Black Widow (Rita Ora and Iggy Azalea): (creature) Spider
Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.
Aragog didn't remember anything about his life before Hagrid besides he traveled in the pocket of a traveler. This castle he resided in was huge but he sadly didn't get to see much besides the cupboard he was stowed away in.
"I hate to do this but I need to make sure you're safe," the young student apologized deeply. "No one comes to this part of the dungeon." He set up a little faux nest in the cupboard along with a goblet of water and some table scraps. "Besides, it's nice and cool down here."
There wasn't much to do during the days, which seemed to drag from sunrise to sunset. He didn't dare venture out of the room, he was still so small and someone could step on him. After all, spiders was a very common fear.
The Acromntula had the instinct to satisfy a great urge for human flesh as hid species did but he couldn't bring himself to harm his new owner. He had never seen anyone with a bigger heart for animals that Rubeus Hagrid.
No matter how many bites, scratches, or hisses came his way, the half giant always had a gentle hand to lend out.
"She didn't mean to do it," Hagrid insisted to Aragog as he held an ice pack to his swelling hand. "I should have known better than to startle a blast-ended skrewt."
"You have more faith in animals than most people do," Aragog stated simply before attacking the scraps he had been brought.
"Animals can't help what they do," the half giant replied with a shrug. "We humans can sense and have complete control."
The spider mulled this over, having never thought of it that way.
He would soon realize how true Hagrid's words were. Something was attacking Hogwarts, something that was petrifying students with little effort while being elusive all at once.
One night while Hagrid was visiting, the door opened, causing the half giant to slam the cupboard door shut while muttering out an apology.
"Hagrid," a low voice greeted, not sounding friendly at all.
"What are you doing down here?" Hagrid asked roughly, giving off a tense and nervous aura.
"I'm sure you heard about the creature, it killed a girl today." Aragog heard a a chuckle. "The creature you're harboring secretly."
"Not Aragog! He would never hurt anyone, never!"
'No, just you.' Aragog thought to himself but knew better than to speak up, especially if it was to say that. He was suddenly starting to feel nervous and figured he might want to start thinking of an escape plan.
"The girl's parents are coming to collect her body," the unknown voice said. "We might as well make sure the thing that the thing that killed her is dead."
"I won't let you!" Hagrid bellowed, throwing a hand protectively on the cupboard door.
"Stand aside!"
"No!"
Before Aragog knew what was happening, the door was blasted open. His vision blurred as light flooded in, he blinked in an attempt to adjust his vision.
"Aragog, run!" Hagrid cried, he scooped the animal up and gentle tossed him past the intruder, a young man with brown eyes, brown hair that fell perfectly in place, and pale skin.
Nimbly, the Acromntula skittered out the door as fast as his legs could carry him as a spell was sent his way. He located a crack in the wall and dove in, feeling guilty for leaving Hagrid behind.
However, all was not lost. The half giant, while being expelled from the school and having his wand snapped, was given the position of grounds keeper by Albus Dumbledore.
As for Aragog, Hagrid helped him escape to the forest nearby where he was free to eat all the bugs he wanted when he wanted. The forest was his to explore and rule over.
