This is going to be extremely fast-paced writing because I needed to finish this fic quickly, so I hope you guys don't mind that the story jumps quite a lot but I hope you guys will still enjoy this story idea I have.
Haruno Sakura, the strangely looking girl he met from this non-shinobi clan who recently affiliated with Konohagakure, had green eyes and pink hair.
Of course, she caught his eyes.
She stood out the most from her clan, especially knowing that even if the majority of her clansmen weren't shinobis, she was.
And she had an incredible, monstrous strength to add to her oddities.
Of course, that would make Uchiha Madara immediately fall in love with her right after seeing how she fought. No one had to know this stupid, pointless feelings though.
Once Konohagakure was established, he also found out that this pink haired girl had another ability. No, not capturing his attention at all times, but she was a healer.
A talented one at that.
He could even say that her techniques were better than Hashirama's. He was definitely not being biased with his opinion.
No, going to the hospital frequently just to see her wasn't the reason he kept accidentally injuring himself.
He wasn't that crazy about her.
Until that fuck-ass Tobirama also showed signs of liking her too.
Out of all people, it always had to be Tobirama.
But thankfully, though, Sakura always seemed to ignore his advances and didn't give him as much attention compared to the great Madara Uchiha.
No, he wasn't delusional, she really seemed to take a greater deal out of his 'accidental' injuries.
It didn't take him long to finally let her know of how he felt, right before Tobirama could ever take a chance on her. And when he did, Sakura just jumped on him and kissed him right on the lips.
Unprovoked!
"What took you so long?"
Two years of romantic relationship with her had passed since then. There were ups and downs just like any relationships, but mostly they were very happy together and learned from each other's differences.
She gave him new reasons to believe in his childhood dreams again. She was the light of his life, the woman who gave him reasons to hope for a better future of this shinobi world, to completely end wars, until…
Tobirama came into the picture. Despite the sacrifices he made, leaving his bitterness behind and forgave him for killing his brother—, all for peace, and yet he had the audacity not to trust him and his clan, when it should've been the opposite. Even after all these years.
When Hashirama won the position as the hokage instead of him, he already speculated how this would turn out for the Uchihas.
And he was right.
As a result of Tobirama's distrust against the Uchihas, he treated them like they were in his conservation camp, monitoring them as if they were wild animals who didn't have morals and couldn't think for themselves.
And the entire village trusted that white-haired bastard more than him, his own fucking clan included. He was called war-obsessed when he was only seeking respect for his own people.
None of his clansmen were following his orders anymore ever since he claimed of Tobirama's prejudice against them.
Once Hashirama steps down as the hokage, there's no doubt it will be Tobirama who will be in charge of the village. Konohagakure will stay Senju-centric, and probably have the Uchihas treated even worse, but his clan was blindly following the Senjus.
Not only that, he realized Hashirama was wrong about his will of fire, this is just another militaristic system which will not stop wars but enable it.
This Konoha he built with Hashirama, is just a failed experiment.
He needed to put a stop to it, but he couldn't find other alternatives than just killing Tobirama.
But he couldn't just do that, even if he still felt some resentment against the younger Senju, he knew what it's like to lose the remaining brother he had and he didn't want Hashirama to experience that. Plus, that would only lead to an uproar against him, and he didn't think Sakura would approve of it either. The entire Konoha obviously favored the Senjus more.
Speaking of Sakura, he told her of his concerns about Tobirama.
She also saw what Madara saw in him, which is why she never took a liking to Tobirama, but she also still believed in Hashirama's will of fire.
"You should be the next hokage, Madara. You'll do great, they'll finally start to see who you really are. Just take his offer. I've always thought you will take Hashirama's seat after."
No, he couldn't do it. Hashirama did offer to take the position after him without needing another election, but the majority would only not trust him even more.
He did everything to protect his people and gain their trust and yet they still thought he was just power hungry.
As a matter of fact, they even still believe he killed his own brother to gain the eternal mangekyou. How could he ever do such a thing when his remaining brother was the most precious person in his life?
No one wanted to believe him except for those two people who witnessed Izuna's death, which were the Senju brothers.
And Sakura. She was not in this battle and yet she still trusted him wholeheartedly. She always believed him.
Still, he needed to do something. He needed to put a stop to these everlasting wars.
He didn't know what to do, until one night, a manifestation of his will finally showed up to him.
It looked like the venus flytrap from Sakura's backyard garden, only there was a human looking guy trapped inside it, and he was relatively bigger.
His name was Zetsu.
He introduced him to the most powerful genjutsu called the Infinite Tsukuyomi.
He could create a dream world where no one had to die for the sake of wars and personal gain, a peaceful life where his family still lived, with no worries of any upcoming wars.
It was perfect. But how could he obtain it?
He had a plan. He called it the Eye of the Moon plan.
"No! No! Why would you plan such a thing? Madara—, you wouldn't! No, you shouldn't! You will only cause more harm!"
"Sakura, can't you see this is for the greater good! Do you want to keep seeing children fighting these never-ending wars?"
"But your plans! It will kill all of us!"
"Not you, you will come with me just like I said earlier! We will lead the path to create the Infinite Tsukuyomi together!"
"No! No! I am not with you anymore this time. Can't you see that by trying to achieve this crazy dream of yours is just another paradox of wars? You will create more chaos than peace! We worked so hard in building this village and you're just going to destroy it?"
"You don't understand!"
"Maybe, just maybe. Tobirama was right about you!"
That hurt him, especially when it came from someone he loved.
"What? So now you'd rather trust that bastard more than me? And I thought you loved me?"
"Don't you dare guilt trip me now, Uchiha!"
"Sakura, please trust me on this. You've always trusted me, why can't you believe in me now?"
"Fighting against Konoha means you will be fighting against me, too. And that's final!"
She walked away that night back to her own home instead of staying in his, hysterically crying from the argument she just had with him. She couldn't believe the man she loved would ever plan something so atrocious, so evil… all for his selfish dream that may not even be of real existence.
She knew he was fundamentally a good man, but perhaps, Tobirama was right about his curse of hatred.
She woke up that morning feeling drunk from all the crying she just had last night.
She hadn't cried that much ever since she lost her parents when she was still a teen.
She may have some disagreements with Madara before, but it never ended with yelling and her walking out of him. They always make it up to each other.
She wished the argument she just had with Madara was just a dream because she was scared of what the outcome of that argument be.
So she decided to visit him that morning.
But when she entered his home, she couldn't feel his presence at all. She looked around the entire village to see where he could be. He wasn't even on the training grounds where he was frequently seen when he's not with Hashirama.
Speaking of Hashirama, yes, Madara might be in the hokage tower.
She sprinted towards the tower and straight to his office, ignoring Tobirama's objection.
"Hashirama! Do you know where Madara is?"
"Sakura,"
Her heart pounded loudly. She didn't like the concern in his voice.
"Please tell me you know where he is."
"I thought he already told you."
"What do you mean?"
"He left. Permanently. He defected."
Her heart crushed at this confirmation.
She didn't actually think Madara would leave just like that. He didn't even consider staying with her in Konoha instead of fulfilling his inhumane goals.
She thought, if she said she wouldn't come with him, he wouldn't follow his goals anymore.
But he chose to be enemies with her instead.
"Why didn't you stop him?"
"Sakura, he did love you dearly. But if you couldn't even stop him, how could I?"
Her heart shattered to a million pieces. She knew how much Madara was depressed about losing his family, especially his brother, but she thought she could help him slowly ease his pain by being by his side.
She was also hurting for him. She understood what it felt like. She also didn't have her immediate family and relatives anymore. They were just civilians who became casualties of the wars done by the shinobis. Which is why she became one anyway, to learn to defend the people she loved because she knew there will always be wars.
She understood why Madara was so skeptical about Hashirama's will and Tobirama's treatment of the Uchihas, but she didn't think he would be so delusional to create a fake world for everyone to live in.
Why didn't he just use his power to be the new hokage and not choose a more difficult and atrocious route?
And she thought she could help him be seen as a kind man by the villagers.
Which is why she kept encouraging him to be the next Hokage and prove them wrong.
The people who would talk to her and ask her how she could be with a man like him, she'd always tell them that he was actually a loving man who adored his loved ones more than anything in this world, which is why he was so passionate about protecting his clan.
Some would genuinely believe her, some just thought she was just making him look good to others.
Nevertheless, these were all useless now because he left.
Three years have passed since then and there were still no signs of Madara ever coming back. Yes, she still held on to hope that he would change his mind and be in her arms again.
Rumors have circulated about the reason for his defection that he will one day come back to destroy the village in revenge.
It hurt her heart hearing them, because deep down she also believed that would happen–, but not for the reason people thought.
No, he wasn't doing this because he was bloodthirsty.
Still, she wished she could reform him. Hell, she even wondered if she just followed him and paralyzed him permanently so he didn't have the audacity to hurt the village and further ruin his image, and just be a normal citizen of Konoha with her, but of course, she wasn't as powerful as him to even manage to land a perfect blow at him.
She doesn't even think he loves her anymore.
If he did, he would come back and stay here with her. But he didn't. He was gone, long gone of who knows where.
She wanted to move on and possibly find love again, but deep down she knew he was her true love. She will never ever find love again.
So when she was offered an arranged marriage to form an alliance with this clan called Sarutobi wanting to live in Konoha, she just flat out accepted it. It didn't matter to her anymore if she were to be tied into a loveless marriage all for the welfare of Konoha.
She didn't think Madara would care either.
But even if she accepted the arranged marriage, she still cried about it every night.
She met the guy she would marry and he was indeed good looking just like the rumors circulating, some even were saying she should be glad she was marrying a much better man than Madara which Sakura silently didn't agree with, because her heart belonged to her past lover only and she knew that will never ever change.
She did get to know the guy well, he was kind and polite, but she didn't really click with him the way she clicked with Madara immediately.
Hashirama even kept telling her how the Sarutobi clan leader was crazy about her because of her looks and how kind she was to him.
It didn't matter to her, because he wasn't the groom she wanted to be with eternally. But perhaps, she would try making it work out for both of them.
Before the wedding ceremony, she was looking at herself in the mirror, with two of her bridesmaids helping her fix her kimono and makeup. They kept complimenting her about how she looked extra beautiful that day and all she had to do was get rid of her pout and actually smile but she just couldn't.
She sometimes wondered why she even agreed to this arrangement when she just became even more miserable each day because all she could think about was how she wished she was marrying Madara instead.
But then, she was sensing a strange chakra near her.
She was not a censor type but she still felt it. Very closely.
It felt angry, upset, and most of all, familiar.
But she just ignored it, she knew it was impossible.
So she proceeded with the ceremony, feeling uncomfortable the entire time but she pretended she was okay with it, and as she was about to be eagerly kissed by her groom—, she heard a loud thud that just happened outside of the venue.
People started panicking and departed the building, and the shinobis came in defense with Hashirama and Tobirama joining them. Her groom tried to take her with him so they could escape the chaos, but she didn't let him. She ran straight to where the noise and fire was coming from, and when she got out of the building, she saw a gigantic blue humanoid five times bigger than the tallest trees in the forest fighting Hashirama's equally large wooden buddha, and her eyes linked with the man inside the humanoid.
It was Madara.
And that was his infamous Perfect Susanoo.
The susanoo then did not waste anymore time to fight Hashirama's defense and went straight to her spot.
"Madara! Don't come near her!"
Hashirama warned.
But Madara ignored his cries and had Hashirama taken by surprise for attacking him directly instead of the buddha, which led to his temporary knockout. He was never able to do that before, but due to his silent rage, he managed to attack a hundred times faster than Hashirama could ever defend himself.
Sakura was afraid of Madara's susanoo but she just stood still where she was and stared at Madara the entire time he was leading towards her direction.
Maybe she felt paralyzed by how big his susanoo was.
Or maybe, she was too stunned to see the love of her life again.
Still, she gulped and yelled at him angrily.
"Madara! Stop destroying Konoha!"
He didn't answer but their gaze was still interlocked with each other, as if there was nothing else they could ever look at.
And as she was about to be hit by his Susanoo, she caught Hashirama and Tobirama sprinting towards her to save her, and the last thing she remembered was seeing his Sharingan up close with blue chakra surrounding her.
She didn't know how many hours had passed since she passed out but when she opened her eyes, she was in Madara's arms, being carried in bridal style as he was sprinting towards the further east of the forest away from Konoha.
She tried pushing herself off of him.
"Put me down, Uchiha!"
But Madara didn't budge at all. He just looked at her and Sakura noticed his Sharingan was still activated. There was still rage in his expression but he held her so gently as if she was a porcelain doll.
"Just stay still if you don't want both of us falling, damn it!" He yelled angrily back at her.
But when she wouldn't stop trying to push him off, Madara stopped in his tracks and pinned her against the tree to make a strong eye contact with her, and as simple as that, she passed out again.
When she woke up, she was laying on a worn out bed in a room so dark the only thing she could see was his glowing red eyes staring at her from the opposite of the room.
"Madara?"
She sat on the bed and crawled backwards until she was leaning on the bed frame. She felt threatened by his gaze but somehow she felt so aroused by it.
"Where did you take me?"
He lit up his lamp with his fire jutsu and when she looked around she figured they were actually in a cave with almost nothing but a small table from afar and cobwebs on the ceiling.
He then crawled on the bed towards her and that's when she felt even more alarmed.
"Don't come near me!"
But he did, and the next thing she knew, she was being pinned against the bed as she was exchanging kisses with the man she yearned to reunite with all these years, tears streaming down her cheeks as she needed this kiss so badly but she realized what was just happening so she pushed him away and slapped him for forcing his lips on hers.
"How dare you!"
A faint red mark formed on his cheek where she slapped him, but Madara acted as if it was nothing, though he glared at her in response.
"And how dare you replace me with that Sarutobi guy!" For the first time, he finally spoke to her in this cave. She noticed how his face somewhat aged and he looked permanently tired but he was still so handsome regardless.
He was still the Madara she knew. The voice and everything, it was still him. His hair grew much longer and messier, but it was still him.
She knew he was still in love with her and she felt it with his forceful but passionate kiss.
Still, she glared back at him.
"You're the one who left Konoha and you think I wouldn't find solace elsewhere?"
"You should have come with me! I would've given you everything!"
"And you should have stayed and I would've married you instead of him!"
"You don't even love that man!"
"How do you know? You know nothing! You weren't there! You just left me all alone and I'm glad to finally find someone else who wouldn't ever leave me!" She yelled back, balling up a fist as her rage was welling up in her gut.
"Liar! That was an arranged marriage! How dare Hashirama use you as a token of peace and you just let it happen!"
"I make my own decisions and you can't do anything about it!"
"You're mine, you're all mine. He can't have you. You're mine!"
"No, you can't just fucking own me like I'm some fucking object!"
But her anger contradicted her actions, since she attacked his lips with hers, holding his face as if she didn't ever want to lose him again and sharing yet another aggressive kiss.
They kissed until their lips felt so numb and bruised, with Madara uttering the word "mine" under his breath angrily from time to time.
She slid down her wedding kimono, with Madara pulling down his pants as quickly as he could.
She was pinned against the wall again as he fucked her pussy so roughly, thankfully she was already soaking wet because he didn't even slowed down one bit but that only grew her love-hate desires towards him as they both glared at each other, bringing the baggage of anger in this sex but their hearts couldn't resist their desires from each other.
Even if she hadn't had sex ever since he left three years ago, her walls easily adjusted to him, as if it had been yearning for his cock all these years too.
Sakura was supposed to be doing this with her groom tonight if Madara hadn't interrupted the wedding and didn't kidnap her, but she instead ended up having sex with her past lover on her supposed honeymoon.
She preferred it this way. She didn't want any other man touching her like this but him.
He kept biting parts of her neck and chest so roughly, knowing full well that once she looked at herself in the mirror, she would be covered in hickeys, marking that she is indeed his territory, but it was only reaching her peak even more.
Both of them quickly reached their orgasms from being away from each other all these years, but even then, Madara still fucked her in bed sideways after.
She noticed him somewhat wincing at times as if he was in physical pain, but his expression stayed focused on fucking her only.
As they continued fucking all night, their sex became slower and more gentle by the end, with them exchanging soft, passionate kisses with one another after each session, taking back all the times they lost from being apart from each other.
When he was about to release his nth ejaculation, his pace grew strong again, making her reach her orgasm as well, but with that, her eyes widened when she noticed that part of his robe in his torso was bleeding out.
When he finally came inside of her and pulled his cock out, Madara wore his pants again and walked away from her to go to the table and sit next to it, holding his torso from bleeding out more.
Sakura wore her kimono back again that was laying on the floor and went straight to him, immediately healing his torso.
"What happened?"
He didn't answer.
"It was Tobirama. He stabbed you. Didn't he?"
"Fuck that guy."
"You should've asked me to heal you sooner, and not, um, worsen it."
He didn't answer again.
She removed his robe to take a better look of his injury and found that he had already wrapped himself with bandages, but of course, by putting force in his body when he wasn't even partially healed, would make him bleed out again.
She was honestly surprised that he didn't bleed out sooner, when he was basically going tornado mode on her earlier.
Once she was done healing him, he told her to stay in bed, warning her not to go anywhere and try to escape or else he would attack the village again.
She didn't like that Madara blackmailed her, but she didn't feel like wandering around his long ass cave anyway. She was tired and sore from their angry lovemaking.
When Madara came back, he tossed a bag of loaf to her and a navy blue robe, and then placed a cup of tea on the bedside table for her.
"Eat. Then change with that. I fucking hate that kimono. I will burn it later."
She just glared at him. She knew exactly why he particularly didn't like her kimono and it's because it's a reminder that she was supposed to be marrying someone else earlier.
When she inspected the familiar navy blue robe, she realized it was a standard Uchiha robe for women as there was also an Uchiha crest on the back.
She blushed.
"Eh?"
She faintly remembered that one time years ago when Madara made her wear that same robe before they had sex, telling her he just couldn't wait to make her an Uchiha so he made her wear it during sex and fantasize about it at the time.
This made her realize he really was expecting her to follow him all this time.
"You know I'm not staying here with you, right? I'm going home tomorrow. Back to Konoha."
"No, you will not."
"You're insane."
"You will stay here with me. You're mine, and you also proved tonight that I am yours too. You belong to me."
"You're wrong. I will go home. Konoha is where I belong."
"And what? Continue with the wedding after? Marry that man you don't even love and have ugly children with him when you could have me instead and make beautiful children together?"
"You're fucking crazy. You think this place is home? It reeks!"
"I will find a better place. Fuck, I will build one. For you. For us. I'll do anything."
"You're a rogue ninja, Madara. You're basically wanted everywhere for the damage you've just done to Konoha."
"I don't fucking care. I can protect us."
"I am not joining you to fulfill your dreams. I don't agree with it. You will kill so many people in the process."
"Fine. How about you go and leave now? Why do you have to wait until tomorrow? To make me suffer more? Go, go back to that fucking bastard. And while you're there, why don't you marry Tobirama as well?"
"You're fucking impossible, Madara. I hate you. I don't ever want to see you again!"
"You know you love me, and we both know you'll keep wanting me back."
She did indeed leave his cave that night and he didn't try to stop her anymore. She was starving because she didn't bother eating Madara's bread and drink his tea, but it didn't matter because she lost her appetite anyway.
It also rained heavily that night so she stayed in an empty cave and managed to sleep there even if it was too cold.
She cried herself to sleep because of Madara.
She wanted to bring him back with her and marry him instead, but she knew he would never be welcome there ever again especially because of what he had recently done.
Besides, it's not like Madara would ever be forced to live there anyway even if he was asked to atone for his sins for forgiveness.
His mind was set to complete his goal whether she accompanied him or not.
That goal was more important for him than her.
It hurt her heart that she couldn't change him, not even their love for each other would ever change his mind.
When it was already morning, she finally sprinted back to Konoha, but she stayed outside of the gate. She was hiding on top of a tree, watching the villagers fix what Madara destroyed yesterday and go back to their normal lives.
She felt ashamed by what he did. She wanted to help rebuild Konoha with them, but her heart was hesitant to go back.
She must admit that Konoha hadn't felt like home ever since Madara left three years ago. She felt so empty and so lonely even when she was surrounded by her friends.
She only felt home again when she was with him last night.
He was right. She will always want to be with him.
It felt so right to be by his side. The missing piece inside of her was complete. He completed her.
But now that she was at the outskirts of Konoha, she felt empty again.
She didn't realize it until she came back.
Konoha wasn't home without him.
She didn't understand how someone could ever mean this much to her. Yes she loved him for so long, but she was fine and content before she even met him for the first time.
She should've been able to move on in those three years, and she should've been able to get closure from him last night.
But it didn't. She wanted him, more than living a normal life in Konoha.
Perhaps, there was a way to reach his goal without killing innocent people or cause destruction, and she will be by his side to guide him and help him not cross those paths.
Leaving him all alone would only further lead him to the darkness, he needed her as much as she needed him.
She decided to travel back to Madara's cave.
But she was being followed.
It was Tobirama.
She cursed to herself, damn it .
"Sakura! Come back!"
She didn't stop, but she also didn't want him to find out where Madara's hideout was so she changed her path.
And when she knew this man wouldn't quit following her, she faced him instead.
"Tobirama, please leave me be!"
"Are you seriously going back to Madara? Are you crazy? You will betray Konoha, all for a criminal?"
"He's not a criminal!"
"He almost destroyed half of the village!"
"It's all your fault he became like this, Tobirama! You killed his precious brother and you couldn't even treat the Uchiha clan with the same level of respect you give to other clans and you expect him to just be okay with it?"
"I'm only doing this for the safety of our people! He's a terrible man, Sakura. And you know it!"
"You don't know him like I do or Hashirama does."
"You are both delusional! I don't know why anija ever saw him as his equal when he's just pure fucking evil! What did you ever see in him that you'd still rather be with him after all these years, Sakura?"
"It's none of your business! Besides, he needs me. I don't ever want him to fall into darkness. I want to help him out of it."
"It's not your job to help him!"
"But it's a job I'm willing to take, because I love him and no one else!"
Tobirama clenched his fists.
"What if he killed you?"
"He wouldn't, I wholeheartedly trust my life with him. And you can trust me that I will not let him do anything more that will damage Konoha again. Or any other villages."
"You're considered a traitor of the hidden leaf now, Sakura!"
She looked away from him, and sprinted back to the original path towards Madara's hideout, thankfully Tobirama no longer followed him.
There were tears leaving her eyes, because even if she will be happier with Madara, Tobirama's words still stung like a freshly cut wound, and she will miss her friends and this village. But it doesn't matter now, her choosing to be with Madara will guarantee the safety of Konoha and its people.

"I would have thought you would finally realize your woman has only been delaying your plans, Madara."
"Be quiet, Zetsu!"
Zetsu only cackled at Madara's annoyance.
"Do you really think she would be of good use to you or would she only just be more of a distraction ?"
Madara glared at Zetsu, activating his Sharingan to threaten him.
"You may have been a manifestation of my will but you have no business in my personal life."
That only amused Zetsu further.
"All I'm saying is, that woman could be the reason why your plan will fail. She is too…" He paused for a bit, then continued. "... kind ."
He understood Zetsu's concerns. He knew Sakura would come back to him, he could feel her chakra from miles away returning to his hideout, but would she really be willing to be with him despite everything? Or would she only cause more problems along the way because she will always care about others more than she ever wants to be with him? Could he even fully trust her? What if she changed her mind when she already knows all his plans?
"I can radicalize her."
Zetsu's lips curved devilishly.
"Or manipulate ."

As she entered his cave, she looked around for him. It was a very long hallway of just full darkness and just like yesterday, she could practically see nothing even when she had already been traveling inside for a while now. Her eyes just wouldn't adjust to the darkness. She felt so terrified as it really felt as if she was just entering a pitch black void.
How could Madara ever live here?
But then, she suddenly felt a presence behind her. She looked around to face him. He lit up a torch, illuminating the cave enough for her to see him. His face was straight, she couldn't detect any emotion.
She broke the silence.
"Madara, I've changed my mind. I came back to join you." She said, trying to sound calm.
"How could I be so sure that you're truly no longer affiliated with Konoha and you're not sent here as Hashirama's spy?" He asked, still with a straight face. Despite his question, he didn't seem to be truly suspicious of her.
"Just like you said yesterday, I would always come back to you because I can't resist you. There's no point in being affiliated with Konoha if I wasn't happy to live there. Even if we weren't exactly on good terms yesterday and this place definitely needs a lot of revamping, I still felt so home. Also, Tobirama called me a traitor."
His expression softened, and finally he smiled at her. Genuinely. He also showed amusement at her last two statements.
Madara was the type of man to rarely smile, and when he did it's usually with the people he was close with.
She always felt so special when he smiled at her, which he did a lot back then. This was the first time he smiled again ever since their reunion.
"I knew you would eventually join me. Voluntarily. Welcome back."
He opened his arms wide, as she fully accepted his warm embrace.
She cried in his arms unapologetically, but Madara only held her closer. Despite the cold dark cave they were in, Madara was so warm. She never wanted to be apart from him again.
"I love you so much. Thank you for still wanting to be with me." She confessed.
He pulled her away slightly to look at her face, but he still held her close.
"I love you too and always will. We are meant for each other. I could wait for more years for you to realize that. But the wedding–, it angered me. I had to take you sooner against your will."
"I'm honestly glad you did. I really didn't want to marry anyone but you."
He took both of her hands and placed it on his lips. Then, he held the back of her head as he indulged himself with her lips next. She returned the kiss wholeheartedly, as she smiled into his lips before letting his tongue enter her mouth.
He pulled away and looked directly into her eyes.
"From now on, you're officially an Uchiha. You are now my wife and I will protect you with my life."
His words were responded with Sakura jumping on him and pushing him to lay on the bed. She sat on top of his crotch, unlacing her kimono and fully exposing herself to him.
Before Madara touched her, he took the kimono and burned it to the ground, but Sakura was unfazed, in fact her eyes were growing with so much desire. He rolled both of them to the other side of the bed, with Madara kneeling on top of her, and proceeding to kiss her again.
"I missed you so much, Madara. I don't ever want to be far away from you again."
"Promise?"
"I promise."
They made love all night as if they haven't just had an infinite sex yesterday, but to their hearts this love making was out of pure love more than lust. He fucked her in all positions they could think of and touched every part of her body as if he was afraid he'll never be able to hold her this close again.
Those three years of being apart from each other was too much for their bodies not to handle being more connected now than ever.
Once they're done with their love making, Madara handed the robe he gave her yesterday, which she gladly wore, but they still remained in bed, cuddled up to each other.
Madara smiled at seeing Sakura wearing an Uchiha robe. While his clan no longer wants to associate with him, he had Sakura who would help create a new life with him in this world and in another world they will both orchestrate and that was far more important for him.
He hadn't slept so peacefully until that very night. He had many nightmares over the years ever since he left Konoha, specifically the death of his younger brother replaying in his head.
Some days it would be about his parents' deaths, other times it would be his three other brothers dying during the war.
And one time it was even about Sakura.
He would always wake up in despair, his growing hatred towards the shinobi world intensifies. How could Hashirama ever be so complicit when they both made promises as children that they would rebuild this world that no longer fuels war?
Hashirama's planned system, while seeming structured, will always lead to more wars against other villages. It will always be about power as long as this kind of world still exists.
He gently held Sakura closer to him so as to not wake her up, but he still failed.
"Good morning, Madara," She greeted with a smile on her face.
"Good morning."
She sat up from the bed and stretched her body as she yawned.
"So how exactly are you going to fulfill your plans?"
"Come with me, we'll eat breakfast first and then I'll show you what I have been working on."
After their breakfast, Madara brought Sakura to another room in the cave. The place was much more defined, with tiles plastered from the ceiling to the floor. She saw a body laying in a coffin-like bed that seemed to look like the man standing beside her.
"Is that–,"
He held her hand and brought her closer to the coffin.
"This is my clone where I implanted Hashirama's DNA. I took a piece of his flesh while I was battling with him when I disrupted your wedding, which is why he was temporarily weakened and I managed to directly hit him to come and take you. This is also why I wanted you to stay in bed and not follow me the other day. I didn't want you to learn about my plan yet as I wasn't so sure if you'd finally stay with me. And if you didn't, I wouldn't want Hashirama to find out my plan."
"What is this for?"
"I needed Hashirama's DNA to awaken my Rinnegan. It's how I will gain more power to control all the tailed beasts and combine their chakra, to awaken the ten tailed beast again. It was all written in the stone tablet passed down to my clan. With that, I will have the power of the sage of six paths, enabling me to finally cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi all over the world during the full moon and bring everyone to their desired dreams. But since it will take decades to awaken the Rinnegan, I will need to transfer onto this body once Hashirama kills me."
Her eyes widened at his last sentence.
"Kill you? How could you transfer to this body…"
"With my Izanagi, Sakura. It's one of sharingan's abilities but I can only do this once so we cannot fail. Indeed, he has to kill me in my current body. He has to know he finally killed me, because Hashirama and Tobirama had been trying to track me down all these years. They are the biggest threats to interrupt my plans. And with that, I will also pretend that I sacrificed your body for my plan that they had zero clues about. For them to never try to take you back. The world will know that we're both dead. We could continue our journey together in peace while we wait for the Rinnegan to awaken. We could pass down our will to our future children if the Rinnegan awakened a little too late and I didn't have much time left to cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi myself.
In our dream world, we could live for the second time together and not worry about wars and clan feuds anymore. You will meet Izuna and the rest of my family, and I will meet yours too. Will you accompany me in our two lives?"
She smiled at him genuinely. She was starting to understand his goal more and knew this was all for the greater good. She wanted to be with her family again and meet Madara's too. If that was a possibility in Madara's dream, then she would accompany and help him no matter what it takes.
"I will. If I could be with you in ten more lives, I would be happy to do so."
