The song used in this chapter is Shattered by Trading Yesterday.

The old brownish coated lioness green eyes widen as her face paled, "My granddaughter?"

She heard from Jaha's spies that her son had a daughter and named the princess after her late baby sister. She wanted to meet her grandcub, but knew her place was here with Jaha has her second paw in the Eastern land kingdom.

Yesterday I died,

tomorrow's bleeding.

Fall into your sunlight.

The future's open wide,

beyond believing.

To know why, hope dies.

Losing what was found,

a world so hollow.

Suspended in a compromise.

The silence of this sound,

is soon to follow.

Somehow, sundown.

-O-

Kiara felt enormous amount of pain all around her body. She heard voices, unfurmilair then ones she knew. She blinked her eyes opened and saw a group of lions staring down at her.

"Hello, where am I?"

A old brownish coated lioness walked over and said, "You're at the Eastern land Pride, dear."

Kiara sat up as the events of the other day replayed in her head.

And finding answers.

Is forgetting all of the questions we called home.

Passing the graves of the unknown.

"Dear, where are your parents?" Jaha asked.

"My father is..."

Kiara couldn't finished the sentence as she broke down with tears. The old lioness had tears in her eyes as she pulled her grandcub close, who clung to the lioness' legs.

"Sweetie, can you tell us what happened?" Alistair asked stepping up.

Kiara pulled away and tried speaking through her tears. "It was an accdenit...I-I didn't mean for it to happen!"

Alistair looked down for a second before looking at Jaha. The dark cream lioness caught his eye and nodded before following the tawny coated lion out of the cave.

As reason clouds my eyes,

with splendor fading.

Illusions of the sunlight.

And a reflection of a lie, will keep me waiting.

With love gone, for so long.

-O-

Young Simba sat at the watering hole looking at his reflection. His heart had been shattered to nothing and now his reflection only shows half of him.

The tawny coated cub looked towards the sky, that's now dotted with billions of stars.

And this day's ending.

Is the proof of time killing,

all the faith I know.

Knowing that faith, is all I hold.

Former Queen Sarabi laid in a cave under Pride Rock, trying her best to keep calm. For the sake of her unborn cub.

Rafiki visited her today and told her that she has a few more weeks to go. Apparently, Sarabi didn't know she was pregnant until she was half way through.

Sarafina walks in with Nala following. They laid besides the dark beige coated lioness and tried to comfort her.

But the grieving lioness still believes the princess is alive.

-O-

And I've lost who I am,

and I can't understand.

Why my heart is so broken,

rejecting your love,

without, love gone wrong,

lifeless words carry on.

But I know,

all I know,

is that the end's beginning.

"I guess it's time for some introduction." Malka said sitting near the brownish coated lioness while looking at the crying cub.

The old lioness nodded and turned to the grieving cub."Kiara."

The light beige coated cub looks up as confusion flashed across her dull eyes."H-how did you know my name?"

The old lioness smiled and said sweetly. "My name is Uru and I'm your grandmother."

-O-

"What's up, Alistair?"

The tawny coated lion sighed and said, "Scar is up to no good."

Jaha sighed as well and said, "I know, I'll send word..."

Alistair shook his head and said "No..I know it's tricky but we have to get what we need out of Kiara."

Jaha thought for a moment and said "Fine, but find the Raven. I'm sure he wants to hear too and meet his granddaughter."

Alistair nodded before running off. Queen Jaha watched the lion disappeared into the trees before returning back into the cave.

Who I am from the start,

take me home to my heart.

Let me go and I will run,

I will not be silent.

All this time spent in vain,

wasted years, wasted gain.

"Alright everyone the princess needs to rest!"

Malka and Sianna nodded before leaving the cave. Jaha looked at Kiara, who was looking at Uru with wide amber eyes.

"Kiara, I need you to get some rest."

Kiara looked from her grandmother to the dark cream coated lioness and nodded.

Kiara went to the back of the cave and laid down.

-O-

All is lost, hope remains,

and this war's not over.

There's a light,

there's the sun,

taking all shattered ones.

To the place we belong,

and his love will conquer all.

An old golden lion with amber eyes and a black mane, laid under a large shady tree when a teen creamy tan lioness with purple eyes came running over.

"Ahadi! Ahadi!"

The old lion sat up. Confused by the teen's presence. "Yes, Saiya. What is it?"

"You're wanted at the Eastern land kingdom. "

Ahadi got up and stretched before taking off. While hoping everything is alright.

-O-

All is lost, hope remains,

and this war's not over.

There's a light, there's the sun,

taking all shattered ones.

To the place we belong,

and his love will conquer all.

"Alistair, what are you doing here?" Ahadi asked once he seen the younger lion standing at the Eastern land border apparently waiting.

Alistair walked over and said, "I'm to escort you Queen Jaha."

"Is Uru alright?" Ahadi quickly asked worried about his mate.

Alistair nodded and said, "Yes, but there's something happening in the Pride Lands and Jaha wants you here."

Ahadi's amber eyes widened but he didn't say anything. He just followed his friend over the border.

Yesterday I died,

tomorrow's bleeding.

Fall into your sunlight.
