Happy Birthday to TheSparklyKitten! I hope you enjoy some nice Meganiper girlfriends content!

Juniper was in her element here. It was like a dance for her, spinning through the racks and stopping when something caught her eye. Megan could watch her forever.

Juniper, of course, caught her looking.

"What are you doing?"

"Watching you shop."

Juniper laughed, "Why? Weirdo."

"Because you're so cute," Megan replied.

Juniper blushed, "It's still weird."

"You just seem so happy here," Megan said.

"I am. I love vintage stores. I hope you're happy too."

"I'm happy whenever you are happy, so of course I'm happy here."

Juniper beamed, but then her look turned sly.

"So you'll try on the outfits I pick out for you?"

Megan rolled her eyes and laughed, "Sure, why not? Just don't go overboard."

They both knew that Juniper was going to go overboard.

"You can tell me to stop at any time," Juniper said, "I don't want you to feel bored or overwhelmed or anything. I just wanna shop for cute clothes with my cute girlfriend."

Megan melted at that. She'd do anything for Juniper and they both knew it.

"Make me look retro," Megan said, striking a ridiculous pose. Juniper snorted and grabbed her hand.

"You're gonna look so gnarly," Juniper promised.

"And that's a good thing?"

"Word," Juniper affirmed.

"You're lucky you're incredibly hot when you're using outdated slang."

"Your lucky you look fly when you're making fun of my outdated slang." They bickered back and forth like this sometimes, teasing each other for their separate eccentricities and competing to see who could compliment the other more.

Megan broke first this time, "I think the shopkeeper is beginning to stare."

"Let them," Juniper said with a shrug, pulling her girlfriend into the changing room. An astute observer might've noticed she hadn't grabbed any outfits yet, but Megan wasn't complaining.

After a minute, Juniper exited the fitting room, grabbed some outfits for real, and then re-entered. Megan was happy to model for Juniper, though she felt out of place in the outfits her girlfriend loved.

"I like going to these stores with you, I just wasn't made for these clothes," Megan said, twirling in a pink dress Juni had found.

"I know, you like stripes. And layers. And you only wear dresses when you have to. And you don't have to wear dresses just because I think they'd look cute on you."

"But you're right. They do look good on me. They just don't feel like me…"

"That's perfectly okay," Juniper promised, "I like you no matter what you wear. You don't have to try on any more clothes for me."

"Are you sure? I don't really mind."

"You don't have to pretend, Meg. I'm happy enough just being here with you."

"Well… I think you'd look super cute in this dress." Megan held up a dress that Juniper had picked out for her. They weren't the exact same size but they were pretty close.

"Yeah, you think so?" Juniper asked with a smirk.

"I do."

Juniper put on the vintage dress and twirled for Megan, stumbling then into her girlfriend's arms.

Megan leaned over to kiss her, pausing to whisper, "I know you did that on purpose."

"What?"

"Pretending to fall into my arms so I would kiss you." But Megan clearly wasn't upset, since she kissed Juniper anyway. After another few minutes in the changing room, they put their own clothes back on, their makeup smudge and their eyes full of stars, and came out of the changing room. Juniper was going to get several of the dresses Megan had passed up, and Megan was gonna get a long brown coat that made her feel like a proper detective.

"I think the shopkeeper is staring," Juniper whispered.

Megan shrugged, wrapping her arm around Juniper's waist, "Let them."
