Mewni and Earth had merged into a single, united world. No one, Earthling or Mewnian, was sure why. Surprisingly, the population of the new world as a whole had accepted this change. Though most people were unhappy about it, they realized that there was nothing they could do to change it. However, as one would expect, not everyone was of this mindset...

Bedrock was one of the few who disagreed with this new way of life. They believed that the peoples of Earth and Mewni had been in separate worlds for a reason. And now that reason was just being thrown out the window? Bedrock highly doubted that the Universe had intended for Mewni and Earth to merge. Bedrock strongly believed that the Universe itself was alive, and played with Mewni and Earth like doll sets. And yet, somehow, it seemed that the Universe wasn't in complete control of it's playthings. Bedrock trusted the Universe, and didn't believe that it would do such a thing as to merge Earth and Mewni, after an eternity of them being seprate.

Before we continue our story, I'd like to pause and reveal some crucial information: Bedrock is correct, about the Universe being alive. They are also correct in thinking that the universe does not have complete control over it's "playthings". How do I know this? You see, I am the Universe. I am here to tell you the story of The Aftermath as it really happened.
