"JOHNNY DAMNIT! I told you we shouldn't of used the corpse there's a price to pay if you try to play God, especially if we're desecrating a remnant left by him. We can try as hard as we want to save your son but you've already seen what happens when you saved Rina, it gave the disease to your son, it's how it works damnit!"

Johnny looked over towards his mentor that had quickly become his friend and brother Gyro Zeppeli, who was berating him because of borrowing the corpse from Valentine, when they were well aware of how it worked with being random chance of what it would do.

"Gyro shut up! Please not now, there's no other way, he's my son I have to do it!"

Gyro quit his glaring as he was on his knee by Johnny as he held his son, he contemplated how this could all turn out, and what they could do against this disease that was now infecting his friend's son. A sigh escaped his lips, as he thought of something so desperate, so foolish, that it might actually work.

"You promised not to use the Corpse again, but I didn't..."

With that sentence Gyro got up from his position and walked towards the box containing the Saint's corpse, and picked it up with both his arms and set it down next to Johnny. Johnny's eyes almost burst open on realizing what his friend might be planning.

"Gyro, you can't do this to me please you can't die in front of me again! I can't choose between you and my son!"

Gyro kneeled down once more and looked at Johnny, his eyes calm a deep emerald green that pierced into Johnny's soul as he put his arm around his neck and kissed both his cheeks, he planted another kiss on his forehead and stood up and looked down at Johnny once again.

"This is a really bad idea, but it's the best I got Johnny. I only have two options I can give you and two alone, okay?"

Johnny looked beyond confused and frightened as he knew this was serious because Gyro looked disconnected from everything after he had kissed his forehead, he only ever did that when he was saying goodbye.

"What do you mean two choices, what the Hell are you talking about Gyro!?"

Gyro looked down and his face turned into a scowl as he looked at Johnny.

"No, you don't get to ask questions, you either listen or I'll make the decision for you."

That quickly got Johnny's attention as Gyro hadn't been this serious since the Steel Ball Run itself. His eyes were burning a green flame, a dark determination that he had once before when they fought Ringo Roadagain and very nearly died.

"Good you're listening now, thank you. The two options I can give you are this, I can take the disease from your son using the corpse or we can use the infinite Rotation to remove the disease with the corpse in our vicinity, both will give the same end result, your son living. I can do this with or without you Johnny it's your choice, which one do you want to do."

Johnny was stuck there just looking down at the dirt of the earth he was sat upon underneath the tree they were by, contemplating what was about to happen, he was going to witness someone die, and he had to choose how it would happen or else there would be no choice at all.

"We'll use the infinite rotation..."

Gyro walked forward and picked up Johnny who was holding his son, and walked them towards the horse that they made their way to the tree upon. He went back and picked up the case with the corpse in it and set it on Johnny's lap as he got up on the horse behind him and took up the reigns of the horse.

"We have to hit him with the infinite Rotation at the same time exactly, I told Rina that we just had to go for a trip and that I would look over you both for her. She won't get in the way or have to see me die..."

Johnny turned around and looked at Gyro with wide eyes and yelled at him.

"YOU DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT YOU DYING YOU JUST SAID WE HAVE TO USE THE INFINITE ROTATION AND IT'LL REMOVE THE DISEASE!"

Gyro looked at Johnny with a sadness in his eyes and sighed.

"I said we had to have the corpse in the vicinity too didn't I, this is just how it is, we can do it and guarantee it to happen right away with the infinite Rotation and the corpse or we could attempt just using the corpse, with the rotation and the corpse it's guaranteed that George will live. I hope you remember Johnny that you still shouldn't expect anything weird or unusual from me I can only do so much."

Snap!

Before Johnny could even retort to Gyro he had whipped the reigns to get the horse to move on, the horse was rapidly approaching it's top speed as Johnny held onto his son atop the case holding the Holy Corpse. Gyro's eyes were narrowing as he felt the horse nearing the optimal speed.

"We're going to have to do it soon Johnny! On the count of three, okay?"

"Yeah I got it!"

Johnny cried out as tears fell from his face in droves.

"Three!"

"Two!"

Gyro had pulled out his Steel ball and already had it rapidly spinning in his hand as Johnny aimed his index finger with his nail spinning at his son.

"One!"

Schlick

Crunch

The nail bullet had shot through both Johnny and Gyro's heads as the Steel Ball as well shot through their stomachs. The origami like shape had transferred from George to both his father and god-father, as that happened they all fell to the floor as their own attacks had knocked them off of the horse, Gyro was still holding onto Johnny protecting him as his skin was hardened from the spin.

Once they fell the case had as well, Johnny's son George on top of it landing safely on the ground a few meters away. Gyro and Johnny landed upon some strange leaves as a boulder quickly fell from the sky, they were barely alive at this point just holding on really, though... with the steel ball Gyro had, he hardened his and Johnny's skin to try somehow stop the boulder he saw falling from thin air from crushing them.

Crack!

As the boulder fell it cracked against the back of Gyro as he held himself above Johnny, it knocked him down and backwards though he used the spin to harden their bodies like steel his side caved inwards and as he fell down from the force moved him underneath Johnny. Both sat there, on the verge of death with a fatal disease consuming both of them.

Gyro still had Johnny's head and upper torso on his stomach and chest, holding onto him with his right arm as they both slowly heaved and were nearing their last breath. They were both bleeding out, pools of blood forming from their heads and stomachs, though it was fleeting as they both took their final breath.

It was bright, blindingly bright, beyond belief. The entire area was just this blank void of pure white, nothing else even remotely close to being able to tell a difference where one walked.

This was where two people were now stuck, laying around in this strange realms floor, if one could even quite discern what this place was.

"What the Hell just happened!? How did I get hit!?"

Johnny Joestar had just woken up and was rubbing the side of his temples trying to lessen the headache he was now feeling, though as he was doing so a shadow was just now cast over him, though he didn't notice until it was a bit too late. Gyro was right behind him as his shadow was already cast completely over Johnny, staring out at the blindingly white horizon that lead nowhere.

A sigh had escaped from Gyro, as he let himself fall to the ground on his back right behind Johnny, just a foot away. He turned to see what Gyro had done, and saw he was lying down sprawled out on the ground.

"What're You doing Gyro!? Where are we and what the Hell just all happened!?"

Gyro turned his head to the left so his eyes could meet Johnny's! as he laid on the floor of what he knew to be a place he hadn't planned on taking a trip to in a very long time.

Gyro chose not to answer Johnny with an actual answer to his question but more so his own thoughts out loud.

"I'm supposed to protect you and your family, but I let you on the damn horse. I was hoping the attacks would only reflect back to me alongside the disease. I'm honestly surprised you haven't come to the answer of our predicament yet. Most usually don't survive a shot ripping through their head, or what amounts to a small cannonball tearing through their stomach."

Johnny's eyes almost teared up at realizing what had happened, he remembered what had happened, how he and Gyro had saved his son. Gyro attempting to even protect him as they were dying to the wounds from their attacks. Johnny didn't even care about where they were right now at this point, the only thing he cared about was one thing.

"We did it though right? We saved George, you said it would."

A sad smile etched itself across Gyro's once stone face as he looked at Johnny again.

"Yeah, yeah, we did. Rina should of found us by now, as well as Valentine. I'm sorry I even gave you a choice Johnny... I should of rode alone, I could of knocked you out long enough to save George by myself without any resistance. I didn't think it would get this bad."

Johnny just looked down at his legs and hands. Thinking on his life and all the twists and turns in it, all the problems he had faced and how he had solved them. He started to crawl over to Gyro and laid his head on his chest as they both now looked up into the neverending sky of pure bright white.

"It's not your fault Gyro, I wouldn't of let you do it no matter what. I had a feeling that we might not be getting out untouched when this started. I-I'm too selfish to let you go, I wouldn't want to live without my best friend."

Gyro ruffled Johnny's sailor hat and chuckled as he fixed it back in place. For the most part both of them hadn't moved much, or even wanted to do much at this point, just reminiscing on their lives up till this point.

"You know... this wasn't how it was supposed to be Johnny?"

Johnny tried to shift his head on Gyro's chest to see his face, he just laid with a furrowed brow.

"And whatcha mean by that? Cause, you could be talking about a whole bunch of things, ya gotta clarify sometimes."

Gyro sighed, and spoke again.

"How the Race ended, and what happened after. I was meant to die... my Steel Ball would've been broken by one of D.4.C.'s light barriers leaving Valentine somewhat deteriorated, he was supposed to shoot me six times. You would've killed him with Tusk and fought Diego by yourself nearly dying, being saved by Steven.

Lucy would of killed Diego with the root world Diego's head, annihilating him. You took my corpse back to Italy, my family went missing, and you got to be with your happy family until the disease took over Rina. I saw everything up to your death when I was stranded in that other world Johnny I was... dead for a while... but somehow... I came back."

Gyro had sighed as he had gotten that off of his chest, he had been holding in that information for ten years now ever since the end of the Steel Ball Run race. Johnny was just laying there contemplating what Gyro had said, emotions mixing and contorting in his mind.

"How did you see all of that..."

He laughed at that as he was about to use the same line Johnny had used on him.

"You know, you have to clarify sometimes, right Johnny?"

Johnny let out a tear filled laugh as he was starting to cry at remembering how he almost lost Gyro during the battle with Valentine. He realized he really was dead, he wasn't supposed to come back, but he did, because of his refusal to lose something else during that race.

"I'm sorry... for everything, Gyro..."

Gyro had a sad smile on his face as he patted Johnny's shoulder and laid his hand there.

"You did nothing wrong. But I accept you're apology and forgive you as the amazing and compassionate man I am, Nyoho!"

Johnny let out a genuine laugh at his friends joking antics, though his jokes could leave a lot to be desired most times, that's what he appreciated even if he would rarely admit that he enjoyed Gyro's stupid gags and pranks.

"I wonder if anyone else is up here with us, well at least in this weird white place, wherever this is."

Right out of view just a couple feet ahead of them was another person who had been smiling at seeing both of them through most of their conversations and antics.

The voice that spoke up to answer Johnny's question was all around them but soft and gentle carrying the tone of a loving father with all the knowledge and benevolence carrying through it as well too.

"There are many here, but just not at this spot."

Johnny and Gyro scrambled to get up as they had heard this voice and looked all around them until they saw just about ten feet away was someone they hadn't seen in quite a long time, at least in their current form. Gyro immediately turned to Johnny and decided he might as well say what he was thinking.

"You're lucky I said a prayer for you to be forgiven after what you said with your wife!"

Johnny almost paled at remembering the extreme selfishness in what he said about giving the disease to some random person and that he didn't care about what they dealt with.

The man let out a small chuckle at the antics of the two men in front of him, and simply smiled. He had hair as white as snow reaching down to his shoulder blades, stubble lining his face, a crown made of thorns resting upon his head, a halo resting behind his head encircling it entitely, his robes were a pure white much like the surrounding areas, skin like that of burning bronze in a forge, with a beautiful golden glow and eyes with a white golden glow.

"Well this is kind of a long shot but Lord forgive us for our sins, we weren't always the best at being Christians."

Though awkwardly asking Johnny was quite sincere in his asking of forgiveness on his and Gyro's behalf. Gyro's eyes lit up at thinking about what the Hell he could of done wrong then his mind slowly came up with a list and top among them was talking about fate as though it were a 'goddess' that favored him, his face cringed at realizing how bad that was.

Christ raised his hand as to gesture them to stop what they were currently doing and he spoke in the serene voice he had once before.

"You've always been taught quite well on the Gospel Gyro Zeppeli. I'm sure you remember what church teaches what my apostles taught and they taught what I taught. I didn't die on the cross because you needed someone to save you from a vengeful Creator but to take upon a disease that you all chose, one that is all encompassing in your lives.

No one can live to be sinless, what matters is that you try, that you try to stay free of sin, that you're sincere in your attempts to do so and to help your fellow man at every opportunity. I can say most forget this, but you should know about all of this Gyro Zeppeli, after all you were part of one of the oldest standing Orthodox churches in the lands."

Johnny blanched at what he was hearing currently, here he was almost all his life taught about some form of "You better behave or you're going to Hell!" But here he was face to face with Christ, God the Son, and was being spoke to, like he was his pupil. Gyro on the other hand nervously laughed, remembering some of his escapades during his time in the church.

"I'm sorry about all the girls I... ehh, you know, did the 'dance' with while I was at church and at the hospital."

Christ had a somewhat deadpan expression on his face as he looked over at the Zeppeli.

"I remember that well, but I remember too that you asked for forgivness every time that it had happened, you struggled with it, but you eventually broke that sins hold upon you and promised to never do it again, you hadn't ever touched another woman like that let alone looked at one with lust in over fourteen years since you promised that at the age of twenty, though you had ample opportunities to break it at almost every glance in Japan with quite a few women.

You tried to do better and you actually managed to conquer that sin, it's the fact that you struggled and tried that matters, that you break the sin matters a great deal as well but you were always sincere, that's what matters."

Johnny was still thinking on how everything he was taught by his father was pretty much twisted half truths at this point but at hearing Gyro talking about doing the dance with girls in church he almost choked.

"How many did you 'dance' with, oh great commander Julius"

Gyro looked over at Johnny with an irate smile and look in his eye as his teeth stayed clenched as he spoke.

"I'd rather not talk about that time in my life Johnny, I put that behind me to raise a crippled teenager to try and be a good person okay?"

Johnny snorted, as he saw the look that Gyro was giving him throughout his entire sentence.

An hour later

"I'd like to ask both of you a question one that might be interesting to you, would you like to hear it?"

Johnny and Gyro both looked at each other as they were now sitting right next to each other with their legs crossed and already decided that they knew what they were going to answer.

"Yes."

They answered in unison.

Christ smiled at this, these two were bound to each other in friendship and through their hardships, and it was a friendship he quite enjoyed seeing, he thought if only others could get along like these two.

"I'd like to give you both another chance at life. It comes with different caveats however, which I will explain to you."

"Sounds like a good idea to me mio signore."

"Sure why not, I'm guessing though were not gonna be going back where we were though..."

Christ nodded and affirmed that Johnny was correct in his thinking.

"You both will be going to a different universe on a planet called Remnant, two Angel's that rebelled have decided to play at being deities causing quite an unnecessary amount of pain and suffering, I would like you both to try and help this world in it's current age of strife. It all might feel quite reminiscent of the Steel Ball Run race as well too.

The caveats are that you both will be the age of seventeen and put upon this planet with no knowledge of what is in store for you. Though you each get three requests before you go that you may ask of me."

Johnny was about to speak but Gyro quickly put his hand over his mouth, due to thinking that Johnny might blurt out something that they really shouldn't ask for. Johnny's eyes spoke league's for how unimpressed he was with how Gyro had decided to silence him without even knowing what he was going to say.

"Do we retain everything from our past lives, and are we to be the same people we are now mio Signore?"

Christ nodded once again and spoke.

"You shall retain your Stand's, memories, and capabilities you had during your time on Earth as well as being the same as you are now mentally though you will physically resemble how you looked during the events of the Steel Ball Run race."

Gyro removed his hand from Johnny's mouth as he got the same unimpressed stare Johnny so commonly gave to others, Gyro just shrugged it off as though he didn't know what to respond with besides that.

"Can you make Ballbreaker Gyro's Stand? As well as being able to be summoned without the use of the infinite Rotation like Act 4?"

"A wise idea, yes I can do that. Though Ballbreaker will not have access to it's true power without the use of the Infinite Rotation just like Tusk, they work on the same principles in this sense, they are for almost all intents and purposes the same type of stand as well as nearly identical in function, power and ability."

Gyro was scratching his chin as he thought on what he would ask for, since Johnny asked for something for him he decided it was only fair to ask for something for him. He got up from his spot on the floor and walked next to Christ and whispered in his ear what he wanted as a favor.

"I can do that as well."

Johnny's brows took on an inquisitive look as he watched Gyro walk back over next to him and sit down after he whispered something to Christ.

"What did ya ask him for Gyro? I'm not sure how I should feel after seeing you whispering something to him."

Gyro looked over at Johnny and wrapped his arm around him and gave his signature smile and a 'Nyoho' as he did so.

"Welp I know I ain't getting an answer from you based off that response, can I use one of my favors to know what he asked you for Jesus?"

Christ simply nodded.

"Okay I'm gonna do that then, what did he a-"

"Can I use one of my favors to veto that, so that he can't know what I asked as well?"

A small smile formed on Christ's lips as he let out a very small earnest chuckle and nodded once again. Johnny's face was one expressing quite a bit of annoyance even as Gyro still held him by the neck and shoulders with his arm.

"Well Johnny, that leaves us both with one favor left, we better make them count shouldn't we?"

Gyro's happy go lucky tone was present as he spoke to Johnny still being the wildcard that he was in many ways. Johnny sighed and thought on what he could ask for and he had a feeling what he was about to ask was quite selfish but they would need something to help them out.

"Can we get a bag of gold coins. I'm figuring that we're gonna need something to help us get by and gold is accepted everywhere from what I've been taught."

"A good choice, yes I can do that for you."

Gyro fixed his hat as it was leaning to the side once again and decided what he was going to ask for. He smiled and knew this might be a longshot but with what he could already do this might help them in their Journey.

"This might be worded a bit strange mio Signore but I know you'll get it, I'm preferenceing that more so for Johnny currently seeing as how he might find it strange. Can you allow me to be able to train my body past human limits physically without harming myself. Like how athletes do but without any real, let's say ceiling to how far I can go."

"I can do so quite easily though I have a suggestion for how it will be. You will be the avatar of Michael the Archangel, this will change ever so slightly how you will look, you will have muscles that resemble wings lining themselves upon your back, they can be unfurled into wings like those of a seraphim however they will not allow you to fly."

Gyro sat there and thought on it, he knew a decent bit about angelology and knew that Michael the Archangel represented power, strength, and courage as well as the one that was meant to lead the battle against Satan one day and even kill him. Being an avatar as well made you in a sense a new version of the thing you're an avatar of, as well as almost acting like a mouth piece for the original.

"There's really no downsides to it, plus it would probably even lend some interesting ways to pull pranks on people with having wings. Count me in mio Signore!"

Johnny was a bit miffed at finding out that he could of been propositioned with something as spectacular as being a living breathing angel, and being Michael no less! But he accepted that at this point Gyro just had some form of luck always surrounding him or well something that just seemed to screw with the laws of the world as humanity knew them.

"I will tell you however before I send you to Remnant that the people here have abilities similar to a stand called a semblance, it's an extension of their soul, as well is that they have something called an Aura in a sense it is their soul in some sense that acts like a barrier that dampens physical and other means of harm.

They heal faster, are much stronger and faster than others that have this, though none have anything that even rivals the strength and speed of either of your Stands they could prove deadly to you. Beware as well too the creatures Grimm, perverse creatures of darkness that have no soul, they are drawn to negative emotions and are quite deadly I recommend you both to be careful.

I'm going to give back the favors you both tried to use earlier when trying to figure out Gyro's secretive favor, though it will be a favor of my choice that you both will understand later.

The world is quite advanced as well comparable to how earth will look in another couple hundred years, great machines like those of trains have made great advancements, I suggest you make your way to an academy to learn and train yourselves in this world, I wish you both luck, remember I will always love you both just like the rest of mankind."

And as Christ finished talking they were gone.

The sun was radiating across all of the land as the Emerald Forest was still as serene and beautiful as it was dangerous, wind blowing throughout the tress and hills of the gigantic forest as two boys were waking themselves up from a sudden change of scenery.

"Oooohhhhhh... porca puttana, My stomach feels like I launched myself off of a damn cliff. Johnny you doing any better?"

There wasn't a response to him as he asked if his friend was okay. He got up from the grassy floor he was laying down on and looked all around to see if he could find Johnny, Gyro smiled as he saw just a dozen meters away next to a tree was Johnny, seemingly knocked unconscious. Quickly realizing "Oh shit I need to help Johnny." Gyro rushed off reaching him in less than two seconds.

He didn't seem too bad, he checked over his body to see if it was a hit that knocked him out, feeling around underneath his hat to see if there were any bumps or softer areas that had just been impacted. Luckily after the field check on his skull and finding nothing that hurt his head he checked to see if anywhere else was damaged, though it didn't seem like it. Gyro hypothesized that it was likely due to the light and motion sickness that came with them being teleported.

"Cosa devo fare con te? Huh, Johnny? Well I was your legs during the race quite a few times this is nothing new eh compagno. Well no matter what happens we gotta move forward, time to go!"

Gyro picked Johnny up and put him over his shoulder. He looked up to the trees and thought on which way to go, it was a nice change in scenery compared to the sight of houses everywhere over in Japan. The trees were like legions of soldiers in an army, with how many there were, it reminded Gyro of the Redwood forest of America, with how high up they towered as he was thinking about where to go.

He looked up to try and see where the sun was, if he could see where it was at he would know which direction they were heading in.

"There's so many trees around, I'm sure no one's going to mind if one was to fall."

Gyro unlatched his right holster and took a steel ball. It was already beginning to spin an intense amount as he held it in his right hand. If he wanted this tree down then he can't hold back in the power department like he had done years ago during the steel ball run.
He reared his hand back and threw with as much dexterity and power he could muster, the Steel Ball shot through the tree, the spin began to unravel the wood of the tree as the Steel Ball passed through it, though the tree was near as wide as a person it unraveled as though it was made of string.

Schwoon

Gyro caught his Steel Ball as it returned to him, like it was attached to him in some way, the tree itself was just now falling as the spin had taken it apart, as though it a woolen blanket or quilt.
Gyro quickly jumped to his right side as the tree was falling on his left, he had made it a dozen meters to the side as the tree was falling!

Gyro had yelled "Timber!" as soon as the tree was midway through it's fast fall, he laughed to himself at his own gag as he smiled.

THUD!

The tree fell with a heavy thud as it crashed down onto solid ground as it was parted from it's trunk. Gyro looked upwards at the sky to see if the sun was anywhere in sight, luckily it was as he grinned now seeing the sun moving slowly to his left.
Gyro had an internal compass for a bit now as he walked to the right of the fallen tree and walked north, there had to be a city or village somewhere around the forest, he decided it would be best to check to the north first.

An hour later

Gyro was still walking onwards through the forest carrying Johnny on his shoulder. Nothing had happened at all since they'd gotten to this new world, though the peace was nice, Gyro was a bit bored, it'd be a bit of fun to get into a bit of trouble.
His mind wandered onto Rina and George and what would happen to them, anger boiled to his surface as he remembered that it's his fault Johnny died, he could of easily stunned Johnny with the spin, long enough to save George by himself.

Rustle

Gyro stopped instantly as he heard a rustle somewhere behind him. He was careful to listen as he stood as still as a statue, Johnny's near silent breathing in his left ear drowning out some of what he could hear, but he heard it again. Rustling somewhere behind him, his hand moved slowly to his holster as he took the Steel Ball out of it, as it was unlatched by him.

Vrrrrrrrrrrrr

Gyro was causing his Steel Ball to spin faster and faster the revolutions it was now at were too fast for a person to even understand how fast it was spinning, it looked almost like it wasn't spinning at all, vibrations coming off of it as Gyro looked at everything that had the golden ratio in it, the leaves, tress, rocks.

"Fhwoo."

As the sigh escaped Gyro's lips he turned on a heel as fast as he could as he launched his steel ball towards where he had pinpointed the rustling noise, the Steel Sphere rushed forwards like it was shot from a cannon!

"ARGHWOO!"

"A FUCKING SKINWALKER!"

As soon as Gyro saw what came out from the greenery that he launched his Steel Ball at, he quickly made the Ball spin to rupture it's organs. It was huge at least nine feet tall, it was a wolf like creature with white plating all across it's body, eyes as red as blood and lines of red covering the white plates across it's body. It's fur as black as a night without the moon.

Splurch!

The creature couldn't even move forward as it's body was bleeding profusely from it's chest where the plates were broken, oozing black blood came out of the wound as it fell to the floor.

Pop!

Pop!

Rii-iiiiip!

Thud

The creature fell with a loud thud as Gyro's Steel Ball ripped itself out returning to it's owner, the vibrations rupturing it's insides completely as it had broken through it's body and natural armor. The creature was dissipating into thin air, as though it was incinerated and the ashes left to flow in the wind.
Gyro held an incredulous glare at the sight, knowing full well this world was going to be very strange.

"I wanted trouble... so I can't really complain at this point about that except for my own stupid wish for a bit of spice for the day."

He looked down at his Steel Ball as the oozing black blood was dissipating from the surface of his weapon, he wanted to find out more about these creatures, if he could it would be even easier to protect himself and Johnny from them.

Gyro spat on the floor as he looked back to where the creature once was, nothing there as he turned back around and moved forward.

Sometime later

"These bastardos are going to fucking learn today if they don't fuck off, I've got places to fucking be!"

Gyro was stuck in the middle of a clearing as Johnny was on the ground still unconscious, blurs of green were being thrown left and right like baseballs. The pitch black creatures were getting pushed back and back more as one's that were hit would move like they were puppets and attacked each other with a slash or two, before the Steel Balls left their bodies.

Some of the creatures insides were ruptured and died due to their organs being destroyed. At this point Gyro was quite annoyed and decided he was going to manipulate this fight a bit more. The green spheres hit the ground, once they returned to him.

Rumble

Rumbling came from near where the two balls were, roots came up from the ground and pierced into quite a few of the creatures, thinning the herd.

"They're getting closer, dannare! I'm going to have to fight hand to hand!"

Gyro called back his Steel Balls, and quickly hardened his body, he kept both of the spheres spinning in his hands, as he held them, the five remaining wolf creatures charged forward at him. Though they certainly weren't expecting what had happened.

Crack!

As soon as the first wolf lunged at Gyro it was hit with the outside of the man's fist, as though it's head were a nail and Gyro's hand a hammer, it's skull was caved in by the blow, as another wolf lunged, this time biting down onto Gyro, but it was confused as it only teared cloth and clothing. A fist quickly came smashing down with a ball, onto it's head, crushing this wolf creatures entire skull into paste.

This went on three more times without the creatures learning, as the herd was laid out like a drunken man in a bar fight, the corpses already being scattered into the wind like they were never there.
Gyro though, was for the most part fine, as he was tired and panting but unharmed, except for his outfit, much to his chagrin. Though he was fine with that, as long as it was his clothes instead of Johnny, who he was standing over and protecting.

Thud

Thud

Thud

Thud

As Gyro went to kneel to check on his friend though, the thudding of what he guessed were trees quickly got him out of that plan, standing back up and hardening his body. Whatever was destroying the trees wasn't there yet but he had a feeling it would be soon. He wasn't sure how the fuck he was supposed to summon Ballbreaker, because when Johnny summoned Tusk, sure he just called him out by name, but other times he didn't and it just appeared, it would be a damn shame if he couldn't adventure in this new world with Johnny.

Gyro's thoughts were cut off as a giant snake the size of a building crashed through the trees making the circular clearing! It was gigantic! He had treated Snake bites that were venomous and non venomous but he didn't know if he could treat a bite from this damn monstrosity!
It was eyeing him up, like it was sizing him up to see if he was worth the trouble, it circled around a bit as Gyro noticed it had changed where it was looking to underneath him. Gyro wasn't a fan of the idea that could be cooking up in this cold blooded piece of shit.

"You aren't touching him, you gigantic piece of merda."

It's eyes darted back towards the Italian as it felt his hate and anger and was drawn towards that much more, sadly Gyro had been quite foolish in assuming that these creatures were only mildly attracted to negative, he was only putting himself and his friend in an even worse situation than they already were in.

"Ssssssss."

The tell tale sign of a snake was let out as it's giant tongue quickly flit throughout the air. Gyro was prepared for it to strike at any second, but the speed at which it moved he couldn't even react, he wouldn't of ever guessed a thing that gigantic could move so damn fast. His eyes widened right as this giant coil of malice was before his eyes in less than a second it's maw big enough to fit his six foot frame into it with ease!

Crackle

Vrrrrrrrrrr

Krakoom!

What came next, as Gyro had expected his life to be forfeit to the digestive tract of this giant snake, something neither the snake nor the Italian ever expected to happen, had happened, the crackling noise of lightning had struck as a bright green blur had hit into the Snake with all the fury and strength of a nuclear bomb! Trees cracked as the gigantic serpent was sent crashing through the forest breaking dozens upon dozens of trees splintering them into almost nothing from the force of the Gigantic snake hurtling through the trees.

"What in the fuck, just happened!? Because I'm pretty sure I didn't do that!"

Ballbreaker quickly zipped around in front of the Italian man's eyes, as his eyes widened up almost as fast as his exasperation and anger had risen.

"Why the FUCK! Didn't you come out earlier you little shit! We could've gotten through this much easier you know you fucking lightning rod!"

The small stand almost looked sad somehow as it drooped a bit at Gyro's berating, he wouldn't admit to anyone, but he felt bad as though he was yelling at a cat or dog.

"You know what, I'm sorry okay. I'm just a bit pissed because Johnny could of been in a safe area by now, I'm sorry I yelled at you but I really want to get Johnny to safety okay?"

Ballbreaker's seemingly non existent sullen and sad expression quickly faded away as it was clinging to it's users leg like a squirrel on a tree as it looked at the unconscious Johnny and quickly looked back up at it's user and somehow communicated to Gyro that it was sorry as it went to look back at Johnny.

Though Gyro was perplexed at how it somehow communicated with him he brushed that off as he bent over and picked up Johnny and set him on his shoulder once again.

As Gyro got re-situated and looked to the north once again his face blanched at what he saw, adozens upon dozens of trees were felled because Ballbreaker had sent the giant snake flying like a comet in the sky, it's body was already almost all gone.

Gyro quickly made his way north east as he really didn't want to be there when more of these pitch black monsters find their way towards all of the commotion.

"I really hope I don't have to explain that to anyone ever. We don't tell anyone a single word about what happened to those trees and the gigantic snake, capisci?"

Gyro was relieved as he saw Ballbreaker out of the corner of his eyes nod it's head 'yes' on his right shoulder.

"Well then, onwards to adventure il gruppo."

It took some time but Gyro had managed to traverse the giant forest, carrying Johnny the whole way. He was considering trying to practice Sandman's running technique it would really help in the long run considering he didn't know when he and Johnny could get horses again.

There were a couple spin techniques that he could easily use to help him mastering the running technique but he'd leave that for when they had a place to stay and some time to sit down and think.

"Holy shit, how big is this place? I can see hundreds of buildings from here... we're at least a kilometer, or two away. It shouldn't take me too long to foot it to this place then."

Gyro picked up his pace again as he headed for the city, questions buzzing through his head every second as he put one foot in front of the other. Gyro wondered if they would speak English, let alone any other language from their world, did they have a similar history to earth? Were there any of the same countries as on earth?

He shook off the questions that were asserting themselves in his thoughts and picked up his pace again, going from a light jog, to running. His muscles weren't tired at all, then again he was at the best shape anyone could ever hope to be physically. After all that's why he asked Christ for the ability to go past human limits without hurting himself, sure he could already break past being in peak physical condition, but it would come with a detriment to his health overall by breaking his body.

Gyro was a bit annoyed though, as he knew he would take at least a minute to get to the city and decided to see if he could put one of his techniques to use.

He unlatched both his holsters with his right hand, and threw them both on the earth a dozen meters ahead. Their spin was at an optimal point to try and see if this would work and he jumped onto them. The result was like roller skates, the spheres acting as omni directional wheels.

The wind rushed past both Johnny and Gyro as they were now rushing towards the city, Gyro took care to hold his hat on with his right hand as it was almost blown away, Johnny was safe and secure with his left arm holding him to his shoulder. He spat out a bit of his hair as it went into his mouth as they just made it to the outskirts of this city.

A wall about twenty feet in height was the only thing that was holding them back from entering at this point, though they could just look for the entrance, Gyro didn't quite feel like wasting precious time trying to negotiate his way into this city.

"Let's see if there's a more sophisticated approach to getting over this instead of just using athleticism."

Gyro walked along the east side of the wall and looked to see if he could find any plants or trees that could help his ascent into the City. A smile was forming on his mouth as he saw a couple trees that were right next to the wall.

"Bingo!"

Gyro took a Steel Ball from it's holster and threw it in between the trees as the vibrations manipulated the roots of the trees, bringing them up from beneath the soil, twisting and intertwining them into a gnarled wooden pair of stairs. Catching the Steel Ball with finesse as it returned to him, Gyro moved towards the stairs and tested to see if they were strong enough, and thankfully they were.

He quickly made his way up the stairs, as he jumped over the wall clutching onto his Steel Ball and holding it against the wall to slow down his descent as it carved a half circle into the wall.

He thought on how to get the roots back down into the soil, and remembered he had Ballbreaker.

"Hey amico, think you could come out and help me out a bit?"

The foot tall stand had already zipped through the stone wall and in a flash pushed the roots of the tree back to where they once rested at, the makeshift root stairs were no longer there to leave any indication that anyone had even attempted to make a new way into the city.

Gyro was quite astonished as he found he could see through Ballbreaker, he was going to have to ask Johnny if he could do the same with Tusk as well too. He shook those thoughts off and laid Johnny down on a clean looking surface in the back of the large building they were now behind, Gyro thought on what he could do to see if he could help Johnny out a bit more and remembered seeing other Stand users have their stands phase through things, it was risky but he would be careful.

"Ballbreaker, come on out. We're going to see what we can do to help out Johnny, I'm going to need you to look at Johnny's brain, while I try out a theory of mine okay?"

The small bright green stand simply nodded and zipped to the unconscious Joestar and already managed to phase it's eyes into the skull of Johnny and allowed Gyro to see everything he needed to see, his brain and brain stem was fine. The Reticular Activating System was fine too so that meant he had fainted from the teleportation, more than likely from motion sickness caused by it.

Gyro took a Steel Ball from it's holster and started it at a slow spin, ramping up a bit faster after a bit and he pushed it into Johnny's sternum and then hitting it causing a surge of spin energy to wake Johnny from his unconscious state, the plan worked, it caused Johnny's body to work in overdrive to wake itself.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!?"

Gyro quickly put his hand over Johnny's mouth and pushed his back against the building as Act 4 materialized itself ready to protect it's user. However it quickly dissapeared as it saw it was only Gyro with Johnny. Johnny was quite irate as well though Gyro's gaze told him to calm down as he simmered down a bit.

"You're fine Johnny relax, I used the Spin to make your body overwork itself to wake you up. You've been out of it for a while now, but we're safe. Right now we're hiding behind this building since I might of illegally got us into the city."

Johnny's eyes widened as he heard what his friend told him as he was gonna try and yell again but only a loud muffle came as Gyro quickly placed his hand back over Johnny's mouth.

Though Johnny was quite unamused with that and got a bit irritated at the situation.

"Hey, I don't know if it was illegal per say, I just didn't want to go through a bunch of paperwork like what we had to do in Japan, you got in fine because of Rina but there was a literal pound of fucking paperwork I had to do, I don't want to go through that again, capisci?"

Gyro removed his hand from Johnny's mouth as it revealed he had quite an unhappy expression on his face now.

"Oh quit being a baby, it wasn't that bad Gyro, you got it done in less than a day."

Gyro grimaced at even remembering the slightest bit of the Hell that was that day and what he went through to get into Japan, he still had nightmares about it every now and then.

"I'm not going to talk about that Hell, that was trying to do that paperwork. Remember too, we were just put her by Christ, we might not have a single bit of background history on us at all, what do you think is going to happen if we show up out of nowhere with no knowledge or history of this world only for the customs officer to find out our past doesn't really exist?"

Johnny's face quickly took on an expression of fatigue and tiredness as he sighed out loud.

"We're gonna have to go through a lot of shit, aren't we Gyro?"

The Italian nodded his head as a look of sullen acceptance was across his face. One of the things both men had grown to have a big dislike for was the constant need to make up stories about the Steel Ball Run when talking to locals in Japan, since they were both in first and second place.

They couldn't really tell others that they were almost killed by the President of the United States, only for them to fight him to a stand still which caused them to have to concede or else they both would die. Then fighting a man with the ability to stop time only for them both to nearly fail and for them to effectively erase said man from reality.

Gyro felt something in his pants poke into his thigh as he was thinking on how to fix part of their current problem.

"Give me one second Johnny, I think I left something in my pants during the Race years ago."

Gyro rifled through his pockets until he felt what seemed to be some form of paper, and pulled it out of his pocket only to be greeted with a language he couldn't understand at all, looking nothing like Italian, Japanese, or English. He kept trying to make heads or tails of what was written but he couldn't, what he did see however was a seal of authenticity at the top of the paper and the only two words he could understand so far.

Gyro Zeppeli, it was his name, the only times things like this were found like this were on decrees or birth certificates. As Gyro was looking at the paper still he heard the sound of Johnny rifling through his pockets too and looked over to see he too had some form of certificate just like his own.

"Johnny, uh did you not feel something in your pocket for the past couple minutes either?"

"Not at all."

"I'm going to guess you can't understand any of the writing besides your name at the top next to a seal of authenticity right?"

"You got the same type of letter don't you Gyro?"

"Yeah, that seems to be the case."

Gyro and Johnny both pondered on the mysterious pieces of paper that they found in their pockets just a bit ago as they thought on how the Hell they didn't notice the crinkling noises that came from their pockets as they shifted around.

"Gyro, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this was probably the favor Jesus chose for us."

Gyro smiled with relief in his eyes.

"Oh thank you God!"

Gyro was almost dancing with joy for how grateful he was that he didn't have to go through with any type of paperwork like he once had to do in America and Japan, it was something that he deeply hated to do. At this Johnny pretty much just smiled, knowing how much his friend hated doing any form of writing.

As Gyro settled down back to his spot by Johnny he thought on their next objective in this foreign world, more than likely the best case would be to try and get their bearings for this city and figure out anywhere they could go for things they would need in their current predicament.

"Johnny what do you think we should do first in the city? I have a few ideas but I'd like to get your opinion first."

Johnny thought for a second before answering.

"Well if the writing on our papers are anything to go by I think we're going to have to go looking for stuff based on the general theme of the buildings and stuff around it, the signs might have some sort of image on them too like blacksmiths did back in America. I'd say... let's look for somewhere to eat first I'm pretty damn hungry Gyro."

The Italian man smiled with his signature golden grills showing.

"Let's get a move on then Johnny! It looks like we still have some daylight left, let's make the most of it amico!"

Thirty minutes later

"Hey Johnny, how many coins do we have? You should have the bag on you right?"

Johnny quickly felt on his left side to see if he still had to bag tied to his belt, it felt unusually light and was quite small but they should have enough to get by for a while.

"Yeah I still got the bag, I don't really know how many coins we have though, the bag feels pretty light almost like there's barely anything in it actually."

Both of them had been walking for the past thirty minutes looking for a nice place to sit back and eat at, but so far Gyro had only critiqued what he saw, seeing what he called 'bastardized' versions of food from his home country of Italy, the look of disgust he had on his face when they both saw someone order pineapple on pizza... he had almost vomited, nonetheless Johnny was still pretty damn hungry, but he was amused by his friends reactions enough so to stave off the hunger for a bit longer.

"How much does the coin purse weigh? If you tell me how much it weighs, I can tell how much we have based on the weight alone, we could also try and find a bank to exchange some of the coins for the local currency too."

As they were walking Johnny took the pouch in his left hand and lifted it up, it was just over a single pound in weight, which was strange since it seemed like it had gotten lighter and heavier every so often.

"It feels like it's a bit over a pound in weight, but I'm not sure by how much."

Gyro tilted his head upwards for a second and spoke as they continued to walk alongside the sidewalk.

"I lowballed it a bit Johnny and only went with a pound in the calculation, we have exactly three hundred and three dollars and four cents. Not bad at all! Though it's not nearly as much as we got from Sugar Mountain or winning the race it's good enough. Then again, I don't think I ever want to see that much damn money again... that was a Hell in and of itself, right Johnny?"

Gyro gave a lighthearted smile, as Johnny sighed remembering how painful it had been to give up what he thought was his one chance at walking again, but that was the single best decision he made in his life as a smile slowly crept onto his face, he would of lost everything if he let Gyro die, the only person that saw worth in him during the entire Steel Ball Race, the one who had given him a new start to life.

"Haha... I guess you could say that yeah."

The Italian looked over to his American friend and smiled as he wrapped his arm around his neck, bringing the entire near eight inch height difference into the picture, Johnny was never bothered by this though, as Gyro did just treat him like a younger brother for the most part, he was only five foot five but Gyro Stood six foot one with his boots on and five foot eleven with them off.

"Gyro, why are you so much taller than your mom and dad, where the Hell did the extra height come from?"

"If I'm being honest I really don't know actually, that's a really good question, I'll have to ask them some day. Though I'm not planning that to be anytime soon of course! Nyoho!"

Johnny just let out an exasperated laugh at hearing his friend's response. It was par for the course to say that no matter how long you knew Gyro Zeppeli, he would still be full of mysteries that just seem to pop on up every now and then.

As the two boys walked along the sidewalk though they were being watched by a sharply dressed man with silver hair and a mug in his hands, he had his eyes on them for a while now, especially after getting a call from the local police chief about what looked like two huntsmen in training walking about the day before initiation, when all the students were supposed to be at Beacon Academy.

They certainly dressed uniquely enough for someone to accrue that they were some form of huntsmen. To him it certainly looked like they were made for specialized use of some form of semblance they had, especially with the metal spheres adorning the boy in the purple jacket as well as two spheres being in some form of a holster.

'Quite an odd choice for a weapon... I wonder how he chooses to use them.'

The other boy in an outfit with stars adorning his pants entirely looked as though he had no weapon at all, the man supposed this was more than likely due to him being a hand to hand fighter.

How wrong Ozpin was to assume that. If anything the hand to hand fighter was the unsuspecting executioner, to the boy's right that stood just shy of a head taller than him.

"Hey Johnny, I got a joke want to hear it?"

The boy raised an eyebrow and already had a feeling it might be really stupid, but the Italian's jokes had a charm to them that he grew to love.

"Sure go ahead, I know I might not ever hear it otherwise, lay it on me Gyro."

"Why didn't the Dinosaur survive the meteor?"

Johnny was a bit surprised by this one, he hadn't heard one like this before, probably another one Gyro came up with by himself.

"I don't know? Because the meteor destroyed the land?"

"Because none of the Time in THE WORLD could save him!"

It didn't even take Johnny a second to fully understand the joke, he was laughing so hard that he was actually coughing. Gyro the entire time was patting his back trying to help him recover from his laughing induced coughing fit. After a minute, the coughing died out with some help from Gyro, he used a Steel Ball and the spin to calm Johnny's body.

Though as Johnny was sitting on the ground, Gyro's look of concern didn't leave his face as he was kneeling down to next his best friend.

"Johnny are you alright?! My joke wasn't that good come on..."

Gyro's arm was outstretched across Johnny's back holding him close to himself forming a L shape where he can keep his words only within earshot of each other, and to keep Johnny's airways open so he can breathe easier. Johnny all the while was just smiling as he was recovering from Gyro's joke that nearly caused him to choke to death.

"Holy shit Gyro, I never expected such a dark joke from you before. I think I rubbed off on you somehow. I don't think you would've ever made a joke like that ten years ago. That was one of your best one's yet!"

Gyro went from his kneeling position and sat down by Johnny as other bystanders gave them some dirty looks and some just ignored them as though they were insane.

"I don't think it was that good Johnny. Certainly not enough to kill someone either."

Johnny just smirked at his Italian friend and whispered in his ear, "I mean you're the one who basically erased him weren't you?".

Gyro almost paled at realizing how dark his inside joke truly was. If you saw the tanned color of his face almost drain away into a tone as white as snow, one would think he just heard that the apocalypse was starting in just a few seconds. Gyro's back straightened as he thought on how bad of a joke he had just made.

"I think I should quit making jokes from now on. My stand up career won't make it past the entrance of the door, if another one like that comes out of my mouth."

Johnny just laughed, and shortly after Gyro joined in as well losing his serious demeanor, both of the boys had their arms around each others backs as they laughed off their current situation. All the while the Headmaster of Beacon Academy watched them with interest.

A man that walked past both of them quickly fell before he even had a chance to make it past either one of them.

There was a dark look in Gyro's eyes as what caused the man to fall was the spinning ball of steel that was the Italian's weapon, his look was akin to the eyes that had burst with green fires against Ringo Roadagain many years ago.

"I think you have something of my Amico's with you Cazzone, he couldn't buy anything if you took his money away could he?"

The man's face was pushed against the cement sidewalk as his face slowly moved barely even a centimeter every couple seconds, his entire body was slumped against the ground twisted into a pretzel like shape as the Steel Ball twisted itself further right underneath the bottom of his ribcage.

"I'm s-sorry, I-I'll give it back S-sir!"

The man struggled to even move, but Gyro allowed the effects of the spin to lessen so that the man could return what he had stolen. From underneath his jacket he took out the pouch of coins that Christ had given to Johnny Joestar as a favor. He moved it backwards slowly from his position on the ground where he was still stuck as Johnny reached out his hand and took it back.

Gyro turned to look at his lifelong friend to ask him a question.

"Can he leave, Johnny, or should he be taught why it's rude to steal from strangers."

Johnny sighed, and shook his head.

"No you can let him go Gyro, he should've learned his lesson at this point."

Schwoosh

The Steel Ball sailed through the air like a bullet back into the Italian boy's hand. Though the look from earlier, was still present on his face. Johnny meanwhile counted the coins to make sure everything was there. Gyro slowly looked back over to his friend as he noticed a crowd of people looking at them from different sides of the street.

"What're all of you assholes looking at! Go the fuck about your business, you bunch of cretino!"

At Gyro's more sophisticated way of saying 'fuck off' the crowds quickly clamored to go about their business before they too found themselves on the ground much like the thief.

The thief though, had a different thought on how this would end.

"FUCK YOU BOTH I'M GETTING THAT LIEN!"

A pistol standard of Remnant was pulled out on both of the Cowboys, as the man was ready kill them both and steal back what he had tried to take before.

Johnny paid no attention as he knew how this had played out quite a while back during the Steel Ball Run, he knew not to intervene when Gyro was in one of his 'moments' unless he wanted to get slapped with a surprisingly strong backhand. That happening twice was more than enough to last him a couple lifetimes.

"You want a duel? Go ahead then... shoot, make your move, I'll sit right here to give you a chance. I wanted to follow the Lord's rules better but I can make an exception for this... as sinful as that is."

The thief looked at the Italian as if he was insane and speaking about some sort of bullshit he had never heard of before. That didn't seem to change anything though as the trigger was pulled and the sound of a bullet ripping through the air was heard for dozens of blocks away.

Another sound followed quickly after however.

TING!

The bullet hit a Steel Ball, held within Gyro's left hand as the fire that had burst from the bullet was now quickly added to the Steel ball. Gyro simply looked at the thief with narrowed eyes and spoke.

"My turn, Vaffanculo."

Without putting any other part of his body into the throw, Gyro launched the Steel Ball with a tenth of the full strength he could muster, with just his left arm. The fire quickly died out as the Steel Ball sailed directly through the mans chest, leaving a hole where his sternum once was and sailing through the man's spine and back.

The Steel Ball sailed back through the man once more, as he fell down on the cement sidewalk, face first lifelessly, the spinning of the Steel Ball threw the blood that coated it all around cleansing itself of the crimson paint that was the mans blood, and entered Gyro's palm as he holstered it after.

"Idiota... Johnny, it's best we go, I have a feeling that there could be some stricter laws here than there was in America. Let's get a move on."

Johnny just nodded and took Gyro's hand to help him get up off the ground, they both looked down to the now dead man, as Gyro muttered a small prayer for the thief's soul before they continued to walk, not even acknowledging all the people that were staring at them.

The Headmaster saw this entire event transpire though he thought how unique that boys weapons were and how easily he used them, he assumed it was part of his semblance. He also thought on how hardened those two boys must be. They already held themselves like Huntsmen that had seen many a tragedy and had no qualms with putting down another person that caused others harm.. they could be great students.

If Vale's police department caught up to them he might just lose two kids that could do a whole world of good.

So he carefully made his way to follow them without being noticed.

An hour later...

"Why did you kill that man!?"

Gyro looked thoroughly unimpressed by this entire situation, he already missed Japan and basically being the Husband of Johnny and Erina. Where he did all of the things that they needed to do, while they laid around at home doing their own things, and relaxing.

"He drew his gun and challenged me amico, it's as simple as that, I gave him a chance to leave before any of that happened when he stole my friend's money. Instead, he drew his gun, he forfeit any rights he had once he drew that gun on me, you should understand that more than anyone officer."

Johnny was handcuffed just like Gyro sitting right next to the Italian in the interrogation room that they were now stuck in, Johnny already answered all the questions they asked him but they wanted much more from Gyro seeing as how all the descriptions of who killed the man matched him.

The officer slammed his fist against the metal table, and yelled at Gyro.

"THAT DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO KILL A MAN IN BROAD DAYLIGHT!"

The Italian's response was a raised eyebrow and a pensive stare at the officer, thinking of how exactly he should word his next sentence to make sure he got his point across.

"Let's say that's true. What gave that man the right to steal from my friend, once he was confronted and properly stopped, what gave him the right to take my life as well as my friend's in response? Surely there is some law allowing thievery and degeneracy if you are so quick to reprimand me, for defending the life of two people against that Cazzone? Kind of sick if you ask me to protect killers and thieves..."

The Italian pushed himself back a bit on the chair, his hands stuck behind his back as his chair was now propped up on it's two back legs as he looked at the officer who was now fuming at being treated like he was nothing but an obstacle for the Italian to overcome as though this was some game.

"You're lucky that a lot in the precinct agree with what you did you little fucking shit, or I'd have you stuck in a cell already. I'm going to get you to give me an answer I like whether you like it or not. My quota's almost done and you're not about to botch it for me you little shit stain!"

The officer almost growled out the last part at not being able to crack the Italian youth under pressure, like every other kid he came across, however the American boy just sat and suppressed a smile at his friend's antics.

Gyro had met quite a few members of authority in the police force in many different countries, there was always an abundance of officers that were truly there to help society and keep it running strong, as well as most importantly protecting the citizens of their areas. However there were officers like this piece of work, that always spoiled the bunch to many, there were quite a few officers like this guy standing in front of him. Thankfully there are many more of the former than the latter.

"I guess you don't have anything better to do than terrorize kids, eh amico? That's a really low thing to do you know? When you pick up a badge like that on your chest you're supposed to protect and help those of your community and country, I guess you put up a pretty strong facade, at least when they hired you. That's pretty disgusting... almost as disgusting as your b.o. I mean damn! Can you even smell yourself man, it smells like a back alley sewer the city forgot to have cleaned up."

Gyro gave a cheeky smile as he let his way with words do everything he needed them to do. The officer's eyes were damn near bulging out of their sockets as he grit his teeth at the Italian boy, this only made Gyro smile more as Johnny finally broke and began laughing after hearing his friend completely just strike at whatever he disliked about the officer.

"Oh, oh God! That's too damn good!"

Gyro just looked over to Johnny and smiled, showing off his gold grills, as he was happy he got a laugh out of his friend. Though as the Italian went to look back at the officer, a baton was right about to meet his face as his eyes looked on in indignation. Gyro closed his eyes and stiffened his face as he thought.

'Oh this fucking piece of shit.'

Crack!

The pain never came however, both Johnny and Gyro heard the noise of what should've been wood meeting bone but it wasn't quite the same in sound as it should of been.

As Gyro opened his eyes and Johnny looked on to see what had happened as well, a cane was held right in front of the baton not even struggling to keep it from moving, with no signs of it even being under strain or pressure as it held the baton back as though it was a fixed object attached to a house.

The two boys looked over to see who owned the cane, it was a tall man with disheveled silver hair wearing glasses and a green scarf wrapped around his neck with a brooch attached to it, an entire elegant dark green two piece suit was what he chose to wear alongside a lighter green button up shirt.

"I don't think that's the kind of warm welcome that exchange students are supposed to get is it, Officer Kent? I would hope that these two young boys don't get the wrong idea of our city because of you, though it seems that your fellow colleagues certainly got the wrong idea of you. I'm certain they saw and heard the way you acted towards these two new faces, afterall it is a crime to hurt an innocent isn't it?"

Authors Notes: Well here is my second story everyone, Bunker Hill is still being written and is not planned to stop at all, but I wanted to try and get a handle of trying to write more in another scenario to help my stories and my writing.

And to answer a question some might have, yes Johnny and Gyro share the protagonist spotlight equally just like in Steel Ball Run. However the ending for Steel Ball Run is a bit different in this story, it'll be revealed eventually how it ended.

As for the favors that Christ gave to Johnny and Gyro, think of them as Christ helping them in their journey that he set them upon as well as a symbol of those that are willing to sacrifice will eventually gain it all.
