Chapter Three

Brother

"After you, my lady." Johnny smirked at her as they got off the plane, letting her go first.

"Thank you, kind sir." Lulu jokingly mocked him, stepping off the plane.

"You literally got someone to drop off you're car? Who would drive from Port Charles to San Francisco just to deliver you're Mustang?" Lulu stares at his car, dumbfounded as the drivers door shut.

"It's Lovett." Johnny shrugged like the answer should be obvious, as Ethan walked towards the couple, smirking.

"Come on Sis, you gotta use you're brain sometimes." He walked over to his sister.

"You let someone else drive you're car? I'm fucking shocked. Especially with the way Ethan drives-my god. Send the paramedics." Lulu rolled her eyes, Ethan's mouth dropped open in shock of her words.

"My driving? You can't talk. I'm shocked the DMV even gave you a license. You're a constant danger to yourself and others." Ethan quipped, causing Johnny to shake his head.

"Lovett is my right hand man, it'd be weird for me not to trust him. I was even iffy about going through with it but, I wanted the Mustang down here. It wouldn't be an adventure without it, some of our best times were in this car." Johnny explained, amused at Lulu and Ethan's relationship. Claudia was hardly around, when they had talked it wasn't really the playful banter Lulu and Ethan constantly had going on.

"I'm not arguing, I'm still in shock. You must be hungry, after all who knows how long you've been driving." Lulu turned to her brother.

"Oh, I wouldn't want to interrupt…this you guys adventure. I'd just be in the way." Ethan shrugged, it's not like he didn't want to but…he didn't want to hold them up.

"Lovett, you drove my car for five hours. You're not interrupting anything, it's an adventure not a honeymoon." Johnny threw him a confused look.

"Adventures are supposed to be about other people, not just us. It's a vacation from our regularly scheduled life…when my mom and dad went on the run all those years ago, that's how they met all the friends they have today. Of course, they also had a million people chasing after them but, we're going to ignore that. I mean, what's the harm in it? Like I said, don't be a dumbass." Lulu chuckled, wondering if something was wrong.

"I just, really am not looking forward to going back to Port Charles. I'm not used to being in a family and being under so much stress. I can tell you Tracy's called me at least twenty-five times. Maya apparently decided that she wanted a better husband so, that shit is over. I guess you could say, that I feel like god is fucking with me. You know?" Ethan explained, not wanting to go into the gory details of why his head was messed up

"Then don't, there's no reason you have to go back right now. You need a break, trust me. You don't want to have a mental breakdown, that shit wasn't fun at all. Fuck Maya, you can do better. I understand, so why don't you do what us Spencer's are known for? Chasing the high. It always seems to make Dad feel like himself again." Lulu hated seeing her brother so down on himself, especially because he was never like this. Ethan never let anyone see him with anything but a smirk.

"Anything that's in Port Charles can wait. Let's all go and get something to eat, and I don't want anyone arguing with me." Johnny warned them, grabbing the keys from Ethan and heading towards the car.

"Woah, daddy's mad. Maybe if I'm lucky, he'll spank me." Ethan hit his sister's shoulder, and Lulu snickers at his comment.

"I heard that!" Johnny chuckled, shaking his head.

"It's okay, I understand that you'll spend most of you're time spanking my sister. Ugh, I can never win." Ethan joked, as they got in the car.
