Chapter 10

Pansy received a visit from her dad asking what she wanted to do with the house as Ron wanted to sell it. They were all sitting in the study talking about it.

'Do you two want it?' looking at Blaise and Pansy. 'Oh don't looked so shocked, I know.' he said with a grin.

'No daddy, but I was going to ask if you could do what you said and turn the east wing in to an apartment, living room, dining room, kitchen, two bed rooms and a master suit? So Blaise could live there and we could still date…'

'Two extra bed rooms' her dad interrupted.

'For guests, I'm sorry but I don't think I can handle raising children, daddy.' Pansy said with a tear at the disappointing proclamation.

'Oh Pans, you only need to have them if you want too, and you might just change your mind when you are with the one you love.' her dad spoke softly, 'So please don't write them off just yet. I think Mr. Zabini would do his fair share to help raise them up right.' getting a nod form Blaise.

'And Pans I did kind of set up both of those incidents to push you over the fence. Have you heard or see them since?' Lucius looked guilty. 'If they are in a foul mood they stay upstairs until settled.'

'Um... no now that you mentioned it.' smirked at him. 'Are they here now?' she asked as he nodded.

'Yes they are in the kitchen having dinner.' he said with a smirk. The boys wanted to give us privacy.

'Well played Lucius.' she said as Lucius waved his hand and Draco and Harry walked in with all four babies and passed them out, even Blaise offered to take one.

'Well I did it with Hermione too, waited for the right moment and let it go, and she realized she too was not ready yet for babies.' he flinched at Hermione's playful slap. 'Shush you will wake the baby, it helped though, did it not?'

'Yea, it did,' as Hermione nodded as she rocked her charge.

'Ok, so yes we can convert the east wing, you two come by and we will draw up the plans, ok?' they both smiled and nodded. 'Now back to the house?'

'Well whatever you want you bought it you can sell it, rent it out or… just please don't give it to him to sell.'

'No baby I won't do that. Do I need to give him a share? He did take all of the furniture.' her dad spoke.

'He what? I told him he could take the baby furniture not the whole house.' Pansy started to seethe.

'Well, if I might? What was the cost of what taken not counting the baby stuff?' Lucius asked.

'Actually a lot, two bed room suits, living room set, dining set, all of the kitchen including the stove, all of the rugs.'

'Wow, I would say ask for it back but it is probably well used by now.' getting agreements from all. 'So send him a bill for the items taken without permission or face charges of theft. As he will not be able to repay that, offer that as his compensation for 'his share' of the house. Then either sell or rent it out.' Lucius spoke.

'Yes, that would work, thank you Lucius for the help.'

'Now to my final question, do you really want to stay married to that GIT?' getting shushed from all at his raised voice.

'No daddy, I wasn't sure how to tell you I love Blaise and ask to renovate the east wing so we could hide there I miss seeing you every day, and then I decided I'm tired not being able to go out in public with Blaise. I was going to wait a few more months and then let it slip that since he cheated and I know about it, he can pay to have the paper work filed. I'm not wasting my time filling out all of that paper work. So right after you have settled with them.' as she nodded to Blaise at the new time line. 'Will that work for you?'

'Yes, dear anything you want.'

'Lucius would you help me with the paper work?' Mr. Parkinson asked.

'Oh yes I would love to, Phil.' with a big grin on his face.

'Then you and I can deliver them in person and see what Molly spent the babies' money on.' Mr. Parkinson spoke to Pansy.

'Yes daddy.' with a smile.

'Lucius, do you still have your solicitors' license?'

"Of course I do Phil, why?'

'Well you could join us as ours?'

'Do you think it would be wise?'

'Do you think I really care? We do need an official to witness the changes to the house.'

'Well unfortunately I don't have prior knowledge of said house that would fall to Hermine or Harry to decide and I will not ask them to get in the middle of this. But we will be able to tell of resent work by our own eye.'

'Yes I agree they don't need to be pulled into this mess, so the three of us will go.'

'Oh Harry do you still have that photo from our last summer there?' Hermione asked.

'Oh, yea, the one where Ron landed on the roof?' as he disapparated, he was soon back with a photo box. Hermione and his were rifling through it 'Here.' as Harry handed the photos to Lucius.

'Oh yes I remember, add-on on an add-on.' as he handed the photo to Mr. Parkinson.

'Oh, that…?' as he handed the photo to Pansy.

'Oh merlin, Oh daddy I can't let them grow up in that. I don't know if I could love them like that after what all he has done but…'

'Pans we can tell you it is no manor but Molly did keep a very clean house.' Harry knelt in front of her.

'They just didn't have enough money to make it look pretty. Ok?' Hermione sat next to Pansy, 'You trust me right?' she nodded, 'You know I wouldn't have let Ron take them home if I didn't know that they would be well cared for?'

'We spent every summer and christmas holidays there all thru school and it was one of the best time of my life. No, the house is not perfect but it was a home a well-loved home. And I too would not have let them go if I knew any harm would come to them. So they are safe just don't have all of the money you had growing up. But they will be good kids when they get older, I don't think Molly will let them grow up like Ron.' Harry said as he rubbed Pansy's legs. 'You said you left them money?' she nodded.

'But they are spending it on… who knows what.' Lucius snarled.

'Well hopeful Arthur has spent wisely and only done repairs that need to be done. Maybe Lucius can suggest which investment would be best,' as he looked over and receiving a nod, 'And try to grow that money back up to give them the extra that they need.' Harry asked.

'Well let's see what they have done to repair it. If Harry is right and Arthur has spent wisely, we will point him in the right direction, ok?' Lucius spoke softly to Pansy. 'Ok boys take these upstairs and join us for dinner.' as he handed his baby to Draco.

~o~

'Well, at least Arthur fixed the roof.' as Lucius, Phil and Pansy walked up to the house.

'Mr. Malfoy, Mr. Parkinson and Mrs. Weasley.' Arthur spoke. 'Yes come inside, and Molly will put some water on for tea.' as Arthur lead the way. Phil paused at the new open porch that covered the dining room table taken from the house.

'What is there to talk about she treated him like trash ever since the wedding.' Molly snarled.

'Do you know what he did?' Pansy snarled back as she told the story.

'Oh, I didn't know.' as Molly sank into her chair.

'He could have married Ramilda, she actually liked him but she doesn't have as much money as us. He was very happy to spend my money.' Pansy looked over to Ron. 'Ramilda could have loved you and she would have been happy to raise your spawn.' as he sank into his chair.

'We need to have a talk about the furniture taken from the house and the babies bank account.' Phil spoke.

'Mr. Weasley we have a big problem. Ronald has taken furniture that was not his.' as Lucius looked into the front room and spied the new sofa set, he turned around to see the stove and ice box. 'Am I to presume the beds are upstairs?' Arthur nodded.

'What does he need with a king size bed, he can't even have sex.' Pansy sputtered. 'And do they it even fit in the rooms?' as she looked around the small kitchen.

'And why can't he have sex? You left him…' Molly yelled.

'Well he took the vow of fidelity, so until I divorce him he cannot start a new relationship.' Pansy said with a grin.

'So divorce him then.' Molly snarled.

'Well he can file them as soon as this whole matter is resolved.' Pansy said as she showed Molly the papers.

'Ronald said those were in his separation agreement.' Molly screeched.

'No, I told him, he could take the baby things and nothing else, so he could be considered a thief.' Molly gasped at Pansy's comment.

'Now if he had taken it and had sold it to help pay for all of the repairs to this house without spending the babies monies, we might have forgiven the theft. Do you realize that table in the new porch cost 500 galleons? Just sitting out in the weather…' as Molly gasped as Pansy looked at her dad.

'Our second problem… Ronald has spent a good amount from the babies bank account. That money was to pay for their needs and education.' as Lucius passed a copy of the itemized list. 'By the contract Pansy only needed to pay half of all their expenses until they finish school. We knew the financial needs of your family so Phil put all of the tuition money needed in.' now passing Arthur the copy of the bank account statement. 'Ronald has spent almost a full years tuition fees, on what may I ask?' as he turned to Ron.

'Baby things.' Ron spat.

'Really, since when do the babies need tickets to a quidditch game? They have all of the things and clothes for at least a year. The only thing they need this year is food.' Molly froze at the news.

'I'm so sorry Phil, I didn't know. If I had he wouldn't have taken the furniture, or like you said sold it to pay for the repairs and not used the babies money. I can account for some of the money, we fixed the roof, we built the porch. But the rest you will have to ask him.' he snarled as he looked over to his son. 'And we will be selling everything and put it back into their account.'

'Fine, keep the stove and icebox, you will need them for the babies food. We will change the access to you for all future transactions. Here is the estimate of use.' as he handed Arthur the papers. 'I will send my gardener over to help get a vegetable patch in for you, which will help with money, you can sell the extras and here is a list of places to invest your extra money.'

'Thank you Lucius for this and Thank you for your leniency on the furniture, I will take charge of the babies account, and with the help of the extra garden money we should be able to get the account back up. Pansy I am truly sorry for what Ron has done and as soon as this is all cleared up you will sign his divorce papers?'

'Of course, we both need to move on.'

'Yes, dear, I'm sorry. I promise to raise the boys better than I did Ron.' Molly cried.

'Well now that is all cleared up we will be leaving.' as Lucius rose from his chair. They apparated back to the manor.

'That went well.' Lucius spoke to Hermione and the boys.

'Really?' Harry asked.

'Yea, Arthur was furious when he found out what Ron had done. Molly about lost her shite when she heard about the way Ron treated me.' Pansy grinned. 'And I have you guys help to get me thru this mess.' as she went around and gave everyone a hug.

~o~

'Well how did the day go Pans? All of the papers signed?' Hermione asked.

'Yes, I am officially divorced.' as Pansy danced in place.

'I heard we have a reason to celebrate.' Lucius said as he walked in with a bottle and six glasses, and followed by Draco and Harry.

'Congratulations Pans, now you and Blaise can go out on the town and party.' Draco smiled.

'All he did was complain about the cost of filing the papers.' Pansy giggled.

'Well, congratulations again.' as Harry raised a glass.
