Down in the castleteria, Raven and Apple were sitting down to eat.

"It's been a while since we had pancakes for breakfast," said Apple while looking at a stack of three apple pancakes with strawberry syrup drizzled on top.

"Don't think I'll ever forget the last time we had them," said Raven while thinking back at the same time she took a bite of her pancakes which were just normal with maple syrup.

"Apple, I can still use my hands, so I don't need help cutting my pancakes," said Raven as they sat together.

"I just want to help you," said Apple as she stopped and looked at the witch with a pouty face.

"Then help me carry my books since I can't," said Raven who was blushing a little as she looked away from the princess.

"Alright," said Apple as her pout turned into a bright smile.

"Hey Apple, why are you eating with Raven?" asked Daring as he walked up.

"Because I want to help her, seeing how I'm the reason she got hurt," said Apple.

"If she didn't want to get hurt then she shouldn't have been near the field," said Daring as he glared at the witch.

"Why were you there in the first place, no one on the team invited you," he said while leaning down into Raven's face.

"She came with me to cheer for you guys, and she saved me from you and the other two so stop talking to her like that!" said Apple who was angered by the way Daring was talking to Raven.

"Oh, come one, you can't honestly tell me that you're now on her side!" said Daring while the entire room stared at them.

"You know what, I am," said Apple as she stood up.

"And I've recently come to realize that some destinies aren't worth following after all," she said, surprising the whole room.

"You… you don't mean that you're going to be a Rebel, do you?" asked Briar from a nearby table.

"Count me more as Roybel," said Apple before storming out, Raven quickly stood up and followed as fast as she could while on her crutches. Everyone else just sat around the room too stunned to say or do anything but watch the two girls walk away.
