Thank you so much for all the reviews! I'm glad so many of you want a part 2, so here it is. Hope you like it!

Annabeth had been blocked out of the investigation. Chiron hadn't even let her know the simplest details of his death.

To say she was mad was an understatement. She was torn between he's still alive to who did this, because I will find them and rip them limb from limb.

Maybe that was why Chiron had blocked her out of the case.

Annabeth slowed her running, sucking in air as she stopped in front of Cabin 5. The Ares Cabin was tapped off, the yellow tape contrasting to the bright red of the walls.

A child of the war god sat just outside the barrier, staring mournfully Into the open doorway of their cabin. Annabeth couldn't help but scowl at them.

One of them killed him, Her mind couldn't help but hiss. So, she raised the tape despite the kid's protests, and walked into the Cabin.

Or, at least, she tried to.

Her foot tried to pass the door, instead hitting an invisible wall. Same with her other foot, and her arms. Whenever she hit the invisible barrier, blue light sparked.

"That's not going to work," The Ares kid drawled.

She narrowed her eyes at the kid. "What's your name?"

He scoffed. "Yeah, of course I know you but you don't know me."

Annabeth let out a sigh. She didn't have time for this. Besides - she couldn't remember all of the campers, on a good week during the summer they managed to get two, three campers.

The boy looked fairly new - he only wore a single bead, the one from this summer, which was a swirl of water to signify his death.

"What's your name, kid," She repeated impatiently.

He rolled his eyes. "Andrew."

"Okay, Andrew, do you know what..." She fumbled for the words. "Spell, magic, that the Hecate Cabin put on your cabin?"

Andrew hummed, shaking his head. He drew his sword. "I personally don't know what they did, but I've found a way to get past. Come on, I have to training in fifteen minutes." He stood up, beckoning her. "I was never here, got it?"

Annabeth nodded, watching him move to the side of the bright red cabin. He pushed away some part of the bushes.

Then she shrugged, leveled her dagger (you could never be too careful) and followed the son of Ares.

Part three coming soon! :)
