Back in the forest, Apple was still staring at the back of the witch's head, neither of them willing to move a muscle.

"Raven, what did you say just now?" asked Apple as she stood staring at Raven.

"Just forget it, Apple, it was nothing, so you don't have to worry about it," said Raven as she turned and went to run by the blonde but was stopped by Apple grabbing her right wrist.

"Hang on, I still need to know, did you say that you like me?" asked Apple.

"Yes, alright?!" asked Raven as she jerked her arm away and whirled around on the blonde princess.

"I've loved you since the day we met, but all you ever think of is your destiny, even at the cost of someone you call a friend!" said Raven as she cried even harder but this time with anger mixed in.

"I never meant to make you feel like this, and I never wanted to marry Daring!" said Apple.

"What?" asked Raven whose turn it was to be the shocked one.

"I've never liked him, Raven, I was just afraid of that stupid cruse everyone always talks about and how they would react if I came out with who I really like," said Apple.

"That's why I've been pushing for destiny so hard, because I was too much of a coward to stand up for myself," she said with some tears rolling down her cheeks this time.

"Who… who is it that you do like if you were this afraid for others to find out?" asked Raven. Apple then walked right up to the witch so that she was standing just a few inches from her.

"I like a certain purple haired witch," said Apple as she wiped a tear away from Raven's cheek.

"Are… are you just saying that because you…?" asked Raven before Apple silenced her with a kiss that surprised the witch. However, Raven was soon kissing her back as a bright light escaped from their lips.

"So, it's finally happened," said Headmaster Grimm as he watched the light from his office window before seeing a light coming from the Storybook of Legends which was sitting out on a pedestal in the corner of the room.
