Chapter Summery: In an effort to have future communication with Silvia and Edith without Ahyoka being the middleman, Edith offers to teach Elsa and Anna portal magic, however...

Disclaimer: I don't own Elsa, Anna, Cassandra or any other Disney characters or locations that appear or are mentioned in this work of fiction, Disney does.

However, watching the two depart for only a few paces, Anna gasped and rushed ahead of them.

"Hey wait!"

"What is it?" asked Edith, while Elsa walked beside Anna, curious to why she had stopped the two from leaving.

"We need a way to get in touch with you." stated Anna, which prompted a small gasp from Elsa.

"Oh, that's right." added Elsa. "We don't want to keep bothering Ahyoka anytime we'd like to get in touch with you, Silvia specifically."

"But we're open to communication with you too, Edith." continued Anna.

"Ah, ok." replied Silvia. "It would make it easier and not force Yoka to be the middle-man in communication. Hmm, what would be a simple solution?"

"Oh hey..." started Edith. "You two have magic, how about I teach you two to use portals?"

"Really!?" gasped Anna with delight, while Elsa looked confused and repeated...

"R-Really?"

"Yeah, why not?" replied Edith, before Anna happily replied...

"But Silvia said portal magic is dark magic, is that something you can teach?"

"Sure, but portal magic isn't restricted to Dark Magic." answered Edith. "It's just the magic we use; it tends to be a more favorable choice for us demons. What sort of magic do you two have? Looking at your clothing, I'm assuming their magically made; The Queen is ice I assume; And you Princess..." added Edith, stepping close to Anna and looking over her dress, though Anna answered...

"It's glass; I use fire to melt sand into molten glass."

"Ohh, intriguing..." commented Edith with interest as she looked over Anna's dress. "Can I touch it?"

"Uh, sure." replied Anna, before Edith reached out her right hand to the glass fabric of the dress around her belly and taking it between her fingers.

"Warm to the touch, thin, but holds together." commented Edith. "Fascinating..." she added, while Anna simply giggled at the delight of Edith studying her work, before she released her dress. "I have to say, glass clothing is a first for me."

"Really?" asked Anna.

"Yeah, congrats on showing me something new." replied Edith, before she slowly circled Anna, studying her craft. "And it's not transparent either, so your modesty's intact."

"Heh, obviously." chuckled Anna. "Not much of a dress if people could see right through it."

With Edith's interest in Anna's dress, Elsa chuckled and commented...

"Guess clothing made of ice isn't a new thing?"

"Hehe, sorry, it's not." replied Edith, followed by another chuckle from Elsa. "Creating clothes from ones own magic is quite common, but using ones magic in combination to create something not related to ones magic is less so, particularly glass."

Anna the smiled wide and asked...

"So you've seen a person clothe themselves in fire?"

"Yep." answered Edith. "Quite a sight. The person in particular loved attention and she certainly got it."

"I bet that is a sight to see." stated Anna. "I thought about it, but I'd be a danger to anyone and anything near me. Does or did that person have that issue too?"

"Nope, not unless she wanted it to be an issue." answered Edith. "She can control her fire with such skill that it produced no heat, or rather, produce the visual of fire."

"Whooaaa!" gasped Anna wide-eyed. "Fire that's not hot or burns anything!? That's possible!?"

"Heh, yep. I wouldn't be able to teach that though, sorry." replied Edith.

"Aww..."

"So..." added Edith. "Ice and Fire elemental magic."

"Actually..." commented Anna. "Apparently, Elsa's Ice and my Fire is just how our magic manifests as a base; Emory said we could use other elements and we have."

"Oh, really?" asked Edith.

"Yeah, just a couple days ago, I learned how to control earth magic; a little bit at least and Elsa can control Water and Wind."

"Ahh, I see." replied Edith. "You naturally favor a particular element, but have the potential for others."

"And not just elements!" declared Anna delightfully, before she knelt down and placed her right hand to the ground. "Watch this!"

Edith soon looked on in wide-eyed surprise as she saw grass and a few sparse flowers grow up around Anna's hand, prompted Edith to kneel down in front of Anna.

"Incredible! You're just full of surprises. You have the power of restoration."

"Yep." replied Anna, pulling her hand away.

"To what extent does your power reach?" asked Edith; however, Elsa answered...

"Just healing a few scraps and bruises, nothing crazy."

Edith glanced up to Elsa curiously, before Anna also did so briefly, quickly realizing she was well on her way to revealing things that was probably best to keep secret, even if Edith seemed nice, they only just met. Anna chuckled before she commented...

"Heh, yeah, can't do much more than that." stated Anna, returning to her feet, along with Edith. "But I've been practicing." she added, before Edith simply smiled at the two and replied...

"I see, well just keep practicing and grow your abilities. Being able to heal is an invaluable and precious ability."

"I will!" replied Anna. "So, onto teaching us how to use portal magic!" she added, before Elsa commented to Anna...

"Hey, wait; what happened to wanting to focus on you're other powers? You got Earth to practice, now you want to learn portal magic?"

"Yeah! Think of the usefulness of being able to make portals!" replied Anna excitedly. "And not just to contact Edith and Silvia, but we could travel long distances in an instant! No more making plans days or weeks in advance to go somewhere, oh, and we could visit Mother as easily as the walk we've had today."

"Hmm... You do make a very valid point with the utility of it." replied Elsa.

"Right!? So let's both learn something new!" requested Anna happily, before Edith commented...

"Just so you know, I make no guarantees either of you will be making functional portals within the next few minutes; but I can teach you the best method for your type of magic and you can practice it on your own. Portals can be tricky to pull off the first few times."

"... And dangerous." added Silvia, which prompted Edith to comment...

"But we'll take it slow, to minimize the danger."

"Works for me!" replied Anna, however, Elsa gave a wary groan.

"What sort of danger are we talking about?"

"An unstable portal can collapse violently." answered Edith. "Expelling the energy used to create it outwards." she added, which prompted a cringe from Elsa.

"Eh... I dunno. Portal magic seems a bit much. Is there another option?"

"Seriously?" asked Anna. "With everything you can do- have done; Portal magic is where you get hung up on?"

"Well I already agreed to work on other aspects of my magical abilities; Adding magic doorways from one place to another just seems like a lot for me. I won't stop you from learning though." replied Elsa. "Besides, both of us don't have to learn it."

"Ugh, fine." stated Anna.

"So..." started Edith. "Just the Princess then?"

"Yep." answered Anna. "I'm ready to learn!"

"Alright then." stated Edith. "Firstly, are you proficient enough in your ability to focus on a point with your magic?"

"Well, maybe not a point, but if there's a certain spot I focus on, I can heat it up without firing a ball of fire." answered Anna.

"Hmm, ok, how about suspending a ball of fire in the air, like this..." replied Edith, before she lifted her right hand created a ball of seemingly black fire, before it moved about a yard to her right and hovered there.

"Ohh, I never tried that." answered Anna. "Elsa can though."

"Then try." suggested Edith, moving aside, along with Silvia; both standing to Anna's right, before Elsa created a wide wall of ice where the two previously stood, only about a yard away.

"Just encase you can't stop it." commented Elsa.

"Alright." replied Anna, before she lifted her right hand towards the wall and formed a ball of fire in front of her palm, then sent it forward- or rather, launched it forward, right into the wall. "Oops, let's try that again, slower this time."

Repeating the act, Anna focused a bit more as the orb slowly departed from her palm and stopped within a foot of the wall.

"Ha, I did it!" commented Anna with delight. "Wasn't too hard, just requires a bit more focus than just shooting it somewhere."

"That's good." stated Edith. "Being able to control exactly where your magic is in the space around you is an important detail to creating a portal safely." she added, before Silvia chuckled and commented...

"Right, don't want a portal speeding off somewhere."

"Hehe, right." replied Edith. "You want a stationary portal. Now, I want to test something with you; given the skill you've shown with your glass dress, I expect you to do just fine, I just want confirmation."

"Alright." replied Anna.

"I see you still have your hand out towards the fireball, I want you to maintain the position of the fireball and lower your hand." instructed Edith, which Anna does so, lowering her hand to her side while the fireball remained at it's position. Edith waited for a few moments as the fireball remained still. "Good, now turn your back to it." stated Edith, which Anna looked puzzled by the request, but does so without a word.

Just seconds after Anna turned her back to her floating fireball, it began to waver side-to-side, not much, but compared to it's steadiness just moments before, it was quite clear Anna losing visual of her fireball, hindered her control of it.

"Hmm, ok, you can turn around." stated Edith, which Anna does so and the fireball steadies itself. "Did you feel any difficulty in maintaining the fireball without seeing it?"

"Hmm, I wouldn't say it was difficult." answered Anna. "But I had to focus more on remembering were it was."

"Alright then." replied Edith. "The fireball wobbled a bit when you lost visual of it. Nothing concerning, but it'll be better if you maintain visual of any portals you manage to make."

"Alright." replied Anna, before she giggled. "The little details you don't think about; How about you try it Elsa?" she added, looking to Elsa, who smile.

"Pretty sure I can do that." stated Elsa, before she lifted her left hand and created a head-sized crystal-like ice snowflake, turned around and sent the snowflake floating away from her about a yard and hanging in the air motionless, before Elsa turned her back to it and seconds later with no visual contact, the snowflake remained as motionless as before, which brought a smile to Anna's face.

"That's my sister!" praised Anna, which brought a chuckle from Elsa, before Elsa, reached her left hand over her shoulder and still without looking, the snowflake floated to it's initial place above her hand, before fluttering away in tiny snowflakes, before Silvia commented...

"Sure you don't wanna join your sister in learning to make portals?"

"Yeah." answered Elsa. "If the lessen isn't too involved, I'm sure I could remember it or maybe even Anna can teach me if I change my mind." she added, before Anna cooed with delight.

"Ohhh, me teach YOU something magic-wise!? I like that idea!"

"Hehe, ok." replied Edith. "The process isn't too involved, but for first-timers, can be tricky and uses a lot of power and involves some multi-tasking, which you should get used to with practice."

"We're multi-tasking all the time with our clothes." stated Anna. "I have to constantly use my magic to prevent my glass from hardening and trapping me in my clothes; which did happen when I first tried making glass clothing and Elsa uses her magic to prevent her dress from melting."

"Heh, well portals won't require constant multi-tasking." replied Edith. "Just the creation of it. So, ready?"

"And waiting!" declared Anna.

"Alright then, you can raise you hand back towards your fireball..." stated Edith, which Anna does so. "Now, I want you to close your eyes and think of a location you've been to; the more familiar you are with it, the better. So a popular one is a bedroom, or maybe a garden you like and/or take care of."

"Oh, well that's easy." replied Anna as she pictured Elsa's bedroom.

"Although..." added Edith was a brief look of thought, "Since this is your first time and your using fire, a place that won't easily catch fire would be preferable since embers will likely fall from your portal. Can you think of any fire-resistant locations?"

"Hmm..." hummed Anna. "Well I'd prefer a location in the castle, but where in the castle would be resistant to fire?"

"The dungeon." commented Elsa.

"Oh, right!" gasped Anna. "Aside from the cell doors, it's all brick-lined walls and floors. Alright then, I have my location, what's next?"

"Ok, here's where the multi-tasking comes in." stated Edith. "You're gonna need to keep the visual of the location in your mind and feed a large amount of energy into the fireball."

"That's it?" asked Anna, before Silvia chuckled...

"For a first-timer, it sounds easier than it is."

"Right." stated Edith. "There's another, final step, but let's take it one step at a time. You need to feed energy into a point; using your fireball as a reference point, think of it like burning a hole into the air itself."

"Alright, so sorta like when I make glass, a lot of heat and pressure to a focused point or small area, but that also made a lot of heat."

"We'll be fine." stated Edith.

Following that comment, Elsa took preemptive action and enclosed them in a large dome, with an opening above for heat to escape. Anna briefly opened her eyes at the sound of Elsa's magic and smiled at her sister.

"Thanks for the precaution."

"Heh, of course, can't have you setting things on fire."

Anna then turned her attention back to her hovering fireball and took a breath.

"Alright, the Castle's Dungeon and burning a hole into the air... I got this!"

Closing her eyes again, Anna focused on her chosen location and began to also focus on and feed more of her magic into the fireball; which quickly began to shift in color as it got hotter and hotter. Starting from the usual orange, flickering flames; to yellow, then white as the flames shrink; as well as the ball itself to form more of an orb as Elsa, Edith and Silvia began to feel the growing heat emitting from the condensed orb of energy.

"Gonna need a lot more than that." commented Edith.

Anna continued on, a slight groan leaving her as she fed more energy into the glowing orb, which shrinks more as it began to turn blue and hissing. The shrunken orb of intense fire now producing a heated wind that caused Elsa's cape to flutter in the wind.

"More." stated Edith.

At this, Anna opened her eyes to see the blue orb.

"Blue fire is the hottest I've gone."

"Then you're gonna need to push yourself." stated Edith. "Portals require a lot of energy and effort. Silvia makes it look easy because she's had lots of time to practice."

"...Ok then." replied Anna, with an unsure tone to her voice, before she thought. 'Well we did get stronger after arriving in Ahtohallan.' before she focused her attention back on the hissing orb of fire and grit her teeth as she focused and feed more and more energy into the heated point.

The heat grew even more intense in the ice dome and Elsa had to brace herself from the increasing wind, before she lifted her left hand up to shield her face from the heated wind, before she noticed parts of her dress melting, her sleeve in particular.

"Perhaps a dome wasn't the best choice." commented Elsa, before she also created a chilled aura within the dome, hoping to offset the heat, which seemed to work.

The blue, hissing fire soon began to quite down as another groan left Anna and she lifted her left hand towards the fiery orb, which began to shrink even more, now perhaps no bigger than ones palm as it's blue color began to fade for a darker one. Elsa, curiously began to feel the heat and wind fade as the dark blue, nearly silent heated point, grew even darker, nearly black and heard another groan from Anna.

"Is... this, better?" groaned Anna, she was confused at the sight in front of her, it did not look like a flame anymore, but a black point with a hazy aura and it was a great effort to maintain.

"Yes, that's good." replied Edith. "Are you still thinking of your chosen location?"

"Ah... r-right..." replied Anna with a groan before she closed one eye in an effort to focus on her location she wanted to create a portal to, but with the effort required to maintain the intense black point, Anna found it difficult to maintain her split focus. "I got it, nngh, what's the next step?"

"Are you sure?" asked Edith. "You need a clear picture of the location."

"I'm sure, I'm sure!" declared Anna, but the comment was a lie, she couldn't focus clearly and she wasn't sure how much longer she could maintain the black point.

At this however, Elsa noticed Silvia calmly and silently backing away towards the edge of the dome, behind Edith in particular.

"Alright..." stated Edith, eyeing Anna. "Next, while you have the location in your mind, you want to widen the point you've create, make it bigger."

Anna sighed and proceed to attempt it, groaning as she slowly began to spread her hands, but it was almost as it something was preventing her from moving her hands.

"Nngh, it feels like it's fighting me." stated Anna.

"Well fight back." stated Edith. "This is the last step."

Anna then reached deep and groaned hard as she fought whatever force was fighting her and her hands slowly began to part ways as the black point began to grow, the hazy aura fading and soon seeing to the delight of Anna, Elsa and Edith, a black ring began to form and grow and the black of the ring began to shift into a dark blue with numerous sparks jumping from it. The ring reached hand-sized before they notice an ice wall wasn't on the other side.

"You're, doing it..." commented Elsa, with awe.

"I'm doing it!" declared Anna with a groan.

"Good, but don't loose focus!" warned Edith. "You'll-"

As if on cue, Anna's already wavering focus on picturing the location broke, which prompted a gasp from her as the force that fought her, disappeared in a blink as the ring collapsed back to the black point of energy.

"Get down!" declared Edith suddenly, before Anna gasped when she was tackled to the ground, before the collapsed portal explodes with energy, feeling the rush of wind and the sound of the ice dome shattering around them and to Anna's horror, the sound of Elsa's scream, which was cut off suddenly and a hard thud of something hitting something.

Once the explosion of energy had passed, Anna saw Edith lifting herself from on top of her asking...

"You ok?"

Anna's only concern was for Elsa though.

"Elsa! Where's Elsa!?" asked Anna frantically trying to free herself from under Edith, who sat up to allow Anna to sit up and look around for her sister.

A worried gasp left Anna as she saw Silvia, sitting with her back against a tree, holding onto Elsa with her wings out and folded over, shielding her.

"Elsa!" gasped Anna, rushing to her feet and towards the pair and kneeing down, before Silvia spread her wings to reveal Elsa, who looked to be unhurt, but unconscious. "Oh, Elsa!"

"Nngh, don't worry Princess." commented Silvia. "She's fine, I caught her, but the force of the explosion just knocked her out."

"Ohhh, thank you so much!" declared Anna with a heavy, relieved sigh; although the group soon hears the guards above call to them with concern, looking out from their tower...

"Your Majesty! Your Highness, what happened!?"

Luckily, Silvia was mostly hidden under the tree, so the presence of her wings were concealed under the leaves and shade. Rather than Anna answering the guards however, it was Edith, looking up and replying...

"Just a magical mishap, everything's fine."

Meanwhile, Anna looked to Silvia and asked...

"Are you ok?"

"My backs pretty sore being launched into this tree, but I'll be fine." replied Silvia, before Elsa came to with a flinch and a gasp as she looked around in confusion.

"W-What happened!?" asked Elsa.

"I'm so sorry Elsa!" quickly apologized Anna. "I was so eager to make a portal I lied when I said I was focused. I could've really hurt you if it wasn't for Silvia."

"Oh, right." replied Elsa, sitting up and lifted a hand to her head and shaking her head a little. "The portal collapsed." she added, before she looked back to Silvia, seeing her wings out. "Thanks."

"No problem." replied Silvia with a smile. "I like you, can't let you get hurt when I can prevent it."

With concern for Elsa fading, Anna then noticed the damage to Silvia's clothing, revealing her wings had ripped open the back of her dress, the shoulders were still intact, so the dress wouldn't fall from her chest, but it was clear the back of the dress was ruined.

"You're dress." commented Anna.

"It's fine." replied Silvia. "I have more. Let's see about getting your sister to her feet though, your guards in the tower are pretty worried for their Queen..." she added, before Elsa began to return to her feet, with Anna eagerly aiding her, standing and reaching down to grab Elsa's offered hand to help her to her feet, before Silvia returned to her's and a small groan left her as her wings retracted back.

"You feel ok?" asked Anna, looking over her sister.

"Yeah, I feel fine." replied Elsa with a smile. "A little dazed, but fine." she added, before Anna quickly hugged her.

"Oh thank goodness! I was so scared I hurt you! This is the second time something like this has happened."

Elsa simply smiled and returned the embrace, before she noticed Edith standing beside them to her right with a smile.

"Thank you Edith, for protecting Anna."

"No need to thank me." replied Edith with a smile and a dismissive wave of the hand. "Portals can be dangerous; I was prepared to step in if something happened." she added.

"Still, thanks." repeated Elsa, before Anna released her and the both stepped out from under the tree to looking up to the concerned guards. "Hey." stated Elsa. "We're fine, Anna just had an accident with her magic. Our guests protected us from injury."

"That's a relief." commented one of the guards, while the other asked...

"Are you sure you're ok? Do you want one of us to return to the castle and have a doctor waiting when you return?"

"Heh, no, no, that won't be necessary." replied Elsa with a smile. "But thank you for offering."

"Well, ok..." stated the guard. "But if you feel any pain, please let us know."

"I will, thank you." replied Elsa, before she saw the two guards retreat back into the tower, before Anna sighed heavily and in disappointment.

"I don't think I'm ready for creating portals."

"You nearly had it though." stated Edith. "You just lost focus."

"Yeah, but trying to focus on multiple things and trying to maintain that weird black point of energy was a lot at once." replied Anna. "I'll need to practice that more and work on maintaining that more comfortably before trying another portal." she added, before a defeated sigh left her. "But now what? We still don't have a viable way to contact either of you." she stated, before Elsa commented, looking to Edith...

"True, but I'm sure there are other, less magically intensive options, right?"

Silvia however, commented...

"There are, like mental links, buuut, I like you two, but I'm not a fan of hearing you in my head."

"I have an option to suggest." stated Edith. "Still requires a middle-man, but it's much more accessible and very cute!" she added with a smile, before extending her right hand out to her right and creating a portal to a homes hallway, assumedly, Edith's home, before she walked up to the portal, but not through it a gave a whistle as she knelt down. "Mommy wants you!" declared Edith delightfully.

Just moments pass before Elsa and Anna saw a small four-legged creature walk out of a doorway and head towards Edith. The creature was quickly revealed to be a fluffy orange kitten, which brought immediate delight to Anna's face.

"Aww, a little kitty!" declared Anna as she walked to Edith's left and knelt beside her as the kitten walked out of the portal, and placed it's front paws on Edith's knee and meowed up at her, before Edith picked the fluffy kitten up and cradled it in her right arm as she pet it with her left hand, allowing the kitten to face Anna's direction. "What's its name?" Asked Anna.

"Mr. Bean." answered Edith. "Lynn named him after she brought him home two months ago, apparently he was all alone and abandoned, she rescued him." she added, looking to the kitten before speaking sweetly to to it and stroking under it's chin. "And you've been spoiled rotten the moment you've arrived, haven't you, Mr. Beanie; Yes you have!"

While Anna delighted in the sight of the kitten, rolling onto it's back and playfully pawing at Edith's fingers with happy meows, Elsa smiled and looked to Silvia and teased...

"Afraid of kittens?"

"Ha, ha..." replied Silvia with her hands on her hips and a smirk. "No, I'm not afraid of kittens. I don't LIKE vermin, I'm not afraid of them; there's a difference."

While Elsa chuckled at Silvia's insistence to deny her fear, Anna commented to Edith, holding her kitten...

"He's so cute! Can I hold him?"

"Sure, if he likes you." replied Edith. "We've started socializing him, so he's comfortable around people, but ya never know if an animal just doesn't care for a person until they meet. Reach out to him."

Anna calmly extended her left hand, palm up, towards the kitten, who looked at her, before sniffing her fingers as they got close, then rolling itself onto it's feet and continued to sniff her fingers, soon taking a step towards Anna, sniffing her palm and Anna took the chance to stroke it's chin.

The kitten didn't recoil from the touch, lifting it's head with a pleasant meow.

"He likes chin rubs and pets." commented Edith.

"Ohh, you do huh?" commented Anna sweetly to the kitten, as it turned it's head for Anna to stroke around the side of his head. "I like giving them!" added Anna.

Anna soon pulled back her hand and was met with another meow from the kitten, before it briefly judged the distance between Edith and Anna, only about a foot at most, before Anna delightfully gasped when the kitten hopped from Edith's arm and into Anna's lap.

"Oh, hello!" greeted Anna happily, before she stroked the kitten from head to tail as he briefly circled Anna's lap, before laying down in evident contentment.

"Heh, looks like he likes you." commented Edith. "Well that makes this an easy choice."

"An easy choice for what?" asked Anna, looking to Edith curiously as she stroked the kitten.

"How would you like to Kitten-sit Mr. Bean for me?" asked Edith.

"Oh, really!?" gasped Anna delightfully, before Elsa spoke up, walking beside Anna to her left and kneeling...

"Wait, wait. What happen to having an option for us to get in touch with you?"

"Mr. Bean is that option." stated Edith, which prompted a confused 'huh?' from the sisters, while Elsa briefly furrowed her nose, before Edith chuckled and reached over to pet the kitten resting in Anna's lap. "Mr. Bean is the middle-man- or should I say, middle-cat, hehe. He's been infused with a bit of magic and now he can come to me from any location."

Both sisters eyes were wide in surprise, before Anna commented...

"Wait, are you saying Mr. Bean, a kitten, can create a portal to you!?"

"Yep." answered Edith. "Me and Lynn; So if you baby-sit him, you could just give him a letter and send him back to me. He knows the command, 'Go to mommy/Lynn.'" she added, before Elsa suddenly turned away as she sneezes.

"Oh, sorry." replied Elsa as she rubbed her nose, before asking. "As incredible as that is. You just met us and you're willing to give us your cat?"

"Not give, baby-sit, temporarily." corrected Edith. "Besides, if he's not happy with you, he'll just return to me or Lynn; plus, he likes your sister."

"And I like him!" declared Anna delightfully, before she picked the kitten up and presented him to Elsa, who looked at the Queen with a meow. "Can we baby-sit him Elsa? Pleeease!?"

"Do you even know how to take care of a cat?" asked Elsa with a smile as she reached up stroked the kitten's head.

"Sure I do!" replied Anna, before she turned the kitten to face her. "I'll feed him and play with him and give him all the attention he wants!" replied Anna, before Elsa chuckled and commented...

"Don't forget about me. You're acting like- ah..."

Elsa soon sneezes again after a pause in her statement, which startles the kitten, squirming in Anna's hold, before she sat him down on her lap.

"You ok Elsa?" asked Anna.

"Oh, man, I don't know why I'm sneezing all of a sudden." answered Elsa, rubbing her nose. "My nose is itchy." she added, before she stood and sneezed again, which soon prompted a chuckle from Silvia.

"Looks like the Queen is allergic to cats."

"Oh no." replied Anna. "Then I'll take care of him myself." she added, before Elsa, after a few sniffles, asked...

"And clean up after him too?"

"Yep!" replied Anna, before Edith commented...

"You don't have to worry too much about that. Mr. Bean stays indoors and has been trained to do his business in a box of sand, just show him were it is and he'll go himself."

"His toilet is going in your room, Anna." stated Elsa. "He's off-limits to mine."

"So that's a yes to baby-sitting him!?" asked Anna delightfully.

"If Father agrees, then I'll agree."

"Thanks Elsa!" declared Anna happily before she lifted the kitten to look at her again. "You're going to be living with us for a bit Mr. Bean, what do you think of that?" she added, which the kitten answered with a meow, before Edith commented...

"I won't just leave you with him though, I'll come back in a couple hours to take him back. I don't want him thinking I abandoned him; I want him to be comfortable living with you and just dropping him off when your still strangers to him would be no good."

"Aww, ok, that makes sense." replied Anna, lowering the kitten back to her lap."

"Wanna see him come to me from a portal?" asked Edith.

"Sure." answered Anna, before Edith picked the kitten up from Anna's lap, stood and entered the still open portal a couple steps into the hallway and placing the kitten down, before Edith returned to Anna's side and knelt down, facing the kitten and pat her lap, speaking sweetly.

"Come to Mommy, Mr. Bean. Just like we practiced."

The kitten starts to walk towards her, but the portal quickly closes.

"Give it a moment..." stated Edith.

Just a few seconds pass before the sisters were wide-eyed and impressed when the kitten seemed to reappear out of thin air in front of Edith and hop onto her lap with a meow, which Edith quickly began showering him with praise and pets."

"Wow." commented Anna, before Elsa added...

"Yeah, wow... impressive trick for a cat. Though he more-so looked to walk through an invisible door than make a portal and walk though it like you and Silvia do."

"Hehe, yeah." replied Edith. "Kaleen isn't exactly the safest place for a kitten to be roaming around, so Lynn had the idea of putting a bit of magic in him to allow him to return home if he managed to get out and into trouble."

"You did say Lynn brought him home." commented Elsa. "So you're not actually the kitten's owner." stated Elsa.

"Technically, no, but I'm his mommy and I'm his favorite, aren't I, Mr Beanie?" replied Edith, lifting the kitten up and rubbing her nose against his, prompting a meow from the kitten and pawing at Edith's face.

Edith giggled, before she cradled the kitten in her right arm and gave him a belly rub, however, the attention and stimulus had worked the kitten up to actively crawling over Edith and meowing, crawling onto her shoulder and placing his front paws on her head as if wanting to crawl on top of her head.

"Hehe, I'll let Lynn know the situation, so you don't need to worry about her coming around accusing you of stealing him."

"Well that's reassuring." commented Elsa, before Anna extended her hands out to the kitten attempting to gain it's attention with calling his name.

The kitten looks back to Anna and turns around as Edith lifted her arm to allow the kitten to walk towards Anna, rather than jumping. However, the kitten stops at Anna's offered hands and looked to Elsa, standing a few feet away and hopes down to the grass and trots over to Elsa, sniffing at her feet before meowing up at her, which prompted a smile from Elsa.

"Sorry, but I seem to be allergic to you." stated Elsa, before she used her left arm to cover her nose and mouth and knelt down in front of the kitten and reached out her right hand to stroke and pet the kitten.

The kitten gave a few more meows, before placing a paw on her knee, though quickly pulled back, backing away a few steps, before returning and seeming to sniff at her and pawing at her knee, prompting Anna to giggle and comment...

"I don't think he was expecting you to be cool to the touch."

"Ah, right." answered Elsa, a little muffled, thanks to her covered mouth and nose. "Maybe that's why he liked you so quickly."

"Heh, maybe. Hey, you haven't sneezed, so maybe you just need to cover your nose." replied Anna, before the kitten hopes onto Elsa's lap, meowing and rowing around.

"Heh, maybe I could just be exposed to him more." suggested Elsa. "In small bits of time." she added, seeing the kitten expose his belly to her and Elsa gave him a belly rub.

"And you've only been sneezing, so maybe it's not a severe allergy." stated Anna. "And hey, maybe I could heal it away." she added, which prompted a smile and curious raised eye from Edith, but said nothing.

"Heh, let's try natural solutions for now." replied Elsa, before the kitten rolled over and attempted to crawl up her right arm, prompting Elsa to use her left hand, uncovering her mouth and nose to pull the kitten away. "No climbing me mister, the lap down is where you stay."

The kitten gave a meow and attempted to climb Elsa's chest and Elsa again pulled him away and holding him away with a smile.

"Hey, I just said no climbing." stated Elsa, before she turned her head away and a small sneeze left her, and Elsa handed the kitten back to Anna. "Go climb over Anna, she'll like it."

"I sure will!" stated Anna, taking the kitten and placing him in her lap, however, he didn't remain as he quickly hopped down and towards towards Elsa with a meow and hopped onto her lap again, with another sneeze from Elsa, and a giggle from Edith.

"Looks like he likes you both. A warm and cool place to relax."

"Heh, wish I could enjoy it like Anna can." stated Elsa, before she hindered another attempt of the kitten climbing on her and another sneeze left her.

Anna then stood and walked behind Elsa.

"Then let me try fixing that." stated Anna, kneeling behind Elsa and reaching her index fingers around to touch the bridge of Elsa's nose, before her hands glow with the red of her magic, while Edith looked on in intrigue.

"Well the itching is going away." stated Elsa.

"Great!" replied Anna, before Edith commented with a smile.

"Scrapes and bruises, huh?"

The comment prompted a small gasp from Anna as she pulled her hands away with a nervous chuckle.

"Heh, don't worry, I understand wanting to downplay your sister's abilities." stated Edith. "I suspected you were keeping something close to the chest. You don't know me and were just protecting your sister. The ability to heal is quite a precious one; you're right to be cautious." she added, before Elsa asked, with the kitten once again attempting to climb on her, though Elsa didn't outright stop him, but petting him as he clung to the front of her dress.

"Can I trust you to keep this to yourself?"

"Of course." answered Edith. "You have my word. I won't speak of this to anyone, not even Lynn." she added, before clapped her hands once. "Mr. Bean, come to mama." she called to the kitten, which removed himself from Elsa and walking to Edith, who picked him up. "You wanna stay with the nice ladies for a few hours, hmm?" she asked the kitten whom meowed in response. "Oh, you do huh?"

Anna looked on with a curious smile, considering who and what Edith was...

"Can you actually understand him?" asked Anna

"Of course I understand my baby boy!" declared Edith delightfully, kissing the kitten on the cheek, before placing him down, which the kitten quickly returns to Elsa, meowing up at her, whom picks up the kitten with a chuckle and holds him against her chest.

"Looks like you're cured Elsa." pointed out Anna.

"Heh, I guess so." replied Elsa, before she returned to her feet, with Anna and Edith, who commented...

"I'll return in... two hours? Will that work for you?"

"Aww, only two hours?" asked Anna with a pout.

"Hehe, yeah, two hours." replied Edith.

"Then you may as well stick around then." suggested Anna.

"Really?" asked Edith.

"Sure." answered Anna. "Weren't you going to visit Izzy's mom with Silvia anyway? You could just stay for two hours and come to the castle and ask for me, I'll let the guards know I'm expecting you."

"Alright then, I'll stick around." replied Edith. "And see the sights of your town."

"Awesome!"

"Well, I guess we'll get going." stated Edith, walking near Silvia. "... and let you two and Mr. Bean get familiar with each other."

"Alright." replied Anna. "We'll take good care of him. It was nice meeting you."

"Same here." stated Edith. "And don't stop practicing your portals."

"Heh, I won't." replied Anna.

Following Edith giving a farewell to the kitten, which meowed back, she and Silvia depart, leaving Elsa and Anna alone with the kitten, which Anna happily pet in Elsa's hold.

"This is a wonderful surprise." stated Anna.

"Heh, yeah, didn't think we'd have a four-legged guest visiting us."

"Hehe, and who'da thought you'd be allergic to cats?" giggled Anna.

"I'm just as surprised as you, but you seemed to have fixed that."

"Yep, now we can both cuddle and love him- Oh! We haven't introduced ourselves to him! Ahem, Mr. Bean, my name is Anna." replied Anna, before reaching and taking the kittens left paw and shaking it. "It's a pleasure to meet you." she added, which the kitten answered with a meow, following by Anna's giggle. "Hehe, your turn Elsa." she added, which prompted a chuckle from Elsa, before she looked down to the kitten.

"Mr. Bean." stated Elsa, drawing the kitten's attention looking up at her and meowing. "Heh, I'm Elsa, it's nice to meet you."

The kitten meowed again and lifted itself up on his back legs to place his paws on Elsa's mouth and meowed again, prompting another giggle from Elsa and Anna, who commented...

"How about we show you around, Mr. Bean?"

The sisters then depart from their location, heading back towards their previous one overlooking the town. On their way though, Anna commented...

"Speaking of unexpected meetings, I never thought we'd meet Edith. She's more 'normal' that I expected."

"Yeah, but she also had information about Emory and Von." commented Elsa.

"Yeah, we got lucky there. And hey, next time we visit mother, we can go free Emory."

"Yep, speaking of Emory though... ~Ah-Ahh-Ah-Ahhh~." replied Elsa, before singing the melody and after a moment, there was still no response.

"Still nothing." commented Anna.

"Hmm, it's weird." stated Elsa. "She's so eager to talk, but she's not even answering our calls."

"Well maybe she just doesn't feel like talking today." stated Anna. "Like you said earlier, if there was an emergency, we'd know, there would be signs."

"Yeah, I guess so." replied Elsa, before the two soon arrive to their previous location overlooking the town, with the kitten resting on Elsa's arm, looking out and Elsa looked down to the kitten looking out and stroked it's head. "You're mommy said Kaleen isn't safe for you, but Arendelle is."

"That's right little guy." replied Anna, joining Elsa in petting the kitten. "I can take out out and see the sights and meet the kids, I bet Olaf would like to meet you. Oh and there's a lady in town who has lots of cats, maybe you could make a few friends-" she commented, before a sneeze left Elsa.

"Ohh, looks like that fix was temporary..." commented Elsa, rubbing her nose, however, she quickly pulled her hand away as she looks at her hand, which had just touched the kitten. "Oh no, T-take the kitten, ah... ah..." replied Elsa, as Anna quickly retrieved the kitten from Elsa's hold before the Queen released a big sneeze.

"Sorry, I did stop sooner than I intended." replied Anna.

"It's ok." replied Elsa. "At least you can fix it temperately."

"Yep." replied Anna with a smile, following another sneeze from Elsa, before cradling the kitten in her right arm and placing her left hand over Elsa's nose and her hand glowing with her magic. "And just think, with me, you won't need to suffer with a cold or any sickness for long as long as I'm around." she added, which prompted a chuckle from Elsa.

"Heh, sure you wouldn't rather nurse me back to health the normal way?"

"Hehe, that would be good too." giggled Anna as she pulled her hand away from Elsa's nose.
