"We're here!" Jimmy yelled.
"Anybody home?" Naomi yelled.
"We're in the garden!" Jey yelled back.
Two smiling faces joined Jey in the garden moments later.
"Where's Audrina?" Naomi asked.
"Right behind you, darling," Audrina answered.
Naomi turned around and smiled at the women with long, sunflower blonde hair and light blue eyes. She was carrying four bottles of water in her hands that she handed out before accepting the hugs from Naomi and Jimmy.
"I also baked chocolate cupcakes if anyone's interested," Audrina said.
"She's a keeper," Jimmy grinned at his twin.
"Don't worry, I'm not letting her go," Jey winked.
"And once again I don't have a choice," Audrina chuckled.
Audrina leaned down and pecked Jey's lips.
"I'm not planning on leaving you, teddybear," Audrina said. "Cupcakes?"
"Yes, please," Naomi said.
Audrina walked out in the kitchen and grabbed the tray of cupcakes. She walked back out and put them on the table before sitting down next to Jey.
"How about a field trip tomorrow?" Jey asked.
"Not this again," Audrina sighed.
"What do you have in mind?" Jimmy asked.
"Jey is obsessed with the witch," Audrina said.
"Again?" Naomi chuckled. "You know she's not real, right?"
"The house is there to prove otherwise," Jey said.
"It's just an old, abandoned cabin," Audrina said.
"That happens to be in the middle of the forest," Jey said. "Come on, let's go on an adventure. If it's not real, what do you have to fear? Are you scared?"
Jimmy looked over at Naomi who nodded in return.
"It's a half day hike there. We don't have much time to study it before we have to get back, or we'll be caught by the sunset and won't be able to find our way out," Jimmy said.
"That's why we're staying the night," Jey said.
"You wanna spend the night at the witch house?" Jimmy asked.
"That doesn't sound like the smartest idea," Naomi said.
"It's just a house," Jey said. "I just wanna see if we can find something new and exciting there. Maybe find something about the old myth that no one else ever did."
Jimmy glanced over at Naomi again who once again nodded.
"Fine," Jimmy said. "Let's go sleep in an old, abandoned cabin that used to belong to a witch in the middle of a fucking forest where no one knows where we are. What could possibly go wrong?"
"That's the spirit," Jey grinned. "Be here by sunrise tomorrow."
"I'll make sure to pack food and water for the entire day as long as you bring sleeping bags," Audrina said.
"I can't believe we're doing this," Naomi looked over at Audrina and chuckled. "How did two smart women like us ever get involved with these two?"
