(7)-THE DAILY RESIDENCE.
Later that night at 7:00, at the suburbs of Cerulean City, inside the Daily residence, Mr. and Mrs. Daily were getting ready for their business meeting.
Mr. Daily, with black hair and brown eyes, was in the master bedroom, dressed in a tux, a black tie and black shoes, with the man gazing in the mirror at himself while fixing his tie. "Hey, hon, you ready yet?"
"Just a few more minutes, dear." Said Mrs. Daily, who stood in front of the sink in the bathroom, putting on her make-up while looking in the mirror. She had blond hair that went past her shoulders and stopped at her upper-back, and her eyes were blue. She wore pink lipstick, a black long sleeve suit top, a short black skirt, sheer gray stockings and black high heel shoes.
"Okay, just let me know when." Mr. Daily said, still fixing his tie.
"I'm just finishing up my make-up and hair." Mrs. Daily said, now curling her with a curling iron. The doorbell then rang. "Tommy, could you please get that, it's probably the babysitter!" She called out.
10-Year old Tommy Daily sat on the sofa in the living-room, watching TV with his 8-year old friend, TK Weeble, who was sleeping over for the night. Tommy had long neck-length blond hair that was in an 80s bowl-cut style, his eyes were blue, he was dressed in a pale blue button-up long sleeve pajama shirt, with the collar button un-buttoned, he wore pale blue pajama pants and he was barefoot.
TK sat in a sofa-like chair , he had long neck-length wavy blond hair, brown eyes, he wore a short sleeve shirt, with the neckline and sleeves forest green and the rest of it white, he wore forest green pajama pants and he was barefoot.
Tommy got up from the sofa, went to the front door and unlocked and opened it, revealing Misty on the other side, with her pink messenger-bag on her right shoulder, holding her Azurill in her arms.
"Hi." Misty greeted. "Happy Day After Valintine's Day." She said as Tommy went back over to the sofa and sat back down. The 15-year old girl then closed the door back and re-locked it as Mr. Daily entered the living-room through the doorless entrance.
"Hey, Misty." Mr. Daily greeted while making his way toward Misty.
"Hi." Misty said as Mr. Daily walked up to her.
"Hey, thanks for coming out on short notice. We really appreciate it." Mr. Daily said.
"Sure, no problem." Misty said before Mr. Daily turned and walked off. "By the way, i like your suit."
"Oh, thank you." Mr. Daily said as he exited the living-room through the doorless entrance.
"So what are you guys watching?" Misty asked Tommy and TK as she and Azurill looked at the TV.
"A movie." Tommy answered.
"A Valintine's Day movie." TK added.
"Well, duh. Hi, TK." Misty said before going over to the sofa. The reason she and TK knew each other was because she had babysat him on a few occasions and the two had become great friends.
"Hi, Misty. Hi, Azurill." TK greeted.
"Azu." Azurill responded as Misty sat down next to Tommy on the sofa to watch TV, followed by removing her messenger-bag and placing it down on the floor beside her.
...
The black car was back.
Outside the Daily residence, parked on the other side of the street, the vehicle rested while the mysterious unknown driver inside spied on the house. He had been following the 15-year old red headed girl all day since she left for school this morning and had followed her and her three friends to the ice-cream parlor, and now he had followed the girl to this place. The house that held what he was looking for. All he had to do was wait for the couple that owned this house to leave and then he would make his move.
...
"I'm hungry." Tommy said.
"Well, didn't you eat dinner yet?" Misty asked. "Hey, have the kids eaten yet?" She called out to Mrs. Daily.
"Uh, i believe they ate around 5:00 or 6:00." Mrs. Daily answered, curling her hair with curling iron as she exited the bathroom and entered into the living-room. "But there's some pizza in the fridge if you wanna microwave it for them and they should be good."
"Alright." Misty said. "Do you want me to go get you some pizza?" She asked Tommy as Mrs. Daily headed back into the bathroom to finish curling her hair.
"Yeah." Tommy answered.
"Okay." Misty said. "Hold Azurill and i'll be right back." She said placing Azurill in Tommy's lap before getting up from the sofa and heading towards the living-room doorless entrance.
"Get me two pieces." TK said.
"Okay." Misty said as she exited the living-room to head into the kitchen.
...
Later, Misty, holding Azurill in her arms again, and TK were sitting on the sofa in the living-room with Tommy, watching TV. With the boys having now eaten their pizza, they, the red-haired girl and the little water Pokemon were all relaxing on the sofa, viewing the television.
Mr. and Mrs. Daily came into the living-room and stopped at the front door.
"Well...we're get'n ready to take off." Mr. Daily said.
"Okay." Misty said.
"Okay, so you know the rules." Mrs. Daily said to Misty. "Uh, Tommy, no candy before bed." She said. "And the house number, emergency numbers and our poke-gear numbers are on the fridge. We'll be at the business meeting in town. Uh, bed-time around 12:00 for TK, according to his mother. Tommy, well...you know, he's fine." She explained to Misty.
"Yeah. Just no rough-housing, please?" Mr. Daily said.
"Tommy, i love you." Mrs. Daily said.
"Keep them from destroying the place." Mr. Daily said.
"I will." Misty assured.
"Thanks." Mr. Daily said before unlocking the door.
"Have a good night." Mrs. Daily said as Mr. Daily opened the door.
"Bye, have a good time." Misty said as the Daily couple exited the house through the front door, with Mrs. Daily closing the door behind them.
Mr. Daily then re-opened the door and came back inside the house. "Forgot my poke-gear." He said as he walked over to the wooden coffee-table in front of the sofa, with Misty giggling, and he got his poke-gear off of it.
"Bye." Misty said as Mr. Daily went back over to the door and exited out of the house, closing the door back, followed by locking it from the outside with his key.
...
Outside, across the street, the mysterious driver of the black car watched from the driver window as Mr. and Mrs. Daily headed around back for the garage to enter it, get inside their vehicle, and leave for their meeting. Once they were gone, the driver could make their move and do what they came here for.
It would be easy.
Easy as pie.
