Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri are walking through the forest just outside of Kaer Morhen. Ciri and Geralt have been training while Yennefer helps her with her chaos. The trio is quite in balance as they chat and walk the path alongside the edge of the forest. The wind begins to change and Geralt is focused on the sudden change. A portal opens and a woman steps through. Her hair is black as the night and she has light brown eyes. Her blood-red dress is tight at the waist and her cleavage is deep. Her nails are just as black as her hair and her ruby red lips lift into a slight smile.

"Fuck." Geralt whispers under his breath as Yennefer raises her arms to take the woman on. "Don't you even try darling. We don't want you to hurt yourself." The woman speaks condescendingly towards Yennefer and she has enough. She throws an aard sign towards the woman who deflects it with ease. The woman then makes a circle with her arms and when her fingers touch a ball of fire appears as it grows. When she wants to throw it to Yennefer, Geralt stands in front of her, and the woman grunts while the ball of fire disappears.

"Your problem is with me." Geralt says as the woman walks forward until she is mere inches away from him. Without any warning, she grabs his arm and portals them to another location. He loses his footing as he hates portals because they make him dizzy and nauseous. He pulls his arm out of her touch and walks around the small cabin. "Where are we?"

She rolls her eyes at him and he draws his sword. The tip of it rests on her neck and he puts a little pressure on it. "Serious Geralt? Didn't our time together mean nothing to you?" She hisses as she feels the end of the sword break her flesh and she feels a drop of blood dripping down her neck.

With a tired sigh, she puts her hand on her neck, healing the tiny cut immediately. "You can't hurt me Geralt, not really. Now that you're done displaying your animosity could you please listen to me?" He huffs at her and she sits down and puts her head in both her hands. "What do you want?" He says as he looks at her. His amber eyes piercing into her light brown ones.

"I want you to just listen, okay? I am pregnant." His laugh is menacing and he holds his sides in the process. She rolls her eyes again and stands up. "I am not joking." Geralt snorts at the absurdity of the situation. "That is impossible Eskra. You were a mage once and we all know what they need to do and all the mutations made me infertile so how?" He steps closer to her. "Unless you're lying." His voice nothing more than a growl.

Her brows furrow at his last statement. "I am not lying Geralt, just listen. Can't you hear it?" Geralt sharpens his hearing and hears her heartbeat and focuses even better on it. He hears an echo of her heartbeat. "All I hear is your heartbeat echoing." He says as he looks into her eyes.

She sighs audibly in defeat. "I am not lying. Please give me your hand and I'll show you." He hesitates as she puts out her hand. "Please, Geralt?" He looks at her as he lays his hand into hers. Not breaking eye contact she puts his large hand on her tiny belly. His gasp tells her enough.

His eyes widen as he feels the baby kick at the wall of her uterus. "That's impossible." He whispers as he finally looks down at where his hand is. "I don't know how it happened, but it did. This is the first time it kicked. It feels you're near." Her smile is shy and his heart swells even though he doesn't want to believe her.

"It has been so small for so long I didn't know why until... now." She looks up into his amber eyes as his confused face looks back. "How?" Is all he says and her smile widens. "It's because we are together. I can feel it grow already. Something it hasn't done since I was in Cintra." She closes her eyes as emotions take over her mood.

He breathes out as he pulls his hand back. "When were you in Cintra?" He watches her intently as he also focuses on the heartbeat of the baby. "About three weeks ago, why?" He sighs and his hand travels over his face. "You were there weren't you?" He just nods. Taking a step he comes into her personal space. She needs to look up to see his face because she is so much shorter than he is. His urge to kiss her grows as she puts a hand on his cheek and he leans into the touch. Her fingers trace down his face and to his neck.

His arms snake around her waist and he pushes her against his firm chest. She moans and he can't resist it any longer. He kisses her and she answers his kiss with eagerness. Their tongues invading each other's mouths as her hands go into his hair, his go down her back and end on her ass.

He groans loudly when her hips buck into him and with ease he picks her up. They travel to the grand wooden table and he sits her down. Her legs around his torso as they devour each other's mouths. He pushes her down until she is full lying down on the table. He thrusts into her core and that is when he backs down.

He breaks the kiss and steps away, making her legs fall from his body. She leans on her elbows to look at him. "I don't know where that came from." He utters as he adjusts his clothing and tries to calm down his little friend. She lies down again and grunts, her urges not being in the least satisfied.

"I do know, it was just like what we did back in the day." His grunt indicates that he doesn't want to think about those days. Eskra and Geralt have had quite the adventure, but that is history now. Then how does it come I want to fuck her so bad?

She sits on the table and looks at him with her head tilted. "I need you to come with me to Kaer Morhen." He doesn't ask it, he orders her to come with him. "Fuck off." She says and jumps off the table and she feels the baby kick and she doubles over. Geralt is by her side immediately and escorts her to one of the chairs.

She slaps his hand away as she sits down. "Vesemir will kill me. I am not fucking going." She grunts as pain shoots through her abdomen. "Is everything okay?" Geralt asks and she looks at him with a look that could kill. "How would I know, this is my first time you know?" Geralt smiles and she can't help but join him.

"I am still not going." She whispers and he bows down so he is on eye level with her. "Please?" He asks her and her eyes go to slits, being very suspicious of his behavior. His eyes are a softer amber now and she trails her fingertips over his face from his forehead until her thumb lands on his lower lip. "I can't." She says and he closes his eyes. "I'll protect you…" Her sigh makes him come even closer to her, standing up a little so he can lean on the armrests. He puts his forehead against hers. "Both of you." Her eyes close as a tear escapes.

She nods lightly and he smiles. He takes her hand and she stands up. He puts his hand on the small of her back when she gets ready to make a portal. Her arms rise up and she focuses on where they want to go. She closes her eyes and when she opens them again nothing happened.

"What is wrong?" Geralt asks as she looks at her hands, stunned that it isn't working. She looks at Geralt and back at her hands. She puts some distance between herself and him. His hand falls off her back. She focuses again and with all her strength she opens a portal, it's weak but it'll do.

Geralt sees her eyes burning bright red golden. "Go, Geralt." She shouts as she tries to keep the portal open. Before he walks through the portal he looks back at her. "Please, don't betray me." He says and walks through the portal. She looks at his retreating back and hesitates. Maybe she shouldn't go? Maybe she should just go away and never return. Kaer Morhen is off-limits for her and she knows it. Vesemir will kill her for what she did to him. She sighs as she feels her little one kick once more and she steps through the portal as well, fearing what is on the other side.
