Janicka couldn't sleep. Her mind was a restless place on this dark night. She finally gave up, put on her shoes and jacket, and opened the door to her room. She listened and heard her mother snore from the bedroom. She closed the door behind her, tiptoed through the house, and left it.

She walked through the town. No one was out this late. She was alone with her thoughts, the stars and the moon. She crossed the bridge into the rich territory. She took the usual path through the forest to Roman's house. She let herself in with the key he had given her. She walked to the bedroom and stopped to watch him through the darkness. The man of her dreams. The love of her life. He suddenly woke up and got spooked at the dark figure in his bedroom.

"What the fuck?" He sat up. "I have a gun."
"No, you don't," she said.
"Janicka?" He asked.

She turned on the light so he could see her.

"Fuck, you scared me," he said.
"I didn't mean to. I'm sorry," she said.
"It's okay," he patted the bed. "Come here."

She dropped her jacket and kicked off her shoes before moving over to sit on the bed next to him. He pulled her in for a much needed hug.

"What's wrong?" He asked.
"Does anything have to be wrong?" She asked.
"You're sneaking into my home in the middle of the night, scaring the shit out of me. Yeah, I think something is wrong," he said.

She sighed and looked at him. His eyes changed and he grabbed her chin to turn her cheek towards him.

"What the hell happened?" He asked.
"My mother slapped me," she answered.
"She what?" He asked.
"Twice," she said. "She's very against us dating."
"Well, fuck her. She doesn't get to decide," he said.

He leaned in and gently kissed her bruised cheek.

"I'm sorry, chipmunk," he said.
"It's not your fault," she said.
"Is that why you're here?" He asked.
"Yeah, I couldn't handle being home with her," she said.
"You're always welcome here at all hours. You know that. Get out of your clothes and let's sleep," he said.

She sighed and looked at him. He could see it was not all that was on her mind.

"Whatever it is, just say it," he said.
"Do you want children?" She asked.
"Not really but I guess if it happens, it happens. In my world we pay nannies and don't care about our spawn," he said.

It was his turn to sigh. He had wanted to have this conversation so many times but it was a hard subject to deal with. He knew there was a chance he could lose her over it since it was a dealbreaker. Now that can of worms had been opened, he decided to just get it out.

"Do you know what I call my father? Sir. I call him sir. I don't know him. He's just a random man barking orders at dinner. My mother is worse. She ignores me unless other people are present. Then suddenly she's so proud of the boy she raised. She didn't fucking raise me," he said. "So no, I don't want children, but I don't want to lose you either."

She broke out in a smile and took his hand.

"Why are you smiling?" He asked.
"Because you're fucking perfect. I don't want children. Motherhood never had any interest to me," she said.

He broke out in a smile too. Those were the best words he could have hoped for coming from her mouth.

"I love you. Twice around the sun and back," she said.
"I've never understood what that means. It just sounds so sweet when you're saying it that I never asked," he said.
"Imagine going to the sun and trying to make your way around it. Impossible. But I love you so much that I'll go for two rounds just to prove it," she said.
"That does not make as much sense said out loud as it probably does in your head," he laughed. "Never stop saying it, please. I love it. I love you."

He leaned in and kissed her. She wrapped her arms around him and hummed lowly.

"How about I get a vasectomy?" He asked.
"You would do that for me?" She asked.
"For us," he said.
"It'll take time to find a doctor who's willing to perform it at your age," she said.
"Please," he smirked. "Being this rich comes with many perks. We have our own doctors ready to drop everything for whatever we need. I even got one I can call right now at this hour. Watch me."

She watched as he made the phone call. He put his phone on speaker so she could listen in on the call.

"Paul Heyman speaking," a voice sounded.
"It's Roman Reigns," Roman said.
"Mister Reigns," Paul said. "How may I assist you at this hour?"
"I would like to get a vasectomy done," Roman said.
"Right now?" Paul asked.

Roman looked at Janicka who shook her head no while smiling.

"Whatever day you're free," Roman said. "But soon, please."
"Does Friday at noon work for you?" Paul asked.
"That's perfect. I'll see you there," Roman said.

He hung up and smiled at her.

"Wanna come with me?" He asked.
"If I can get time off work," she said.
"You're his best worker. He should award you a day off," he said.
"You don't know my side. Work until you drop dead," she said.

He pulled her into his arms and let himself fall back down on his back with her still in his arms.

"I'll do it either way," he said. "I'll write down the address and you can come or not. Hold your head up high when you walk into the building. Don't let anyone tell you you're not welcome. You're my guest and you're fucking welcome."

She lifted her head and smiled at him.

"Are you spending the night?" He asked.
"If you set your alarm 30 minutes earlier so I can get back to my side and get to work in time," she said.
"Anything for you," he said.

He placed a hand on her cheek and smiled.

"You and me, chipmunk. We're the real deal," he said.
"I know," she smiled back.
"Twice around the sun and back," he chuckled. "That's so freaking cute."
