A/N A dialogue with "PHI-" means the character is speaking Filipino or my country's main spoken language. I'm too lazy to translate it, but when you see actual Filipino written in the dialogue, the translation will be written in Italic after it. Okay, every dialogue with a UNDP code of a country (e.g. PHI for Philippines like I wrote in the first sentence, CPR for China, FRA for France, etc.) means the character is speaking that country's official language (e.g. Mandarin for China or French for France). For the characters who speak English or just saying all the characters, it will be a hassle if I put "UKM-" in every dialogue they're saying because English is the most spoken language in this story.

Catherine Clifford is the new me, you read that right. I was once an asian girl living in a world where magic is fictional, now I'm a white girl who's also a muggleborn witch, yay privilege! I once had an extended family with my father, mother, sister, cousins, etc. But now in my new life, I only have a father, mother, and other family members who we barely know.

Let's start at the very beginning; in my previous life, I was shifting but I died in my sleep. It's that simple, I died while shifting now I had no idea why I'm being born again. The new me first appeared after I was born obviously, I am named Catherine Jane M. Clifford, the "M" stands for Middleton, my mother's maiden name. I don't really use my second name like any body else, I only use it for formalities.

Moving the story to third-person.

Catherine's mother, Charlotte Anne M. Clifford is a licensed dermatologist, she has her own skin clinic and she makes a ton of money. Stephen Louis B. Clifford (B stands for Baskerville), Catherine's father is a Mathematics professor in the University of Cambridge, you can call him Professor Clifford but he's no simple math teacher, he is a Mathematician. The Clifford family lives in a luxurious house in the prestigious city of Cambridge, you can say they are quite wealthy.

Catherine grew up as an intelligent little girl, she kept her memories from her previous life so that explains her knowledge.

Baby Catherine is playing with blocks on the carpeted ground in her play room.

"PHI- I still can't believe I'm a baby again, like what am I supposed to do? I mean these blocks are quite fun to play with, oh wait! I could show my talent so my new mother would follow my dreams of being an artist!"

Catherine crawls beside her toy blocks to position herself. She eyes the small table she uses to doodle, the table appears slightly angled. Catherine places a single block on the ground to remind her eyeing spot, she then crawls to her table and proceeds to draw.

"PHI- I forgot babies don't have rulers, hmm.. I could use this drawing template."

Catherine drew and drew until she finishes the basic shape of her 3D table.

"PHI- Aw, my mother didn't noticed me, someone's calling her in the telephone for some appointment. I'm still not sure about their jobs, I think she's a doctor but oh well, I'll just get her attention."

Catherine crawls to her mother and grabs her dress to get her attention. Her mother, Charlotte did noticed her so she pointed at the drawing. Charlotte looked shocked.

"Excuse me Miss Sallow, may I call my husband from the other room for a minute? I just found out something about my daughter."

"Oh no worries, you can! What did I say about calling me my name Charlotte?" The person on the other side of the phone answers like she got a smile on her face.

"I'm sorry about that Emma, it's a form of habit." Charlotte chuckles and holds the call.

"Love! Stephen!" Her mother calls.

"What is it?!" Stephen replies while panicking.

"Look at what your daughter did." Charlotte points at Catherine's drawing.

"Our daughter did that?!" Stephen asks, Charlotte nods.

Stephen lifts Catherine to the air and spins her around.

"Little Kate here is going to be an artist I'm tellin' ya!" Stephen exclaims.

"How about an architect?" Charlotte asks.

Stephen and Charlotte stares at each other then shares a huge grin. They didn't notice the baby girl floating in mid-air.

The wife and husband applied their 1 year old daughter to an advanced learning tutoring for her early years education. The licensed early years tutor, Ms. Matilda Harris was so impressed she informed Charlotte and Stephen that Catherine is ready for the next stage at the age of 3. Because of that, Catherine started primary school a year earlier at age 3 instead of 4, she became the youngest in the school.

Catherine attended a private primary school before she got accepted to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. While in primary school, Catherine made good friends. They are good friends enough for them to call Catherine her nickname, Kate. But she wouldn't call them best friends, she has a lot of secrets they don't know.

The fact that she's a rebirth who had a life from a different world with different timelines(even her parents doesn't know), that she did accidental magic dozens of times you wouldn't call some of them an accident anymore, or the fact that she has elemental powers and could control energy, it's even mad-er now that she found out she's a witch and will be attending a magical boarding school located in the Scottish Highlands; she would call someone her best friend when they know all of those crazy things about her.

February 14, 1986

It's Friday so Catherine's school ended early. At exactly 4:00 in the evening, Catherine and her mother were having tea inside near the balcony. Charlotte went down to get more bread in the kitchen. Catherine sat quietly on her chair, minutes later she got bored and looked at the balcony view through the glass door. Catherine noticed the small frozen lake near their home, she wanted to go. Kate was wearing a turtle neck jumper, cozy winter tights, and fuzzy socks.

"Mummy!" Catherine yells.

"Just a minute, dear!" Her mother replies.

Her mother was taking too long, Catherine decided to go. She grabbed a snow skirt, winter boots, a winter hat, and a pair of mittens and wore them.

She's now outside their balcony and it was freezing, she wished for heat but her clothes actually started getting warmer, she didn't know her eyes were glowing orange to red. Their home (a small manor) is quite big to be called a normal house so the balcony would obviously be high. She looked down on the other side of the parapet and saw a huge pile of snow, Mr. Murray must've been shoveling thick layers of snow earlier.

Catherine wished she could make a slide out of snow like what Elsa did in Frozen, she suddenly remembered watching Frozen. That's one of the things she misses in her previous life, watching animated movies that the technology now still couldn't do. It's still a mystery to her why she reincarnated on a different timeline.

She reaches her small 6-year old hands as low as she can get and tries to think about the slide she just thought of. She floated, summoned a toy, changed her father's hair color, and did other more abnormal things. It wouldn't hurt to try making a snow slide.

After a couple of tries, the pile of snow Mr. Murray shovelled are now moving and taking the form of a curved slope. A few minutes later, the snow slide is completed, her eyes stopped glowing blue. Catherine placed the balcony chair ko next to the parapet so she could reach the above, she's now sitting at the top ready to slide down but Charlotte came back.

"Kate, I'm sorry for taking too long, some staff in the clinic called and they wer—" Charlotte stopped when she noticed Catherine's absence, she quickly placed the tray of bread and biscuits on the table and called for her daughter.

When Charlotte heard a little girl's voice counting "1.. 2.. 3.." she looked at the balcony where she assumed it came from and saw Catherine sitting on the edge of the parapet.

"WEEEE!!!!!" Catherine slid down the snow.

"KAAAATTTTTEEEE!!!!!" Charlotte let out a blood-curdling scream, she thought Catherine jumped to her death.

A young woman heard her scream. "Mrs. Clifford?! Mrs. Clifford?!" The woman called while climbing up the stairs.

Charlotte walked out the balcony with only her socks protecting her feet from the cold, she runs to the edge of the balcony where Catherine "jumped". Fortunately, Charlotte finds out her daughter is alive and well sliding down a snow slide she assumed made by her powers, magic, or abilities whatever you call those.

"Catherine Jane M. Clifford." Charlotte called with her arms crossed.

Catherine looked back and saw her mother with a serious face. "Whoops." She conjured a rock platform, stepped on it, and made it float up back to the balcony. Again, she didn't notice her eyes glow a different colour, this time it's hazel.

"What did I told you about doing things behind my back? Is my precious Catherine growing up too early?" Charlotte asked.

Catherine shyly hid the embarrassment in her face, she's about to speak when a voice entered the room.

"Mrs. Clifford are you okay?!" The young woman earlier asked.

"Evelyn, what are you doing here? I thought you were having a rest?" Charlotte asked ignoring the woman's question.

"I heard your scream Mrs. Clifford, I'm awake anyways so I came here to know what's wrong." Evelyn the young woman explained. She's a daughter of one of their older maids.

"Oh that scream! I'm sorry about that, Kate here scared me to death because I thought she was going to jump from the balcony!" The woman exclaimed.

Catherine is once again, embarrassed. Evelyn works at them part-time as a maid but she mostly acts as Catherine's childminder, she is her favourite maid, maybe because she's the youngest and spends time with her the most or because she knows about her abilities.

"Don't worry about it Mrs. Clifford, I was just worried. What did Kate actually do?" Evelyn asked last minute.

"I made a snow slide so I could go to the frozen lake." The little girl standing beside them answered.

"You wanted to go to the frozen lake? Why didn't you asked me?" Charlotte questioned.

"I don't know.. maybe 'cause you took too long and what I did is payback for taking too long." Catherine smirked and let out a giggle.

Evelyn smiled. Charlotte raised an eyebrow.

"Okay, I'm sorry for taking too long." Charlotte sighed.

"It's okay, mummy. Now, can we slide with Evelyn?" Catherine requested.

Evelyn let out a blush, "What? Me? Oh no, it's okay!"

"You youngster, come on Evelyn, Catherine wants to play." Charlotte says with a grin.

"Please Evelyn!" The girl uses her cute eyes.

"Okay, fine." Evelyn sighed.

Catherine conjures 3 wooden boards for each of them, her eyes glowed amber but this time, Evelyn noticed.

"Mrs. Clifford, does Catherine's eyes normally glow like that? I haven't seen her do that before." Evelyn points at Catherine whose eyes were glowing.

Charlotte looks and gets worried, "Kate.. does your eyes glow a different colour?" She asked.

"A different colour? Of course not, mummy." Catherine lets out a chuckle.

Charlotte and Evelyn looks at each other, the young woman spoke first. "Maybe it's a new ability?"

"Maybe?" Charlotte replied.

Catherine carved a steep staircase out of boulders she conjured, her eyes glowed hazel again. Charlotte and Evelyn are too amazed by the process, they didn't had the chance to notice the next eye colour change.

Minutes later, Mr. Murray was walking around the house to shovel more snow when he heard laughing voices of three people. He jogs closer to the source of the sound, when he finally reaches it he finds Charlotte, Catherine, and Evelyn sliding down a slope of snow made out of the snow he shovelled hours earlier. The three women slides from the top of the balcony down to a pile of more snow with a wooden board, they climb back up the balcony using the steep staircase made out of stone, he didn't know where they got it from. He's about to walk back when he heard the little girl yell.

"Hello there Mr. Murray!" He looks back and sees Catherine smiling at him.

"Hello there! I'll be going back now, enjoy your time there eh." He continues to walk.

"Mr. Murray! Could you please check the lake if the ice is hard enough for us to skate? And by the way, you won't be needing to shovel snow around the house starting today." Charlotte said.

"Why?" The old man asked referring to the snow shovelling.

"I find it not necessary for you to do, although you'll still be needing to shovel the pathways. But don't worry Mr. Murray, your allowance won't be decreasing, it'll be the same amount." Charlotte reassured.

"Thank you for that Charlotte! I will check the ice now." Mr. Murray farewells.

That's how Catherine found out about her elemental powers.

March 20, 1991

It just turned a minute past four in the evening, Catherine is walking to the pickup area after a great day in school when she saw both her mother and her father waiting for her.

"Mummy! Daddy!" Catherine exclaimed while running closer to hug her parents.

"Happy Birthday dear!" Stephen hugs Catherine and shakes her.

"I thought you will come home later at night like always?" His daughter asked.

"Your father here had left the University only for today to celebrate your birthday now, a different professor took his place while he takes his leave." Charlotte explained.

"Mummy is right, but before we celebrate, we will go to The Grafton!" The man exclaimed.

"Yay!" Catherine excitedly exclaimed, Charlotte smiled, and Stephen grinned.

The family of three drove from her school to the mentioned shopping centre, they bought a bunch stuffs and ate sweets. The couple planned their trip for two reasons, the first reason is to take Catherine to shopping for herself, second is to distract Catherine and make time for her friends and their staff to prepare for the birthday surprise taking place in their home.

They stopped their vehicle (a 1990 Bentley Turbo R) in the garage and stepped outside. When Catherine opened the main entrance to their home, she was greeted surprise by her friends, their families, and their house staff including Evelyn. Her friends that came are just all of her classmates excluding those miffy ones or those ones with bitter parents, their neighbours are also present.

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Catherine. Happy birthday to you!" Everybody sang.

"Come on dear, make a wish!" Charlotte excitedly said.

Catherine closes her eyes, "I wish my new life remains peaceful, happy, and great. I wish mummy grows old, daddy grows old, I grow old. I wish to have more friends that have my back, to my current friends for us to remain good friends. I wish for all of these but I still miss my past. I miss my old mum.. mama, my old dad.. papa, my sister.. ate, my cousins, aunts, uncles, my old friends.. best friends. PHI- I may love my current life, but my previous life remains to have a big place in my heart. I can only miss them, I can't really come back, I died and there's no turning back.." She opens her eyes.

Catherine blows all of her candles, she got blinded by the big flash made by her father's camera.

The gathering ended great, a brilliant celebration, everyone had fun especially Catherine. In her own bedroom, Catherine is changing into her cozy house jumper and some bottoms for comfort after a long day wearing her school uniform. She didn't have the time to change from her uniform to some civies, her classmates didn't change too so why would she?

When she came down the ground floor, she sees her father reading a broadsheet and her mother drinking white tea.

"Kate, since you're here now, we will watch Home Alone!" Stephen exclaimed.

"What? Really‽?!" Catherine interrogated.

Charlotte helps Eliza (a maid) prepare their munch, while Catherine and Stephen rewinds the VHS tape.

"Charlotte, Stephen!" An old man's voice called.

"What's wrong Mr. Murray?" Charlotte asked.

"A bunch of professors are waiting at your door, they're looking for the three of you." Mr. Murray answered.

Charlotte looks at her husband, Stephen shrugs.

"What University are they from? What are their names?" Stephen asked.

"The three of us? Including Kate?" Charlotte asked.

Mr. Murray walks back to ask the professors.

"They refused to say the name of their University, but the old woman told me she's Professor Mcgonagall, the really.. short.. one is Professor Flitwick, and the ancient looking one is Professor Dumbledore. They said they were looking especially for Catherine." Mr. Murray came back.

Catherine got shocked at the names, "PHI- Mcgonagall? Flitwick? Dumbledore?! What are they doing here? They exist in this world? Hogwarts exists in this world? The wizarding world exists? Harry Potter is real?! Am I a witch? WHAT?!"

"Those are some weird names you think? Do you know them Stephen?" The woman asked her husband.

"They sound bonkers! Why would they refuse to tell the University? Why are they looking for Kate who only turned 11? I'm going to ask them myself, you can go now Mr. Murray." The husband exclaimed.

Catherine still looks confused and shocked. "I'm trying to connect the pieces here, before I was a reborn, I was shifting in Hogwarts in 1994 since I'm 14 years old. I died so I disappeared from that reality, but instead of my consciousness going to this reality, a new body with my soul. PHI- THAT EXPLAINS THOSE WEIRD THINGS I DO, OR THOSE PLACES THEY MENTIONED THAT SOUNDS FAMILIAR BUT FAKE BECAUSE IT'S FICTIONAL."

Stephen opens the door and sees the three professors Mr. Murray told them, he's completely but oddly correct; one is an old woman, one is a tiny man, and one is ancient. "May I help you?"

"Good evening Mister?" The ancient looking man with long silver beard asked.

"Mr. Stephen Louis B. Clifford, Professor Clifford of Cambridge University." Stephen answered.

"May I ask what University you teach in? Mr. Murray told us you refused to tell him, why?" He added.

"Is the conversation here private?" The ancient man supposedly named Professor Dumbledore asked.

"It is very private, mister. My wife and my daughter is sitting in the lounge, our housekeepers are minding their own business." Stephen said siriusly.

"The University we are teaching in is not a University—" Professor Dumbledore was cut off.

"Then how are you professors? What is this nonsense!" Stephen exclaimed.

"Let me finish Mr. Clifford, we are professors from Hogwarts a school for young witches and wizards." The really old man informed.

"Witches and Wizards? Is this why you're looking for my daughter?" Stephen asked.

"You are indeed correct Mr. Clifford, so If we may let ourselves in for a proper introduction. We could prove magic exists." Professor Dumbledore answered.

"Oh you don't need to prove me magic, my daughter already showed us her whole life, but proving you can do magic. You can now make yourself feel at home." Stephen said.

"Thank you Mr. Clifford." A breathy voice replied.

The four professors walked in the lounge room where Catherine and Charlotte are seating. They all took a seat and offered to some tea.

"Would you like some tea?" Charlotte asked.

"No thank you, madam." Professor Dumbledore declined.

"Oh sure!" The oddly short man purportedly named Professor Flitwick answered.

"Later Mrs. Clifford, if that's alright?" The old woman replied.

"No worries Mrs..?" Charlotte wanted to reply.

"Mrs. but Professor Mcgonagall, widowed.. you can call me Minerva outside of school." Minerva finishes.

"Okay.. Minerva, I'm so sorry for your loss." The woman said saddened by Minerva's state.

Minerva smiled at her until Professor Dumbledore spoke.

"We haven't introduce ourselves properly, I am Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, the Headmaster of the school." Albus now introduced himself with a breathy voice.

"Quite a long name there, mister." Stephen whispered at his wife.

"Oh shut up." Charlotte hides her smirk.

"I am Professor Minerva Mcgonagall, Deputy Headmistress and Transfiguration professor." Minerva said with a stern voice.

"And I'm Professor Filius Flitwick, Master Duelist, I will be your Charms professor." The short professor now Filius said with a squeaky voice.

"Transfiguration and Charms? Are those magical subjects in your school?" Charlotte asked before sipping from her cup of tea.

"Ah yes Mrs. Clifford, the Transfiguration and Charms class are one of the classes we teach in Hogwarts. A Transfiguration class teaches Transfiguration, the branch of magic that focuses on the alteration of the form or appearance of an object, living or non-living; a Charms class teaches a form of enchantment called a charm, it is a spell that adds certain properties to an object or individual." Albus explained.

"Therefore Transfiguration is about magically transfiguring anything, then Charms is about the general magic spells we know of like Abracadabra—" Charlotte tried to ask.

The wizards and witch avoids the question looking clearly startled, Charlotte and Stephen seems confused, Catherine is laughing internally.

"Did I said something wrong? Oh my, are my words offending?" The woman asked worriedly.

"Nothing you said was offending or wrong Mrs. Clifford, it's just the last word you said.." Filius reassured.

"The last word I said?" Charlotte was even more confused. "Abracadabra?" The three professors reacted like before.

"That word Mrs. Clifford, please refrain from saying that." Filius weakly stated.

"That word? Isn't that a magic word or it's a fake and like an insult to real magic spells?" Charlotte asked once again.

"No Mrs. Clifford, fake magic spells made by muggles are completely a joke to us but that certain magic word has a similar spell to ours which is real and dangerous." Albus spoke.

"Muggles? And how is that spell dangerous?" Stephen asked.

Catherine was trying her best not to burst out laughing from the conversation she's hearing.

"For your first question Mr. Clifford, Muggles is what we call non-magical people, people like you. Addition to that statement, Muggle-borns are magical people with Muggle or non-magical parents, people like your daughter. For your second question, the similar spell to the fake magic word Mrs. Clifford have said earlier is an Unforgivable Curse, it is one of the three Unforgivable Curses which are also the three most powerful and sinister spells known to the wizarding world, and are tools of the Dark Arts." Minerva finally explained.

"That sounds dangerous." Stephen said.

"Because it IS DANGEROUS, Stephen." Charlotte exclaimed.

"The incantation for that spell is.. Avada Kedavra, the killing curse. Instant death is what that spell could do." Minerva added.

"A single use of that curse will sentence you life in Azkaban, it's our version of a prison, the most secured prison." Filius inserted.

"How am I going to be sure that my daughter and other students like her is safe in that school, if I know that there's a thing called Dark Arts and it's also described as dangerous and DEADLY?" Her mother asked worriedly.

"You don't have to worry about that Mrs. Clifford, Hogwarts is one of the safest place in the world, the amount of wards and enchantments that has been protecting it for hundreds of years will make sure of its title." Albus convinced.

"And the Dark Arts are similar to.. what do you call those muggle machines used in war?" Minerva asked.

"Guns? Bombs? Cannons? Tanks? Missiles?" Her father listed.

"Those deadly machines, yes.. Dark Arts are similar to deadly machines muggles use in war. Both are completely illegal to use outside of war, but in the magical world, even at war only the dark side uses Dark Arts." The old woman added.

"So even in your world or a secret society of magical people, there's a government that states if a thing is illegal or not?" Stephen asked.

"You are correct Mr. Clifford, Ministry of Magic is what we call it." Minerva answered.

The couple nodded avoiding to ask another question.

"Now that we're done there, we will now explain our school Hogwarts further." Albus gave the acceptance letter to Catherine's father.

While Stephen reads the letter, his wife chats with Minerva.

"Would you like a cuppa tea now?" Charlotte asked Minerva.

"Oh please, thank you for remembering." Minerva smiled.

Charlotte was about to pour the black tea when she remembers the other tea choice.

"Do you like white tea? It's good for the skin." Charlotte asked.

Minerva looked offended, she's about to speak when Charlotte says something again.

"If you don't know, I'm a dermatologist. I manage my own skin clinic, of course with the help of my staff. I also sell approved skin products, but there's one thing I sell without the need of testing. I sell herbal teas, in tea bags but mostly loose tea. My favourite is white tea, it's what I recommend my clients because like I said earlier, it's good for the skin." Charlotte said.

After hearing that fact, Minerva stopped being offended. Charlotte wasn't trying to let her know about her ageing skin like she thought, she was just a dermatologist offering her favourite tea.

"I would likely buy herbal tea from you, and yes I'd want to try some of that white tea." The old woman replied while the younger woman pours her a cup of white tea.

"I would say, white tea tastes quite vegetal with a hint of honey. Once you drink it, you'll immediately know that black tea is stronger." Charlotte explained.

A few minutes of talking, chatting, and explaining about Hogwarts and general magic, Minerva explains the years of Catherine's education there. Catherine thinks about her normal education, how about her dream about becoming an Architect? Will she live a normal life after graduating Hogwarts? She doesn't know what to do, so she questions it.

"How about my secondary education? After July 22nd, I will finish my primary education. At exactly September 1st, that's Monday, I will attend high school at age 11 to 15. After 5 years of secondary education which is compulsory, a requirement in United Kingdom. I will then attend college for my further education. I will have my further education before I turn 18 so that's 16 to 17, 2 years." Catherine explained.

"You will finish your education in Hogwarts before you start learning in a muggle university." Minerva replied.

"Exactly! At 18 after secondary and further education, I will finally attend a University and start my higher education and finally graduate. But because of Hogwarts, I will miss my secondary and further education! At age 11-17, my soon-to-be 7 years in Hogwarts will make me skip my 5 year secondary education and 2 year further education. How will I keep up with my future studies in my future University if I skip those educations that will prepare me for it?" Catherine exclaimed.

"Catherine! Be nice to Professor Mcgonagall." Charlotte told her daughter.

"Sorry. I'm just unsure! How about my dream of becoming an Architect with a side life of being a bassist or a drummer in a band or by myself? I'm still undecided!" Catherine explained.

"You're unsure about going to Hogwarts?" Stephen asked.

"Catherine, I waited all these years for someone to say to me that my daughter is not the only one with these abilities, this is a chance to know about your powers or magic I don't know!" Charlotte convinces.

"Then— ermm.. synchronisemynormalandmagical.. education?" Catherine requested.

"Are you sure about that Catherine? Simultaneous schooling is not an easy thing, you are starting secondary education AND magical education. Secondary school gets difficult the higher your year and I'm assuming it's the same for Hogwarts, but in Hogwarts you could get lost! Others may have wizards and witches as their parents that could teach them before Hogwarts, but not you. You may have a Mathematician as a father who works as a Mathematics Professor in Cambridge University, and a Licensed Dermatologist as a mother who owns a known skin clinic, but you don't have magical parents that can help you with magic, Kate. Remember that." Stephen lectured.

"That's why you will sign me up to an advanced learning tutor in the summer!" His daughter cheekily smirked.

"I will learn in Hogwarts like the normal way. For my normal education, I will study and answer in my free time, then send my answers via mail." She added.

Charlotte and Stephen sighed, their daughter always finds a creative way to achieve what she wants.

"Fine, this is your final decision, there's no turning back now." Stephen reminds Catherine.

"How will we pay for her tuition? Is there a magical equivalent to pounds or they just use normal money?" Charlotte changes the topic.

"Hogwarts doesn't charge tuition, but the school requirements needs quite a large amount of money. There is a magical equivalent to money, the three are called Galleon which is gold, Sickle which is silver, and Knut which is bronze. You can exchange your muggle money to those currencies in Gringotts the Wizarding Bank run my goblins, like some of my ancestors." Filius explained.

"You're part-goblin?" The woman asked dumbfounded.

"Yes? Only a dash in my blood that made me look like this." Filius replied awkwardly.

"How much is the exchange rate? And where will we find your wizarding bank?" Stephen asked wanting to stay in the topic.

"Well, a galleon is about five pounds or seventeen sickles, and twenty-nine knuts to a sickle." Professor Flitwick answered.

"Why is the exchange amount odd? Why couldn't they exchange a galleon to twenty sickles, or a sickle to thirty knuts? This is one confusing currency." Charlotte remarked.

"So if the school requirements costs 2000 galleons 200 sickles and 20 knuts, then it must've cost 10,018 pounds and 79 pence (10,018.79)." The man explained.

"You computed that fast!" Filius was impressed.

"I'm not a Mathematician for nothing." Stephen smirked proud of himself.

"Are we forgetting about where the wizarding bank is located and how are we going to buy this—" Charlotte snatches the second paper of the letter from her husband's hand and points at the list. "—these school requirements?"

"Tomorrow I will escort you to Diagon Alley in London, it's a magical shopping district and we can buy the list of requirements there." Minerva said.

"Unfortunately, Filius and I wouldn't be able to come along." The ancient looking man reminded.

"Why?" Charlotte asked.

"I will be staying in Hogwarts to search for a new Defense Against the Dark Arts Professor." Albus informed.

"I'm invited to a duel contest as a judge due to my title Master in Dueling, and there's more muggleborn students like Ms. Clifford that I'll be speaking with." Filius said.

Charlotte nods, "I almost forgot, tomorrow, us ourselves are not available." She excused.

"I will be going back to the University tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, and the two days after that for my daily math class." Her husband explained.

"I will be staying in my clinic until evening, and same with Stephen I won't be available until Sunday. Catherine here have school until the weekends."

"Then Sunday it is. I will be waiting at your door in the morning, though I can travel faster without the use of muggle transportation, I will buy a train ticket so I can go with the three of you." Minerva reminded.

The conversation of Minerva and Catherine's parents continues about what train station they'll be boarding and the exact time of the meeting.

Catherine sighed, "So I was in the Harry Potter world this whole time.. I'm so stupid, I thought I was in the Marvel universe with mutant powers." she shakes her shoulders.
