at Kainat and excluding Saba.

"She's freshly converted. And a former SpacePol Agent. One thousand credits." the Slitheen seller said firmly with a creepy voice.

"A thousand?! How about I give you 500 credits? Let's meet halfway." The cockney accent was so strong, it sounded ready for a verbal haggle.

"700 credits."

"450 credits."

"550."

"475. Last offer."

"530."

Kainat watched as the Slitheen family bartered over her value. She felt like a helpless commodity. Eventually, a price was agreed. The cockney-sounding Slitheen lead managed to purchase Kainat for the clan for a meagre fee fetching around 400 credits. The Mahmood Clan were overjoyed by purchasing a new member for such a low fee. The seller was not quite adept at having to negotiate hard usually. He cursed his poor luck as he watched Kainat become free of her temporary confines and whisked away by her Clan.

"Hear, hear! Kainat Nafees Eco Earth Slitheen has been sold to the Mahmood Clan of the Eco Earth Slitheen!" an announcer nearby thundered his voice to announce that yet another Slitheen had found a place within the family. The Mahmood Clan then sought to exit the scene at once. Time meant money as always to Slitheen. Saba looked on sadly as Kainat kept her head turned back to maintain eye contact with her Slitheen sister. Would they ever see each other again? Soon, both were out of the sight of one another. Kainat meanwhile was heading into a new future now with the Mahmood Clan.

She was escorted out with the large party to an underground car park. There were large black vans already waiting for her entourage. She was stuffed into one of them alongside the Clan representative and some other members.

"Step on it, Stephane. We are late. I hope our Patriarch is not in a bad mood tonight. I hate it when he screams. I mean, it turns me on but it can be ever so annoying sometimes" said the female leader in a hurried tone. The van began to get moving.

"Yeah, hopefully Zeeshan will show mercy and won't claw any of us down on the spot sadistically." said Pyotr Medvedev-Mahmood Slitheen sarcastically. He did not seem impressed by his Patriarch enough to accord him undue respect.

"Watch your tongue!" bellowed the lead female angrily at her interlocutor.

"Sorry Ma'am." Pyotr said submissively. He returned himself to a passive, silent state. Kainat meanwhile decided this was an appropriate moment to try and get herself heard.

"Excuse me, who is this Zeeshan you are referring to?"

"Oh, our gift finally speaks up at long last. Hi there. I'm Madeline. Madeline Waitrose Eco Earth Mahmood-Slitheen. Call me Maddy, though; I hate all the formal crap. I'm the representative and Chief Whip of the Mahmood Clan. My job is to make sure every member of our glorious Clan is kept in line .This is our brother, Pyotr, the Russian Slitheen amongst us, and driving us this evening is Stephane, formerly from Paris."

"And you're all converts?"

"Yes, we were converts. But we've been part of the family for so long now that we've naturalised. Assimilated into it. We have learned to enjoy our Slitheen existence to the max." Maddy clarified. The other Slitheen sitting in the van chuckled amongst themselves. They all sounded really friendly and like a proper family. Kainat did not feel as if she was the odd one out.

"It's brilliant, Slitheen life, trust me. It might be a bit strange at first, becoming an eight foot calcium-based predator but you'll get the hang of it.". The van continued at high speed towards their desired destination.

"Erm, so where are we going now, Maddy?" the latest member of the Mahmood Clan asked innocently. The van bumbled at times as the tyres rode over some speed bumps on the way back to their mansion.

"You're in luck. Tonight we are celebrating the latest achievements of our Clan collectively at our family mansion in West London. The rest of our Clan come from all over the world. We are proud to claim that we are the most forward thinking and inclusive members of the family.".

"Me? But that was a slave market back there?! You just bought me for a price." Kainat replied, trying to sound flabbergasted. Saba had already told her what this was all about.

"Oh yes. All converted Slitheen are placed on the market for sale. It's how you come to be assigned to a specific family clan. Actually, we did not exactly intend to buty you before we saw you. You are our present for our boss, to celebrate his achievements. Lucky you, Kainat. You are now officially a Mahmood Slitheen. Rejoice in it!" Maddy Slitheen stated, confirming what Saba had been saying all along and finally allaying every lingering doubt Kainat had about her new Slitheen species that she was firmly and irreversibly a part of.

"The drive still has a long way to go yet. We need to pass the time." Pyotr said.

"Hey Stephane, tell our new sister a story from that crazy, dangerous life that you often live when you are not living with us. How about that time when you infiltrated the Zygons in Paris? That one always gets me!" Maddy squealed into raucous laughter.

"Well, it was a long time ago now. Basically…" Stephane began narrating a long narrative that was obviously fanciful in some accounts. But it kept the Mahmood Slitheen thoroughly entertained for the trip and before they knew it, the Slitheen had returned safe and sound to their massive twenty-four bedroom mansion house in Kensington.

"Welcome back to Mahmood Manor." said a Slitheen member disguised as a security guard outside and controlling the security gates that allowed the convoy of vans to enter the compound effortlessly. It was raining heavily this evening. Kainat and her entourage hurriedly entered the manor without delay. Inside, the newest member of the clan saw plenty of other brothers and sisters. It was a luxurious palace, really. Massive rooms, large portrait paintings of famous Slitheen, open display collections of human antiquities. There was even a swimming pool outside that some clan members were occupying and playing inside of. The Mahmood Clan was one of the richest Slitheen branches in Britain, possessing billions of pounds. They held immense power, influence and prestige amongst other respected clans. And now Kainat had joined these winners. Coming into the grand main hall, Kainat met her new family.

"Hey, hey! It looks like we have a new family member!" shouted one of them. It made Kainat blush. Soon enough, they all came to where Kainat was standing, happy to see a new addition to the clan and by extension, to the family. A prominent Slitheen female from amongst the crowd stepped forwards

"Hello there. Welcome to the Mahmood Clan. I'm Christina." the woman introduced herself to Kainat with a posh English accent. The new convert's eyes suddenly lit up. Was this Christina Jones, her old human friend? No, Beth Slitheen killed that human, right? Christina Jones was dead. Kainat's droopy black eyes began tearing up as she remembered that fact. This was sadly another Christina.

"Christina Longden. Also known as Lady Longden. I am the first wife of Zeeshan Mahmood and de facto Matriarch of this Clan." said the Slitheen woman proudly with authority. Another Slitheen woman then emerged from the crowd, sporting a noticeable pink neck brace.

"This is Emily Brown, the second wife of Zeeshan Mahmood. Also known as Lady Brown." Christian further introduced Kainat to another extremely important member of the Clan.

The second wife of the Patriarch merely stared at the newbie, not saying hello or anything. It felt awkward but Lady Longden did not say anything either so Kainat assumed that this was normal behaviour. After that, Slitheen children came running down the stairs, excited to meet their new sister. She was overwhelmed by the arm treatment she was receiving despite not having even accomplished anything as a Slitheen yet.

"Introduce yourself to my children and your siblings, young lady." Christina demanded of the newbie. There were about twelve of them, all midget Slitheen that did not appear above her green belly.

"Erm, hi everyone. I-I'm Kai-Kainat." stuttered the convert.

"You'll have to do a little better than that, dear. The Mahmood Clan expects only the highest standards from its members. Come on! Put some passion into your voice!"

"My name is Kainat Nafees Eco Earth Mahmood Slitheen at your service." she repeated, this time more confidently, bowing her head gracefully demonstrating etiquette and sound manners. It made everyone present happy.

"Now that is much better. Everybody, please make Kainat at home. She must have been traumatised by what she has experienced. Take her outside and into the pool… Wait, Kainat, before you go off, there is something you should be aware of." Christina announced without warning."

"What is it, Christina?"

"The Slitheen family generally abhor human civilization for its primitive nature and restrictive rules. Slitheen life has very few rules outside obeying the family code and general Slitheen Law determined and updated each year by the senior family heads. So do what you like within these parameters. That said, we have adopted a few good customs from humans. Slitheen on this planet are all subjected to a strict no drinking rule. Drunkard Slitheen are automatically hunted down on the spot. Lack of discipline affects the efficacy of the family business plans. So strictly not allowed, I'm sorry if you used to drink as a human." Christina apologised, still demonstrating how strong her previous British human culture still had a hold on her mannerism even as a Slitheen woman.

"That's okay, I never used to drink whilst I was human anyways." Kainat clarified to her new 'mother'. Indeed, she had never been tempted to drink booze. And it bode her well as a human, and now as a Slitheen.

"Oh, excellent. Even better. A natural fit then. The other habits we have adopted, I cannot be bothered delineating them in full. I guess it would be better that you just go with the flow and pick it like the natural you are."

"Sure."

"Charlotte! Farhad! Take my newest daughter out to the pool and give her company for a while." commanded the de facto Matriarch. Kainat was taken outside by the pool where she interacted with her new siblings and began to learn more about the Mahmood Clan. She even dived in for a swim at one point, indicating her levels of comfort. After twenty minutes, Christina and Emily became anxious. The former was strutting up and down in the main hall.

"I'm sure he's fine. We would know if something has happened to him." Emily tried to reassure the first wife.

"Where is the Boss?" Christina asked a Slitheen technical operator sitting near the fireplace.

"Coming in three…two…one…". Said a Slitheen teenager monitoring a computer screen tracking the whereabouts of all Slitheen on earth. A bright zap occurred in the room. Zeeshan Mahmood Slitheen had finally arrived back home after a long business trip on the other side of the world. He was in his disguise as the British Home Secretary, the pale-skinned MP Samuel Mathews. Earlier today, he had successfully had his motion on opening up Britain's borders to all immigration without restrictions. All the other Slitheen MPs in parliament collectively agreed to back Zeeshan's proposals and reverse the racist, xenophobic policies enacted by white humans in this country to keep out non-white humans. After successfully making his proposal law, Zeeshan then attended some business family matters on some undisclosed location on the far side of the planet for most of the day, returning now to his mansion and family.

"Evening, my brothers and sisters." he gladly greeted his family clan. It was so good to see his brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and latest additions to his clan. The source of his strength. Zeeshan Mahmood Slitheen was the alpha Slitheen in this clan and that is why he was leading it. He had murdered his way to the top a year ago, ruthlessly eliminating his brothers and uncles in a power grab that shocked many. Nonetheless, he solidified his grip on power by marrying two prominent females, the beautiful Ladies Longden and Brown Slitheen. He had plenty of children with them, and expanded the clan's business operations. Keeping everyone happy by raking in billion pound business plans that he headed himself. The Mahmood Clan soon came to become the most dominant faction controlling Britain, and extended its claws to extend its influence globally. Zeeshan only recruited the best, and he had few qualms in bringing in Slitheen from outside of these Isles and intermarrying them with his offspring, to better extend his power outreach and dominance.

"Good evening, Zeeshan." they all responded warmly in unison, happy to see their Patriarch and leader back where he belonged - at home with his family. Emily watched on from a distance as her husband made himself at home.

"Em, I hope you have been a good girl whilst I've been away?" the Patriarch asked of his second wife suggestively.

"No dear, just eagerly anticipating your arrival like everyone else. We have missed you so much." she revealed and spoke on everyone's behalf.

"Isn't that always the case when I am gone from you lot?" Zeeshan rhetorically asked, injecting humour and charisma into his speech. His Clan accordingly laughed with him at that witty remark. Pyotr was the next to speak up.

"Congratulations on undoing Priti Patel's racist and xenophobic Immigration policies that have blighted this country for years. The family has also pressed all the other governments that we currently control to do the same, I hear?" said Pyotr sincerely. He always sought Zeeshan's approval in everything he did. Otherwise, he felt inferior. Incomplete.

"Thanks Pyotr. Yes, the family has managed to ensure that every government adopts open border policies. More migration means more converts for the family. And we can tackle racism, xenophobia and crass nationalism in this way more effectively, helping to bring peace and quiet to this God-forsaken rock!" Zeeshan explained with a sigh. Clearing up the mess left by humans was a big effort.

"Ah Christina!" The disguised husband and naked wife hugged one another affectionately once he spotted her unforgettable smile.

"I missed you so much, Zeeshan!" Christina openly displayed her love for her significant other by rubbing her Slitheen face into his human skin's visage. It was adorable to observe. Emily meanwhile displayed no emotions compared to the rest of the Slitheen present.

"Oh, I see we have a new arrival. Is this a gift on my behalf, Maddy?" Zeeshan asked, fixing his attention on Kainat Nafees.

"Yes, this is Kainat Nafees. We purchased her today for you." Maddy revealed.

"Welcome, Kainat. You will find my Clan to be the best thing you will ever experience. We will make sure you are well looked after here." he said reassuringly.

"Now, if you will all pardon me, I need to exit this silly suit; it's been chafing me ever since I got inside it for this morning's business. I need to be naked!" moaned Zeeshan before he peeled back his forehead zip to relieve himself. Quickly, he exited his human disguise which naturally flopped to the floor. Maddy picked it up without being told to do so and placed it on a conveniently placed rack alongside other used skin suits.

"Alright, let's have some family funtime. Who's up for a game of Twister?" he asked loudly before mixing in with his Clan members. After two hours of fun and games that inducted Kainat into family rituals and customs, Zeeshan Mahmood suddenly halted the proceedings and called for an impromptu family meeting. All the Mahmood Slitheen, including the children, huddled around in a tight circle in the main hall.

"Okay, gather around everybody. I have some bad news unfortunately. I wasn't really away on a business trip as such. I was actually meeting with the senior family heads in space. Top secret. I could not tell you in advance.".

"What's the matter?" asked Lady Longden sitting closest to Zeeshan on his right side, sounding concerned. Suddenly, the jovial atmosphere that characterised the Mahmood Manor radically switched to one of silence and anxiety. What did the Patriarch have to reveal?

"Planet Earth faces numerous alien threats. The Slitheen family is concerned like I've never seen it before. Our greatest enemies have discovered that the Slitheen are on Earth and making it their own planet. They desire to stop our magnificent plan to convert and transform this rock into a planet fit for Slitheen exclusively. Judoon, Blathereen, Cybermen - they all know. But the largest threat is already here on this rock. The Mitodorians have managed to penetrate Earth's defences." revealed Zeeshan ominously. The mere mention of that name raised eyelids. Kainat had heard that name before too. The Beth Slitheen once mentioned that alien species to her before. Apparently, Christina Jones, Kainat's fellow SpacePol Agent, had been collaborating with the Mitodorians. Had that Slitheen been telling the truth all along this whole time? Was Christina Jones truly a spy selling out humanity for a few quid? Were the Slitheen correct to murder her after all?

"We all know that the Mitodorains mean trouble. Imperial-Colonialists. Genocidal maniacs. They tried to commit genocide against us years ago which is why we have ended up on this rock. And now it seems they have discovered our location and are here to finish the job. There's a reason why the family has not managed to infiltrate one of the most prominent nations on this rock; the Chinese authorities have been working with this accursed species, that's why!" Zeeshan exclaimed angrily. The Slitheen family had been trying for years to enter China, and despite acquiring a small foothold, it paled in significance compared to Slitheen dominance achieved everywhere else on this rock.

"I should stress that our enemies here are the Chinese government. Not the noble Chinese people who yearn to become Slitheen like ourselves! So likewise, always bear in mind this distinction. It would mean the destruction of both the Slitheen family and humanity, a Chinese-Mitodorian alliance. And we do not know the extent of how deep this collaboration runs and which humans are specifically involved. The family has just called me and there is a big operation tonight, involving different targets and priorities. We all need to be on our way now. Funtime has to stop for a while, my children." the Patriarch explained like a proper father to his confused seated children, shifting his long right forearm to cover some of them with a reassuring tight, warm embrace. One by one, the Patriarch dismissed them from his presence. They would not be participating in tonight's errands; that was the responsibility of all the adults present in the main hall. Including Kainat Nafees.

"Madeline, Pyotr, Stephane - you'll be coming with me. The rest of you, find a partner and get to the spaceship orbiting the moon. You will be hunting down Mitodorians alongside other Slitheen clans. This is an intra-family activity that demands the utmost unity and fraternity amongst us Slitheen - what better way than to maul our opposition together on a family hunt?! You will need to go back to your human skins and occupations after that. Do not come back to this Manor until tomorrow evening. Clear?... Right, I need two ladies to kindly volunteer for a skin acquisition mission as well. Any takers?" asked the Patriarch, hoping that he wouldn't have to force anyone to go against their own will. Slitheen prided themselves on self-volunteering for family activities.

"I'll go, dear." suddenly spoke up Emily Brown, one of Zeeshan's wives. She seemed a little too eager which was strange as she had been largely silent all evening.

"You don't have to, Em. There will be plenty of other takers."

"No, I'll go. I haven't been on a family mission for a while and I am starting to feel a bit too guilty that I am not contributing to the prosperity of the Slitheen. I insist that I will go."

"Very well, my dear second wife, you will be partnering up… with a new sister - Kainat Nafees. Kainat, my lovely Em will ensure that your hunt will be spectacular tonight." chuckled Zeeshan loudly. This promised to be an explosive mix!

"Alright, everybody knows what they are doing?"

"Yes!" cried out the family members present.

"For the family, and for the Earth." said the Clan Patriarch solemnly. Suddenly all the Slitheen teleported out of the mansion to where they needed to be. Only Emily and Kainat remained alone together.

"Let's head upstairs. My 'darling' husband kindly leaves us the briefing notes to explain skin acquisition missions. Best make haste.". The two Slitheen shifted their enormous bodies and promptly headed upstairs. Entering the Patriarch's bedroom, they spotted a bunch of papers with photographs of two Chinese females, Jackie Chang and Xi Lang. According to the intelligence acquired by the family, these women were low-ranking members of the Chinese Communist Party. They were known to be collaborating with the Mitodorians, and so their skins needed to be inhabited by the Slitheen as part of a mass-scale infiltration attempt of Chinese politics. Jackie and Xi were tall and they both had prominent chests. The intelligence report indicated that the Slitheen had been dosing their food consumption with specially-crafted fatteners to prepare them for a future slaughter. The time for slaughter was now.

"Okay, so we are to attend a fancy private ball somewhere in Beijing - oh fancy… it appears that the Chinese President will be there… mingle with the guests, find out everything possible blah blah blah… two human females identified for skinning… stay for the Party's speech announcement. Then leave when convenient." Emily finished reading out the pre-planned script that had all of the information they required to successfully carry out this special operation.

"Our informant there is Wei Ling. He will assist in luring our prey into a trap for us. Nice." Emily said to herself, not caring if Kainat would understand.

"We're going to China?"

"Yes, in a moment. How much do you love killing?" Emily asked bluntly.

"What?" Kainat was taken aback at the question.

"I said, how much do you love killing?" Emily repeated herself, again sounding very casual.

"Erm…I haven't done anything like that." Though she had been a SpacePol Agent and licensed to carry a firearm, she never actually ever utilised it whilst a human. Now, she was being tasked with murder as her daily routine, almost.

"I guess you haven't done much of it before. Don't worry, I was like you, starting off with a perfect record. You soon let your inhibitions go. One kill. That's all it takes. Everything else becomes insignificant after that." Emily said coldly to her new, inexperienced , she raised up her claws to her chest to indicate to Kainat how the Slitheen murdered their targets.

"So are we hunting tonight?"

"Absolutely. Two beautiful Chinese women. Members of the Chinese Communist Party. Mmm, I love targeting high-value human targets. Makes the anticipation all the more thrilling! They look big enough for us, I hope? I haven't tried out Chinese skin before. Anyways, we will be hunting them and then skinning them. Turn them into skin suits, into Slitheen private property." said Emily coldly once more.

"Erm, so how does it work?" Kainat began to wonder how the Slitheen turned their victims into skin suits. One thing was already clear regardless; however the Slitheen made skin suits, they were of paramount importance to the family business plans. Inside Zeeshan's bedroom, which Emily also slept inside, there was an open wardrobe that revealed its contents openly to an onlooker. Scores of human skins were stashed inside there, albeit messily piled over one another.

"Oh, you mean the skinning? Well, first we have to stalk our prey. Luckily, they are going to be in a tightly monitored location this evening. Then, after some incredible teasing, we will hunt them down and hear them whimper and cower in fear, begging on their knees in front of us awesome Slitheen giants! After that, we will gloriously slash them to the ground and peel back their skins so we can fit our large bodies inside of their dead skins, which automatically become the shared property of the family. Oh, doesn't that just excite you, Kainat?!" Emily said wildly, drooling saliva from her mouth like an animal. She was eager to hunt tonight indeed.

"You appear to relish the 'hunt'." Kainat simply said in response.

"Certainly. It helps to purify the blood. Keep the family on top of the food chain. It's hunt or be hunted, babe."

"And you don't feel any guilt?" Kainat asked innocently.

"Look around - we are the galaxy's alpha predators. We wouldn't be Slitheen if we didn't hunt. We are only killing in self-defence anyways. You will realise that the Slitheen family are doing an immense service for this rock. Protecting it from invaders and evil foreigners who coldly mean it and its inhabitants harm. Our targets tonight have already made their choice to side with the Slitheen family have made it their duty to butcher those threats. And if there is anything we definitely cannot stand, it is arrogant bullies picking on humans because they just happen to be low Level Two civilised bipeds." remarked Emily, trying to portray Slitheen activity as noble, as if altruistically serving a higher purpose.

"But these are humans? Natives to this Planet, aren't they?" quiered Kainat. It looked as if she was looking for an excuse not to kill. Very un-Slitheen-like.

"Traitors. Collaborators with that accursed species - the Mitodorians. Our job is to acquire the skins of these compromised humans for the family before we come back here And we will." promised the Slitheen woman solemnly. Near the papers were collected samples of the scents of Jackie Chang and Xi Lang. The Slitheen sniffed them to get a sense of the prey they would be hunting this evening.

"Why though? What purpose can they serve us?" wondered Kainat even more. She was looking for an excuse to spare the humans from having to suffer a painful, nasty early death. This evening's targets certainly seemed random. Nobody had heard of the names of these women, and Kainat for now did not have an understanding of how the family business operated.

"At the moment, I haven't the foggiest clue. Whatever the family asks, we are obliged to do per the family honour code. If not, a Slitheen forfeits her right to life and can be hunted down by even her own kin." Emily announced ominously, looking suspiciously at Kainat.

"I guess when you put it that way…"

"I ought to warn you: nobody in the Slitheen family gets special treatment. We are all equals. Your hunting instincts will overtake any sympathetic emotions you may feel towards your target, mark my words. Otherwise I will not hesitate to strike you down on the spot." declared Emily coldly to her troubled sister. Kainat simply shut up. It was best to remain silent.

"Alright, are we all good to teleport to our destination?"

"Sure.."

"Press the third button on the side of your neck brace. The coordinates are already set."

Kainat did as she was told and the duo were teleported to where they needed to be for this evening: Beijing, China.

(Beijing, China)

At a fancy private ball taking place somewhere exclusive in Beijing, the political centre of power in China, scores of human guests - politicians and businessmen - were pouring into the venue. Outside the security fences surrounding the large venue, there was a massive forest nearby which provided lovely camouflage for any Slitheen predators spawning under the cover of darkness.

(Zap!)

Kainat and Emily Slitheen arrived safely where they needed to be.

"Pssssssst! Ladies, over here." called out a groggy voice from behind them.

"Halt! Step out in front of us, or prepare to be slaughtered!" bellowed Lady Brown authoritatively. It was too dark to see anyone far away.

"Calm down, it's only me," said the hidden figure calmly, seeking to reduce tensions. Out from behind a tree stepped out an overweight Chinese man dressed a white tuxedo complete with a dark green bowtie. The Slitheen sniffed him out together. His scent was all they needed to know.

"Good evening, ladies. I hope your trip here was pleasant." he continued to say before unleashing a massive fart. He was a Slitheen alright.

"Wei Ling. I should have known."

"Hey, who's the rookie?" asked Wei, eyeing up Emily's companion.

"Evening Wei. This is Kainat, our newest acquisition. Kainat, this is Wei… my ex-husband."

"Ex?" Kainat blurted out her confusion openly. Wei and Emily were once a couple?

"Yeah. Until six months ago. When Wei unsuccessfully challenged Zeeshan's leadership of the clan in a failed coup. He got himself expelled indefinitely from the clan, and I had to marry the victor. Now, Wei works as a low-ranking informant for another clan whose name I have not even bothered to learn. From Riches to Rags. How appropriate for a weakling like yourself." concluded Emily condescendingly of her former husband. She had backed Wei during a family civil war that took place six months earlier, hoping to seize power and fame in one fell swoop. It failed abysmally, but Emily never stopped to blame Wei for the defeat even though she was accountable to some degree as well.

"The Nabulusi Clan. And do you really have to keep mentioning that failure to everyone you meet, Emily? Asked Wei, sounding perturbed by such embarrassing behaviour.

"Certainly. After all, since you lost, I have had to become Zeeshan's second wife as his victory spoils per Slitheen Law, and all the kids I've been forced to have with him are destined to marry his first wife's offspring! How humiliating! We had a golden opportunity to seize the leadership of the clan. But you proved to be weaker. Inferior. You are lucky that my new husband chose to exile you instead of mauling you on the spot!" screamed Emily angrily. She could not disguise her irritations. Kainat looked on silently. She felt out of place, and did not want to fan the flames even further so she did not speak up.

"Shhhhh!... You'll attract attention with that big gob of yours." Wei cautioned although absolutely understanding why his ex remained exceptionally angry with him. A silent lull came over the trio for a few moments before Wei decided to speak again.

"There's been a change of plans. Your targets are already inside. But security has tripled without notice. Perhaps the Mitodorians are keen to protect their investment, we don't know for sure. But you will not be able to hunt this evening.".

"What a waste of time this is then. Coming all this way from London and we are denied a hunt. Rubbish!" Emily bemoaned the changing of circumstances. She hadn't hunted for over a week now. Sometimes, a Slitheen could die of sadness and grief if their raging bloodlust could not be satisfied somehow.

"Not at all. You won't hunt. But you will kill. It will just have to be more…controlled. I have been sent here to help you with that. You will need to be in the kitchen for this one. Follow me.". Wei explained succinctly.

"Oh, goodie!" Emily squealed. After all, something was better than nothing. Wei led Emily and Kainat into a secret entrance that led to some wine cellars beneath the ballroom upstairs. Here, the Slitheen were to wait until Wei brought the human prey into the trap. After twenty minutes of nothing happening, Kainat voiced her boredom.

"How long is this going to take? Where are they?" Kainat began to panic. Had something gone wrong? Were they compromised? Had Wei got caught?

"Use your instincts, woman!" Emily berated her new concert sister to embrace her Slitheenhood. Kainat sniffed the air and managed to locate where Jackie Chang and Xi Lang were. The perfumes that they were wearing easily allowed the Slitheen to locate them from afar. Then Kainat's predatory instincts started to get excited. She could feel the bloodlust rushing through her veins.

"They're coming down now."

"Get ready then.".

The Slitheen ladies kept up their patience. Then they heard voices. Inside his human disguise, Wei led Jackie and Xi inside the dark empty wine cellars. Nobody else was around. Perfect cover for a slaughter.

"Erm, what are we doing here, sir?" asked Jackie. Both humans were wearing the same clothing; a smart black business outfit that did little to hide their overweight features.

"I've got a lovely surprise for you ladies! Inside this very cellar." Wei announced. It sounded suspicious to the ladies but like stupid humans they followed Wei's lead and entered it. The darkness camouflaged the Slitheen. Silently, Emily and Kainat tiptoed around to cover the entrance. The humans were now trapped.

"There is nothing here!" exclaimed Xi angrily at Wei for wasting their time. It was just a dark empty cellar.

"Oh, I always deliver. Isn't that right, Em?" he asked aloud before switching a flick to turn on a dim light. The humans turned around as they felt a heavy tap on their shoulders. Two dark green creatures stood above them. There was no escape.

"Ah, well done sisters, I'm glad you have found your way here… sorry, human girls, I wish it did not have to be this way but the family requires your skins to further our business agenda. It is nothing personal." he said casually as he moved over to where his Slitheen sisters were.

"Thanks, Wei." Emily said with gratitude.

"My pleasure. Ladies, enjoy yourselves. Try not to scream too much." he said, chuckling maniacally to himself before exiting the wine cellars and returning to the event being held upstairs. Now two humongous Slitheen adults stood in the dark room, staring intensely at their vulnerable human targets. Slowly, they advanced upon them.

"So silly traitorous humans, thought you could escape from the claws of the Slitheen did you?" Emily berated the pathetic humans for selling out humanity for a paltry sum of money. They had not realised that they were also forfeiting their lives in doing so. Emily started to growl aggressively as she allowed the bloodlust to run through her veins.

"Aliens!... No, mercy! Please!" cried out Xi Lang hopelessly, hoping for a reprieve. Kainat was moved by the defenceless human begging for mercy. Surely, the Slitheen could work out a compromise? Not when Emily was around! Without warning, Emily performed the most brutal kill imaginable; she swiftly dug her razor sharp claws into the forehead of her living prey and proceeded to open it up. Blood splattered everywhere at once. Xi screeched loudly for a few seconds as she suffered a most painful death. Within seconds, Emily had viciously separated the skin from the meaty flesh from the human.

"So lovely and soft!" Emily commented as she finished the stripping job. Kainat was shocked by what she saw, but attention now focused on the other human in the cellar, Jackie Chang. How was Kainat going to kill and strip her skin for her own use?Jackie meanwhile pulled out a crackling-sounding device from her pocket and lunged it in the direction of the momentarily paralysed Kainat. The Slitheen screamed in agony as she was being tasered.

"Aaaaaaaargh!... You bitch! You are going to pay for that.". Impressively, Kainat smashed the taser out of Jackie's delicate hands as she rebounded from the initial shock of the human mounting futile resistance. Jackie was once more defenceless, left at the mercy of the Slitheen.

"No, p-please don't!..." pleaded the defenceless Jackie Chang, holding up her arms as she backed herself into a corner wall. Kainat

"Kill her." Emily urged her sister to finish the job. "She tried to kill you. But she failed. Because she is not Slitheen, she is not one of us."

"N-n-n-nooooo!" whimpered the human in her dying moments of life.

"Finish her! Now!" bellowed Emily in support of Kainat who clearly needed that extra push.

"I am Kainat Nafees Eco Earth Mahmood Slitheen. And you will be my first kill!" roared the Slitheen convert as she raised her right hand to the ceiling. The razor sharp claw swiftly came down on the Chinese politician, ending her life abruptly. Now, a corpse lay there in the cellar.

"Well done. You are a real Slitheen." Emily called out as she continued to skin her own victim effortlessly, clearing out any stubborn bones and ligaments.

"Thanks…" Kainat said, catching her own breath and staring at her first kill. She had embraced her Slitheenhood by shedding any feelings for her prey. The only emotions Kainat felt was the sudden exit of the bloodlust that came just as swift.

"How are we going to go upstairs and mingle with the others? We don't speak Chinese." Kainat began to panic.

"Not to worry, our lovely neck braces kick into action. They automatically translate the languages of others speaking to us and whenever we respond in our own language, a perception filter kicks in that allows the English sounds we make to sound like the language of our interlocutors. Wonderful things, our neck braces." Emily neatly explained. Kainat sighed a phew.

"Well, don't just stand there. Turn your victim into a suit. We still have to go back upstairs.". Kainat got down to work. Emulating somewhat clumsily what Emily was doing, she dug her claws into Chang's forehead and attempted to peel it back. Surprisingly, this happened easily. Kainat realised further the impressive strength her Slitheen body gave her. The forehead and then the rest of the body quickly gave way.

"What about all of this mess?" Kainat started to wonder about the blood and fleshy meat. If this was not cleared immediately somehow, then a crime scene would be left here.

"Easy. Press this button on your neck brace and it will produce a bright light. Anything that comes under its spotlight gets zapped somewhere into the vacuum of space. Easy peasy." Emily explained as she demonstrated this function herself. The bloody mess was teleported elsewhere.

With the skins finally prepared, the Slitheen attempted to get inside of was the first to get back to her feet, now firmly entrenched inside the body of Party member Xi Lang. Xi was a busty female. Emily Brown was a busty woman when she was a human once upon a time, and her sex appeal took her places. She thus valued skin suits with big breasts for this very reason in conjunction with the internal comfort and pleasing aesthetics they offered to the Slitheen woman. After a while, Kainat Slitheen got up to her feet with some effort, now inside a human being for the first time. Jackie Change was unevenly overweight. She had smaller breasts but a more extended waistline and a big booty. Luckily, both these Chinese were tall as humans, compensating the Slitheen somewhat although a turbulent gas exchange was already guaranteed with these skins.

"Ufff…" Kainat groaned as she felt herself squished inside. It was an impressive feat by the Slitheen to shrink their eight foot selves down into smaller victims.

"Well, how do you feel? How is the compression?" asked Emily of her sibling nonchalantly, adjusting her tie and hair in a hurry.

"Not too bad. Oh, hang on… prrrrrp!" Kainat unleashed a massive fart from the bum of her disguise. "That's better…. Prrrrp!... Oh!" Kainat blurted out another fart, now feeling embarrassed. Her gas exchange promised to be a nuisance.

"Oh, don't feel embarrassed. Rejoice in it!" Emily exclaimed with a giggle. She started wiggling around and produced a plethora of flatulence unabashedly, encouraging Kainat to join in. The Slitheen sister, initially hesitant, then joined in with the suggestive wiggling. The two disguised Slitheen sisters burst out laughing as their

"Once we get inside our skins, we can do whatever the fuck we want!" Emily proclaimed. "That's why I have never desired to return to my human state. Being a Slitheen is the best thing that can happen to a human.". Kainat meanwhile began to adjust the clothing of her skin. She was not yet concerned with Emily's speech.

"Are we always going to be farting?"

"I am afraid so. Can't do anything about the gas exchange. You either love it or loathe it. Personally, I am ambivalent about it. My skin is a bit tight too. The Chinese segment of humanity are unfortunately not a people who have immense size and width for our Slitheen comfort. Nonetheless, these skins will hold us inside without bursting, I should hope so." Emily moaned a bit but accepted the circumstances begrudgingly.

"It feels strange but also nice to be back inside human skin after so long." Kainat commented dryly. She stroked her soft hand and delicate face. It felt…nice? Strange? Deceitful? Kainat wasn't sure.

"That is the beauty of the Slitheen. We can fit ourselves inside anyone large enough to warrant our attention. God, it's so powerful and sexy!" exclaimed Emily delightfully. She had lost count of how many humans she skinned since becoming a Slitheen eighteen months ago. Kainat and Emily started giggling wildly amongst themselves. Playing about with their new skin suits offered a bit of fun.

"Here, come behind me and tug on my tits. There's some air trapped inside." Emily requested of her sister, who came around obediently. Kainat collapsed the breasts of her counterpart and began to squeeze tightly. It felt good. Kainat did not need to much motivation to continue.

"Harder!...Harder!... HARDER!"...

At that moment, a male Chinese human waiter arrived in the cellar unannounced. He was looking for some extra supplies requested by his kitchen. He stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Kainat squeezing the breasts of her counterpart to release the trapped gas exchange. Emily finally farted loudly onto Kainat from behind, signalling that the trapped air had now been released. The Slitheen disguises were ready.

"Prrrrrrrrrrrrrp!… Oh god. Woah!" The duo continued to laugh loudly amongst themselves before they realised that they had an uninvited guest in the cellar.

"Oh dear, I don't recall inviting you down here." said Emily ominously from the dead human lips of her latest disguise. She stared coldly at this human.

"Erm, I am sorry. I didn't know. I will leave now." The waiter tried to turn around and leave the awkward scene quickly.

"No. Stop. Turn around. You will not be going anywhere." said Emily with authority.

"I won't tell anyone. I promise." said the unnamed waiter pathetically. Emily was having none of it. He had seen them alone down here where they were not supposed to be. He could tell someone. And that would threaten not only these two Slitheen but place the entire family plan in jeopardy. All Slitheen had an individual right to adjudge a dangerous situation for themselves. If they believed that the threat was far too much to be ignored then it would have to be disposed of immediately. Not that that was a hard decision that Emily Slitheen anguished about.

"Shush! Come closer to us." The waiter did as he was told and came to stand directly in front of the disguised Emily and Kainat Slitheen.

"Kainat, I think we can have a bit of fun with this chap." Emily said with a devious smile on her disguised Xi face. She grabbed the human waiter by his waist and brought his upper body closer to her. The Slitheen had full control over the situation.

"My, my, aren't you a handsome little boy?" Xi Lang/Emily said as she began caressing the human like he was a play doll or something. The waiter demonstrated palpable signs of discomfort. He tried to shy away from Emily's advances. Xi/Emily meanwhile signalled silently for Jackie/Kainat to come over to where the two were.

"Kainat, kiss him." commanded her sister.

"What?" blurted out the other sister in disbelief. Kiss the human? Kissing a human as a Slitheen? Was that even allowed by the family? On a serious mission as well? Kainat immediately entered a confused state.

"I can't. It's…wrong. He's not even Slitheen." Kainat tried to justify her inaction. It felt wrong, unjust. Jackie Chang and Xi Lang were in league with the Mitodorians so their deaths were okay in

"Kiss him. Go on. This is one of the perks of wearing human skin - you get freebies (giggles). Have a bit of fun." Emily strongly insisted.

Kainat looked back and forth at both her sister and the waiter. The situation was becoming more awkward each passing second and needed resolving. Kainat agreed to relent to Emily's request. Awkwardly then, still inside her Jackie Chang suit, Kainat the Slitheen leant forwards kissed the human waiter. It lasted for a few moments. But it felt like a suffocating eternity. Kainat certainly did not enjoy it as Emily watched on with a mischievous smile. She pulled back when she thought it was enough, having a brief moment of eye contact before withdrawing a metre away.

"My turn." said the deadly Slitheen hidden inside Xi Lang. Emily the Slitheen then passionately proceeded to kiss the waiter, even aggressively grabbing his right cheek and holding his lower waist tightly. Kainat/Jackie merely watched from a metre away.

"You've been a naughty boy, haven't you? Peeking at us ladies whilst we have our fun. Can't help yourself, can you?" Emily continued. The waiter did not dare to resist Emily's advances. He just went with the moment, even demonstrating his own passions. Miss Lang ensured that the waiter entered a false sense of security.

"You're a good kisser. Let's find out how good your lungs are now." Without warning, Emily paused from the passionate intense kissing and sucked a lot of air into her lungs. Then she immediately proceeded to blow all of that air into the human male. At the same time, Emily's hidden Slitheen body automatically produced deadly toxins that fatally entered the airwaves of this innocent waiter. The waiter began panicking as he suffocated painfully to his death but Emily simply maintained the pressure ruthlessly. Eroticism met psychopathology. After a minute or so, the waiter ceased his struggle and slowly proceeded to collapse to the floor. Kainat was astonished by what she saw.

"And that takes care of that. There's a cupboard over there. Kainat, be a darling and place this poor chap in there for me, will you kindly?" Emily said casually, not caring that she just murdered an innocent human, tecghnically breaking the family code and Slitheen Law which explicitly mandated the protection of all humans not deemed a direct, immediate threat to the family.

"I thought the family only kills in self-defence?" Kainat wondered aloud as she fixated her gaze on the dead human before doing as he was told. What Emily did was totally wrong, she thought as the waiter was placed safely out of sight, his lonely corpse left to rot in the dark.

"He's seen us down here in the basement when we should really be up there. What do you think he's going to do when he goes back up? He would become a rat and snitch that we were here."

"We don't know that."

"No, rather, you don't know that. This is your first time on a family-sanctioned mission - don't act like an expert, Kainat. For fuck's sake, you only killed your target because she tasered you a little." Emily retorted aggressively, confirming her observations. She did not care that she was a murderer. Instead, she was making up excuses to self-justify her violent actions. It was likely then that this was no the first time that Emily murdered a non-target whilst on a mission.

"It's all about power to you, isn't it?" Kainat now surmised. Kissing that waiter was all about exerting dominance over him, making him feel powerless and at the mercy of another. And blowing toxic air into his lungs was downright cruel.

"Correct. Power and dominance. The Slitheen are winners and we need to constantly demonstrate that fact of reality to all. What, did you think you were going to start a romantic relationship with this waiter…this spy who could have had us both captured and killed if he babbled something out of his stupid mouth!" Emily screamed, irate at her naive counterpart, sounding increasingly irritated that Kainat was unwilling to use her new Slitheen powers irresponsibly to get ahead of others.

"You are truly a psychopath, Emily." Kainat surmised succinctly. She sounded disgusted at her senior but Emily could not have cared less at this designation. The Slitheen were supposed to protect, not harm, any innocent human for they were technically Slitheen brothers/sisters in waiting.

"Human lives are precious… to some. The Slitheen do not seek to harm them but to convert them when possible. Unfortunately, some cannot be converted for certain… unsavoury reasons but that's life I'm afraid." justified Emily lazily. But it was overall a weak argument. But then again, she did not care. Nor did she refute Kainat's accusation because it was a correct description.

"This is a silly little planet with silly little people who need to be shown who is truly in charge around here.". Emily Brown was a psychopathic Slitheen killer. She would look for any excuse, however tenuous, to hunt someone down and snuff the living daylights of her hapless prey. The Clan Patriarch Zeeshan Mahmood surely knew about this character trait of one of his wives. Yet he appeared content to keep her around and let her commit these unjust actions without her fearing any repercussions?

"Anyways, you just killed the very woman you are wearing right now, Kainat." Emily pointed out as if to say "Ahah Bitch! You are no better than I.".

"I killed her in… self-defence…" Kainat said slowly. She realised what Emily had done. What the Slitheen had done, socialised her into accepting the brutal cold logics of killing, of murder. That is what the family was truly all about. Biologically hard-wired Predators who were always up for a hunt.

"Indeed, you did. I watched you do everything. In cold-blood" said Emily softly to her sister in triumph before she began laughing wildly. Kainat was so naive, so innocent. It was all rather cute and fun to manipulate her and her emotions, Emily thought to herself like a true psychopath. The wife of Zeeshan wanted to subtly remake Kainat in her own image. She wanted revenge on Zeeshan. Finally seize control of the Mahmood Clan and attain some form of immortality, she deludedly thought to herself. Kainat found the entire situation needlessly awkward.

"Anyways, back to work! Shall we?" Emily clapped her human hands excitedly to signify that the duo needed to put their emotions aside and to get on with their designated mission. The family business plans needed advancing. Jackie Chang, feeling discombobulated, silently nodded in agreement. They needed to evacuate this area and return back to the ballroom at once.

"Lead the way, Kainat." Emily kindly requested. Firmly embracing her Slitheen nature, Kainat sniffed the air through her human skin suit's nostrils to relocate the position of the Chinese Premier in the upper sections of the ball. The duo found their way back with little trouble. Back upstairs, the ballroom continued at full pace. Music played. Guests chattered about trivial human affairs that were of little interest to the Slitheen. Jackie/Kainat and Xi/Emily intermingled with their fellow Party members and faithfully tried to adopt the identities of the deceased women they had ruthlessly murdered in cold blood. It was a voluntary request by Slitheen Law that the Slitheen who end up wearing disguises ought to try as sincerely as possible to live out the lives those killed ordinarily would have. But it was not obligatory; a mere gesture of goodwill. It was up to the individual Slitheen member whether they wanted to do that or not. In this case, Kainat and Emily had no choice but to try and replicate the typical behaviours of their human skins.

After meeting with plenty of guests, eating the exquisite food on offer and soaking in the atmosphere for more than an hour, Jackie and Xi felt at ease with their new suits in between the gas exchange blowing off. They understood that the Chinese Premier and Party Chairman was going to address the Communist Party and announce a special "Unveiling" this evening. It was going to be Kainat's and Emily's responsibility to report back to the family what exactly this grand "Unveiling" was going to entail. Soon an announcer arrived at the central podium on stage and spoke.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, the Party Chairman - Zhou Fong!"

All of the party members got up on their seats, obsequiously clapping their hands and cheering on their Dear Leader unconditionally. Emily and Kainat found this much to their distaste - having to honour a dictator which went against their biological egalitarian family programming - but did so anyway to fulfil their mission. A tall, skinny Chinese man appeared on stage. He looked to be in his late forties, dressed like everyone else in a smart business outfit. He signalled everyone to then resume their seats before he began his much-vaunted speech.

"Good evening, glorious citizens of China. I hope everyone has had a good evening thus far. I will not bore you all with a long speech. I will keep what I have to say short and sweet." began the Premier of China neatly before spewing forth nationalism and patriotism. It was difficult to disentangle them.

"The 21st Century is the Century of China. Nothing will stop our rise and we are destined for greatness. Our economy is now the largest in the world, and we can now extend our reach anywhere on this planet… Now the Party faces many threats; ungrateful dissidents, reckless saboteurs, foreign interference, anyone who does not want to see China and its people succeed. Under my leadership, the rise of China is assured." he continued, trying to sound confident at all times. But then Zhou appeared hesitant for a moment. Strangely, he paused for a long moment. Nobody dared to intervene though.

"So to ensure that the Chinese Dream continues and will never be stopped," he suddenly decided to speak again, "I have decided to make a very difficult decision… I have decided that the Chinese people need new friends, new allies to ensure that our uncontrollable rise to the top will never, ever falter…

"Dear Comrades, may I introduce to you the mighty Mitodorians from outer space!" he exclaimed passionately. Alien beings then appeared from out of nowhere, zapping themselves into the presence of the ballroom besides the Chinese Premier. Gasps could be heard ubiquitously. One Chinese woman even screeched aloud before she fainted. They wear tall beings, dressed in regal robes and holding a dark blue orb-spear. They came in all colours but what distinguished them was their humongous heads trapped inside a fish tank-like glass ball. It was a purity thing, or so it was rumoured: The Mitodorians only ever breathed their own specially filtered air. Breathing the air of someone else, someone beneath them on the hierarchical scale upon which they automatically and always placed themselves on top, was far too ghastly. It was a common form of punishment amongst this alien species themselves, removing that transparent helmet followed by a swift beheading. They were bald but their brain veins stretched fiercely to the back of their heads. Officially unveiled, the Mitodorians walked around the room, eyeing up their guests intensely as if they were studying them.

"Oh my…" whispered Kainat aloud. Emily did not say anything. Her still eyes were fixated on the new "partners" of the Chinese people.

"Glorious members of our Party, these are our new friends, please don't be afraid! They are… the Mitodorians! Friends of the Chinese people" exclaimed Premier Zhou once more excitedly, clapping his hands to indicate that the Party should be doing likewise. He seemed to genuinely believe that the Mitodorians were the new best friends of China. How deluded he was? The most prominent of the Mitodorians, Lord Xaxx-Faar, amongst this group began to speak with an authoritative booming voice.

"Good evening, human beings. It is nice to finally unveil ourselves before you. It is nice to be here this evening." it began with a deceptively calm tone. "China is our friend. We want to help you. Help you not only rise to the top but stay there. Crush anyone who might wish to harm the glorious Chinese people." it stated without hesitancy. Exactly what was going on?

"And so to that end we will assist your Party in every way possible. The Mitodorians will help the Party maintain its control over China. We will be able to take back Taiwan and Hong Kong together. Their military expertise will help us set up our own bases globally and erode the power of your pathetic competitors. In return, we are looking for a business deal looking to exploit various precious rare minerals located deep within your planet's core. That is all." concluded the leader of this group of Mitodorians with a creepy smile. It seemed simple enough. Give and take. The Chinese and the Mitodorians as equal partners in this business transaction.

"Party Members! Salute your Leader! Salute your Party! Salute your glorious Motherland!" commanded the Chinese Premier abruptly. As everyone performed this functions slavishly, Zhou Fong proceeded to a nearby table where he had dinner with his new-found Mitodorian 'allies'. Meanwhile, the music restarted and the Party guests began to discuss loudly what they had just witnessed. Overall, nobody dared to contest the decision made by the unelected one man leading China into its future. Over at their table, somewhere in the middle of the ballroom, two Slitheen women reflected on this extraordinary turn of events.

"What the fuck…" Kainat said quietly but loud enough for her sister to hear. She was never one to swear, ordinarily. But this occasion clearly demanded drastic measures.

"We are indeed fucked." agreed her Slitheen sister. Emily was wondering why the Chinese human leadership thought it was a great idea to partner with Mitodorians. A intra-planetary clash loomed between the Slitheen and Mitodorians, and maybe it would extend interstellar. Not that that fazed this psychopath; it provided her with an excellent excuse to go on killing sprees. She licked her human lips in wet anticipation of future hunts, either by herself or with other Slitheen siblings. She was firmly up for a scrap!

"This is fucking insane. Our 'Dear Leader' must either be really thick." reasoned Xi/Emily, speaking more quietly so not as to arouse any suspicion from any Party member who might snitch about her dissent without hesitation.

"Or?"

"Or he must be really clever. I sure hope that he does not believe he can play about with this accursed species and screw them over. No, the Mitodorians are far too clever to be fucked with… Let's stick around for a bit longer and then get off when nobody's looking. Zeeshan is not going to like what he hears…". The two ladies gorged upon the delicious free food on offer in the meantime, filling their bellies to their heart's content.

After half an hour, Mitodorians got up from their seats and started to talk individually with the Chinese Party members. The leader amongst them coincidentally approached the table where Kainat and Emily were. A discussion, or confrontation, beckoned.

"Hello there, human. I am Lord Xaxx-Faar. And yourselves?" the Mitodorain asked majestically, adjusting his regal purple robes as he awaited a response.

"Party member 108997 Jackie Lang." Emily began confidently, effortlessly playing the part of her disguise. Now the other disguised Slitheen would introduce herself.

"Kainat Nafees." Everyone stopped dead in their tracks when they heard that name. Emily displayed no emotion. It certainly was not Chinese-sounding! Kainat was on autopilot; she failed to maintain her new identity. It was an important lesson that she learnt there.

"I'm sorry, I didn't quite catch your name?" the Mitodorian said, sounding confused but fortunately did not hear Kainat reveal herself accidentally.

"Jackie Chang. Party member 409987." Kainat said this time confidently as she recovered from a potentially disastrous situation.

"And what is your role in this Party, Miss Chang?"

"We are-" began Xi/Emily before she was rudely silenced by Lord Xaxx-Faar.

"I don't quite recall asking you to speak, girl." snapped the Mitodorian angrily. He wanted Jackie/Kainat exclusively to respond. Emily looked at the alien in disgust but relented. It was up to the rookie to demonstrate why the Slitheen converted her.

"We are, erm…we're bureaucrats…?... Yes, yes we are bureaucrats. Proud members of the Communist Party. We do stuff in government. Admin and all that crap. I would not want to bother to bore you with the details… oh dear, a moment please… prrrrrp!" Jackie/Kainat unleashed a massive fart that awkwardly drew the attention of everyone momentarily to their table. The Mitodorian, though satisfied by Jackie's quickfire answering, was nonetheless definitely not impressed by this unruly behaviour. Emily then released even more flatulence as the Mitodorian's confusion only increased at the weird display he was being subjected to.

"Why do you keep releasing gas, girl? I thought humans were adverse to this kind of uncouth behaviour? At least in public anyways?" he asked. A few moments of silence passed. Emily did not have an answer.

"Excuse my colleague, she has had far too many deep-fried noodles and eggs this morning.". Kainat explained with improvised speech. Emily looked back at her, deeply annoyed with the embarrassing descriptions being made of her. But it worked!

"I mean, I told her to stop eating but she just ignored me and carried on and on. Eventually, she found herself stuck in the loo for nearly two hours. Making all sorts of noises and gurgles. One would think it was a beast inside!" Kainat continued, demonstrating more and more confidence with each passing remark.

"Alas, my sister Em- Xi - here does not listen to my words often. Oh well, she suffers to all of our dismay." Kainat concluded with some satisfaction. But was Lord Xaxx-Faar convinced? The Mitodorian Lord switched back his attention towards Xi Lang/Emily Brown, who remained silent and displayed little emotion.

"I suggest to you that you follow your fellow Party member's advice, Miss… Lang, is it? Yes, it will bode you well in life as you seek to rise through the ranks of this Party and maybe one day become leader of this nation of humans yourself." counselled the Mitodrian sincerely. Xi/Emily simply nodded with a smile, hoping this alien would fuck off soon. Jackie/Kainat meanwhile continued her speech.

"So Lord Xaxx-Faar, is it? What brings the Mitodorians to China out of all the places Earth has to offer? Indeed, why even Earth when this vast cosmos could be offering you something else better?" Kainat teased the Mitodorian. He simply turned his gaze away from the females and looked up in the air, smiling and giving a wry chuckle.

"The age of China is coming. This entire planet will come under Chinese rule. And we the magnificent Mitodorians will gladly assist the Chinese people take their rightful place as Masters of the human race." he said ominously. What about all those non-Chinese humans? What would happen to them?

"But why do you want to help us Chinese people? What do you have to gain?" Jackie/Kainat probed further. She was not leaving without an answer.

"The Chinese government has kindly struck a deal with my kind; we intend to see out the contract and then leave this rock peacefully. In the meantime, a golden age where humans and Mitodorians live side by side beckons very soon for all." concluded Lord Xaxx-Faar triumphantly. He shut his eyes and imagined the future of Earth - an Earth firmly under the command of the Mitodorian Empire and all of humanity, including the Chinese, under their subjugation.

"Well, that sounds like it will be a lot of fun for us all." Jackie/Kainat said awkwardly, not knowing what was going to be happening in the near-future. The Slitheen would have to stop both the Chinese government and the Mitodorians from colonising Earth and subjugating its inhabitants to a miserable life.

"Oh absolutely!" Xi Lang/Emily said suddenly, feigning excitement.

"I look forward to working with you and other Party members." Lord Xaxx-Faar stated before he left the table having grown weary.

Kainat and Emily then farted simultaneously. The Mitodorian stopped in his tracks. Turning his head behind his shoulders, he issued the latest caution:

"And stay away from the deep fried noodles. It is most unbecoming of you fine ladies.". The duo simply nodded and watched the Mitodorian go bother another table of Chinese people.

"Well done. That improvisation was pretty impressive, if I may say so." Emily congratulated her sister for digging themselves out of a tight spot. The gas exchange could not really be controlled with this current generation of neck braces. It could compromise the Slitheen who had to try and compensate as much as possible in other ways. Or it might prove beneficial to the disguised Slitheen; it all depended on how the individual manipulated the situation to their advantage.

"Thanks… Hey Emily, I'm so sorry for saying my real name" apologised the rookie for her initial mistake that drew confusion from all and could have jeopardised their lives.

"Don't apologise. But don't do that again. Otherwise I'll kill you.". Kainat was not entirely sure if Emily was either joking or being deadly serious.

After that astonishing revelation that made this an unforgettable event, an announcer declared that it was time to vacate the premises. Emily/Lang and Kainat/Xi pretended to see off guests before they slipped away from the endless streams of guests far away from the ball. A few miles away in the nearby forest, the two Slitheen prepared to teleport back to Britain.

"Right, let's get the fuck out of here! Zeeshan is going to be pissed when he hears about all of this" Emily exclaimed with some worry for the first time in her speech.

"Too right." Kainat said in agreement. Playing about with a green necklace that shone brightly in Emily's soft Chinese hands (their neck braces were now hidden away so other means of teleportation had to be utilised), Kainat was gestured by her counterpart to hold a part of it. With a loud blast of a zap, the two Slitheen were transported back to where they originally came from…

(London)

Back at their London mansion, the Mahmood Clan reconvened to relate their successes for the evening. Or and Kainat spawned in the former's bedroom.

"Phew, I'm glad that teleport device worked. Haven't used it in over a year!" Emily said aloud, sighing with relief. Kainat landed flat face onto the floor and had to get back to her feet again. "Right, let's see who else has come back." The duo exited the bedroom and proceeded to the staircase.

Only Zeeshan, Christina, Madeline and Pyotr had returned, standing together in the main hall, conversing amongst themselves in their nude states.

"Hey ladies, I see everything went according to the plan?" the Patriarch asked, seeking confirmation as the disguised Slitheen walking down the stairs.

"More or less. How did your evening play out? We saw Mitodorians tonight" Emily asked her husband, wondering what operations her other brothers and sisters were up to.

"I figured you would…Not good. We killed a bunch of Mitodorians ourselves but they knew we were coming. Somebody tipped them off." Zeeshan revealed. There was a traitor amongst their ranks?

"And they know we are here. And- ooooooooooooooh….aaaaaaaaargh!" Suddenly, the Patriarch started wincing in pain. At that moment, every Slitheen present felt a sharp pain striking their internal parts, including Kainat. A family member somewhere on Earth had died.

"Oh no!" cried out Christina. A moment of silence passed as the Slitheen sought to recover.

"He's dead. Wei Ling Eco Earth Mahmood Slitheen is dead." Pyotr affirmed to the family present as he was the first to realise what the pain truly signified. All clan members were interlinked with one another. And the pain of one meant the pain of all. Wei had somehow been killed.

"I know… I felt it… he has been vinegared. How could that have happened?" Zeeshan asked, wondering how the hell did someone manage to kill Wei, one of the best disguising Slitheen the family could boast of having. Being vinegared, presumably by a non-Slitheen actor, was the most humiliating way to exit existence.

"Somebody must have got lucky." surmised Pyotr.

"Mitodorians?" asked Madeline sadly.

"Most likely. Send someone to retrieve his bodily remains. Wei… deserves a proper funeral. He was a good man, a good Slitheen. He, erm, will be missed." said Zeeshan sadly. Though the two had clashed in the past, Zeeshan had always respected Wei for what he brought to the family. And now, just like that, he was gone. The ladies began to sob uncontrollably amongst themselves for a while. After half an hour of mourning, the traditional Slitheen practice, other members of the clan from across the world arrived, having completed their missions. Now that Wei had been mourned enough, it was now time for the family to return back to its normal state. Zeeshan announced the next proceedings.

"Right, we've done our bit for the family tonight. I've murdered so many Mitodorians this evening. Too much gore and violence - oh, it sickens my heart to replay their girly screams and pleas for mercy, of which they received nil on my part! We should celebrate. Counter death with a celebration of life. It's only fair, after all. All in favour, raise your claws.". Every Slitheen raised their claws unanimously in favour of their Patriarch's suggestion.

"Right, that settles it then! Christina, Emily - let's head of to our bed chambers at once!" he said happily, and the Slitheen ladies could only giggle in affirmation. Nothing beat having sex with the alpha Slitheen. Before that could happen, Maddy Slitheen had something to say having just come off the phone from a family contact.

"Excuse me, but the family heads are summoning us for an emergency meeting right now. We need to be on N'Golo's ship within the next hour." she revealed, much to everyone's dismay.

"Oh, Maddy! I can't be bothered attending all of these meetings. It's becoming far too bureaucratic, totally not what the Slitheen are all about. I guess that's the outcome of planning to take over an entire rock. No, I shall be more interested in having conjugal relations with my wives than listening to some boring council meeting that seems to be convening every week nowadays. I have performed my service for the family this evening. Maddy, Pyotr - you lot go and fill me in tomorrow about the family business, yeah?". The Slitheen subordinates nodded their heads silently before they received a few more instructions.

"Maddy, I would like for you as my deputy to represent the Mahmood Clan as usual." he said, wrapping a claw warmly around one of his star performers.

"But of course. Anything for you." said Madeline, obsequious in her desire to please Zeeshan. She desperately wanted to get into bed with the alpha Slitheen but thus far, he always spurned leader of the Mahmood Clan then turned attention towards their youngest new recruit.

"Kainat, go to the family business meeting with our representatives as well and report back what you hear."

"Really, me?"

"Yes, you! It's important that you learn as much as possible as fast as possible regarding life in my clan. And the only way to ensure that is to place heavy burdens of responsibility into your well-proportioned green shoulders." explained Zeeshan.

"Okay, sure thing." Kainat was happy to be receiving this kind of speech. For once, she felt responsible. That she had a job to do. And that she was going to do it well. The Slitheen were again correct in their promises to her; Kainat was going to be given all that she wanted and more.

"We will be doing a lot of things together over the coming months, my darling. I look forward to receiving you in my quarters soon." Zeeshan said lustily, stroking a claw unapologetically over her left bulbous cheek. Kainat felt uncomfortable but could not voice any complaints to the dominant clan leader.

"Likewise." she said, unsure of whether she was lying or simply filling in an awkward moment.

"Ooooooh-oooh she's lusting for you already!" Madeline Slitheen said without a hit of jealousy, embarrassing the newbie once more. Perhaps she was disguising it.

"Don't they all?" Zeeshan asked aloud rhetorically. All Slitheen present laughed raucously at the humour being demonstrated by the charismatic alpha Slitheen. Kainat too felt compelled to laugh a little openly. The Clan Patriarch certainly possessed charm and charisma.

"Right, erm, off you pop. I think my wives are dying to have my junk in their closets (chuckles)." he speculated not so subtly. Kainat alongside some other Slitheen members stood on a mass teleport hub. With a windy bright blast moments later, they disappeared from sight.

"My wives, I think it's time for bed."

"It's always time for bed!" Christina squealed as she became super horny. Zeeshan took Christina and Emily, his Slitheen wives, into his personal bedroom. Sexual activity was regularly practised by the Slitheen after business activity was conducted. Not only was it deemed extremely beneficial, but for Slitheen males, sex was the way to ensure that the loyalty of other female members not already married to him could be maintained. Conjugal relations had to be conducted regularly and if they bore offspring for him like Christina and Emily did, Zeeshan would have to marry them. Polygamy was the preferred way of the Slitheen vis-a-vis sex and marriage. Inside the bedroom, for the rest of the night, Zeeshan entertained his wives.

"Thank God, we are Slitheen!" Zeeshan moaned loudly as he continued to penetrate his Slitheen wife, completely enraptured by the thrusts and passions demonstrated to her alpha husband.

"Yes! Yes!" screamed Emily and Christina in delight as they were beautifully fucked hard turn by turn by the alpha Slitheen running the Mahmood Clan like a tight ship. The threesome continued to enjoy magnificent sex sessions together as they unwinded from their broader familial duties and business planning. Eventually, they dosed off to a deep slumber, preparing for the next day of activity…

(Above the Earth in Space)

Meanwhile, aboard a spaceship high above Earth, Kainat Nafees led by her Mahmood clan representatives Madeline and Pyotr and other Slitheen entered a large open space hall that accommodated over 500 more Slitheen. They hailed from all diverse backgrounds Earth had to offer. But through their common conversion, all were Slitheen. United as part of one family that wants to expand itself in every possible way. At a self-check in desk, Kainat managed to unzip her skin and place it into a secure locker. It felt great to strip. She was nude once more. Joining up with her clan siblings, Kainat watched the space station exhibit a bustling scene; so many of her kind were there tonight.

"Right, I'll go see what's up. Meanwhile, you guys mingle with our other brothers and sisters. Zeeshan stresses it's important to keep up relations with other clans. He's obsessed with pursuing intermarriages that might strengthen our cause." Maddy said. They did as they were told. Kainat met with some Slitheen from Japan, Australia, and India and held deep discussions with them. But soon enough, Kainat felt alone at one point whilst amongst the crowds. She retreated near a window overlooking Earth. It felt amazing to be in space. And it felt natural. That this is where she deserved to be.

"Hey Kainat." called out a voice from behind. It was a familiar voice, a person whom she had never forgotten. Turning around immediately, Kainat saw Saba Idrees standing before her again.

"Oh hey it's yu-… S-S- Saba! What are you doing here?! How are you doing?!" exclaimed Kainat, overjoyed to be reunited with her one-time slave prisoner. Saba likewise seemed happy to renew acquaintances once more.

"Not too bad. Just settling into the family. How about yourself?" she said with a warm smile, happy to see her one time prisoner mate

"I'm good. I mean, it's been a rollercoaster for a few hours. But I think I'm… good." said Kainat, feeling a whole host of emotions at the moment that she was not entirely sure exactly how she was feeling.

"Yeah, likewise, likewise… I've been assigned to the Riaz Clan. And I see you've joined up with the Mahmoods. Smart."

"Well, it's not like I had any choice, as you know only too well." Kainat was glad to see her old friend whom she had first met back at the Slave Market. Saba had joined the Riaz clan. Apparently, they were a respected branch of Slitheen based out in America. But Kainat did not know too much about them.

"So I hear something big is going on?" Saba asked curiously. There was clearly panic in the ranks as so many Slitheen around them were going back and forth, shouting at one another or sounding extremely

"Oh yeah, you're not going to believe it. Mitodorians. In cahoots with the Chinese. Can you believe that?"

"Mitodorians?… Never heard of them?" Saba stated for the record.

"I saw them with my own eyes. I was in Beijing with a sister. They're going to try and take over Earth!" Kainat revealed, sounding both excited and worried simultaneously.

"And we Slitheen are going to stop them! Hunt them down and destroy them!"

"Oh it's that level of bad, is it? Dear, oh dear…". At that moment, a loudspeaker echoed the commands of the event organiser, interrupting Kainat and Saba's catch up abruptly.

"Attention all members of the glorious Slitheen family. Please form a circle and take up your seats alongside your own clan members. An emergency council session will take place in ten minutes.". The Slitheen did as they were told and self-organised themselves within minutes in orderly fashion. Kainat found Maddy again, whilst Saba sat with her Clan elsewhere. The event speaker Slitheen then appeared in person to begin the proceedings.

"Order, order! This session is now being held. Remain silent whilst the Speaker holds the floor. Any objections, you can voice them at the end. Every Slitheen has the right to be heard". The Council Leader then began the session.

"Good evening, my dear brothers and sisters. I am exceptionally sorry to have brought you out to our Moon facility at this late hour. But as we all should know by now, our position on Earth has become shaken. Precisely due to the infiltration of one accursed species whom we assumed had gone extinct… the Mitodorians.". Loud gasps and violent hisses were heard from amongst the other Slitheen members. It was as if b;lasphemy had been committed.

"The rumours are true. They are here on Earth. Some of you have already seen them. They are working with the Chinese government, and I should stress that we continue to distinguish between the noble Chinese people who await conversion and the rapacious, corrupt Chinese Community Party who have n o shame, no morals and no dignity in working with the Mitodorians. They clearly are not aware of the true nature of this accursed alien species who are hell bent on enslaving everyone they come across as they seek to expand their Empire… Earth is at risk of being fucked hard, in ther words… Just like last time, they want the Slitheen extinct. Our family now finds itself in an unprecedented state of war with the Mitodorians. Either we take the Earth. Or they do… I shall pass the floor to my honourable Slitheen sister, Asiya Riaz Slitheen"

"Leader of the Riaz clan, speak your mind!" cried out an announcer. And so she began.

"And how have the Mitodorians managed to come to Earth when we have taken upon the responsibility for maintaining Earth's defences ourselves? Could it be that there are traitors in our midst?" accused Asiya Riaz Eco Earth Slitheen, looking around the room suspiciously.

"We cannot say for certain that some of our noble brothers and sisters have sold us out to the Mitodorians. But it is a possibility and we would be naïve, if not foolish, to rule it out completely. I would urge the family to be on high alert. I also request that any traitors be placed in a vat of acid publically; the treacherous must be made an example of." counselled the leader of the Riaz Clan. Practically every Slitheen present agreed as they murmured during a brief moment of silence. Then Asiya passed on the floor to Maddy.

"The Representative and Chief Whip of the Ladies belonging to the Mahmood Clan, speak your mind!".

"Thank you, my honourable brother… We've just conducted our own intelligence-gathering missions authorised by the senior family heads this evening. Our clan can reveal to the rest of this glorious family that the Mitodorians are indeed working with the Chinese authorities. The Mitodorians intend to utilise the Chinese segment of humanity - and that's nearly two billion, mind you - to take over this rock. We Slitheen must react appropriately. That is why my clan proposes that the entire Slitheen family - all five hundred clans spread out on Earth - infiltrate China, take over its politics, its society, its economy, and hunt down every scum Mitodorian and their corrupt Chinese human ally!". That proclamation sent all the Slitheen present into wild raptures. Bloodlust levels began rising. Hunting down the Mitodorians and sending them packing from Earth; which Slitheen would not want this?

"Order! Order! The family must calm down immediately!" shouted the Chief Speaker, trying to regain the prior order that characterised Slitheen council meetings. Once quietness was restored, Maddy continued her speech.

"China is the biggest threat we have facing our planet today. The family needs to bring it under our control as soon as possible. Bringing China under the claws of this mighty family will advance Stage One further. Planet Earth belongs to the Slitheen family. And by God, we will gladly fight to our deaths to defend it and its peoples.". Maddy concluded her speech which was followed

After several more clan leaders spoke when it came to their turn, it was finally time to vote on the motion put forward by Maddy on behalf of the Mahmood Clan.

"All those in favour of infiltrating China and taking over that landmass, say aye!" requested the Chief Speaker from his audience.

"AYE!" called out every Slitheen present. The motion carried unopposed. The Slitheen family and every clan associated with it had one business plan to carry out - the takeover of China.

"The motion has been carried. It has been decided then: the Slitheen family must direct all business planning towards the main objective of wresting control of that part of the earth known as "China" from non-Slitheen hands. Stage One has officially commenced as of this moment. May God be with us all.". That closure satisfied all Slitheen in attendance.

"Now, let us celebrate our preordained victory!" cried out a clan leader. Suddenly, music started to play, Slitheen started dancing amongst themselves. Massive dishes of food appeared spontaneously - the business meeting turned into a wild party! All the Slitheen present started dancing amongst themselves. Others snogged their partners openly and unabashedly. Clan leaders met one another privately in some pod rooms guarded by curtains. Kainat just went with the flow.

Whilst Kainat partied wildly amongst her Slitheen brothers and sisters, nobody present realised that they were being watched. By the Mitodorians, of course. And more fatefully, they had secret agents already on board. Saba Idrees, the Slitheen sister who renewed acquaintance earlier with Kainat earlier, slowly slipped from the celebrations scene carefully. Heading to a nearby closet facility on the far side of the ship, away from prying eyes, she made sure that nobody followed her. Once inside the tight space, she activated a pre-installed communication device that someone had already left for her convenient use. A hologram of two Mitodorian Lords appeared in front of the Slitheen.

"What information do you have for us?" asked Lord Xaxx-Faar straightforwardly. He was keen to cut small talk and get straight to business.

"China. My family knows you are all hiding there. They want to take over China." Saba squealed. She was a spy for the Mitodorians.

"So it's officially a race to the finish line. The Slitheen versus the Mitodorians once more, this time to decide the fate of Earth and its pathetic human population. Wonderful." said the other unnamed Mitodorian standing besides Lord Xaxx-Faar.

"Alright, I've done as you have asked me. Now release my brother. Please!" Saba begged the Mitodorians in a pitiful tone. Her human brother had been captured by the Mitodorians, and Saba was blackmailed into spying for this alien species in return for his safety and eventual release. It was the Mitodorians who requested Saba become a Slitheen

"No, Slitheen scum. The bargain that we struck was that your brother would be released only after the Slitheen family have been evicted from this stupid rock i.e. once Mitodorians have rendered them extinct, subjugated what is left of humanity and incoprtaed this planet firmly into the Empire. Then, and only then, will you be able to have your pathetic sibling back." snapped the unnamed Mitodorian Leader.

The two Mitodorians began cackling wildly amongst themselves in rampant delight. Saba was merely one of many Slitheen-turned double agents that this foreign species had managed to hold hostage and made to do their bidding. Failure to do so, and not only would her brother be killed but her identity as a treacherous member of the family would be exposed.

"Alright… I'll do it." Saba confirmed with reluctance. She was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Damned if she did. Damned if she didn't.

"You've always been a good girl, Saba. Which is why we have another job for you: the Mitodorian hierarchy have requested that you find us a Slitheen for commandeering. We have recently perfected a technological device that allows the mighty Mitodorian species to hijack others, rendering them permanently enslaved to us." Lord Xaxx-Faar revealed to the Slitheen whom he knew without doubt would not leak this information to anyone else.

"Find us a suitable specimen, Saba. And you will be one step closer to reuniting with your brother." demanded the other, still-unnamed Mitodorian before the communications abruptly ceased. Who did the Mitodorians need? How was she going to get them? Leaving the closet, Saba Idrees hurriedly left this side of the spaceship for the other, where she re-joined her Slitheen family still conducting wild celebrations. There, Kainat spotted her sitting alone at a space bar near a massive landscape window offering a magnificent view of the Earth, not sipping on her alcohol-free drink but simply having her head face down on the table.

"You okay?" Kainat asked gently, stopping by and seating herself next to her friend.

"Yeah, erm, I'm fine." Saba replied, lifting her head up and disguising her emotions with a stoic attitude.

"You sure? You don't look well." Kainat replied, with some natural worry for a friend, a true sister. Something was wrong, she sensed. Minutes of absolute silence followed. Kainat assumed that Saba would become more irritated if she kept pestering her with questions. Thus, she ordered a drink for herself and waited to see if Saba would have anything to share in complete confidentiality with her sister. Saba did speak eventually, but only to shift the subject-matter elsewhere.

"Anyways - China! Can't wait to infiltrate that nation of silly humans soon." Saba said, suddenly switching the sombre tone of her voice in favour of action.

"Yeah, me neither." Kainat said calmly. By this point, she had accepted her Slitheenhood. There was no turning back. The Slitheen family were obsessed with being winners and willing to let those like Kainat come in from unknown backgrounds to go on and play an instrumental role in the spectacular successes of the family.

The two Slitheen ladies looked out from their sedentary positions towards the large-scale landscape glass showcasing the luminous Earth and the dark space surrounding it. The sunlight was shining directly upon China. Soon the Slitheen would be infiltrating that land en masse and converting all of its peoples into the Family as well…

Kainat and Saba were going to play a large part in this though they weren't yet to know that…

The End
