Have you ever Chapter 4.

Have you ever loved somebody so much?

It makes you cry

Have you ever needed something so bad?

You can't sleep at night

Have you ever tried to find the words?

But they don't come out right

Have you ever, have you ever

Konoha, home of Kakashi

Hatake was hot, comfortable, and did not want to move. As soon as possible, he would have to get back on the road to find Naruto. When he tried to get on his back, a strong arm held him against a strong chest. While Kakashi's hand rested on his navel, he heard his lover breathing peacefully behind his back. Who would have thought that after losing his father, Obito and Rin he could be so happy and fulfilled? The copy ninja used to think that he could no longer have such feelings for another person. Despite Kakashi's denying Gai's feelings for him for years, his eternal rival proved him wrong. Kakashi felt the same way, but he was afraid of losing another loved one. Gai had never given up on him and made him see the truth. Kakashi felt Gai kiss his shoulder and then his neck.

"Hello koibito."

Gai continued to kiss Kakashi's skin tenderly as he slid his hand down the body. He introduced it under his boxer, where the masculinity of his man was already fully awake. He stretched himself in the arms of the green ninja who gave him so many beautiful sensations. As the green ninja grabbed his lover's body, the copy ninja groaned. Gai continued to kiss the body between his hands while moving slowly. A moment of relaxation and tenderness seemed to be all he wanted. Gai knew Kakashi would need to return to his Naruto research soon.

With a grunt, the scarecrow ejaculated into his man's hand. The scarecrow closed his eyes to enjoy the moment. Gai did the same, enjoying the company of his man. Shinobi had little time for leisure, and most of their time was spent on missions. Despite it, they grew and maintained a strong relationship. Gai finally got up and went to the bathroom to clean his lover with a wet cloth. As he caressed the languid body in front of him, he tenderly and lovingly passed the cloth to it. They kissed again.

"You always know how to relax me, Gai."

Then he got dressed after taking a quick shower. His better half was preparing breakfast in the kitchen. The tempting aroma of bacon, eggs, and coffee filled his nostrils. He embraced Gai and kissed his neck as he approached him. They ate quietly at the table.

"I had an idea last night.

Gazing at his lover, Gai said.

Kakashi dropped his coffee, looking tenderly into his partner's eyes, signaling that his attention was focused on him.

"I believe Naruto is in love with Sasuke."

Kakashi had finished his coffee, otherwise, he would have to spit it into the face of his lover. He was surprised by Gai's statement.

"What makes you say that? "Naruto would have acted the same way for anyone living in this village."

Gazing at him with a smile, Gai raised an eyebrow.

"Really?" He asked. Would he have gone so far for Lee? Neji? Tenten? Despite the attempts on his life. What do you think, my love?

Gai's words caused Kakashi to think long and hard. He knew Naruto would fight for his friends; the copy ninja had seen it more times than he could count. If the person in question betrayed him or the village, like Sasuke, and on top of that, tried to kill him. Kakashi suspected Naruto would no longer pay him much attention. It was obvious from Gai's point of view that he would have given up had Lee or Neji acted in this way. The blond boy, however, would go to the end of the world with this bond that he had witnessed grow more and more. In the end, it was definitely more than just friendship. The silver one glanced at Gaï who looked at him with love.

"You're right, I hadn't thought of that." Oh no! I pushed him too far. While silently mourning the loss of the man he loves."

He let his head fall hard on the table again, and when he attempted it a third time, the hand of his lover interrupted him.

Koibito, don't do that. You are not responsible for that. It is hard to imagine how you could have noticed what was happening to them if you didn't even see your own feelings towards me."

Kakashi sighed deeply, nodded, and got up to go to the front door, following his lover.

"Don't push yourself too hard. Maybe you should look for Sasuke? Naruto may not be too far away."

As he raised his gaze to his man, copy ninja kissed him passionately.

"Why hadn't I thought of that?"

The two kissed again. Kakashi then left their home and went to the entrance of the village, where he summoned his pack.

"Kuchiyose Doton Tsuiga no Jutsu!"

He looked at Pakkun and his squad, "the stalking fangs," as they appeared before him.

-All of you, let's find Sasuke Uchiha. Hopefully, Naruto will be with him or at least nearby. Disperse!

Kakashi and his pack vanished in a cloud of smoke.

Tetsu no Kuni, training room. Three days after Naruto's arrival.

Watching the samurai around him train in silence and fascination, Naruto watched in awe. The blond boy was impressed by their physical strength, and he knew these men were exceptional. There was an extremely strict code of conduct followed as well as a lot of respect shown to Mifune-Taichô. He coordinated the training in the morning. As he was not a samurai, Naruto was allowed to observe, but he was not permitted to participate. Although Naruto was happy to be able to observe these men at work, he agreed to remain a simple observer.

He politely asked Mifune to explain to him what a samurai's life was like and what their code of honor was. Mifune then asked him to follow him in silence. In the vast corridors of the temple, they walked for a long time before arriving at a large door. Two life-size samurai are completely engraved on this one.

"This door leads to our sanctuary. This is where we keep many of our relics, including swords, armor, and other items that belonged to talented samurai who have passed away."

Taicho opened the door easily and without any sound without saying anything else. Naruto was speechless. The room was huge, the ceiling so high you could hardly see it. Mifune had already mentioned that armors, weapons, and other relics were arranged around the room methodically. Naruto felt comfortable right away because the room was peaceful. Mifune began teaching him the principles of the samurai way, also known as "Bushido", as he quietly entered this sacred place.

"Mainly the way (DO) of honor. This is more transmitted through example than by words. It is the development of moral virtues. It is the highest form of education. As a result, man cultivates the virtues of courage, control, and sincerity. This is the way of detachment."

The samurai stopped walking and looked at a splendid suit of armor that appeared to date from another era. Its energy seemed to inspire courage and motivation to anyone who came into contact with it. As a sign of respect, Naruto bowed deeply in a traditional greeting. It seemed to be appreciated by the old man.

"As a samurai there are seven steps to respect and achieve. The seven steps must be followed by every man interested in becoming a samurai."

Is it okay for you to share them with me?".

Trying not to offend Mifune, Naruto asked politely.

A small smile appeared on Mifune's face.

"The way of the samurai is not a secret, young ninja. We live according to what we believe in. I will gladly share them with you if you wish."

"GI stands for righteousness and justice. Always be honest in your dealings with others. Have faith in justice, but do not expect it from your fellow man. According to the samurai, righteousness and justice cannot be compromised. There can only be Good and Evil."

"Finally, there is REI - Politeness and Courtesy. There is no reason for the samurai to be cruel, he doesn't need to prove his strength. Samurai are courteous even to their enemies. People who disregard these marks of respect are nothing more than animals. Samurai are not only respected for their bravery in battle, but also for the way they treat others. In difficult times, the true inner strength of the samurai is revealed."

"On to YU - Heroic Courage rise above the masses and those who fear to act. Hide like a turtle in its shell is not living. The samurai must be courageous and take all risks. Live life to the fullest, face danger, and enjoy its many facets. Heroic courage does not rely on blind instinct, it is a combination of strength and intelligence. Fear should be replaced with respect and caution."

We will continue with MEIYO - Honor. Only the samurai can judge his honor. His decisions and actions reveal who he really is. No one can hide from themselves."

"Then there is JIN - compassion. Strong and fast samurai are created by intense training. He is unlike other men. The power he has acquired must be used to benefit the whole. When the opportunity arises, he helps his fellow men in all circumstances."

"He is compassionate, he helps his fellow men in all circumstances."

"The next step is MAKATO - total honesty. When a samurai announces that he is going to carry out an action, it is as if he has already done so; nothing can prevent him from completing that task. It is not necessary for him to make a "promise" or make an "oath"; the word and the deed are one in him. His words are his actions."

"Finally, CHU - duty and loyalty. It is the samurai's responsibility to pay for his actions and words. Samurai show unwavering loyalty to the people in their care and give them unlimited loyalty."

After the samurai principles were enumerated, there was a comfortable silence. As Naruto gazed at the ancient armor on the wall, the words he had just heard echoed in his head. His nindo was closely aligned with these principles. The jinchuriki was impressed by the samurai's determination to follow all these rules on a daily basis. As a ninja he was taught certain rules in the academy, but he forgot them after a while. Naruto developed his own rules and principles very early on and then put them into practice. Mifune touched his shoulder and invited him to follow him out of the room.

Sitting on a tatami mat in the training room, watching these men so proud, so determined, it's difficult not to feel a sense of pride. As his motivation grew, he was driven to continue to fight for what was important to him. For his dream of becoming Hokage, but most of all, to bring Sasuke back to Konoha and open his heart to him as he should have done at their last meeting.

Naturally, Naruto planned, wrote a letter to Tsunade so that she wouldn't worry and placed it in the Bingo-book. In this way, he could accumulate all the days off he had never taken before, which would represent at least two months of time off. So, he would have time to prepare for his next confrontation with Sasuke, to show him how significant he was to him and how much he loved him. It couldn't be done a third time, and the Uzumaki didn't know how he would do it. Naruto would give up everything and isolate himself with only Kurama as his companion if he failed this time. Life was tasteless, odorless, and colorless without Sasuke. Moreover, he was unable to commit suicide due to the fox demon. Since the jinchuriki did not want to let him loose in the wild, he hid himself away from the world. However, he was relieved that he had found a new way, a new goal. So, the blond boy looked serenely at the men in front of him.

Somewhere in Yo no Kuni, at the same time.

In the forest, Sasuke sat comfortably on the edge of a hot spring pool. He was sorting through his thoughts as both feet were soaked in water. He finally stayed in Kumo for another day. The snakes had taken longer than he had expected to return and none of them had found any sign of the blonde. Naruto seemed to have vanished from the face of the earth. The Uchiha was in a dead-end until one last reptile returned the night before. This one had overheard an old man mention that a young blond ninja had protected him from other ninjas. The thieves had tried to steal his cart. He found the man in Yo no Kuni, not too far from his position. He left the following morning. Now that he knew where to find the man, he waited for him to return home. Hopefully, the farmer wouldn't be gone for a long time. Upon seeing the animals, it became apparent that this could not be the case. He put on his shoes again, walked towards the man's small house, and decided to wait on the porch for him. The nukenin rarely had free time. Without anything to do, under the sun, with the sounds of animals around him, he fell asleep without noticing it.

When the old man arrived home, he was shocked to see a young man asleep in his front yard. The farmer stepped forward cautiously, using his walking stick as a weapon, he needed to be careful. Especially since he had been attacked, the man pushed the sleeping man's knee, who reacted quickly, grabbing the stick and pulling the man to him. As soon as Sasuke realized what he had done, he let go of the stick

"I apologize deeply, Ojìsan. "I didn't mean to attack you; I was just reacting instinctively."

After studying him, the man shook his head

I have no problem with that, young man. What can I do to help you?"

As he sat down, the man picked up a pipe, filled it with tobacco, and lit it. Sasuke watched him for a moment, and it was clear the man had worked the land his whole life. There were square shoulders, swarthy skin, and large, callused hands to prove it. The black-haired man wondered for a moment what a peaceful life like that of Naruto could be like... Noooo! With a sharp shake of his head, he pushed thoughts of a simple life with an eccentric blond ninja out of his mind once more. He had to kill him, not imagine a life with him.

"I heard you were attacked by ninjas. But I heard a blonde man rescued you.

As soon as the old man heard about this incident, his eyes darkened, but he smiled when he thought of the young man.

The information you heard is true. Near a bridge on my way back home, I saw a group of five people appear out of nowhere. They demanded my cart and crop. I resisted, defending myself with my stick. I am not as strong as I used to be... Anyway, just when I thought I was going to lose everything, a young blond ninja about your age showed up. The fight was extremely short, and this young man must have been no ordinary ninja as he made my attackers flee."

"Of course, I thanked him. I invited him to eat and to sleep to show my appreciation, but he refused. I still managed to get his name. Do you know any people named Naruto?"

A smile formed on the old man's face.

"He told me he was heading north. To collect his thoughts, he said he needed to get away from his village for a while."

Sadness filled the man's eyes as he looked away, then at Sasuke

"Is this young man someone you know personally? Is he a friend of yours?"

Sasuke did not wish to lie to the man. He couldn't tell him that he planned to kill the person who had saved his life.

"I do know him. We were friends at the academy, but we lost touch for the past two years."

The Uchiha didn't lie except for the "unfortunately" part, but the farmer didn't need to know that. For a moment, the man looked him straight in the eyes, as if to analyze him, and what he saw seemed to please him.

"I advise you to find him quickly if you are still his friend. He looked so sad that I felt sorry for him. When he fought those ninjas, it was as if he didn't care about his own life."

Sasuke saw a hint of hope shining in the man's age-marked pupils as he continued to talk.

"If you are truly a friend of this young man, you must do something for him. I'm worried about Naruto, he looked so sad.

"Did he tell you where he was going?"

"As I mentioned earlier, to the north. In response to my question, he told me that there were samurai in the area."

Silence reigned for a while between the two men. After getting up, the old man grabbed his bags, opened the door of his house, and turned to Sasuke.

Would you like to stay for dinner?"

Sasuke was tempted to accept, but he had to get back on the road right away. He had already lost too much time.

"Thank you for your help. But I really need to get back on the road."

He said nothing more. Having shaken hands with the ninja, he watched him disappear into the forest. The man sincerely hoped the ninja would find Naruto quickly. Perhaps he could help him overcome the torments that seemed to darken his life.
