The chilly morning wind rustled around the nape of Takagi's neck as she headed to school, making her hike up her plaid orange scarf to stay warm. She walked alone in her school uniform, not bothering to wait for Nishikata at her usual spot today.

Her mother hadn't been happy when she finally showed up after supposedly feeling sick and leaving school early. That by itself made the evening more difficult, but falling asleep was especially tough. Takagi ultimately knew that she had done good by telling the truth, as that dreadful, plaguelike feeling of guilt had largely dissipated. Sure, she still had to return the gifts, something she wasn't looking forward to. But that uncomfortable task was much less concerning than the damage she might have done to her relationship with Nishikata.

Would he trust her again? It's not like she had lied to him… well not really, but he still was probably disgusted by her.

Takagi had thought about this very thing a lot in her bed, and eventually decided it would be best to give him space for now. Based on how he had reacted at the shrine, he had no interest in being around her anymore. And why should he? Who wouldn't be disgusted by someone willing to do something so awful-

"Hey Takagi-san, wait up!"

Takai froze, then slowly turned around to see Nishikata sprinting up from behind. She looked at him cautiously as he caught up, wheezing for a second to catch his breath beside her.

"G… Good morning," he got out between breaths, starting to straighten up. "I waited around for a few minutes, then realized maybe I left home too late."

"Um.. Good morning, Nishikata," Takagi replied softly, taking a small step away. Wasn't he angry at her? She had purposely left home early so he wouldn't have to walk with her.

Nishikata started walking forward, then stopped and looked back curiously as she stayed put. Takagi furrowed her brow slightly but slowly began taking steps forward to match his pace.

Why are we together? she thought in confusion as they walked. They walked together most of the time nowadays, sure, but Takagi had assumed those days were over.

"So my mom had me help cut up this huuuge yam for breakfast," Nishikata started, holding his hands out about as wide as a cat. "I doubt even Kimura could have eaten that. She taught me how to dice it really finely, but we only ended up using a quarter of it this morning because…"

Nishikata kept going on about his morning, acting as though everything was normal. Takagi stared at him, having to remind herself to keep taking steps forward. Nishikata kept going on for a bit longer, before noticing her persistent gaze and blushing.

"...What is it?" he finally asked, using his hand to check if something was on his face.

"Aren't you upset with me?" Takagi asked.

Nishikata's smile wavered for a few seconds as he looked at her. Only the sound of their footsteps echoed down the fenced stretch of road they were currently going down as she awaited his response.

"Well, I mean, you obviously shouldn't have done it," he finally said, looking a little uneasy. "And I-I don't really get why you did it, but…" Nishikata trailed off, looking away at the edge of the road. "Those gifts weren't even for me in the first place, but you still tried to rectify things and apologize."

Nishikata was silent for another minute as they walked, and Takagi held her breath.

"You're gonna actually fix it today, right?"

She nodded with determination, making sure to look him in the eyes as she did.

Nishikata nodded back slightly, appearing to relax slightly. "Then no, I'm not upset." A blush began to creep across his face again. "I… thought about this a bit last night, but you looked like you already felt pretty bad yesterday, so why should I bother you more?"

Takagi smiled softly, but it didn't feel right. "Are you sure?" she asked quietly, "I still feel so bad; I'm not sure how you wouldn't."

Nishikata continued to look over at her as they walked. Normally he had his eyes averted more often. Feeling both chilly and self-conscious, she zipped up her coat a bit higher.

"Yeah, we're fine," he finally said, giving a small shrug. "You won't do it again, so we're fine."

He suddenly grew red again, taking a quarter step away. "A-and it's not like we're… well we are friends but… I mean, not my business, anyway…"

After another awkward pause, Nishikata continued on with his breakfast story with perhaps a little more hesitation. Takagi was only half-listening, however. She knew what Nishikata had nearly said, what he was thinking. It was clear that he was mentally struggling with their relationship status, trying to justify why he should be less concerned with her folly if they weren't a couple. It was an excellent teasing opportunity. But she couldn't bring herself to tease him about it.

And besides, given her mistake he was trying to be very nice, something that she should have known to expect anyway. But Takagi could read between the lines, see what Nishikata implied with his pauses and discomfort.

She had lost some trust with Nishikata. He somehow still wanted to be friends and had been trying to downplay things for her benefit, but she would need to work to earn back that trust. And she was more than willing to see that through and show that she could be a better person.

On the one hand, Takagi felt warm and tingly inside from his acceptance of her, flaws and all. But she didn't feel right. Aside from even returning the gifts, which she had yet to do, she just didn't feel like her full self anymore, not with Nishikata. She was fragmented.

Yesterday's apology, as great of an effort as it had been, just didn't feel complete. Takagi's smile disappeared as she walked, Nishikata's jokes failing to lift her spirits. There were several more prime opportunities to start teasing her crush, but whenever she tried to say more than a quick yes or no, she felt a barrier and stopped short.

Takagi stayed mostly silent through the first few hours of school, wondering how she would apologize. Nishikata challenged her to two matches in the morning, which she easily won, but she couldn't bring herself to tease him about them or consign him to some embarrassing, flirty punishment as she usually did. She had just let him off the hook.

Even beyond apologizing, Takagi still didn't fully understand why she had acted the way she did the previous morning. That made her anxious as well. Seeing as she was capable of making poor, impulsive decisions, what would keep her from repeating herself if she didn't know how to prevent it?

Her anticipation grew stronger and stronger during the final period before lunch and she had trouble concentrating. Towards the end, her thoughts shifted back to her forthcoming apology. It was scary trying to apologize and wondering how it might reflect on her.

But Takagi could at least understand this; she understood what she needed to do and was determined to fix it. Once lunch started, she got up and began scouring the building for the three girls for whom she owed an apology. She could only hope they were all together. It took her fifteen minutes, as they weren't in the first years' commons areas as she had supposed. But she eventually found them on the other side of the building.

There they were sitting at a far table by the windows, eating their lunch. She had only seen them for a moment the day before, but their features were burned into her memory. Two short-haired girls with shades of brown hair and one with longer black hair. One had her hair done differently, but these were undoubtedly the same girls.

Takagi gulped, but her resolve remained steady. Even if they were interested in Nishikata, she would have needed to apologize, but they weren't, so she had absolutely no excuse not to. She had considered just leaving them in one of their shoe lockers, but that didn't seem right.

She approached the table, trying to form the right words. The darker brown-haired one was speaking in a terse voice to the others. But as Takagi stood there, she trailed off and the three turned to look at her.

"Um, can we help you, Senpai?" one of them asked a bit awkwardly.

Takagi felt her breathing hitch; this wasn't easy. She slowly bowed her head to them.

"Please forgive me," she said simply, waiting there. Glancing up, it was clear that they were confused, so she slowly grabbed her schoolbag and withdrew a small, folded blanket. She set it on the table and unfolded it, revealing the three missing gifts.

The three girls gasped and then whooped, excitedly reaching toward their gifts and inspecting them. Takagi had done her best to straighten out the gifts and even painted over a spot where one of them had been scuffed. She watched as the girls' smiled happily at their gifts, then turned back to stare at her curiously.

"Where did you find them?" the black-haired girl asked, scratching her head. "We've been searching everywhere, did someone mention it to you?"

Takagi gulped again, prepping for a very awkward conversation. She apologized again, took the last seat at the table, then proceeded to explain everything that had happened. It was hard to bear as each girl's smiles gradually faded into scowls. But she owed it to them.

"I really am truly sorry for interfering with you and ruining your days," Takagi finished solemnly. "I understand if you wish to report me and-" she pulled out additional apology chocolates she had prepared for each of them, "-also got you these."

The darker brunette stood up, bristling, and pointed directly at Takagi. "How can you be our senpai," she muttered angrily, "if you would do such a thing!" Her words slammed into Takagi and she stared into the gifts, nodding her head in shame. "I can't believe you had the audacity to steal our gifts, and make us waste-" she was cut short as the long-haired girl tugged at her sleeve, pulling her back down to sit.

They all turned away into a huddle, whispering furiously at one another.

After a few moments, the three turned back, and the black-haired one spoke up. "We appreciate you returning our gifts," she said with no emotion, which was almost harder to bear. Takagi began shaking her head, but the girl continued. "And we're hanging out with Shibasaki-kun later tonight, so we can deliver them then. But we're surprised you went this far in the first place."

Takagi nodded. "I know it was bad and regretted it right away. I should never have done it."

"You must really like this other boy if it drove you to these lengths," the girl continued, surprising her. The three girls began to stand up, grabbing their gifts and the apology chocolates and stowing them in their own bags. "Rather than doing evasive things like this, why not just tell him?" she asked pointedly. "Wouldn't that be healthier, to just tell the truth?"

Takagi stared at them, unsettled, as they began walking away. "I hope you figure things out," the last brunette said softly, then they turned away and disappeared from the room.

She had expected them to scold her, which they had rightfully done, but… they were actually right.

Takagi teased Nishikata incessantly, often poking fun at his self-consciousness towards their relationship and love. But deep down, even if she wanted it, she was just as embarrassed. And so, rather than admitting anything, she almost always downplayed her feelings as teasing and moved on. The teasing was fine, but how could she expect him to understand if she was never truly honest?

She put her elbows on the table, holding her head up, and sighed, blowing a strand of hair that had fallen down out of the way. Even yesterday, when she had drawn together all of her courage to admit what she had done to Nishikata, she hadn't told the complete truth. She had lied about her present and about her feelings.

As Takagi walked back to the classroom a little later, she saw Nishikata and his friends talking at the far end of the hallway and watched as a girl from another class approached them and asked something. Nishikata pointed down the hallway and nodded to her, and she ran off, probably having just asked for directions.

Nevertheless, it made her stop and think. Nishikata wasn't invisible. Takagi wasn't the only girl in his life. Even if yesterday had been a huge misunderstanding, what about tomorrow? Or the next day?

Who else would notice how kind and caring he acted? Who else might realize how funny and cute and lovable he was? How many other girls had already noticed these things and were also secretly building themselves up to admit their feelings to him?

She kept staring at Nishikata from afar, and it began to make sense. Takagi had felt threatened by those three girls because they really could draw Nishikata away and she had never been straight with him, so why would he have any reason to think twice when someone else decided they liked him?

Was that why she still felt wrong, being around him?

But… it was so scary thinking about really admitting any of that to him! She was totally confident in saying whatever she wanted if Nishikata thought it was teasing. Teasing was her crutch. She could mask her real feelings that way, no matter how self-conscious she truly was about them.

The only way she might get through to him would be by being serious, by explicitly not teasing him. But that was terrifying.

But if he matters this much to me, then why can't I just get up the courage to tell him?

Nishikata hustled back from the gym, having finished cleaning up the storehouse as quickly as possible. Tanabe-sensei had volunteered him to do some cleaning as punishment for his exclamations, which was annoying but definitely preferred over chalk-forehead target practice and Takagi's resulting giggles.

As usual, he would pop his head back in the classroom and see Takagi waiting for him to go home. That, or she would often tag along and help clean up as well. He grinned, another challenge having already formed in his mind during the last period.

But when he looked in, Takagi wasn't there. He looked around, scratching his head, as she always seemed to still be putting away her books after everyone else had left.

Wait. Why am I expecting her to still be here? Nishikata thought. He frowned slightly as he made his way to his locker and put on his shoes. It didn't really make sense that she would wait for him anyway; he hadn't told her about any contest so why would she care to wait around?

Nishikata felt his mood dampen a bit; he had been getting really excited over this new match idea while he cleaned. He felt childish for expecting her to just be there, even if that was often the case. True, she still seemed a bit down today, but it was better than before. Frankly, Nishikata didn't even care about winning at all today, but rather just wanted to spend time with-

Hold up, what am I thinking? Of course I want to defeat her, even just once!

Nishikata shook his head and began jogging home. There was another weird thought, and he kept having thoughts like those too. He didn't know what was wrong with him.

Of course he wanted to beat Takagi in a match. Sure, she had been off the past two days and he now understood why, and he wasn't going to be mean about any of that. He hadn't expected her to do anything like that, but she seemed sincere about regretting it, so he was trying to move on from that.

And regardless, Takagi was normally an expert teaser that couldn't resist making him squirm. Her unending giggles and laughter replayed through his brain as he tried falling asleep almost every night.

It's so obvious, Nishikata thought as he ran, I think about her constantly because of all the teasing. I just want to get even with Takagi-sanand make sure she's happy, too.

He shook himself again, realizing he was diving back into those weird thoughts. Takagi was just a friendly rival. Sometimes you needed to comfort your rivals too, right?

Looking up once more, he spotted her far up ahead! She hadn't made it home yet.

Nishikata grinned and sped up to reach her. Now he could definitely challenge her.

"Hey there!" he said, failing to keep the grin off his face as he slowed down to a walk beside her. Takagi glanced at him, not showing him her usual cute smile back.

"Hey," she replied despondently, turning back to the road as she walked. She said nothing more.

Nishikata immediately felt uneasy. This felt a lot like the day before, when Takagi had asked him to meet up at the shrine. She had really worried him there and he hadn't known what to do, how to help her feel better.

She had seemed better at school, but was it similar today? When she had started crying, Nishikata was at a total loss and had acted entirely on instinct. He didn't have any sisters; his greatest resource was 100% Unrequited Love and even he was beginning to realize that that wasn't very realistic.

Nishikata braced himself, all the same wanting to ensure she was okay.

"Everything alright?" he asked carefully, pushing aside the challenge for the moment. "...Did returning those gifts go okay?"

Takagi nodded, looking at him and giving him a tiny smile.

"I still feel bad, but I think things are mostly fixed now," she replied. Nishikata breathed a sigh of relief—he was no good at comforting.

"I'm glad to hear it," he replied, giving her a small smile back.

"Thanks for yesterday," she continued, apparently on the same wavelength as he. "I was a mess, but you were really nice to me anyway."

Nishikata blushed. "U-uh yeah, no problem," he grunted, looking away. She half-giggled, and he braced for the teasing that followed. But it didn't come.

He looked back at her a moment later to see her gazing far ahead, an interesting expression on her face. Half a smile from before, mixed with a bit of a frown?

She didn't have anything else to say as they walked home. Takagi hadn't teased him, not even once, over the past two days, which had to be a world record. Even in the summer, when they only ran into each other every so often, she would find a way to tease him over texts all the time.

Nishikata was happy that she was better off than yesterday, but it still didn't feel quite right to challenge her to another match. After all, she hadn't been particularly into it earlier at school.

Maybe she wanted some alone time today, after sitting around him so much the previous afternoon. Perhaps she didn't want to walk home with him? Or maybe she just needed a little longer after what had happened.

In any case, Nishikata would give her space until she felt back to normal. He made light small talk as they walked, but planned to leave once their paths split. The challenge could wait.

Takagi talked back a little but was mostly silent, so he eventually let the conversation die down. She didn't look sad at least. Maybe she was just tired after returning the gifts.

Nishikata still didn't really understand why Takagi had taken those gifts. He was glad she had apologized and fixed it, but why? Was she really just jealous that she couldn't tease him as easily with other chocolates around?

He didn't even care about getting chocolates anyway, not this year. Not from those girls.

It didn't make sense, she couldn't be jealous about that. Nishikata risked a quick glance at her and found her staring ahead opaquely. He wasn't very good at reading her normally, as manifested by his impressively high loss streak, but today was even harder than usual.

The pair turned the final corner before the fork where they normally split.

Well, so much for the contest, Nishikata thought as they approached the spot. I'll just bring it up sometime later instead. Today would just be a normal evening: homework, manga, maybe an evening jog, the like. And that was fine.

"Well, see ya tomorrow, Takagi-san," he said, giving her a small wave and splitting off towards home.

She didn't respond.

After a few steps, Nishikata paused, waiting. Did she just leave? When silence continued, he turned back around.

Takagi was still there, staring into the ground and deliberately avoiding eye contact. She shuffled from one foot to the other.

Was something still bothering her?

"Takagi-san?"

Silence. And then…

"Hey… think you could walk me home today?"

Nishikata waited for her tease; she was going to call him her boyfriend or something.

But she just kept staring into the ground, swaying restlessly.

She's not teasing me, he realized.

"U-uh, sure."

Shortly thereafter, Nishikata found himself again side-by-side with Takagi, approaching her own house. He'd come by loads of times at this point, but something felt different this time. Takagi hadn't spoken a word and mostly kept staring out at the road ahead of them.

He was strangely beginning to feel nervous.

But as soon as that started, they had arrived. It wasn't much of a walk. Nishikata stood there awkwardly at the gate, wondering why she had wanted him to walk over today.

Was this actually something a boyfriend did, walking their girlfriend home?

Takagi slowly approached the gate to her yard, pushing it open inch-by-inch with a low creak. Then she just stood there, facing away.

"W-Well, um, have a g-good evening..?"

I just sounded super awkward, Nishikata cursed as he turned back around. That wasn't cool at all; his voice had even cracked. He couldn't believe that Takagi had yet to tease him, but now she most definitely would soon, so he would just run back quickly and—

He felt something soft enclose around his hand, making him jump. Spinning around, he found Takagi, wearing the pink gloves he had given her, holding half of his hand in each of hers. He gasped and blushed, unsure what to do.

Takagi continued to look pointedly away, not saying anything. Her breath was visible in the cold air, coming out as tiny, occasional white poofs. But she was gripping onto him quite tightly. After his initial shock, Nishikata noticed something.

She was trembling.

If she was cold, Takagi should just go inside and warm up. Nishikata opened his mouth, but before he could say anything, she spoke.

"Will you wait here for a second?" she whispered.

Nishikata nodded slowly, the breath caught in his throat. Takagi glanced up at him for a split second, then dashed into her house, slamming the door behind her.

He continued looking at the door she had just disappeared into, not sure what was happening. She sure was acting strangely. He looked down at his bare hands, at the one Takagi had just grabbed.

Sure, she was wearing gloves, but… it still felt tingly to him. It was embarrassing too, but he didn't mind it like he had months before.

The door creaked back open and Takagi reappeared, still holding her schoolbag. She shut the door and slowly approached him.

"I, um, I have something for you," she explained, her hands covering her schoolbag. Had it been bulging like that earlier?

Takagi opened the cover and began shuffling through it. She glanced up at him briefly, and Nishikata could have sworn that her cheeks were red. But she immediately ducked her head down again.

She finally pulled out his blue scarf, neatly folded and cleaned. "Yeah, this was what I wanted to give you," she said quickly, holding it out for him, "Thanks again."

Nishikata gingerly accepted his scarf back, thanking her. He carefully wrapped it around his neck, appreciating the warmth it brought, and noted its faint scent of cherry blossoms. She was thoughtful, washing and returning it after just one day.

He smiled at Takagi, thanking her again. She nodded, looking a bit distant.

"Is that all?" he asked.

"Mmm," she replied quickly. But she still kept looking away and hiding her face, with the slightest frown on her face. She kept peering into her bag.

Was he supposed to leave now? Nishikata didn't know what was happening.

"You were really… nice to me last night," Takagi continued in a hushed tone, "Trying to make me feel better when you didn't even know why I was sad. Thank you for that, and I'm sorry for pulling away when you tried to hug me."

Nishikata stifled a cough and resisted the urge to turn away. "U-uh, no p-problem," he responded shakily. With his mind on overdrive the day before, he had barely even registered doing that, and it felt awkward now, but there was no way that she was teasing him about it.

Silence ensued for another minute. Takagi's eyes darted towards his for a second, then back away.

"Maybe you could try it aga…" she trailed off.

Nishikata was feeling more antsy by the second, but he couldn't pick out exactly why. Try what again? he thought. He watched as Takagi took a deep breath, then finally held his gaze. She was definitely blushing, perhaps even more than he. Her eyes narrowed.

"Actually… there's something else."

Takagi carefully pulled out a small red box carefully wrapped with a dark brown ribbon. It had a little golden bow and sticker tying it all together.

"This is for you," she said quietly, holding it out for him. "I should have given it to you yesterday, but I just didn't feel good about it then."

"But now I do."

Nishikata cheeks heated up even further, but he smiled all the same. So she had gotten him Valentine's chocolate after all!

"Thank you," he replied back, looking down at the pretty gift. He had been excited to get it, friends' chocolate or not. She had given him some last year too, but she had really leveled up with her chocolates this year; this one was way bigger. It made him feel special.

She looked back at him earnestly. "I'll get you something nice for White Day in return," Nishikata promised. She didn't have to worry about that.

Takagi muttered something under her breath.

"Huh?" Nishikata drew in closer, noticing just how red her cheeks were. She should really go inside, he thought.

Takagi took another deep breath, then leaned forward and whispered something.

"I never told you why I took those gifts yesterday. I was jealous… because I thought if you started going out with someone, you might forget about me."

Nishikata was perplexed. How could he forget about Takagi? What does she mean? he thought, his eyebrows furrowing up in confusion.

Takagi hadn't taken her eyes off him. She shivered and gulped, then drew close up to his ear.

"That isn't friends' chocolate."

Not friends' chocol—

Nishikata's eyes began to bulge as he realized what she had just said. If this wasn't the same friends' chocolate that he had gotten last year, then that meant…

"Huhggh?!" he cried out, backing up.

Takagi stared at him for a few seconds, and then her serious expression melted away and she let out a relieved sigh.

"Close enough," she said faintly, a huge smile blossoming across her rosy cheeks. "I know what you're thinking, Nishikata. And you're smart enough to figure out what I mean."

Nishikata jumped back, his heart pounding. Did that mean… did that mean she had given him romantic chocolate? And she was jealous because she didn't like him getting romantic chocolate from anyone else?

But she didn't seem to care last year when I got that mystery chocolate from someone else… unless that was actually from her too… Y-yeah right. N-no freaking way!

"You're teasing me!" Nishikata shrieked, jumping into a defensive position. Takagi's face was now alit with excitement, just like always.

"Nope!" she exclaimed, stepping forward to close their distance. "I haven't teased you once yet, that was 100% the truth. I promise."

Like heck it was! Nishikata thought, sweating. And where had this sudden confidence, this change in mood come from? Was it getting warm out all of a sudden? But she had been so serious saying that a moment ago… he couldn't be sure. What was Takagi saying?!

"Oh, but Nishikata, there's one last thing."

What now?! He blushed even further as she leaned towards him. Her lips drew close to his ear to whisper something, and he felt like he was going to explode.

"Your face is red." She winked at him.

"GAaaahhh!" Nishikata shouted, jumping away in a panic falling into a snow-covered bush. Takagi started laughing as he sprang back up, shaking off all the snow and hurrying to hide his scarf over his face. Did she flip a switch or something?! he thought rapidly, She's totally back to normal!

"You are teasing me!" he yelled accusingly, pointing back at her giggling posture. "And it's just cold out here, that's all!"

"Fine," she replied smugly, "All of a sudden I can't resist; I think I might burst if I don't start teasing you again. But that was the first one, and you aren't cold at all."

"Well-well your face is just as red as mine, Takagi-san!" That would get her!

Takagi eagerly drew in yet again, the blush prominently displayed across her cheeks.

"How observant, Nishikata, you finally noticed. Why could that be? I'm not very cold either."

She-she wasn't ashamed that she was blushing? Nishikata gawked. How was that possible?! He had assumed she just needed to warm up, but it was actually something else?

"Now why do you think you can make me blush, Nishikata?"

He couldn't speak. Was she reading his mind? It couldn't be… why she always made him blush, right?

"What are you gonna do about it?" Her smile was glowing, his head exploding. Takagi was–she was being so—what type of foreign, backwards teasing was this?!

Takagi laughed a bit more, her eyes sparkling, then drew back to her front door.

"Thanks for giving me this opportunity," she replied, giving him a warm, toothy grin. "I feel so much better now. From now on, I'll be a little more honest with you each day, Nishikata!"

Nishikata didn't think his heart could take a another ounce of Takagi's honesty.

As he walked home, a few minutes later, a hundred thoughts coursed through his brain. Nishikata's heartrate had gradually slowed, but was still pounding faster than usual. He looked down at the red box of chocolate he held, feeling both elated, irritated at the sudden onset of teasing, and… hopeful?

"This isn't friends' chocolate?" he repeated aloud to himself, hardly believing his own words. But she had said it.

And what had Takagi meant about the… the… shoot, even thinking about this was embarrassing… the blushing?

At least that one had to be teasing. Curse you, Takagi-san, he thought grimly, tightening the grip on his bag and resuming his original jog back home.

Still, Nishikata found himself smiling. He had a lot to think about, but one thing was crystal clear—Takagi's happiness made him all warm inside. He was glad she was doing better now, teasing and all.

Maybe, just maybe, a small part of him wanted to hear more about whatever Takagi meant by 'honesty'.

This was so fun to write, I hope you enjoyed it! While I've marked this story as complete, I've toyed with the idea of extending it one more chapter in the future, i.e. how Nishikata reacts longer-term to Takagi's mistake and her efforts to be more direct. I don't have much of a structure for this yet so it isn't planned, but make sure to follow the story and/or let me know in comments if you have thoughts/would like that.

I've got a few other ideas in the works, though I won't be releasing any for awhile. Perhaps a few short oneshots, and one more longer multi-chapter.
