Chapter 2- The Nameless Boy

I can't believe it. There were actually survivors other than me out there, after all." Takashi chuckled with rising elation as he continued to observe the two beauties down by the gate, a small grin plastered on his expression. "And for once, neither of them have that batshit insane look in their eyes." He muttered as he slightly cringed for a second, knowing such a disturbing look all too fucking well. Suddenly, his mood deflated. "Shit... Now I'm wondering what the hell I should do? Should I maybe let them in? Or try to scare them off? I mean, they may not be crazy, but there's no guarantee that they'll be friendly and trustworthy towards a new face. Especially if there one of those tight knit groups. Ah, crap.." Takashi sighed heavily as he was now facing a moral dilemma, a major one at that. He took his eyes off the girls for now as he lowered his head and the monocular to contemplate on his choices, a look of uncertainty on him.

What the hell should he do? If he lets them in, who knows what kind of disaster that decision will bring upon him. He knew the phrase "looks can be decieving", and on more than one occasion, taking those words to heart had saved his life. One can't blame him for being apprehensive about the risks. He's made smart moves all throughout the apocalypse thus far, so why the hell should he stop now? Then again, if he doesn't let them in and these people meant no ill intent, what does that say about him and his humanity? How can he say that he's any better than those monsters lurking about the city? Than those who selfishly abide by the law of every man for himself. If he turned them away, can he honestly tell himself that he'd be any better than them? He was still here, he was still sane... and he liked to believe that he still had a conscience. Damn it, he had to doubt his instincts now of all fucking times. God, this sucks! He thought in dismay.

Recalling his earlier depressing thoughts, another question popped into the forefront of his mind, and when it did, Takashi squeezed onto his monocular tightly as he let out a stressed scoff, his teeth gritting. His latest question went a little something like, "Do I... really want to die all alone out here?" With that thought, Takashi nearly shedded a tear as he trembled where he crouched. All because he feared that thought now more than ever.. Only a few seconds into his panic, his mood suddenly took a turn for the better as he began to loosen his grip on his monocular. He softly breathed as he ultimately released all of that tension in his body, as well as any doubt that tried to overcome him. Only one thing had aided in making that happen, and that was him... coming to an adament decision. Not only that, but he also had an answer for himself.

Absolutely not. No way in hell is going to end up alone on this godforsaken planet. If he's going to die, he's going to damn well do it while striving for a real purpose. That purpose; fighting for those who he can hopefully call friends, or maybe even family given time.. Now, will this decision end up being the biggest mistake of his life? Or will it be the best thing to ever happen to him? Only time will tell.

With a determined glare, Takashi clenched his fists as hope took ahold of him. Now that he knew what he wanted, there was only one thing left for him to do.

Taking one more breath, the calm and certain Komuro closed his eyes momentarily as he rose back up to his feet, his right hand going to its respective pocket to take out the small flashlight that he had hidden there. Then, after he had raised it over his shoulder and opened his eyes to gaze down at the sword wielders, clicking echoed repeatedly through the air..

A couple minutes prior, down by the gate..

Yuuko Sagiri, and Saeko Busujima..

These are the names of the two swordswomen who had approached Takashi's base.

At 28 years old, Yuuko was a rather tall woman who had sharp amber eyes and long flowing light pink hair that reached all the way down to her calves. As for her figure, it was one that she was quite proud of and wasn't afraid to flaunt. Honestly, she had to be one of the bustiest women Takashi had ever seen! Evident by her large breasts that stood at an I-Cup. Oh, he had seen nothing yet. Her attire consisted of tight clothing that left her midriff and a heavy amount of her bouncy cleavage exposed, such as white leather pants, a small white jacket over a black top, and white high heel boots.

As for Saeko, at 19 years old, she was a purplette young beauty with dazzling blue eyes. Though not as buxom as Yuuko, Saeko was sexy in her own right. She wore a dark purple short skirt and a light purple spaghetti strap tank top, said top being low cut enough to show a slight amount of her D-Cup cleavage. Underneath her own pair of high heel boots - which are black in color - were purple thigh high lace stockings.

"My, my, isn't this place surprisingly tidy." Said Yuuko as she was the first one to get a good look on the school's "front yard", narrowing her eyes suspiciously as what she was seeing - or rather not seeing - didn't make any sense to her. She knew that no matter where you are in this twisted world, you are most surely gonna end up finding either them creeping around, or a hell of a lot of blood. In the case of their current stop, she was seeing neither of those things. Due to the convenient angle of the moonlight, her and Saeko were able to see a good portion of the closed off property from where they stood. And as far as they can tell, it was pretty damn clean. Blood didn't stain anywhere on the concrete ground. No torn up organs were lying about and waiting to be stepped on. Best of all, no undead could be seen limping around. Sure, there's some broken windows here and there with no shattered glass lying around, but other than that, that's the only mess there is. Assuming that it's now uninhabited, it's like whoever was here went to great lengths at keeping this place secure and in the best possible condition. Needless to say, they did a damn fine job as both girls were genuinely impressed.

"You think someone could be here?" Asked Saeko, speaking with calm readiness as she waved her right fingers slowly over her sword handle.

"It's definitely possible." Responded Yuuko. "I mean, when's the last time you've seen a school look so clean in this day and age?" She asked the purplette. "Because let me tell you, I can't recall a single instance."

"Mm, that's a fair point." Saeko breathed, nodding as she could say the same. "So, what do we do now then?" Was her next question. "If someone's here, you think they'll be willing to take us all in? Even if it's just for the night."

"Well, it's hard to say really. Every other stranger we've met haven't exactly been... hospitable to us as of late." Yuuko muttered, sighing in discontent at their luck when it came to meeting other survivors. "Besides, as far I can tell, there doesn't seem to be anyone here. There's no lights on, and I don't know about you, but I can't hear anything indicating that someone or something is here." She chuckled with a small smile before continuing. "Then again, it is nighttime and I could just be jumping to conclusions way too soon."

"Yeah, I was about to say." Saeko teased with a smirk, earning herself a giggle from the light-haired woman. When they calmed down, they looked back to the school with concerned faces, not at all focusing on the roof. "That still doesn't answer my question though, Yuuko. What are we going to do? I don't think the girls will be happy to know that we're going to have to keep on driving. We're also very low on fuel. We can't go on unless we're certain that there's gas somewhere in this city. Plus, you know how they feel about sleeping in the bus; it isn't exactly a good time... for anyone."

"I hear you, Saeko." Yuuko acknowledged quietly, breathing deeply through her nose. "And trust me, I know how they feel." She rolled her eyes at the idea of sleeping on the bus. With how many in their group there are, it's nearly impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep without having to smother or be smothered. A bus full of voluptuous - some petite - ladies, and one little girl. Yeah, no, that's not happening. "All right, just let me think for a second here.." She whispered, bringing her hand away from her sword to cross her arms below her breasts, staring down the tall structure before them whilst in deep thought.

Granting the older woman's request, Saeko complied wordlessly and waited patiently, keeping an eye out for any... unwanted attention. Thankfully, they were still in the clear.

Yuuko contemplated for almost a minute before finally making her decision, looking back to Saeko with a stern stare. "Well, seeing as we don't really have a choice when you think about it, we'll have to take our chances and try to get in here." She said while pointing to the gated entrance beside them, looking back to it a moment later. "And here's to hoping that our luck is better this time.." She frowned.

Saeko smiled in relief as she heard the decision, relaxing her form as she could just feel the opportunity to have a decent rest coming. "Okay, good. Honestly, I don't think I'd last another minute in there." She pointed at the bus with a thumb, smirking at her own little joke.

"Oh, I agree, Saeko. I wholeheartedly agree." Yuuko stifled. "Anyway, I guess all we need to do first is find a way over this gate and get it open."

"Do you got any ideas?" Saeko questioned.

"Mmm, I do have one, but it may be a little... risky." Yuuko admitted a bit awkwardly, bringing her left thumb nail up to her teeth as she looked to the purplette with slight nervousness.

Saeko raised a brow at that, watching Yuuko with intense curiosity. "Oh, how so?"

Yuuko sighed as she wasn't sure if this plan would work, but it was the best one she could think of on such short notice. "Well, seeing as you're more lighter and flexible than I, I was hoping that maybe you'd be willing to hop on over and find a way to get the gate open. Once I had given you a good boost, of course. If we want this done as quietly as possible, something tells me that a button or a switch is what gets this thing open that way. I'll stay here and keep an eye on the others while you find it. So, does that sound good to you? Ideally, I'd suggest that we ram the bus right on through, but the last thing we need is to attract any... uninvited guests. Especially if someone went so far as to keep this place spotless for God knows how long."

On the outside, Saeko looked undisturbed by the suggestion as she looked to the gate, narrowing her eyes as she wondered if she'd be able to make the jump, seeing as the gate was over twice their height and they had never performed such a stunt before. That's what made her anxious on the inside. Yuuko was more up there in terms of strength than her, that she can't deny. As for her, it's true that she was the lightest of them. Plus, there was the fact that she trusted Yuuko with her life, and never once had she let her down in the time that they've known each other. But, in the end, she had to be utterly confident in the idea itself. "Are you sure that plan will work? I don't have a problem going in on my own, I assure you. But even I'm a bit uncertain that we'll land such a jump."

"Do you have a better idea?" Yuuko shrugged. "If so, I'm all ears, Saeko."

Taking a moment to think, Saeko herself couldn't come up with anything else. So with a soft sigh of defeat, she submitted to what had to be done. "I do not."

Yuuko smiled tenderly as she could tell that the teen was hesitant. So after stepping in front of Saeko, the one who she looked at as a younger sister and student, the woman placed a hand over her tense shoulder, getting her to meet eye to eye with her. "It's not my brightest idea, I'll admit, Saeko. But just trust in me and I promise that I'll get you over. I haven't let you down in the past, and believe me when I say that I don't intent to start now, nor do I ever want to. So now I ask you, are you truly up for this?" Leaving it at that, Yuuko waited calmly for an answer, never breaking the eye contact she had with her student.

Reassured by her teacher's words, Saeko nodded as she flashed the pinkette a confident smile, taking a breath to help settle her nerves. "If you're so sure we can do this, than who am I to doubt your word... Sensei."

"That's my girl." Yuuko grinned as she removed her hand from Saeko's shoulder. "Okay, let's get into position. The sooner we get this done, the better. And keep in mind that when you kick off, be sure to put as much as power as you can into it. Meanwhile, I'll push you up to the best of my ability. With our combined effort, we should be able to do this no problem." She informed the teen with a fearless smirk.

Taking in her instructions and believing Yuuko's last statement to be true, Saeko wholeheartedly concurred as she shared a similar expression to that of the busty woman's. "Yes, Sensei."

Without further ado, the two warriors got to their assigned positions; Yuuko turning her back to the gate while Saeko stepped some feet away from her. Using her sheathed sword, Yuuko kneeled as she held the weapon up over her head, gripping onto the handle and near the end of her sheath. As for Saeko, she prepped herself to make one mad dash towards her mentor, breathing steadily to maintain her concentration on the task at hand.

Seeing as they were both ready to go, Yuuko said, "I'm ready when you are, Saeko."

"I hear you." Saeko acknowledged before letting out a sudden scoff, a funny thought having come to her. "Hmph, I wonder what the others are saying if they're watching us right now."

"Calling us crazy most likely." Yuuko chuckled.

"That sounds about right." After a light chuckle of her own, Saeko huffed as she put on her serious face now. "Okay, Sensei, here I come!" She warned the woman as she reeled her right foot back, applying pressure to her heel as she leaned forward and held onto her sword tightly.

"Come, Saeko!" Said Yuuko, sounding just as serious as she strengthened her current stance and grip, locking gazes with the purplette as she smiled at her.

With a nod, Saeko didn't waste anymore time as she instantly blasted off towards Yuuko, moving with impressive speed as dust kicked up around from where she had launched. However, her effort would all be for nothing as she wouldn't get the chance to even make the jump onto the older woman's sword. As for what made her halt, let's just say that her attention had finally been drawn towards the roof for the very first time. So as she gasped in shock and her eyes widened, she stood in place stiffly as she tried to process what she was witnessing.

Surprised by the teen's sudden lack of movement, as well as her dramatic shift in demeanor, Yuuko stood back up whilst lowering her weapon, looking over at Saeko in worry. "Is... something the matter, Saeko?" She asked with deep concern as she approached the startled girl, her voice not even enough to snap her out of her trance.

Nevertheless, she was able to get some sort of an answer, which took on the form of Saeko pointing up to the rooftop of the school building. "U-Up there.." She stuttered, lowering her hand.

Seeing where her student's point had aimed, Yuuko turned around and proceeded to follow it, and what she saw at the end had her suffering the same reaction as Saeko.

'Oh my God... There's actually still a survivor here!' Yuuko internally exclaimed, watching as someone on the roof was flickering the bulb to a flashlight on and off repeatedly.

After a short while, the flickering came to a stop, allowing the girls the chance to finally take in the silhouette of the person who had caused it. And from what they can see, it appeared to be the figure of a man, a rather lean one at that. His shoulder length hair was flowing freely with the light breeze, along with the flaps to his unbuttoned jacket.

"I'm not the only one seeing this, am I, Yuuko..?" Saeko inquired as she somewhat came back to her senses, gulping due to the fear of having to leave now that it's confirmed someone was living here. Whether he's a threat or not though remains to be seen, so she continued to hope that they'd get to stay.

"No. You most definitely are not, Saeko.. Not at all." Replied Yuuko as she continued to stare in awe at the unknown man, a shaky breath escaping her as she began to experience the same fears as her student.

A few moments into their stunned staring, the swordswomen were pulled out their current state when the male figure jogged away from the ledge, going completely out of their view and to Lord knows where.

"W-Where'd he go?" Asked Yuuko, alarmed about the man's sudden departure.

"Perhaps he's coming down to greet us?" Saeko responded unsurely as they both tried to get a visual on him, but to no avail. Just to be safe, they were on the verge of pulling out their weapons, prepared to throw down if that's what this guy wanted. They would've taken their sidearms out, but they opted to leave them in the bus before coming out here, as they didn't want to risk bringing them around. In most cases of their violent encounters, their blades were all they required anyway.

Some probably would've gotten the fuck out of dodge by now, but not them, not now. They were in a desperate situation, and for them, they couldn't afford to abandon the idea of this place being a potential shelter. Even if it's just for a short while, they prayed that this man would let them take refuge in his "humble" abode.

More than a minute had come and gone, and they were still met with nothing but silence. But no longer would that be the case as all of a sudden... the gates slowly opened up before them.

They gasped upon noticing this, tensing up slightly as the sharp creaking the metal doors made caught them off guard. When opening as much as their hinges allowed, the gates halted their steady motion before leaving the beauties in silence once more... and with an invitation it seemed.

Looking bewildered at each other, Yuuko and Saeko were at a loss on what to do next. They haven't formally been invited in, which is what was holding them back from simply strolling onto the property.

"Should we... go on through? I don't think we're going to get a clearer invitation than this, Yuuko." Whispered Saeko as she scanned the area for the earlier male presence, or any presence for that matter. But, alas, she wasn't picking up anything.

Yuuko had always been one with razor sharp survival instincts, and never once had they led her, or anyone in her crew, astray - much like the male who had allowed them access into his base - so when they explained to her that no danger was imminent upon entering the school grounds, she believed them. With that in mind, Yuuko was now visibly calm as she took a relaxed breath, easing up on her stance as she stood up straight and released her blade. "Tell Shizuka to start moving the bus in." Was all she had to say to her pupil, not taking her eyes off of the building close by. It slightly unnerved her that no one was coming out to greet them, but she wouldn't jump the gun quite just yet. For all she knew, the mystery man was taking his time getting to them.

With Yuuko sounding so sure about that course of action, that only meant one thing to Saeko. So not about to ask any questions regarding the woman's flawless judgement, Saeko nodded in compliance as she got to fulfilling her order. "Right away." She said, moving to disappear from her mentor's view when going around the bus.

With the teen gone for the time being, Yuuko was left alone with her thoughts, and right now, she only had one thing to say about this godsend of a development.

'You have my eternal gratitude... friend.' With that, she flashed a pleased smile to no one in particular as she proceeded to step forward... into their new home.

With Takashi..

"Okay, that should do it.." Takashi whispered as he had just pressed a button that opened the gates for Yuuko and her group, looking up at the number of surveillance monitors that littered the wall in front of him, seeing as he was in the school's rather small but cozy security office. He paid close attention to the screen that showed the opening gateway, looking slightly nervous as Yuuko and Saeko's initial reaction had him on edge. Ultimately, he expressed relief as the ladies eased up their wariness after a few moments, seeing the light-haired woman then order the young purplette it looked like.

He narrowed his eyes curiously as he watched Saeko disappear around the bus, wondering what she was up to. Ignoring that though, he steered his sights back over to Yuuko as she started to walk onto his property while looking quite pleased. He smiled himself as it felt pretty damn great to help out some good people for a change. At least, that was his hopeful assumption. The bus caught his attention as it started to move in reverse, backing up enough for it to turn itself past the gate. "All right, everything seems to be going smoothly so far. That's good." Takashi muttered as he waited until the armored transport was through the gates before closing them, waiting till they were completely sealed before taking his eyes off the monitor.

Now that he had no more reason to be there, Takashi made his way to leave the room, seeing as it was about time that he welcome the new residents.

"Now here's to hoping that our meeting goes well also.."

With Yuuko..

As she made her way across the vast parking lot, her left hand over the butt of her blade, Yuuko felt comforted in being in such a clean environment. Well, as clean as can be in this wretched day and age. She got to see more than what she did back on the 'outside', and truly, this place was remarkably clean of any gore and senseless grime. She honestly couldn't wait to see the inside of the school building. She stopped by the stairs that would take her up to the structure, wanting to wait for her comrades as she turned around to see the bus making its stop a few feet away, the door to the vehicle facing her.

After the bus was turned off, the door opened before the woman... and out stepped her friends. Nay, her family.

First out was Saeko as she opted to stay in the bus and by the door after informing their driver of Yuuko's earlier order, smiling upon seeing her mentor again as she approached her. "So, how'd everyone take it?" Yuuko asked, having a good idea about the answer already.

"They're... relieved, to say the least." Saeko answered, stifling a giggle upon mentally recalling the reaction her companions gave when she had announced their stay earlier.

"Good. I'd be disappointed if anyone ended up complaining. It's rare of us to come upon a decent shelter such as this." Yuuko chuckled as she glanced over her shoulder at the school.

"That it is.." Saeko smiled, giving their new 'home' a content glance of her own.

"Ugh, finally we can get out of this damn cramped bus for once. I don't think I'd last another night trying to sleep in this heap."

The swordswomen perked up when hearing the familiar female voice grumble her complaint from behind them, looking back to see the next one of their crew step off the bus.

"Well, Saya, I suppose today is finally our lucky day." Yuuko grinned, watching as one Saya Takagi stretched out after she had unloaded herself from the bus.

At 18 years old, Saya was a bespectacled young slender beauty with deep yellow eyes and long pink hair that was done up into twin tails by dark ribbons. Hugging her full F-Cup breasts was a tight brown tee shirt that had the letters 'HQ' printed on it, a black shirt hidden underneath as long sleeves came down to her wrists. Attached to thin black suspenders that went over her shoulders were small green cargo shorts that ended at her upper thighs, squeezing her creamy limbs just tight enough to remain comfortable. Her shorts and top left some space between each other to show off a bit of her midriff. To finish her look, she wore white ankle socks underneath a pair of black high tops.

"Mmm~! Yeah, you got that right, Yuuko." Saya replied as she finished her stretch, moaning as she felt her body let loose. She looked around to take in their new surroundings, raising a brow and pursing her lips in an impressed manner as she immediately liked what she saw. "Hmm, not too shabby.." Was her comment as she stepped out of the bus entrance's way, giving another 'guest' the chance to step out.

This time, it was a little girl..

At 7 years old, adorable Alice Maresato had bright purple eyes - a mole under the left one - that were filled with innocence, surprisingly enough, and short pink hair. She wore a small white jacket over a pink dress top, a blue skirt, and a pair of white socks and sneakers. She didn't come out of the bus alone as she held what looked to be a small white dog close to her chest, said dog having some black on its ears and the tip of its tail. This was her pet/bestfriend, Zeke.

"Uwaaah~ Look how clean this place is, Zeke. It's nice compared to the other places we've been to, don't you think?" Asked the little lady as she looked down to her pet with a bright smile.

As his response, Zeke gave a concurring bark before panting excitedly, his wet snout reaching up to give Alice a few licks to the chin.

Alice giggled as the dog's action tickled her, raising her head enough to avoid his active tongue. "H-Hey! Silly Zeke! Stop that, not now!" She exclaimed with a cheerful snicker, petting the dog to calm him down. To which he did after a few seconds as he looked around while continuing to pant.

"Now, now, Alice dear. Don't let Zeke get too riled up. You know what happens when things get too loud."

Alice hummed as she looked over her shoulder at the woman who had called to her, smiling as she saw her Mother figure descending the steps. "Oh, sorry about that, Mama. Don't worry, I quieted him down." She responded, turning around to face the woman coming down to her and Zeke.

At 39 years old, the mature babe known as Yuriko Takagi - Mother to Saya and adoptive Mother to Alice - had a pair of kind purple eyes and long flowing light purple hair. She wore a dark red dress that let a generous amount of her F-Cup cleavage out to breath and was ripped along the left side of her body up to above her waist, exposing the loaded Glock 42 pistol she had holstered to her thigh and one side of the thin waistband to her black lace thong. Lastly, on her bare feet were red high heel shoes. Her attire was... unconventional when it came to a zombie apocalypse, she's well aware of that fact. But with having been forced to abandon most of what they owned back at their former fortress due to an... untimely incident, she really didn't have much to wear other than what she had escaped with on that day..

As she stepped off the bus, Yuriko smiled gently at the child as she gave her head a light brushing. "Good girl, now try and make sure he stays that way, okay? It'd be a real shame if this place were to get... messy so soon upon our arrival. Understood?"

"Mmm, we'll be as quiet as mice from now on, Mama. I promise." Alice reassured as she looked to Zeke for support. "Right, boy?"

Already fulfilling his end of the bargain, Zeke simply huffed at Yuriko in affirmation, causing her to smile gratefully.

"Thank you, you two. Such good little ones, you are." Yuriko chuckled as she gave Zeke a soft petting, causing him to whine in glee as he nestled into her palm. Afterwards, Yuriko turned Alice around as she lead them towards her eldest daughter, getting out of the way for someone else to exit.

"Misuzu! Toshimi! Can you two please hurry the hell up! I can't stand all the heat in this damn thing anymore.."

"Ugh, Show some patience for once, will you, Miku? We're going! We just don't wanna trip and fall by going too fast."

"Oh, that's such a lame ass excuse! Your leg coordination can't be that bad!"

"H-Hush, you two, you're being a bit too loud.. We don't want to risk drawing them to this place."

Three more teen girls stepped into the outdoors, one after the other.

The first one was named Misuzu Ichijou. At 17 years old, she had brown eyes, short brown hair that was done up into a bun, and a cute petite figure, her bust sitting at a B-Cup. Her attire consisted of a bright red short sleeve loose crop top, black leggings, and a pair of dark sneakers.

The second was named Toshimi Niki. Being 17 years of age as well, Toshimi is a rather timid looking cutie with light blue eyes and dark blue hair that was brushed back into a short single braided pigtail. She wore a loose beige cami top that revealed some of her D-Cup cleavage, bright blue jeans that were cut up into tight short shorts, and a pair of brown sandals.

Lastly, the pouty teen amongst the trio - who stepped out impatiently right after Toshimi - was named Miku Yuuki. At 18 years old, Miku was a shapely beauty with bright yellow eyes and short light orange hair that was held back - with the exception of a few strands as they hung down by her face - by a black hairband. She had piercings in her ears as there were two on her left ear and a single one on the right. She had on an orange tube top that seemed a few sizes too small for her as it only succeeded to wrap around her DD-Cup breasts, pale ripped skinny jeans, and a pair of sky blue flip flops.

"Well, I'm just saying, the two of you could've moved quicker than that." Miku said as she had been the one to complain, crossing her arms underneath her bouncing bosom as she huffed at the two besties, glaring at the brunette in particular.

"Rrr.. I swear, you can be so damn unbearable at times, you know that, Miku?" Misuzu spat as she huffed right back at the bitter orangette.

'Yeah, I think I'll just stay out of this one and let the issue sort itself out.' Thought Toshimi as she internally sighed at the two's irrational bickering, seeing no point in trying to get involved as they were already ignoring her.

"Hmph! Like I fucking care what you think." Miku scoffed, rolling her eyes as she looked away. "Whatever, we're out of the damn bus, which means I don't need to be here wasting anymore of my time and breath on this dumb conversation." Leaving it at that, Miku turned to get away from the two girls, not giving them a second glance as she just wanted to breathe some fresh air now.

Misuzu was fuming as she watched Miku walk away, glaring down at her smooth back that was mostly exposed. "Goddamn, that girl! Why does she have to be such a bitch all the time? Honestly, the stick up her ass must be fucking huge." The brunette complained as she turned on her heel and stomped off in the opposite direction, leaving Toshimi for the time being as she needed some space to cool down after that confrontation. Despite being apart of their survivor group since the beginning, her and Miku just could never seem to get along or see eye to eye on most things, always looking to be at each others throats for some dumb reason or another. It's a miracle that they hadn't killed one another at this point, though they should probably thank their allies for that as they always manage to help keep their hatred at bay.

As for Toshimi, she simply sighed as situations like these were not uncommon. "What else is new..." She frowned as her head lowered dejectedly.

"Hmm, compared to some of their previous spats, that one didn't seem to end quite as badly. Usually, there's some hair pulling involved."

Upon hearing the mature feminine voice, Toshimi raised her head before looking back to the bus to see who had spoken. "Oh, s-sorry, Kyoko. I'll get out of your way." Said the flustered bluenette as she sidestepped away from the vehicle's exit, allowing the woman to come on out.

At 30 years old, Kyoko Hayashi possessed long reddish-brown hair that was done into a small ponytail at her upper back, small oval glasses over her light brown eyes, and a body that was both plump and curvaceous in all the right places. She wore a white one button suit jacket over a yellow top, said top allowing some of her H-Cup cleavage to be on display, a black pencil skirt that was torn along her right thigh, and a pair of black kitten heels.

"Thank you kindly, Toshimi." Kyoko smiled at the teen as she exited. "Wow, Saeko wasn't kidding. This place really is neat when you get better look at it." The buxom redhead commented upon taking a long look around the property, nodding in approval as she had no complaints about the new scenery.

"Mhm, I'd say so." Toshimi hummed as she too was now gazing around in astonishment. "It really makes you wonder who exactly did all of this.."

"You're not wrong in that regard.." Kyoko mumbled before diving deep into her thoughts. 'After what Saeko had revealed to us earlier, I find it hard to believe that there is only one person occupying this school. I mean, to maintain such a level of cleanliness over a large property like this, you'd think it require multiple people to get it done. However, if it is just one person, a man at that, then color me... intrigued.' With that final thought, Kyoko smirked as she stepped forward to regroup with Yuuko, while Toshimi went to go check up on Misuzu.

"Come on, you two! Let's go, let's go! I wanna see the place!"

"Ease up there, Oriha! We're moving."

"Hehehe, you know, it still amazes me how she manages to remain in such high spirits."

Coming out were three more teenage girls.

Firstly, there was Sumire Mikazuki, a 17 year old slender cutie with short dark purple hair - a streak of light purple on each side of her face - and soft red eyes. She wore a pink deep V neck tee that showed some cleavage of her D-Cup bust, blue slim jeans, and white converse shoes.

Secondly, there was Haron Mikazuki, who is also 17 years old and Sumire's sister. More on the petite side compared to Sumire, Haron had chest length dark blue hair - light blue streaks along the long locks framing her face - that, with a blue ribbon, was done into a ponytail, and a pair of sharp red eyes. She wore a navy sports bra over her B-Cup bust, dark legging shorts hugging her lower body down to her mid thighs, and a pair of blue runners shoes.

Last but not least, there was the energetic gal amongst the trio, Oriha Nashida. Despite lacking in the height department and looking rather childish for her age of 17, Oriha's figure was not to be underestimated as she was actually quite the busty teen. Even more so than her good friend Sumire as she was more filled out in the areas that counted, her breasts being a pair of shapely E-Cups. Being done into twin ponytails, her hair was colored a combo of blonde, pink and purple, also having adorable big blue eyes. Her attire was made up of a small orange jacket over a white thigh length sundress that displayed a slight bit of cleavage, and on her feet were a pair of orange bow flip flops.

"Yup, and I wish I knew how she does it." Haron smiled as she stepped off. "We're three years into the world's demise and she's still able to smile bravely through it all."

"That's just who she is, I suppose. A strong young woman." Sumire giggled.

"Ah, that sounds about right." The bluenette gladly agreed.

"Ooooo, I'm loving this place already! It's so... so... spotless~! Yeah, that's the word, almost." Oriha chirped as she took in their new settlement, her statement supported by the beaming stare she rewarded it.

"Yeah, it is pretty clean." Haron blinked.

"It's certainly something you don't see everyday." Said Sumire as she sounded mighty surprised like her sister.

Then, as if their minds were one and smiles grew on their faces, the three friends simultaneously thought, 'I don't know why, but the idea of staying here just feels so... right.'

Eager to view more of the scenery together, they walked off to do just that with Oriha leading the charge. At the same time, it was a goal of theirs to get a better feel of their new residence.

Next in line to exit the bus were yet another group of girls, but this time, there were four of them. And like most members of their big family, they appeared to be pretty close friends.

First out was Rei Miyamoto. At 18 years old, along with a pair of fierce red eyes, she possessed long orange-brown hair that had two strands hanging by her face and a small flowing ponytail tied in the back. She wore a white tie front cardigan, which left plenty of her E-Cup cleavage and midriff bare, black denim shorts, and white shoes.

Second out was Yuu Momokino, who at 18 years old, had short green hair, gentle brown eyes, and a mole under her left eye. She wore a yellow Y neck halter top that looked like it could barely contain her F-Cup bosom, a black flared skirt going down to her smooth upper thighs, and a pair of black sandals.

Third one out was Hinako Kominato. At 17 years old, she was a rather short stacked brunette who possessed a petite body frame and bright brown eyes. She wore a black casual vest over an orange tank top, navy skinny jeans and a pair of orange sneakers.

Lastly, there was Mikoto Kiba. Who, at 18 years old, had a pair of bright golden eyes, long silver hair that she allowed to fall freely down her back, and a perky bust that stood at a DD-Cup. Her attire was nothing fancy as she wore a simple grey tee shirt that really emphasized the shape of her breasts, grey denim shorts that were a tight fit on her hips and butt, and a pair of dark shoes.

The instant her feet hit the pavement, Rei moaned as she could feel her legs coming back to life. She stretched her arms high above her head to achieve similar results for those limbs, her back arching as she did. For a brief moment, due to how far her chest had stretched forward, her plump rack threatened to snap her top's knot. "Thank God, it feels so good to finally be out of there." She finished her stretch. "So, how are you girls doing?" She asked as she turned around to face her friends after they had spilled out calmly behind her.

"I'm a little stiff in the neck, but other than that, I'm feeling just fine." Yuu replied softly, flashing a small smile.

"I wish I can say the same.." Hinako pouted as she rubbed a hand at her lower back, wincing as she was experiencing slight pain there. "I can never sleep in the bus without something feeling sore when I wake up." She complained.

"I hear that." Muttered Rei as she bended her neck side to side a few times, ridding herself of more tense knots littering her muscular system. She was trying to anyway.

"Sounds like we all could use a massage, huh?" Mikoto hissed, rubbing at her left shoulder with her right hand before rolling said shoulder.

"Oh, hell yeah.." Rei groaned.

"That does sound nice." Yuu concurred while Hinako simply nodded.

"It's too bad that none of us have the hands of a masseuse." Mikoto sighed. "At this point, I think only a professional can help us with this level of stiffness." With that said, Rei, Hinako and Yuu hummed in agreement.

"Well, who knows, maybe the person staying at this school knows how to give a decent massage." Yuu spoke as she gestured towards the school building, getting her own hopes up now that she threw out that idea.

"It's... a possibility." Rei replied with uncertainty. "But even if that's true, knowing our recent luck with strangers, I don't think I'd be all that comfortable with someone I don't know laying their hands on me if they're just going to end up being complete jerks.." The orangette shivered at the thought.

"Can't say that I blame you for feeling that way." Hinako frowned. "It seems like everyone we meet, they're determined to either ignore us, or threaten us. Heh, I suppose that's just the cruel universe telling us that we can only depend on each other.."

"There's no need to make it sound like such a bad thing, Hinako." Smiled Mikoto as she gently rubbed the petite brunette on the shoulder. "If you think about it, isn't that the reason why we're all still alive? Sure, some of us may have issues with one another that still need to be resolved, but in the end, I believe that we'll always have each other's backs. No matter what." She stated with confidence.

"Mikoto.." Hinako whispered, amazed.

With Mikoto's words having given a boost in morale, Rei and Yuu themselves smiled.

"Well, when you put it that way, we should be glad that it's just been us then, huh?" Rei rubbed at her neck as she felt kind of dumb for realizing that now.

As her friends continued to converse, Yuu's good mood dissipated almost instantly as a frown suddenly appeared on her expression after a... memory - one that she didn't want to remember - popped up in her mind. 'No... Clearly not ALL of us had survived, Mikoto..' She turned her head away so the others wouldn't notice her new look, not wanting to worry them. However, someone new would come to witness it as she was stepping out of the bus behind her, catching the greenette by surprise.

"Yuu? Is something the matter?"

Upon hearing her name, Yuu did a swift 180 to face whoever had called her.

And it was one Asami Nakaoka. At the edge of hitting her twenties, she shared a body structure that was similar to that of Hinako's. Though they weren't, the two petite girls could easily be mistaken for sisters as they both had short length hair that were about the same bright shade of brown. However, that's where their similarities ended as Asami's hair was styled differently and she was just a tad taller than Hinako, also having big blue eyes instead of brown. Her choice of clothing definitely made her stand out as she wore what looked to be a policewoman's uniform. Which was complete with a gold buttoned navy jacket over a white dress shirt, a black tie, and a navy skirt that ended its length near her knees. There's a story behind her particular style of attire, but we'll get to that soon enough.

Realizing she'd been caught, Yuu quickly shook off her gloominess before anyone else could spot it for themselves, her pleasant smile making its return. Now was not the time to be thinking any sad thoughts, she reminded herself, for it had been days since their group last had something good happen to them, and now was the time for them to finally have their spirits up while they can. And she didn't wish to ruin that. "Oh, hi, Asami." She politely greeted. "No, nothing's the matter. Why do you ask?" In order to hopefully defuse Asami's suspicion, she took a shot at playing things cool. It was kind of a dirty trick to play on Asami, she knows. But she meant good intentions.

"Oh, sorry... You just looked sad for a second there." Asami blinked, tilting her head in confusion.

As much as Yuu didn't like to think this and take advantage of it, she's glad that Asami's a bit of a... err, well, a ditz.

"No, I'm doing just fine. Don't you worry." Yuu proved her claim further by shaking her head in denial, her acting skills being just decent enough for the brunette to believe her.

"Hmmm..." Yuu sweated a bit as Asami seemed to almost glare at her while doing a little hum, her concern and curiosity intensifying suddenly as she scanned the busty girl for any sign of deception.

The greenette was allowed to breathe a few seconds later as Asami ultimately let the issue go with a beaming smile and a hop of her heels, relieving all signs of her prior obvious wonder. "Well, okay then!" Asami chirped. "As long as you're all right. That was probably just silly me seeing things." With a giggle, Asami went ahead and gently bonked herself on the head, believing the slight sleep deprivation she'd been experiencing the last few days to be the cause of her "hallucination". Despite that, she's still able to be so... Asami-like.

"That may be it.." Yuu awkwardly replied, unnerved by the brunette's smile. 'There's so much pain hidden behind her smile.. Though, considering how close she was to the person we had... lost, none of us can blame her for wanting to shield away such despair. I'm so sorry, Asami.'

"Yup! Anyway, you see where Yuriko went by any chance?" Asked Asami as she looked around for the aforementioned Mother Takagi, unable to spot the former police woman she looked up to - one of them at least - as she was unaware that Yuu was unintentionally covering her view of said woman.

"Oh, um... let's see.." Helping Asami out, Yuu took a look around for Yuriko herself before quickly pointing her out the instant she had turned around. "Oh, there she is, Asami. Right over there with Alice and Saya." She gestured over to where the Takagi family were, stepping aside for when the petite girl wanted to trek on by.

"Great! Thanks for that, Yuu." Asami said gratefully, not wasting time in getting to her own Mentor figure as she jogged over towards Yuriko and her children, waving bye to Yuu as she moved past her. Yuu returned the gesture as she watched Asami go, smiling kindly all the while. 'Someone will have to talk to her later when they get the chance. She hasn't been open with herself to any of us since the... incident. So, I can only imagine all the suffering that she must be keeping bottled up inside her. That can't be doing her any good..' As much as she wanted to have that conversation with Asami herself, it would have to wait, as all that was on her mind now was one simple question; where oh where was their kind and generous host?

Back with Takashi...

As he made his way through the first floor halls of the school to meet up with the new arrivals, Takashi exhaled heavily as even though he was excited to meet them all, he was also pretty fucking nervous. He expressed it further by running a hand over his head, gripping at his hair momentarily before releasing. He felt his palms sweating like crazy as he clenched them repeatedly by his sides. This was an unusual reaction for him as he had never been one to get nervous to such an extent when it came to meeting unfamiliar faces; even before the apocalypse. Suppose that just goes to show how much his forced isolation from sensible company had changed him. And here he was thinking that he had only changed in positive ways, or what can be considered positive in this new world. He still had trouble believing that this was happening. It felt almost as if... he was in a dream. A wonderous dream that he didn't wish to wake up from. Finally, his solitude had came to an end, and the aching emotions that come with such a hopeless situation can at last leave him be. He nearly choked up as the revelation slapped his heart across its imaginary face, succeeding on bringing a smile to his face as he breathed again, but more calmly this time around. There may still be hope for the world after all if there's still others out there who have their shit together, he thought. Now, when it comes time to getting acquainted with his upcoming companions, he hopes he can do just that.

Reaching the main exit/entrance, he stopped before the doors that lead to the outside world, needing another moment of silence before heading out. If by some bloody miracle there was some sort of God watching over him, he prayed they would help him keep his cool and not make this first meeting an awkward one. So with that silent request made, Takashi huffed as he proceeded to push open the doors. As they opened, the hinges to the doors squeaked, and did so almost too loudly. The lone male survivor cringed as the noise was that piercing to the ears within such a close proximity. 'Shit, no doubt they probably heard that. Well, at least this way, I'll have gotten their attention. All right, whatever... Let's do this, Takashi. You can do it.' Not stressing about the matter, Takashi looked forward with bravery before stepping out into the moonlight, the doors shutting behind him with a light slam.

Upon hearing the irritating noise of the door echo, the ladies, who were instantly alarmed, gasped as they ceased with whatever conversations they were having and looked over towards the stairs Yuuko, Saeko and Kyoko stood near, locking their sights at the top of said stairs as they heard footsteps approaching their direction slowly. Speaking of the katana wielding babes, they were more battle-ready than startled as they quickly had their hands ready to unsheathe their blades. Purely on instinct, of course. They weren't the only ones ready to use their weapons as Yuriko was close to whipping out her pistol while hiding an anxious Alice behind her protectively, her eyes narrowed dangerously as she had already undid her holster. Now, she was just waiting for a valid reason to aim her gun and pull the trigger. 'Cause let her tell you, when it comes to preserving her daughters safety, her trigger finger can't help but get itchy.

No words were exchanged as the group of females were stuck in a state of anticipation, their own erratic heartbeats and the light breeze being all they could hear at that moment. However, when that tense moment came and gone, color them... bashfully red? when they finally got to lay their eyes on probably one of the most attractive young men they had ever seen.

As for Takashi, let's just say that the feeling was... mutual once he got an up close view of his equally appealing, if not more so, 'roommates'.

And to think, they weren't all out of the bus quite just yet..
